This episode leans fully into that cozy chaos. One moment you’re gliding peacefully over the island with a package in hand, and the next you’re wondering how it all went so wrong. But that’s the magic of Mika and the Witch’s Mountain—it’s not about perfection, it’s about the journey… even if that journey includes a few questionable descents.

🌌 About the Game

Mika and the Witch’s Mountain is a charming fantasy adventure where you step into the shoes of an aspiring witch learning the ropes—quite literally—of broomstick flight.

Set on a beautifully crafted island, the game blends exploration with delivery-based quests. You’ll soar between cliffs, villages, and hidden corners, meeting quirky characters and helping them out along the way. It’s part cozy sim, part aerial adventure, with just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

🧭 Where We Are in the Journey

This episode picks up right at the start of Act 3, where things begin to shift from simple deliveries into something a little more… meaningful.

What started as a humble courier job quickly turns into a much bigger journey. New areas open up, abilities evolve, and the story starts to hint that Mika’s path might lead somewhere far greater than just dropping off parcels.

⚠️ What Happens in This Episode

We waste no time diving straight into Act 3, rushing to deliver crucial parts to the power station. It feels like an important moment—until it very quickly isn’t. Instead of gratitude, we’re met with a less-than-warm reception from the power plant’s not-so-friendly manager… who promptly gets us fired.

Not exactly the smoothest career progression.

From there, the pace softens. With no delivery job tying us down, the island opens up in a different way. We take to the skies at our own rhythm, drifting between locations, meeting new characters, and picking up odd jobs that feel far more personal than before. Each delivery becomes less about efficiency and more about exploration—though that doesn’t stop the occasional mishap, lost package, or “close enough” landing.

Upgrading the broom becomes a turning point. With more lift and the ability to carry multiple items, ambition kicks in—and naturally, so does the chaos. Timed deliveries push things to the limit, often ending just shy of perfection, perfectly capturing the tone of the stream: almost flawless… almost.

Some of the most memorable moments come from slowing things down. Hunting for hidden kittens turns into a surprisingly wholesome side quest, especially when snacks are involved. It’s these quieter moments that really bring the island to life, giving space to breathe between the more frantic deliveries.

Then comes a shift in tone.

Deep within the mountain, we uncover something far more mysterious—the Heart of the Mountain. It’s a moment that lingers, adding a sense of depth to everything we’ve been doing. Suddenly, this isn’t just about deliveries anymore.

As the journey continues, we complete the main deliveries and bring the whole island together for a festival. It’s a genuinely warm moment—sharing ice cream, celebrating with the townspeople, and enjoying a rare sense of calm after all the chaos.

But of course, nothing stays simple for long.

With the festival winding down, we unlock the Witch’s Broom and take on what can only be described as full-on “Boom Parkour” up the mountain. The climb feels inevitable, like everything has been leading to this point—and then the truth reveals itself.

Algra… is Olagari.

What felt like a journey of small steps turns out to have been a test all along. A test to see if we were ready to take over the Stellar Lighthouse and bring the story to its conclusion.

It’s a twist you can almost see coming—but it still lands.

Alongside all of this, the stream was packed with its usual community energy. From ongoing chaos in chat to the celebration of Mr Smith’s birthday, the vibe stayed lively throughout. Running jokes, mini-games, and the ever-reliable “#blamegary” kept things unpredictable in the best way.

And to top it all off, we wrapped up the night by raiding into kingironblood, carrying that energy straight into another stream.

This episode drops us straight into one of the most chaotic missions yet. What should have been a calculated strike on a V2 launch site quickly spirals into a relentless fight for survival. Every corner feels dangerous, every shot matters… and sometimes, everything goes very, very loud.

⚠️ About the Game

Sniper Elite V2 Remastered throws you into the final days of World War II, deep in the shattered remains of Berlin. You step into the boots of Karl Fairburne, an elite sniper tasked with turning the tide through precision and stealth.

The game blends tactical shooting with methodical positioning, rewarding patience with those unforgettable cinematic “kill cam” moments. But as this episode proves, things don’t always go according to plan—and when stealth breaks down, survival becomes the only objective.

🧭 Where We Are in the Journey

We’re deep into the campaign now, edging closer to the final stages of the story. The stakes are higher, the missions tighter, and the margin for error almost nonexistent.

The Köpenick Launch Site mission is a critical moment—timing is everything, and the objective is clear: sabotage the rocket before it launches. Simple in theory… but as you’ll see, execution is another story entirely.

🔥 What Happens in This Episode

From the very first moments, the mission refuses to play nice.

The opening area becomes a brutal proving ground, with stealth attempts collapsing almost instantly into chaos. Enemies seem to appear from every angle, and what follows is a relentless cycle of death, restart, and repeat. Over ten restarts later, the opening section feels less like a tactical operation and more like a full-blown survival gauntlet—what chat quickly dubs a “Death Loop.”

