<li>Complete each fulfilment batch on schedule (~300 orders per session)</li>

<li>Able to read basic packing info (item name, quantity, address) — no prior experience needed, full training provided</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks</li>
<li>Patient and able to stay focused through a high-volume packing session</li>

<p><strong>Job Scopes:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>DRAFTING &amp; DESIGN:</strong> Produce accurate, scaled technical drawings, blueprints, schematics and maps using CAD software (AutoCAD);</li>
<li><strong>INTERPRETATION:</strong> Interpret and convert sketches, field notes, specifications and red-line markups from engineering and architects into precise digital drawings;</li>
<li><strong>REVISION MANAGEMENT:</strong> Review and revise drawings to reflect design changes, ensuring all documents are current and compliant with project specifications and industry standards;</li>
<li><strong>DOCUMENTATION:</strong> Organize and maintain database of all design documentation, drawing files and project specifications;</li>
<li><strong>COLLABORATION:</strong> Work closely with engineer, constructions and manufacturing teams to ensure drawings meet functional requirements and manufactural/buildable standards’</li>
<li><strong>COMPLIANCE:</strong> Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations and industry-specific standards (e.g: ISO, ASME, Local codes).</li>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<p>Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field</li>
<li>At least 5–8 years of working experience in factory or manufacturing operations</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role</li>
<li>Experience in electric motor manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, or related industry is an added advantage</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory operations</li>
<li>Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Able to manage workers effectively and maintain discipline in the factory</li>
<li>Familiar with SOP implementation, 5S, safety practices, and process improvement</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of maintenance coordination and machine handling</li>
