Walmart decals are plastic stickers with the art printed on them. Like thick Scotch tape with lines draw on it with a felt tip marker. See top photo.

Each letter and embellishment of Walmart decals has to be positioned on the wall separately. The long swirly parts stick to themselves.

You have to draw lines on the wall to get everything level, but there's no way to get the correct spacing between the letters.  Getting appropriate spacing between letters and words is called kerning. Any designer will tell you that kerning plays a critical part in the art of typography.

Directions say "Peel decal from backing paper. Apply to clean, dry surface." That's helpful.

I'll admit I applied these decals in about ten minutes, without a level, but the fact remains:

 Wonderful Graffiti is NOTHING like $10 Walmart decals.
