Italian sausage&lt;br /&gt;1- 15oz. marinara sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 cup sliced mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;1- 14 1/2oz.  diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning, undrained&lt;br /&gt;1 package (9oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini&lt;br /&gt;1 cup shredded mozzarella&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Break beef and sausage into large pieces in a 10 skillet. Cook over medium heat about 10 mins. or until brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Spray inside of a 4-to-5 qt slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix beef mixture, marinara sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes in slow cooker.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours. Stir in tortelli; sprinkle with cheese . Cover and cook on low setting for an additional 15 mins or until tortelli is tender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 to  servings</description><link>http://reginasrecipes.blogspot.com/2009/07/cheesy-italian-tortellini.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Regina)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7027426116615882239.post-5137334739809883402</guid><pubDate>Sat, 23 May 2009 02:34:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2009-05-22T23:22:54.701-04:00</atom:updated><title>Cube Steaks</title><description>6- Cube Steaks&lt;br /&gt;3- TBSP flour&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp  dried mustard&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;3 TBSP. oil&lt;br /&gt;1 can (16oz) whole tomatoes cut up&lt;br /&gt;2 cloves garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;1 large onion sliced&lt;br /&gt;1 cup water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in large skillet. Mix flour, dried mustard, salt. Coat steaks with flour mixture, press mixture into steaks. Brown steaks in oil over medium heat for approx. 15 mins. Add garlic and tomatoes to skillet and simmer for 1 1/4 hours until steaks are tender. Add onions and water and cook another 10 mins and onions are tender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will post pictures the next time I make this.
