It was a busy week and a dramatic week, as we had group drama and proposals that made Katy Perry ugly cry! In the end, the judges went around to the individual rooms and announced to those singers who made and whose journey ended right there!

Last night on Project Runway Season 17, Karlie Kloss informed the designers they would be creating an entire look using only one print. This gave off those old school vibes with the looks, but the designers put their modern twist on things and some of them nailed it and some of them failed big times.

Sebastian is good. He had immunity for the week, but still created a stellar look that had the judges gagging over it! Hester decided to forget overthinking things and just be here and it lead to her winning the challenge and gaining immunity for next week.

As far as the bottom designers, we had Garo creating a “jazzercise” look according to Brandon Maxwell, but he was safe. Rakan used a barely-there plaid, which the judges questioned if it was even a print, but he was safe also.

Nadine complained from the get-go, as she had a plus size model and apparently that meant completely changing her look. She put the blame on the model and when she got called out for that, it turned into her not wanting to be here anymore anyway, so send her home.

That’s the sign of a person who failed big time and won’t own their mistakes. She knew she made a bad look and then acted all high and mighty and like she was above this competition. Girl, bye!

Last week on Project Runway Season 17, the designers were placed in teams of three and had to create mini collections highlighting these A. Human body modifications on the models. It was the future of fashion, even if it was just five minutes in the future. Of course, the team aspect of a challenge was hard for a lot of these designers, as they are used to working alone most of the time. Frankie was trying hard to come up with the perfect look for the judges, as she wanted to prove herself after last week. It turned into her whole team being a hot mess and Frankie’s look sent her home!

The Challenge

Karlie Kloss meets the designers on the runway and brings out some models for an idea of what is expected this challenge. The designers will be creating a head-to-toe look using one print. They are to think editorial and have one day for this challenge!

Workroom

In the workroom, the models fight for the model of their choosing. Then it is 15 minutes to sketch and off to Mood to shop. Garo has a horizontal stripe print, so he has issues with making sure the lines all line up. Christian Siriano joins them in the workroom, as he has special guest designer Marni Senofonte with him. The designers all get some one-on-one time with Marni and discuss their looks and get pointers directly from her! Rakan is definitely struggling with his look when he tries it on the model.

Christian’s Critiques

It is time for Christian Siriano to come in and check out the designer’s looks so far. He likes the plaid that Hester picked and thinks it’s fun. He thinks Rakan’s fabric choice can go old lady and he is very worried about his timing. Christian wants Afa to modernize it and not go to an old lady look. He tells Nadine she is looking waist-heavy with her look.

Judge’s Critiques

The judges tonight are Karlie, Brandon Maxwell, Nina Garcia, Elaine Welteroth and guest judge tonight is fashion designer Adam Selman. Here is feedback for each designer:

• Kovid – Nina said she loved the fullness of the print. Brandon said the whole thing is perfect. Karlie said he took the criticism and she wants to wear that. Adam said he loves his enthusiasm.
• Sebastian – Elaine said this floated down the runway. Adam said it is so drag and glam in the best way. Nina said all this outfit needs is a ticket and it can be sold.
• Garo – Elaine said she does not love this print. Adam said it is the boldest and it could have worked against him. Brandon said it’s jazzercise and hated how it all came together towards her crotch.
• Hester – Elaine said this is her and this is the girl she’s been waiting for. Nina said this is pure sunshine and it could step onto the pages of Elle magazine. Adam said he gagged for this. Brandon said lean into who she is.
• Rakan – Brandon said he is confused by it and it’s a bit messy. Nina said there are some stellar moments in the design, but the pants are unexplainable to her.
• Nadine – Brandon said it felt like it wasn’t a super kind explanation to her model. Nina said it feels like she improvised and if not, it’s a question of taste.

Results

The judges discussed all of the looks from tonight and the winning look tonight on Project Runway 2019 comes from Hester and she wins immunity for next week. The bottom two looks come from Nadine and Rakan. In the end, the judges decided to send home Nadine.

Last night on The Challenge 33, things kicked off with Bear talking to his “girlfriend” on video chat. Apparently they are on-again, off-again and Bear said (so take it as you may) that they left it up in the air when he came on the show. However, she seemed concerned and wondering if she should be worried about something or someone since she had not heard from him. He said nothing to worry about, which Georgia overheard and was ticked off!

