As 2015 draws to a close I want to reach out to our amazing community of users to wish you a happy new year, and to say thank you – for telling us what you love about WiseStamp, and for your ongoing suggestions on how to make WiseStamp better. I’d also like to let you know about some of the awesome features that are coming soon (and tell you about our free Christmas app we’ve just released).

2016 is gonna be huge.

Over the past year, we heard over and over from you how easy it is to use the WiseStamp email platform, and how it helps you brand your business while promoting your business and services with every email you send. You’ve also said you wish you had more products like it – products that you can set up in minutes, that will help market and promote yourself while you do what you do best – run your business. 

So we listened.

And I’m so excited about the new features that are coming that it’s hard not to spill the beans right now.

What I can say is that they are all based on the same, simple principle as our email signature – using the information you’ve already entered for your signature you’ll be able to access a variety of different products and features that you can set up instantly – both online and offline – that will help you market, promote and brand your business, get more leads, distribute your content and build a community of customers.

In the meantime…

We’ve just released a Christmas app that lets you add a holiday greeting to your email signature. 

And for now, we’re offering it free to all our users.

How to get it:

• Go the WiseStamp editor
• Under Apps, select Featured
• Click the Holiday Message App
• Choose a banner, customize the text if you want, and you’re done! (Don’t forget to save changes and refresh your email)

From now on every email you send will become an opportunity to connect and expand your professional reach. How do I brand my mail with a sidebar App?

Adding a sidebar email app to your emails is extremely easy. All you should do is select one of our sidebar supported Email Apps, and under ‘Position’ select the ‘Sidebar’ option. (the ‘Position’ selector might be under ‘Design’) That’s it! Your emails will now be branded and decorated with your latest Video, Pin or Tweet. With a bit of creativity from your side you can do wonders to your branding. So what are you waiting for? Start branding your emails right now! The New Gmail Compose

The Gmail team introduced a brand new Compose and reply feature  which we are proud to support. We have already released an automatic update to all our Chrome users. A Firefox & Safari  updated is coming soon! Grab the updated from here – Update version To activate your WiseStamp on the new Gmail compose, simply make sure you where updated to the latest WiseStamp version and make sure to refresh your Gmail tab (Ctrl+R) before you click compose. You can easily alternate between your signatures by clicking on the WiseStamp icon that will appear in the bottom of your compose window. Note that your WiseStamp signature will be added to your first composed window, and will appear on the second compose window when you send the first one. We will continue to support the traditional Gmail compose, if you choose to switch back to the old compose.

1. Login to your Webmail (Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL…) & Click “Compose” >> locate the WiseStamp Icon on your Webmail editor (Gmail, Yahoo..).
2. Click on the icon and choose “Edit WiseStamp”.
3. Design and customize your signatures.
