White House Official After Situation Room Meeting: Trump Will Only Make Iran Deal that ‘Satisfies His Redlines’

A White House official told Breitbart News Friday evening that President Donald Trump will only make a deal with Iran that “satisfies his redlines” following a Situation Room meeting held midday.

The president emphasized his red lines in the post announcing the meeting, including that Iran must agree it cannot have a nuclear weapon, that the Strait of Hormuz must reopen, that Iran must clear mines in the Strait, and that its enriched uranium must be turned over to the United States for destruction:

Iran must agree that they will never have a Nuclear Weapon or Bomb. The Hormuz Strait must be immediately open, no tolls, for unrestricted shipping traffic, in both directions. All water mines (bombs), if any, will be terminated (we have removed, through detonation, numerous such mines with our great underwater mine sweepers. Iran will complete the immediate removal and/or detonation of any mines that are left, which will not be many!). Ships caught in the Strait due to our amazing and unprecedented Naval Blockade, which will now be lifted, may start the process of “heading home!” Say HELLO to your wives, husbands, parents, and families from me, your favorite President! The enriched material, sometimes referred to as “Nuclear Dust,” which is buried deep underground with virtually collapsed mountains, caused by our powerful B2 Bomber attack 11 months ago, sitting on top of it, will be unearthed by the United States (which, it is agreed, is the only Country, along with China, with the mechanical capability of doing so!), in close coordination and conjunction with the Islamic Republic of Iran, plus the International Atomic Energy Agency, and DESTROYED. No money will be exchanged, until further notice.

UAE Carried Out Dozens of Airstrikes on Iran with U.S.-Israeli Coordination

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) carried out dozens of coordinated airstrikes against Iran alongside the United States and Israel during the conflict with Tehran — including strikes on strategic energy and military infrastructure that reportedly continued even after the April ceasefire announcement — according to a report published Friday.

The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the matter, reported the Emirati role in the campaign was far deeper than previously publicly known, with Abu Dhabi allegedly launching attacks from the opening days of the conflict while coordinating closely with Washington and Jerusalem, both of which reportedly provided intelligence support for the operations.

Among the targets reportedly struck by the UAE were Qeshm and Abu Musa islands in the Strait of Hormuz, Bandar Abbas, the Lavan Island oil refinery in the Persian Gulf, and the Asaluyeh petrochemical complex, the report said.

The Journal reported that the strike on the Asaluyeh energy hub was carried out jointly with Israel and triggered significant international backlash at the time, prompting the United States to pressure Israel to halt further attacks on Iranian energy infrastructure amid fears of broader regional escalation.

The report is particularly notable because Israeli officials publicly took sole responsibility for the strike at the time. When asked about the attack, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told reporters that “Israel acted alone against the Asaluyeh gas compound.”

According to the report, some of the Emirati strikes targeted Iranian energy facilities in response to Tehran’s attacks on UAE oil and gas infrastructure during the conflict.

Iran reportedly launched more than 2,800 missiles and drones at the UAE — more than at any other country, including Israel — targeting airports, energy infrastructure, ports, and civilian areas as Tehran sought to pressure U.S.-aligned Gulf states amid the regional escalation.

The Journal reported that the scale of the Emirati response exposed widening divisions inside the Gulf bloc, with Saudi Arabia privately complaining to Washington in early April that the UAE’s operations risked triggering broader Iranian retaliation against regional energy infrastructure and global oil markets.

Saudi officials reportedly pushed the United States to pressure Abu Dhabi to halt retaliatory operations and instead support regional diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation.

The report further said UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan became frustrated with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman after Riyadh declined to participate in coordinated military action against Iran.

The revelations also underscore the rapidly deepening military and intelligence coordination between Israel and the UAE during the conflict under the framework of the Abraham Accords brokered by President Donald Trump in 2020.

Last month, Breitbart News reported that Israel quietly deployed Iron Dome batteries, interceptors, and dozens of IDF personnel to the UAE following direct coordination between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and bin Zayed as Iran unleashed sustained missile and drone barrages targeting Emirati civilian areas, airports, ports, and energy infrastructure.

The deployment marked the first operational use of the Iron Dome system abroad outside Israel and the United States, with Israeli troops operating on Emirati soil and helping intercept incoming Iranian missiles and drones targeting the Gulf state.

The Journal further reported that top Israeli officials — including Netanyahu, Mossad Director David Barnea, Shin Bet chief David Zini, and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir — visited the UAE during the conflict as coordination between the countries intensified.

Responding to the report, the UAE Foreign Ministry said Iran bore “full responsibility” for the attacks and their consequences.

