The 26-year-old single mom appeared on Access Hollywood Live Wednesday, where she responded to ex Brad Womack’s recent comments that he “dodged a bullet” when their engagement ended.

“I haven’t heard from him since filming started. . . but I don’t know,” Maynard told hosts Billy Bush, 40, and Kit Hoover, 41. “At first, my feelings were really hurt, because we left everything very civil and I’ve never said a bad work about him. But knowing Brad, he didn’t mean it that way. DeGarmo finished second on the third season of “Idol” in 2004, while Young placed seventh in 2006′s fifth season. The two met while co-starring in the musical Hair on Broadway.

American Idol 2012 winner is Phillip Phillips! Phillip Phillips was declared the music competition’s season 11 winner on Wednesday’s finale. He beat Jessica Sanchez after scoring the only standing ovation from the judges on Tuesday’s show.

Phillips’ win continues the trend of men coming in first on the series, which has happened every year since season 7 in 2008. He also managed to come out on top despite nearly being sidelined from the competition due to ongoing health problems. After the announcement Phillip, a fan-favorite from his very first audition on the season premiere, began singing his first single “Home,” but soon became overcome with emotion and was unable to continue.Are you happy about Phil Phillips winning this season? Aiken and Hall engaged in a friendly rivalry in Sunday night’s two-hour episode that included both taped segments showing how they completed their final task and a live awards show, featuring all of the season’s competitors as well as Trump, his daughter Ivanka, and his son Eric.The task before the two rivals was to make a public service advertisement for their charities and to screen it at a party/entertainment event to raise money for the charity. Each competitor had a team of four previously fired contestants to help him. In the end, Hall took the title.