In the end, this ticked off Hunter, as Bear keeps disrespecting his teammate. However, it turned into Hunter disrespecting Georgia as the night went on and way too much drama!

After not making the Tribunal and Wes making it, Bear & Da’Vonne were nominated and eventually voted into the Killing Floor. They opted to take on Gus & Jenna, as they played “Push & Pole,” which had them and their opponent holding onto a pole and trying to get it out of the hands of their opponent. First team to win three rounds would win this challenge.

It ended in a 3-1 victory for Bear & Da’Vonne, as they remained in the competition and will be safe next week, as they get the Relic. That meant Gus & Jenna were eliminated from the game!

Last night on Survivor Season 38, things kicked off right away, as Jeff informed the castaways that the merge was happening now, so drop those buffs! He then delivered the first twist, as the eliminated castaways from Edge of Extinction were called in! They would compete in a challenge and one of them would be heading back into the game with this new merged tribe!

As it turns out, Rick ended up winning this challenge and headed back to camp. Jeff informed the castaways still in the game that Edge of Extinction would be remaining open for the newly voted off castaways. However, he informed the already eliminated castaways that it would be open to them also, if they wanted to go back or they could go home. All five of them said yes to going back, but once back we saw Keith and Wendy raise the flag and they eliminated themselves from the game officially, which makes me wonder how they changed their mind with the trip back to the island!

From there, lots of talk about who to target next and who will be working with who. Then off to the first individual Immunity Challenge, which came down to Lauren and Julie, but Julie used those guns she was showing off and won this challenge and immunity on Survivor Edge of Extinction 2019!

The voting talk seemed to center around Joe, Wentworth and Rick. I wasn’t sure how this one was going to go, but it ended up being Joe voted off! No doubt about this one, as he walked down that path, grabbed the torch and headed off to Edge of Extinction!

Last night on PR All Stars 2019, Alyssa Milano met with the designers and told them they would be creating a six-piece collection for this final challenge. They had a $3,000 budget and four days to work on the collection, but they would be receiving some help in the workroom. That help included Sean Kelly and Christina Exie from this season, as well as Erin Robertson (winner of Project Runway Season 15) and Mondo Guerra (winner of Project Runway All Stars Season 1).

From there, they could create any kind of theme they wanted for their collection. Of course, things are stressful with creating a six-piece collection in just four days. They managed and the final runway show was actually pretty decent.

I thought Irina did a great job and I was a fan of her collection. I thought Dmitry had some great looks in his collection and it was very well made. Biddell’s collection was something else and very much like a reptile. Michelle had some good looks in there too, but some reminded me of that same cutout look she’s done all season long.

Well, that cutout look got her into the finale and it also got her the win, as the judges, for some reason, gave the win to Michelle! I was shocked by this one!

Last week on The Challenge Season 33, there was a lot of talk concerning breaking up the UK alliance, as they were gaining more and more power in the game. The UK alliance put their sites on getting rid of Ninja Natalie & Paulie. At the challenge, it was Wes & Dee, Gus & Jenna and Bear & Da’Vonne taking the Top 3 spots and forming the Tribunal. Da’Vonne refused to nominate Paulie, but that went no where, as Bear had the final say and the nominees were Amanda & Josh, Kam & Ashley and Natalie Ninja & Paulie. However, it was Amanda & Josh voted in and they decided to take on Kam & Ashley. Amanda & Josh almost won this one, but fell at the very end and that left the door open for Kam & Ashley to win and get the Relic this week, as Josh & Amanda were eliminated!

Caught In A Bear Trap

As good as things have been for Bear recently, it all may have come to a head with one video chat! He was talking to his “girlfriend,” who he said has been on-again, off-again for a while and they left things “up in the air” when he came on the show. She asks if there is anything or anyone she should be worried about and he said no, nothing to worry about. Georgia hears this and is pissed, as they cuddle and kiss every night. He seems to have lost her as an ally, so now he is worried about his game, even though he tried to blatantly lie and say it was his cousin! Turbo with the amazing line at the end, as he said now Georgia has to “cut off his dick.” I love Turbo!