Trump Hits Cuba With New Sanctions; Rubio Warns Of Havana’s Foreign Influence Ops

The Trump administration’s Cuba pressure campaign accelerated this past week, with Trump signing an executive order Friday that broadens U.S. sanctions against Havana and opens the door to severe penalties on foreign firms operating key nodes in the Cuban economy. On top of this, Secretary of State Marco Rubio made a very interesting comment, as if he or his staffers had read our late-2025 note titled “Is There A ‘Cuba Connection’ Behind The Radicalization Of America’s Nonprofit Left?”

Let’s begin with the next round of U.S. sanctions that target the communist regime, more specifically, individuals, entities, affiliates, officials, and supporters linked to Cuba’s security apparatus, corruption, or serious human rights abuses. It also authorizes secondary sanctions against parties that conduct or facilitate transactions with sanctioned targets, as this can only be viewed as maximum pressure against the Havana communists ramping up.

Reuters quoted Jeremy Paner, a former sanctions investigator at the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, who said the next round of sanctions was the most significant on non-U.S. companies since the U.S. embargo against Cuba began decades ago. 

“Oil and gas, mining companies, and ‌banks that have carefully segregated their Cuba operations from the United States are no longer protected,” said Paner, who now works for law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed.

Reuters also quoted that Trump’s order contained an implicit warning to Cuba, accusing the Cuban communists of being in cahoots with Iran and militant groups like Hezbollah. 

“Cuba provides a permissive environment for hostile foreign intelligence, military, and terrorist operations less than 100 miles from the American homeland,” one official said.

Also, this week, Rubio told Fox News that Cuban communists are a national security threat because they had “rolled out the welcome mat to adversaries” of the US.

“We are not going to have a foreign military or intelligence or security apparatus operating with impunity 90 miles off the shores of the United States,” Rubio said. “That’s not going to happen under President Trump.”

The National Lawyers Guild serves as the lawfare and agitation arm, training protesters, facilitating delegations, and litigating against U.S. institutions under the guise of civil rights.

Funding and infrastructure come from the Neville Roy Singham Network, a web of organizations linked to Chinese Communist Party-aligned capital that provides money, logistics, and professionalized organizing capacity. Public narratives are amplified by legacy anti-war organizations like CODEPINK and the ANSWER Coalition, which are also now under the Singham umbrella. 19 people associated with ISIS just touched down in Australia with zero police arrests. They were escorted out a side door to avoid press with at least one supporter assaulting a camera man.

ISIS supporter Wissam Haddad just released a new post claiming that the ISIS brides have more right to be in Australia than white people.

It can be revealed that a woman named, Hodan Abby, is the so called ISIS ‘bride’ who had an exclusion order put on her, preventing her from flying back to Australia with the rest of the ‘brides’ and their children. Abby escaped from her home in western Sydney with a friend when she was 18 and entered Syria in 2015 with the hope of becoming a jihadi bride. The young women told their parents they were going on holiday. Abby’s friend was killed in Syria in 2015. Abby and her child had a plane ticket and had hoped to return, but were stopped at the airport and prevented from boarding because of the exclusion order.

The woman argued that her nine year old child, who is also now stuck in Syria, has serious medical issues caused by shrapnel wounds she suffered as a baby. The child has shrapnel in her back and hip, which made it difficult for her to walk and caused delayed speech and development. Her family say the child needs medical attention after earlier attempts to get her an operation were rebuffed by authorities at the al-Roj camp. Nationals leader Matt Canavan rightly questioned why more women weren’t issued with temporary exclusion orders. “It’s probably too late for anything to change now, of course, but the government has exposed Australians to unnecessary risks”.

Hodan Abby, is where she belongs, in her Syrian “caliphate” with her daughter, who unfortunately, the Australian public have absolutely no responsibility for. The other jihadi brides and their children, should have suffered the same fate. It is outrageous that they are now walking among us, free, without charge. Albanese will have blood on his hands.

Sacred ‘Eternal Flame’ Hall Destroyed in Miyajima Fire

Amid a growing number of fires involving historic religious sites across Japan this year, the revered Reikado Hall on Mount Misen on Miyajima Island was destroyed in a blaze on Wednesday morning. According to the fire service, a report came in around 8:30 a.m. stating that the hall was on fire. Firefighters eventually contained the flames after they spread to nearby woodland. No injuries were reported.

