		<description>According to Wired.com&amp;#8217;s recent speed test challenge, the carrier with &amp;#8220;the most bars&amp;#8221; is not the carrier with the most speed.  In fact, results pegged AT&amp;#38;T Wireless&amp;#8216; 3G network speed  as the slowest while Verizon Wireless&amp;#8216; testers found them to have the fastest 3g data transfers.
