SITE MANAGER (Sumatera) You are applicable to maintenance activities in the operations phase (i.e. where soil movement, land clearance, site reinstatement, erosion or drainage control works require completion and/or repair).
You will manage, supervise, and monitoring team during the project.
You will supervising three team consisting of:
• Heavy duty truck drivers
• Heavy duty mobile plant operators
• Plant operators
• Heavy equipment mechanic
• TA general helpers/laborers
• Technical field lab assistants
Requirements:
• Experienced on a soil cleaning project (>500 KM pipeline)
• Experienced in soil movement, land clearance, and/or site reinstatement;
• Familiar to remote hi-tech mobile plants, excavator, and heavy trucks moving along the pipeline and removing the soil (via GPS).
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil).
• Required language(s): English
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• 3 Contract-Time position(s) available.

a. LEAD/SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Responsibility :
• Design the oil and gas production facilities for offshore installation.
• Responsible for mechanical and process design including selecting and specifiying appropriate vessels, valves, and piping system for the facilities, the design must be designed in accordance with the codes and standard.
• Review the technical documents from Process Engineers to be reviewed and updated in order to meet customer requirements and company standard
Job Qualification :
• Min. bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• Must have at least 8 years total process design experience with at least 5 years applicable experience in the design and construction of offshore oil and gas production platforms, brownfield modification, and pipeline
• Must have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and must have the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than one other project with similar process systems and must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
4. PIPING DEPARTMENT

- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position in oil and gas facility construction and/or maintenance
- Has experience as Construction Superintendent in at least 2 projects in operating gas or oil production facilities.
- A strong background in piping and/or civil design and construction
4. Supervisor (Piping/Mechanical : Civil/Structure; Electrical/Instrument ) - University degree in engineering with minimum 10 years experience in heavy construction
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position in oil and gas facility construction and/or maintenance
- Has experience as Construction supervisor in at least 2 projects in operating gas or oil production facilities.
- A strong background in piping and/or civil design and construction
5. Engineer (Piping/Mechanical ; Civil/Structure ; Electrical/Instrument ) - University degree in engineering related to the assigned position with minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry
- Must be familiar with related and applicable codes and standards

6. Estimator - Minimum Diploma degree with minimum 5 years experience as a cost estimator in a construction project

Pemping Project Manager – Development Responsibility :
• Deliver the Pemping project with highest practical health and safety practices in line with Corporate (ALARP) and legislative standards.

PLANNER Responsibilities :

• Facility combinations, i.e. Platforms, Pipelines, SURF and Onshore/Offshore receiving facilities such as Onshore Receiving Facilities (ORFs) or Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) and/or Floating Processing, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels,
• Proposed contracting strategies for both the FEED and EPCI execution phases and proposed initial Long Lead Item (LLI) procurement to protect the front end schedule,
• Preliminary transportation and installation sequencing including rudimentary hook-up and commissioning durations, and
• Proposed development drilling including drill rig mobilization windows.
Qualification:
• University degree majoring in civil, mechanical, electrical or instrumentation and control engineering or equivalent level of “hands-on” experience such as an apprenticeship program.
• Previous experience of large scale international oil and gas EPCI contracts and experience of working effectively in the Indonesian contracting environment.
• 6 -8 years experience in project controls, design engineering and construction of which at least four (4) years has been on the development of onshore and/or offshore Oil and Gas Production facilities, preferably with either an Oil & Gas international operator or internationally recognized EPCI contractor

POMS ENGINEER Responsibilities:
• SOPs:
o Review the status of all the current SOPs to determine which are obsolete/superseded or out of date and needing review
o Develop SOP prioritisation based on operational criticality/risk. Use prioritisation to establish SOP review frequencies
o Establish and implement a formal SOP review process
o Liaise with offshore HOFO/HOPOs and Supervisors and ensure that SOPS are thoroughly reviewed by competent personnel in a timely manner.
o Consult with offshore HOFO/HOPOs and Supervisors and identify and agree critical SOPs that require an approved checklist.
o Ensure that approved checklists are kept up to date and periodically reviewed.
• Interaction with MoC and Document Control:
o Ensure that SOPs are reviewed and amended following offshore modifications or organisation changes
o Ensure that SOPs and ongoing amendments, comply with the POI Document Control Procedure
• Training and Competency:
o Ensure that offshore personnel receive adequate training following SOP amendments