Several other religious sites have also been damaged or destroyed by fire during the first half of 2026. In February, two buildings in Ehime Prefecture — Horenji Temple in Kumakogen and the residence of the head priest at Hotoji Temple in Asahigaoka — were destroyed in separate fires. The wife of Hotoji’s head priest died in the blaze. Later that month, five people were killed in a fire at Shorinji Temple in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

 

In April, fires were reported at Renshoji Temple in Toyama Prefecture and Urufushine Shrine in Nabari, Mie Prefecture. On May 6, Furumachi Atago Shrine, a 300-year-old Shinto shrine in Niigata Prefecture dedicated to the deity of fire prevention, burned down. Ten days later, the 573-year-old Daihoji Temple in Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture, founded in 1453, also went up in flames, with its main wooden hall completely destroyed.

Propping Up The Yen, Again and Again

Can Japan just keep propping up the yen forever?

At a certain point, Japan won’t be able to just keep dumping dollars and Treasuries to prevent its currency from imploding.

With an economy so sensitive to rate hikes after decades of zero-interest rate policy, the Bank of Japan can’t endlessly jack up the cost of borrowing without risking severe consequences. And, even if Washington could be convinced to do so, the US Treasury and Fed can’t save Japan by buying yen directly without spiking yields and weakening the relative strength of the dollar.

Japan’s repeated attempts to defend the yen through interventions are going to hit a wall of reality built from decades of ultra-loose policy, massive debt, and a collision with unyielding global forces. As Japanese Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama has affirmed, Japan stands ready to act against excessive forex volatility, emphasizing interventions that avoid spiking Treasury yields. But she walks an impossible tightrope. Foreign governments led by Japan and China are offloading Treasuries to defend their currency from oil shocks amid the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.

As the largest foreign holder of US debt, every yen-support operation out of Japan is a potential accelerant for higher yields. In March alone, Japan shed about $47 billion in Treasuries, dropping to $1.191 trillion, as it battled yen weakness past sensitive levels amid surging energy import costs. They’re liquidating dollar assets to buy yen, directly feeding into a Treasury market already flashing warning signs. Now Treasuries have entered a “danger zone” of surging long-term yields, with the 30-year yield recently pushing above 5.2%, its highest since 2007, while the 10-year climbed toward 4.7%.

HSBC and others warn that further repricing of terminal rates could hammer risk assets. The bond vigilantes are waking up to sticky inflation, geopolitical oil spikes, and endless deficits, and Japan dumping more paper to prop up its currency (yet again) adds more powder to the keg. At what point does the feedback loop break?

Peter Schiff has been ringing the alarm bells about Japan unloading US debt. The risks of Tokyo selling US Treasuries to fund stimulus or interventions are clear, at a time when the US can’t afford it:

That will send US bond yields higher and the dollar lower, worsening stagflation.

Japan needs a weaker yen for exports but can’t tolerate a collapse, so it intervenes, selling Treasuries that push yields up and complicate the same dollar dynamics it relies on. It’s a contradiction where the math can only lead to one possible outcome: a race to the bottom. You can perform a high-wire act with no net and get away with it for one show, maybe two shows, or maybe even a hundred. But eventually, the audience is going to witness something horrible. Every time the yen needs to be rescued again, we come a little bit closer to the inevitable end result.

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) accused Iran on Thursday of an “egregious ceasefire violation” for firing a ballistic missile at Kuwait and launching “five one-way attack drones that posed a clear threat in and near the Strait of Hormuz.”

If I were an Israeli, I would think twice about entering into any agreement with such people.

On March 12, 2014, the eve of President Mahmoud Abbas’ departure for the White House and a meeting with American President Barack Obama, Fatah Central Committee’s Abbas Zaki went on Palestinian national TV and presented his vision for the future of the Jews in the State of Israel. According to Zaki, “Allah will gather them [the Israelis] so that we can kill them.” He said that “every killer has to die, there is no other option.”

His sweeping declaration represented the true vision that a great many Palestinian leaders have for the Jews, based on Surah 17, Al-Isra(The Night Journey), Verse 8 of the Qur’an,[1] which deals with the bitter fate of the Jews condemned to hell.

Those leaders also repeat – endlessly – the hadith (a saying attributed to Muhammad) claiming that Judgment Day will be delayed until the Muslims have slaughtered all the Jews, the last of whom will be revealed by the stone or tree behind which he is hiding, so that the Muslims can kill him. That is what the Jews can expect, what the Palestinians tell each other even as their smiling leaders convince the world they want peace with the Jews.