The Challenge

For this challenge, it is called “Brain Freeze” and it’s the first water challenge of the season! The teams will start out on the shore, but then run out 100 yards to gather puzzle pieces from the ocean (each team has their own color and the water is 59 degrees). The teams will go one at a time until all of the pieces are gathered. Once that is done, they can begin assembling their puzzle. The first three teams to complete the puzzle will win the challenge and form the Tribunal this week on The Challenge 2019!

Results

This water was rough and took a lot out of these players. After learning how to swim just one week ago, Dee pulls this one out with her partner, as Wes & Dee win it. Turbo is a master at puzzles and he gets it done for second place for him and Nany. The final spot is up in the air, but it goes to Theo & Cara Maria, which means they take the last spot in the Tribunal.

Nominations

This was an easy one on The Challenge War of the Worlds 2019, as Cara Marie clearly was going to pick Kyle & Mattie. Wes made his pick known at the challenge, as he quickly picked Bear & Da’Vonne. Nany quickly made their pick also, as they pick Hunter & Georgia as a burn vote, as she claims there is no way they would be going in based on the other nominees.

Tribunal

Hunter & Georgia want to know they are just a burn vote and won’t be going in. Kyle tells Cara Maria this is her weird way of flirting with him and to remember the good times (jokingly) and she is not amused. Wes asks Bear to respect the game and the Tribunal and he basically tells Wes to screw off, so Wes goes down and guides him out of the room! Da’Vonne tries to pick up the pieces with having a terrible partner!

Poor, Poor Georgia

Everyone heads out for night of drinking and dancing. Bear decides to lay his trap, as he calls out Hunter. He is talking smack and Hunter gets pissed. Georgia tells Hunter to calm down and not be mean to Bear, which pisses off Hunter even more. He goes off on Georgia and said he is done with her and how she can defend him still is beyond him and go s*c* his d**k tonight! Not cool Hunter, but Georgia is being pathetic. Wes tells Hunter he’s got to play the game smarter and not burn bridges. Meanwhile, Bear’s trap worked, as he ends the night cuddling and kissing Georgia, yet again!

The next day, Wes tries to mend things over with Georgia. He apologizes for what he said, but then followed it up with not being sorry for the tough love. So, Georgia wants a sincere apology and this turns into another blowup, as Hunter won’t let her talk and says he’s done with her, yet again. Wes is hilarious in this, as he said Wes can’t be making these mistakes like this, as he’s working with him now!

Elimination Challenge

It’s time for the Tribunal to vote for the team headed down to the Killing Floor. The players voted as individuals and it is Bear & Da’Vonne voted in. After talking smack and saying all of the teams are weak and they can knock any of them out, he chooses the weakest team available, Gus & Jenna. For this challenge, it is called “Push & Pole” and is one of TJ’s all-time favorite challenges. The players will each be holding a pole and push, pull and twist their way to getting control of the pole and their opponent’s hands off the pole. They will play in rounds of guys and girls and the first team to 3 will win this challenge.

Results

Here are the results from each round of action on The Challenge 33 tonight:

• Round 1 – Gus’ hands slipped off while trying to rip it away, so Bear wins the first round.
• Round 2 – It’s a battle, but Da’Vonne takes this one and a 2-0 lead for them.
• Round 3 – Gus pulls it out, so it is now 2-1 for Bear & Da’Vonne.
• Round 4 – After a comment by Wes for Jenna to put her knee in Da’Vonne’s face, that was the motivation she needed after a reset and she pulled out the win for her team!

Bear avoids elimination again, as they win and get the Relic for next week! That means Gus & Jenna have been eliminated tonight on The Challenge 2019!

Jeff Probst kicked things off by surprising the castaways with news that the merge was happening. The castaway that got eliminated tonight on Survivor 2019 is Joe Anglim!!!

We started the night with the merge and then Edge of Extinction challenge! It was a close one, but Rick won the challenge and won a spot back in the game! However, the other castaways could all go back to Edge of Extinction! They all opted to go back, but once there, Wendy and Keith decided to eliminate themselves from the game!

