House cured pork loin, melted cheese, piquillo pepper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This was pretty much the sandwich that made my night. Gooey, melted cheese with enough funk to juxtapose the acidic piquillo pepper and the sweet pork.&lt;br /&gt;

My dining companion and I wondered what was that sinus clearing spiciness when we ate this sandwich. Turned out, it was mustard oil when we asked our waiter. Unfortunate thing is, it masked the uni's natural sweetness rather than emphasizing it. But it still has the sexy, creamy texture.&lt;br /&gt;

Lamb skewer, marinated with cumin and lemon.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Love how tender and flavorful the lamb was.&lt;br /&gt;

Part of the allure was the fact that this is the reincarnation of the old San Domenico (think refined and genteel) that went downtown hip.
