He may have banked a nice $750,000 for his set, but there were many other items requested as well as the expensive wheels which the school couldn’t provide. Since the school has a policy not to provide the artists with alcohol or tobacco the Belvedere was out, so too the Patron. But you’ll be pleased to know the jar of good quality peanut butter did make the list. So did the good quality grape jelly.

This girl has one hell of a voice on her and has featured on plenty of tracks from the likes of Bugz In The Attic to Elektrons in the past but this year should finally see the reward after years of working on an album with various labels. I spoke to her a couple of years ago after she performed with the latter and she is a really down to earth person and despite what must be obvious frustrations when getting an album released is out of your hands she was very positive so I hope things work out well for her on Parlophone. Box N Locks is a catchy number with an old school feel that showcases the range of influences and her style.

Master Shortie – New Dead End Video

The first video was alright but now with a bigger budget check out the new installment to Dead End. A track which didn’t get the attention or credit it deserved back in the winter but with this new video and more airplay, that should soon be rectified.
