The tax and retirement benefits associated with making pre-tax IRA or 401(k) plan contributions appear to be a big winner in the proposed Trump plan. This is because with this new plan, the standard deduction our annual income tax has tremendously increase. In laymen language, when we are filing our taxes, it also increases the deductions ceiling we can contribute and claim on our taxes for 401 k contributions.

"Trump tax plan causes more households to claim the increased standard deduction and to forego itemizing their tax deductions, since IRA and 401(k) plan pre-tax contributions are above-the-line deductions, the ability to benefit from the pre-tax income deductions associated with making IRA or 401(k) contributions will not be impacted by the Trump tax plan. In fact, making a pre-tax IRA or pre-tax 401(k) plan contribution could become even more beneficial to many income taxpayers under the Trump tax plan" quoted from the Forbes.com article.

As much as we all have a lot to say on this administration, we might as well see the positives that can be beneficial to each taxpayer with the present state we are in.

So if your looking for maximize your 2017 tax deductions, you still have about 4 months to ramp up your 401 k contributions as far as retirement accounts especially if your employer is matching your contributions from 50 to 100%.

Cross sell and cross promotions. As mentioned some of the ads and companies we promote are not necessarily paid ads. Some are either philantropic, socially conscious and partnership branding. In the past, some of our competitors simply just followed what we were doing, some redirected our website traffics and some basically spread rumors. Yet, today the same breed are suffering from the culprits of their own doings. Today is a new world of helping each other than being supreme over another.

2. Affilate Marketing. For the record, the power of networks and affiliate marketing needs to be corrected towards getting rich ponzi schemes. Having affiliates takes a lot of hardwork and continuous improvement towards each others success. The role of corporate greed has given so much wrong information as the cost of doing affiliate marketing was always link to a sale conversion. Web metrics is a comprehensive discussion thread in affiliate marketing and branding today.

3. There are always mistakes to consider a long the way. The human hypocritic behavior of being supreme has been a wrong notion as seen over time. Even computers crash, hacked and inflicted with viruses. What needs to be understood is that we have to accept the responsbility and learn from the past mistakes.

4. Group Colloration and acknowledgment is a powerful tool in being and staying competitive in today's business environment. Gone are days of the industrial age that the supreme CEO is the only smart guy who has power. The more minds, the more inputs and feedbacks will give us more openness towards continuous improvement processes.

5. The power of persistence. Giving in to failure is almost similar to going into a business without a plan. The days of trial and errors or do this and do that is gone. With the new age of science take it from our experience, only after we documented and put out the written plan that we realized that there is true worth in perseverance and persistence.

As seen in the gloomy economic uncertainties of today's business climate, every entrepreneur has indeed been more creative and strategic than ever. With this comes our self fight towards our ego and maybe writing down the lessons learned from the past will be the ultimate competitive edge we have among others.

Affordable Books for limited income earners, the business model

Perhaps by merely opening your televisions today, live streaming videos on the internet or listening to radio ads all you keep hearing is the same word "Affordable". When buyers and competitors leverage on lower pricing to kill the smaller guy like us, the giants have the thinking that they have prevailed and created a more bigger opportunity for them. So a lot of the small independent sellers like us suffer and sometimes sadly think that the opportunity was not worth the effort all along.

So the capitalistic behaviors is immediately "refocus and assess" the business risks and potentials towards viability. However, creatively speaking from an investment perspective point of view, we sometimes think that leveraging on lessening risks by just going towards big name brands might have good market returns after all. Unfortunately, the same capitalistic tendencies were the driving factors of the financial collapse of the system today. Instead of nurturing small and emerging small businesses who of course will not pose profit on the balance sheet, investors would rather niche on the brand giants who have the clout and backing of the system.

There are so many intellectual ways of measuring risks. Whether you are the traditional investor who measures on rates of return, gauging on how well a business is run either big or small can be a trend indicator towards profitability and viability. This is especially true when the service is personalized. The business ethics and consistency are always the same no matter what circumstance, thus the business is able to react to the different market prevailing conditions,

There are a lot of mega names in the business community today who are in trouble simply because of inflation, rising financial and debt obligations compensated with un-wise spending patterns, For some taking too slow might be an impediment but we would rather grow slowly with full control and a well run business model towards achieving solid returns.

After all, a founder is the epitome of the business as he/she had gone through so many variable cycles for the business. The one great rule over the years that I have personally learned is that sometimes we have to continue to focus and don't be misled especially as the other indicators show that there is absolute viability and profitability in the long term. Which investor are you? The emotional or the intelligent or both might help you make the decision to pursue or not.