While the Palestinians refuse to recognize Israel as the national homeland of the Jews, they admit that in fact, the Holy Land belongs to the Jews. They invented a word, “Judaize,” and use it to define the Israelites in Israel. The Palestinian leaders call Israel’s construction in Jerusalem the “Judaization of Jerusalem.” The flyers distributed by the Palestinian terrorist organizations always call for the murder of all the Jews in “Palestine.” The sheikhs and commanders of the Islamist terrorist organizations use the pulpits of the mosques to preach the slaughter of the Jews in “Palestine,” as they were slaughtered by Muhammad. Even Palestinian intellectuals display the link between the Jews of “Palestine” and world Jewry as an aspect of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

The Palestinian refusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish state is based on the claim that it would deny Israeli Arabs their rights to the land and cancel the “historic rights” of the Palestinian people in Palestine. If the Palestinian leaders had any real interest in Israeli Arabs, they would have agreed to the proposal given by Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman and accepted them and all their property and land, as Lieberman offered, as citizens of Palestine. The truth, however, is that despite the claims that Israel is discriminatory, colonialist and an apartheid state, even Israeli Arabs have no desire to exchange Israeli citizenship for a Palestinian Authority passport. By refusing to recognize Israel as a Jewish state the Palestinians are in fact admitting that they have no intention of ending the conflict. The Palestinian leaders claim they are willing to recognize the fact of Israel’s existence, but not its right to exist.

The Israeli demand for Palestinian recognition of Israel as a Jewish state is legitimate: It signals Palestinian acceptance of Israel’s existence, the waiving of the so-called “right of return” and the end of the conflict. The verbal acrobatics of our leaders deceive us and perhaps the world at large, but not the Israelis. Mahmoud Abbas’ reasons for the refusal are unclear. After all, Arafat himself was documented and photographedrecognizing Israel as a Jewish state.

With regard to religion, Palestinian recognition of the State of Israel is more serious than its recognition of Israel as a Jewish state. For us as Muslims, the word “Israel” and our recognition of it and its inhabitants as “Israelis” mean we verify and confirm the fulfillment of the Qur’an prophecy according to which the blessed land is the divine heritage of “Bani Israail,” “the Israelites.” That means we give Israel Islamic religious sanction with the full weight of Qur’anic blessing.

Therefore, Mahmoud Abbas’ evasion of recognizing Israel as a Jewish state is nonsensical. Arafat himself, who founded and led the PLO and engineered the establishment of the Palestinian Authority through the Oslo Accords, declared that Israel was a Jewish state. For that reason, President Abbas’ stubborn resistance seems spiteful and underhanded, and is firm proof that he does not really want peace.

The day after Abbas Zaki gave his speech, Mahmoud Abbas told the 13^th annual Fatah Revolutionary Council, held in Ramallah, what his plans were for peace with Israel. He said, “No recognition of Israel as a Jewish state, no waiving of the right of return and no abandoning Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.” Those three “No”s also show that the Palestinians have no interest in a peace process and seek to continue the conflict with Israel. They still hold the onto the hope that they will be able to blackmail the Jews into giving more for nothing in return — backed by the generous and freely-given assistance of the American administration and the European Union.

The truth is that the stronger Russia, China and Iran become, and the longer the list of American failures (Iran, Afghanistan, Iran, Egypt, Soviet Union and the Ukraine), the less the Palestinians will be able to rely on the Obama administration.

The more American society becomes polarized and its economy destabilized by its catastrophic debt, the less the pro-Palestinian elements in Washington will be able to extort compromises and concessions from Israel, which is still considered a strategic asset of the United States.

In addition, the economic downfall of the European countries will weaken the European Union and eventually stop the funds pouring into the Palestinian Authority and its mostly corrupt leadership. The Palestinian attempts to destroy Israel through the boycott, divestment and sanctions campaign will fail and the unscrupulous pro-Palestinian organizations, NGOs and agencies like UNRWA will close their doors.

Our hope that the international situation, especially in view of America’s weakness, will lead the West to boycott Israel in the service of the Palestinians, as was done against against South Africa, is in vain. The only people who will suffer from the boycott of the Jewish settlements in the West Bank are the Palestinians who work there and support their families with their jobs in the settlements’ factories. The BDS campaign, in its efforts to put the settlements out of business, has swollen the ranks of unemployed Palestinians. In the past, tens of thousands of Palestinians came from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip every day to work in Israel. The two intifadas took away their job; we took away their jobs by boycotting Israel and its manufactured goods. To us, it is clear that the international community cares less about helping Palestinians than trying to destroy Israel.

