Beyonce has said she is “pumped” at the prospect of headlining Glastonbury this June. However nothing is officially confirmed.

Beyonce visited the festival in 2008, when her husband Jay-Z headlined, but she has never performed at the event.

Glastonbury 2011 takes place at Worthy Farm, Pilton. Billed music takes place on June 24-26, with the site opening on June 22.

Last year Gorillaz replaced U2 as headliners, with Muse and Stevie Wonder also playing headline slots.

The manager shopped his rock group’s demo tape to three record labels and was turned down by all three. Now he reaches his fourth and final stop. The music producer listens to the demo, but isn’t impressed by the collection of oldies and uninspired originals. However, the unusual vocal arrangements and the quartet’s potential convinced him to invite the group for a recording test.

Although he thought the drummer needed to be replaced and the songs needed work, George Martin liked the group’s enthusiasm. The band he saved from obscurity: The Beatles. Martin signed them to a five-year contract within a month of the audition. Martin’s suggested changes to John Lennon’s arrangement of “Please Please Me” that made it an early hit. That was the beginning of a collaboration that lasted for seven years

Halle Berry says she’s preparing to go to court with her ex Gabriel Aubry over custody of their 2 ½-year-old daughter Nahla.

“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her,” the actress’s rep tells PEOPLE.

To clear her schedule for custody litigation, Berry, 44, pulled out of the film New Year’s Eve, set to start filming this week in New York. She’s being replaced by Katherine Heigl.

“She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” her rep says.

Aubrey, 35, filed court papers Dec. 30 seeking to be formally recognized as Nahla’s father and to establish that he’ll share custody. The couple split last April.

There was no word on what prompted the custody dispute.

Berry’s rep says, “Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter’s best interest.”

Comedian and best-selling author, Steve Harvey, has found himself in a controversial bind when Mary Harvey, ex-wife, posted a series of three YouTube videos totaling in 25 minutes last weekend. In her videos she claims he was unfaithful during their 17-year-marriage, took her wealth, took custody of their thirteen-year-old son, Wynton, and includes excerpts of letters and e-mails she said she intercepted between Harvey and his current wife, Marjorie.

More than five-years after their divorce, Mary blasts former husband and lands a CNN interview with Jane Velez-Mitchell about the “tell-all” videos she posted about her ex-husband.

In response, a statement from Steve Harvey’s attorney, Bobbie Edmonds, states:

“We are appalled and aware of the videos and other fabricated documents … which contained false, misleading, derogatory, disparaging, malicious, explicit and slanderous information about Mr. Harvey, his current wife and others.”

The statement adds: “The ex-wife is fully aware of the court’s current orders and permanent injunctions which prohibit either party, their lawyers or representatives from discussing and releasing information on the Internet and to the media. We are taking the necessary legal steps to rectify this matter to the full extent of the law and we will be seeking contempt and sanctions against her for such reprehensible and callous disregard for the court orders.”

Steve Harvey is now set to appear in court next month to ask a Texas judge to forbid his ex-wife from speaking of the break up of their marriage and the bitter child custody fight that followed, Harvey’s lawyer said Thursday.

Harvey, who married Marjorie Bridges in 2007, briefly addressed the issue on his syndicated talk show Monday.

“I know the truth,” said Harvey. “I don’t care what you say about me, but my wife and kids are off limits.”

Sources close to the Steve Harvey camp revealed that he will be interviewing with CNN’s Anderson Cooper to “tell his side of the story” in regards to the explosive drama.