But somewhere in that chaos, patterns begin to emerge.

Enemy positions become clearer, movement becomes more deliberate, and what started as panic slowly turns into controlled aggression. There’s still plenty of frantic shooting—more than a sniper might like to admit—but it gets the job done. Breaking through that opening stretch feels like a victory in itself.

From there, the pace shifts.

The trenches offer a brief moment of momentum, a chance to push forward without constant resets. Progress comes quickly, almost deceptively so, as the mission funnels toward the train station and the looming V2 rocket.

And then… the chaos returns.

The final stretch turns into another pressure cooker. With the rocket fueling and enemies closing in, the situation teeters on the edge of collapse. Ammo runs low, positioning becomes desperate, and every encounter feels like it could end the run. There’s panic, there’s movement—there’s even a bit of frantic “dancing” to stay alive under pressure.

Yet somehow, through all of it, the objective completes.

In the middle of the madness, the shot lands, the rocket is neutralised, and the mission comes to an end—not with quiet precision, but with sheer determination and a lot of improvisation.

Of course, the night doesn’t end there.

After the intensity of the mission, things shift gears into Marbles on Stream. What follows is a completely different kind of chaos—unpredictable, hilarious, and just as competitive. One round ends in total disaster with no survivors, while another sees Mr V rise above the madness to claim victory in the tournament.

And to close it all out, the community rolls forward with a raid into dashducks, carrying the energy of the stream into the next adventure.

Between mysterious Tholian activity, stubborn glitches, and a long-awaited story arc finally unlocking, this session feels like stepping into a timeline that refuses to behave.

And somehow, despite everything trying to break along the way, we push forward.

From diplomatic missions to all-out space battles, it captures the spirit of Star Trek on a massive scale. You’ll beam down to alien worlds, uncover ancient secrets, and navigate political tensions—all while managing your crew and ship systems.

Of course, being an MMO, it also comes with its fair share of… quirks. And this episode? It embraces them fully.

🧭 Where We Are in the Journey

We’re deep into the ongoing campaign now, continuing our co-op adventure with Gary (also known as The Butterscotch Bitch).

This session marks a major turning point. After pushing through missions on New Romulus, we finally unlock the Solanae Dyson Sphere story arc—something we’ve been trying to reach for weeks.

It’s a big step forward narratively… even if the journey there is anything but smooth.

🔥 What Happens in This Episode

The night begins quietly enough while we wait for Gary to log in. Naturally, that means getting distracted—checking ship interiors and seeing if any new starships are available. (Spoiler: still no luck.)

Once we’re both online, we regroup at Earth Spacedock and set a course for New Romulus, ready to dive back into the mission chain. What follows is where things start to unravel.

We enter a cave to investigate the Tholians, working through objectives together like a well-oiled crew. The mission flows nicely… until it doesn’t. Completion doesn’t register. Progress stalls. And suddenly, we’re staring down the first signs of what becomes a recurring nightmare.

Back into the cave we go.

This time, we try a different approach—Gary handles the objectives while I provide fire support. Everything goes smoothly. Enemies cleared, tasks completed… and then the same issue hits again. The mission refuses to complete properly.

And just like that, we’re trapped in a loop.

By the third attempt, frustration and humour blend into one. Gary heads back in again while I break off to run a quick patrol mission—anything to keep momentum going. It’s one of those classic MMO moments where the game itself becomes the biggest boss fight of the night.

Eventually, we regroup and—finally—break free.

With that behind us, we move on to The Power Source, another encounter with the Tholians. This mission carries a different energy. There’s tension, urgency… and the sense that we’re finally pushing into something bigger.

And then it happens.

Completion of this mission unlocks the Solanae Dyson Sphere arc—a moment that feels earned after everything we’ve been through to get here.

We jump straight into the next mission, Sphere of Influence, only to be split apart. No co-op this time. It’s every captain for themselves, accompanied by Worf… or at least someone who claims to be Worf.

As the mission unfolds, we pass through a gateway into something far more unsettling. Inside, I immediately recognise the environment—those surgical beds, eerily familiar from The Next Generation episode Schisms. It’s one of those moments where Star Trek lore hits hard, adding an extra layer of unease to everything around us.

The mission itself is long, dense, and filled with mystery. It feels like the opening chapter of something much larger. But as we push forward, a real-world challenge creeps in—a migraine starting to build.

From there, it becomes a race to the finish.

Dialogue gets skipped, decisions are made quickly, and the focus shifts to simply completing the mission. It’s not the ideal way to experience it, but sometimes survival—both in-game and out—takes priority.

We make it through.