A Glimpse of the 1999 Financial Services Modernization Act

During the last recession of 1999, regulations were intiated which repealed the Banking Act of 1933. In this undertaking the banks were kept out of heavily being involved in securities and insurance.

If I remember correctly, this law was designed to restore confidence in the financial industry. The move was initiated to extend the opening of loans, investments to insurance. Of course some people debate abiout these initiatives until today including the respect to privacy act as consumer data were being exchanged. The needed ammendment was that consumers must then have been given the right to their personal privacy.

If you look at thrid world poverty stricken countries for example, people with bad credit resort to predatory lender practices such as money stores, finance stores and even payday loans. Today, the so called telecheck services cripples one's individual right to get a loan or even open a bank account because of such report made through computer inquiries aside from the normal consumer credit reporting agencies.

For all we know, much of this personal hardships by people are cause by enormous predaory practices of institutions creating the so called overdraft, non-sufficient fees and service charges. As a personal victim of the scheme I should know as this has given me a lot of struggles. What is suprising to note is that sometimes for a mere $1 you will be extremely penalized from $25 to $33. And of course if we understand the pyschological behavior of people, the said bad financial behavior as some gurus stated may have been caused by severe poverty stricken issues like an extreme medical condition, a job loss, a divorce or real life threatening issues. Of course, this is not to say that some people are really avoiding paying and or are habitual liars. But the question lies is how does a good financier, banker or lender really asssess one's consumer and credit behavior outside the numbers and boxes.

In such countries as mentioned above, there are even some form of discrimination if they are a minority or even based on the personal grooming when we meet potential lenders. Hardly, there are a few analytical thinking financiers who are really knowleadgeable on economics, pyschology or even sociology.

It is always about the numbers, the profits that will be generated or the magnificent potential of products that can be offerred to a potential client.

There are some insitutions who are supposed to be giving outright counseling on improving the financial picture of an individual or business. However, the reality is "time" will heal over and or is there someone that this person can co-sign for the loan.

So before we grill on trying to ask the question of where the bail-out money is sitting, is it being extended to people that need it, are the needed financing being disburse perhaps we should look into the standard accreditation processes. It is a mere basic saying that we can't solve problems if we don't find the root causes and then fix the problem from the roots.

Thus, we can start the forum of asking if we need another financial services modernization act pattern towards the people who are in the worst credit situation, jobless, unemployed and or with limited or no income.

Weekend 'stimulus parties' bring out Obama faithful across the nation - San Jose Mercury News

Link

Don't even think about Outsourcing with Unemployment on the rise

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 150px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_CZxHwRo_Ttc/SYfMOlyun3I/AAAAAAAAAdA/MXPy0Y_8WdE/s200/Autumn+2007+in+San+Francisco+Stroll+010.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5298428037659795314" />
With the US Economy on one of the biggest recessions in history and millions of people without jobs, don't even think about outsourcing will you?

I was reading some blogs stating that since the financial sector has been struggling to recover with their bail-out's, they are even thinking about outsourcing. Don't think so, not during this time, it's just not the best time to do such an act.

With people living on cars, the streets, homeless, hungry and cannot even survive now is not the time to even think of such things.

It is very understandable that as a business the financial sector is also sufferring together with everyone but just maybe the white collar executives should now learn to do the front of the line jobs.

This means that instead of enjoying the magnificence of their skycraper corner laid and well decorated offices they should perhaps start to become tellers, business account specialist and even cashiers if necessary.

I think the American economy has been living the dream for the long time. If you live like us who are struggling nobody micro enterprises and small business home based entrepreneurs, we are always ready to fill in even to clean toilets and streets in order to survive.

But what do this great debators do? They have the lobbying power suits engaging in social clubs with politicians and rich investors.

Unfortunately, there is a new president in the White House. Gone are the days having a suit and tie with all the corporate lunies, it is now back to casual, back to mainstreet so that you do understand why people fight for their rights when we don't even want to pay overtime or give a raise after years of service.

Oh yes, the equal pay and discrimination laws are here to stay and here to be enforce and don't even think that your so called rich and powerful lobbyist that you can have in your contact list should be in your assistant's people to call.