Then it was happy-happy time at camp, as all of the castaways were on one camp. Julie won the Immunity Challenge, so she was safe and then it was Joe, Kelley and Rick’s name being thrown out there. In the end, it was Joe voted off. No doubt here, as he grabbed that torch and headed to the Edge of Extinction though!

Last week on PR All Stars 2019, the designers were fighting for a spot in the finale. They were put to the task of creating three looks for a family that would be getting family portraits done. These are always harder challenges, as you have to meet the client’s needs, as well as design for yourself. There was drama and struggles with getting all three looks done, but in the end, Biddell won the challenge and a spot in the finale. The judges couldn’t send any of the other designers home, so all four of them will create collections for tonight!

The Final Challenge

The designers meet Alyssa Milano at a hotel to find out about the final challenge. For this challenge, they will create a six-piece collection and the theme can be whatever they want, which excites them! They will have four days to complete the collection with a $3,000 budget and they will have helpers in the workroom! The final show will be for a VIP audience.

Model Casting and Mood

The designers get to cast their final models, which is nice for them. Then it was time to do some sketching and off to Mood for shopping. The first day back in the workroom has them busy and working a lot. Irina seemed to spend the whole day in the sewing room!

Workroom – Day 2

The designers arrive back in the workroom and are surprised with their helpers, as they will get three days with these helpers. It is Sean Kelly for Michelle, Christina Exie for Biddell, Erin Robertson (winner of Project Runway Season 15) for Dmitry and Mondo Guerra (Project Runway All Stars Season 1 winner) for Irina. No rest for the weary, as the designers put the helpers to work right away!

Anne’s Critiques

Time for Anne Fulenwider to come in for her critiques of these final collections! For Michelle, she said she is really digging it. She said the key to this collection is the elegance she brings to the frumpy fabrics. For Dmitry, she said it is missing some spark and sexiness. She wants him to add something to it. For Irina, she said she loves her evolution this season. She thinks the dresses are too similar and she wants her to mix it up. For Biddell, she is concerned they are well-designed and well-made, but she does not see any cohesion.

Filler Time

We then have a lot of filler time, as we see the designers working on their collections before the final runway show. Makeup fittings, time in hair and makeup, meeting with special guests, video chats and so on. In the end, it is runway day and it’s time to get this fun started!

Final Runway Show

The VIP guests and judges are in their places, so it is time for this final runway show on Project Runway All Stars 2019 to begin. Here is the order:

• Irina – She has lots of colors and shapes in there and it is cohesive. I am a fan of this one, as it looks really good and classy.
• Biddell – He is definitely giving us the reptile on these looks. He got it cohesive also.
• Michelle – I loved her first look, but it seems like a lot of looks we have already seen from her.
• Dmitry – I love the first jacket that came out. I feel like they were all just trying to show off all of their models bodies with little fabric. Nicely constructed, but a little blah to me.

For tonight, the judges are Alyssa, Georgina Chapman, Isaac Mizrahi and guest judge tonight is actress Andrea Riseborough! Here are their critiques:

• Irina – Isaac said she did an incredible job and he loved the last two looks. Georgina said for a week, it’s extraordinaire. Andrea loved the last two looks. Alyssa said this collection is successful because she showed off every one of her techniques in the looks.
• Biddell – Georgina said he just has this different point of view, which makes it exciting. Isaac said he captured a regalness here. Alyssa said the first look is a work of art and he did a good job.
• Michelle – Isaac said the first and last dress are like pillars of beauty and she hit it out of the park. Georgina said her clothes have a lot of humor and fun in them. Andrea said this makes her smile. They are very sexy, but also demure. Alyssa said the final dress is the best she’s ever done and her color palette is gorgeous.
• Dmitry – Georgina said it’s a beautiful collection and it’s pretty ambitious. Isaac said the first pants are amazing. Andrea said the final dress looks stenciled onto her body and would love to wear the second to last dress on the red carpet.

Results

The judges discuss all the collections from tonight on Project Runway All Stars 2019. It seems like it has come down to Michelle or Dmitry winning this one, but I was a fan of Irina’s collection and it seems like Alyssa was too. The designers returned to the runway and the winner of Project Runway All Stars Season 7 is Michelle!