Back at Spacedock, we call it there, setting the stage for the next mission: Circles Within Circles.

And to cap off the night, we pass the torch with a raid into AngryJoeShow, sending the community onward into another corner of the galaxy.

The ocean is still. The sky is quiet. And somewhere out there, the remnants of humanity drift in silence.

Returning to The Last Caretaker, this episode begins with a sense of calm… the kind that makes you uneasy. Because in a world like this, peace never lasts long. And sure enough, what starts as a routine shift quickly turns into a strange mix of engineering triumph, technical chaos, and unexpected adventure.

🌊 About the Game

The Last Caretaker drops you into a drowned Earth where civilization has long since faded beneath the waves.

You play as a lone operator tasked with restoring systems, salvaging what remains, and ultimately preparing humanity’s last hope for a return to the stars. It’s part survival, part exploration, and part engineering sandbox—where every decision shapes how you navigate this hauntingly quiet world.

From scavenging resources beneath the ocean’s surface to building complex ship systems, the game constantly balances calm discovery with the pressure of keeping everything running.

🧭 Where We Are in the Journey

This episode picks up early in the playthrough, but already deep into experimentation.

We’re stationed at Black Vein Station, an oil rig that has become the foundation for a growing industrial setup. Over time, the ship has evolved from a simple vessel into something far more ambitious—and far more complicated.

This is the point where creativity begins to collide with reality.

⚙️ What Happens in This Episode

The session opens with a full tour of the Black Vein Station setup, and it quickly becomes clear just how far things have escalated. What was once a functional base has transformed into a sprawling refinery, processing oil into diesel and petrol through an intricate web of systems.

Back on the ship, that complexity continues. Tanks line the outer hull on the port side, while over twenty more are mounted beneath the vessel itself, turning it into a floating fuel depot. Pipes and cables snake through the lower decks in every direction—a chaotic “spaghetti” network moving gases and liquids between systems and docking ports.

It’s impressive… and slightly terrifying.

Up on the bridge, things get even stranger. In an effort to save space, the sonar systems have been mounted upside-down on the ceiling. The result is both clever and disorienting—displays show reversed perspectives, meaning what’s ahead appears behind. But somehow, it works, allowing for easier navigation without leaving the controls.

Of course, all of this ambition comes at a cost.

As the systems grow, performance begins to crumble. Frame rates drop sharply, turning smooth sailing into a stuttering struggle. Add to that flickering lights on the lower deck, crates refusing to behave, and one stubborn wall that simply won’t align properly, and the calm atmosphere starts to crack under pressure.

Still, the enjoyment never fades.

Before setting off, there’s a quick detour to another save—a glimpse at an experimental setup where the entire ship has been lifted out of the ocean using mooring mechanics. It’s an overengineered solution to a problem that didn’t need solving… and exactly the kind of creativity that defines this playthrough.

Back in the main world, the journey finally begins.

Leaving the lag-heavy oil rig behind brings a welcome boost in performance, and the ship glides out into open waters toward an unlisted tower. But the ocean doesn’t let things stay simple for long. Somewhere along the way, a deck light breaks free and disappears into the sea—prompting a chaotic recovery mission involving sharks, drifting debris, and a fair amount of frantic maneuvering (with chat quick to pin the blame on Gary).

From there, the voyage continues into quieter territory.

The tower reveals fragments of forgotten lore and hints at deeper systems still waiting to be uncovered. Beneath the surface, valuable resources like titanium and ore are discovered, along

with the promise of underwater caves yet to be explored.

That sense of calm returns—but it’s different now. More uncertain.

The exploration leads onward to the Quarantine Stack Amen, where a climb to the top brings the next objective into focus. Powering up the structure opens massive doors at the base of a rocky spire, setting the stage for what comes next… a search for a missing Power Triode.

And that’s where things pause.

Not by choice, but necessity. With performance issues making the game increasingly difficult to play, this marks the final stream—for now. The journey will continue when the next major update arrives.

Before signing off, the adventure carries on in spirit with a raid over to SargentRusty, passing the torch to another corner of the community.

We push through ghoul-infested areas, navigate twisting tunnels, and somehow find ourselves looping through the circus more times than expected. The Fun House lives up to its name in the worst possible way—disorienting, surreal, and absolutely unforgiving.

And just when things couldn’t get more chaotic… disaster strikes.

A series of trip mine mishaps leaves us in a situation no wasteland survivor wants to be in—exposed, vulnerable, and missing a key piece of power armour. Yes… the pants are gone.

That’s the kind of vacation Nuka-World offers.

With repairs needed and supplies running low, it’s a tactical retreat back to Sanctuary Hills to regroup and prepare for what’s coming next—including the Theatre, which we’ll tackle in the next episode.