The Simple Dollar truth on My Frugality

Suddenly, were getting network appearance requests on frugality and about the the book, "How do u integrate success in a small business" when it is finally apparent that there is a recession say depression? However, the great credit card predators expect you to pay their minimum payments, use their predatory finance, penalty and late charges but at the same time do not give you anymore credit lines available. And so, the great predators expect that the low income, broke and main street americans still to pay? Come on ding dongs, people might be broke and struggling for survival but they are not idiots and stupid! Your predatory days are over as Speaker Pelosi said, the party is over>............ So if you want to intimidate the needy, go ahead but good luck because people are no longer going to be intimidated and the more you are not going to get paid.

We need to understand Economics 101 and the basics of survival. I truly commend the poor of the poorest who are struggling but at the same time still trying to pay their bills and make ends meet. These are tough times cause by the same predatory tactics of greedy financial capitalist but again the "party is over".

So if you are still being manipulated by these culprits, you need to start doing something in return by reporting these forms of harrassments and intimidations. The more we fall prey to these greed, the more they are going to kill the small, low income, broke, unemployed and helpless and disabled poor.

Tell these predators perhaps they should take a hike or call Joe the Plumber so that their brain clogs can be saved.

You can " tell " People are Terrified About Money

Credit cards either you still pay them or not are most of the time not working, banks closing early with as much few employees as possibles, small businesses are most man by the presence of their owners to cut cost, people selling their own personal clothes and belongings in the low income neighborhood and everbody just wants cash.

The public transportation are becoming more terrible with service due to delays for minutes and hours which you don't know if it's because there is so much people using them or they are having their own operational issues as well.

Even on typical shopping malls where you see families with smiles and excitement, it seems people are so serious, anxious, deprezsed and suddenly once in a while you will see mentally challenged persons and one can only think if this has something to do with the economy.

You open the TV and it suprises you that out of all the depressing news, media still create stories about debates on the suicides at the famous Golden Gate Bridge where people take their lives by jumping. In uncertain times like this, issues like this should be not be given emphasis as it creates more anxiety but the media is always trying to create some way to bump their news ratings.

Newscasters are more and more becoming showbiz like trying hard to be some kind of actor or actress about how the bad news on the economy. I remember the old times that journalism was being factual than emotional as they have a duty to the viewers and people rather than actors trying to be the best network or the one with the highest ratings.

This simple expressions and reactions have psychological impact on the already frighten people. Can we at least just be factual and tell your executive producers and directors that you are journalist not hollywood actors and actresses.

www.alexesguerra.com

Best Selling Author: How do u integrate success in a small business with ISBN No. 97814348-07595

A Trillion Dollar Relief from John McCain since when

A Trillion Dollar Relief from John McCain since when

- Is the Senator McCain serious on getting a trillion dollar package? Where does the money come from? Perhaps from their six houses. Are they buried or in a treasure chest? It is not a question that both presidentiables wants to do something to solve the economic crisis but the reality is there is no real quick fix as quoted by major dailies today.

The Presidential debate was a good glimpse of knowing more the next presidentiable but meantime that I am not eating together with millions of us out here in the dumps, how do we get by tonight and expect tomorrow?

We had so many replies today received from a simple reality blog last night, that's what is real. What is real is people are in grumpy mood because they simply just don't know what to do anymore.

We just have to be hopeful that everything is going to be ok as we like science fiction a lot anyways. But realistically if you have not been to a local pantry yet, the lines are so huge for people trying to get food. There is no war on the streets but the chaos of people simply not having money is what is real.

All we can say is just to be hopeful and do the best we can do to survive. Perhaps, tomorrow wall street's stock market would rise again as an earlier halloween special. Who knows?

Yeah, your right where did it go, it's gone

Yeah, your right where did it go, it's gone!

Browsing through the MSN and seeing the headline about had you check your portfolio lately, I suddenly remembered to check the so called great portfolio. Stopping by the post office, the postal clerk already mentioned today about his retirement fund gone and no longer able to retire. As usual, I would say did you diversify as they say bonds, ETF's, International bonds, etc.., but he was right "WHAT PORTFOLIO"?

Everything is gone. Na da, no where, and even negative. Well at least if you are like the forever broke me then it would not be a big deal as you are so use to being flat broke after all. Yet, I can just imagine the same TV people saying before not to panic, are the very people saying we are now on a recession. What's up with that? Did they not receive their regular paycheck from the very institutions making the advertisements? Or was it perhaps trying to be real and less be accuse that you are dreaming on live TV?

All I can say is that to you who kept saying "this was a correction" is "YEAH RIGHT"! What correction and now suddenly it's a recession, how come you still have a job and millions like us are jobless when we are not lunatics.

This is the world today believe it or not. Welcome to the new world, yeah, your right where did it go, it's gone. YEAH RIGHT.