Mahmoud Abbas is a disappointment and without vision. In calling himself a leader who will not betray the interests of his people he trapped himself. The truth is that he does not have a general Palestinian consensus to lead and he does not have legal constitutional standing. He cannot advance the Palestinian cause even one inch forward and instead promotes showy but meaningless public relations ploys, such as the release of Palestinian security prisoners from Israeli jails. The release of prisoners is all he wants; once he has them, he will be through with negotiations.

Whoever called the Mahmoud Abbas era a unique opportunity for peace was mistaken. Peace does not depend on one individual, it must represent the general agreement and wishes of the people who will still be in the Palestinian street long after Mahmoud Abbas is gone. His refusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish state (as he conveniently ignores the fact that his regime exists only because of the security support he receives from the Israeli army) is unnecessary and petty, and is a major cause of concern and suspicion for the Israelis.

His unwillingness to reach a peace agreement was essentially the theme of the speech he delivered to Fatah’s Revolutionary Council the day before he left for the United States to meet with President Obama. He and others in the Palestinian Authority refuse, in fact, to compromise on any issue. They refer publicly and often to the return of all the refugees to “occupied Palestine.” Unfortunately, the morning after, the Palestinians will be left with the legacy of a “leader” whom history will show to have been a coward with no vision, no real concern for his people and no political backbone. Since the Jews in Palestine will never agree to the implementation of the right of return, which would mean the physical destruction of Israel, the Palestinian problem will most likely remain without a solution forever.

The Palestinians claim that the Jews themselves cannot answer the question “Who is a Jew?” and therefore that there is therefore no reason for the Palestinians to recognize Israel as a Jewish state. They claim that they arrived in Palestine before the Jews and that they are the descendants of the original Canaanites. The claims, even if they were valid and not imaginary, would still be irrelevant. The fact is that UN General Assembly Resolution 181, determined one state for the Jews and one for the Arabs (the name of the Palestinian state was not mentioned). We rejected it out of hand and attacked Israel in 1948.

If I were an Israeli, I would ask who those Palestinians are who have gathered in Palestine during the past hundred years, brought in by the British to build roads and by landowners from Syria and Lebanon to work in the fields. Are they the people supporting Mahmoud Abbas when he claims he wants peace, or are they a collection of terrorist operatives of the Hamas-Palestinian Islamic Jihad type, who smuggle weapons from Iran and rain rockets on Israel’s cities and its civilians from the Gaza Strip? If I were an Israeli I would also be worried about the recent mudslinging bouts of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and his former minister of the interior and commander of preventive security Muhammad Dahlan. The arguments and mutual accusations expose a Palestinian leadership that is rotten to the core, corrupt, thieving, engaged in mutual murders and betraying the Palestinian people. If I were an Israeli I would think twice before entering into any agreement with such people.

The most recent decision of the Arab League to back Mahmoud Abbas as the elected and only president of “Palestine” and to demand the establishment of a Palestine state with east Jerusalem as its capital was wise. However, the unfortunate and rather stupid decision not to recognize Israel as a Jewish state prolongs the Arab political fixation and is an obstacle to peace. It reflects an Arab disregard for historical truth and the prophecies of the Noble Qur’an regarding the establishment of the Jewish state in Jerusalem and its environment, called by the Qur’an “the Blessed Land.” Anyone who disregards what is written in the Qur’an is an enemy of Allah. The only outcome of the Arab League’s unfortunate decision will be that the Jews in Palestine will continue to flourish while the Palestinians continue to suffer.

Angela Merkel Receives EU “Order Of Merit” For Helping To Destroy Europe

Brussels honors Angela Merkel while Europe continues paying the price for her migration policies and Germany’s energy disaster

The European Union has just awarded Angela Merkel the European Order of Merit, the highest institutional honor in the bloc. Yes — the same Angela Merkel whose political decisions are still impacting the daily lives of millions of Europeans.

Das Merkel becomes the first person to receive the European Order of Merit, the EU’s new top honour for people who have contributed the most to Europe’s development. In her speech, she urged EU leaders to regulate speech on social media. She says it’s the only way to “save democracy”.

In Brussels, she is praised as a “historic leader” and a symbol of stability. Outside the EU bubble, however, many Europeans see something very different: a politician whose decisions helped accelerate Europe’s energy, economic, and migration crisis.

The announcement immediately sparked backlash online and among conservative voices across Europe, where frustration continues growing against political elites increasingly viewed as disconnected from ordinary people.

Because while Brussels hands out medals, European families are struggling with record electricity bills, crushing inflation, rising insecurity, and weakening economies.

One of Merkel’s biggest political mistakes was dismantling Germany’s nuclear energy system.

After the Fukushima disaster in 2011, the former chancellor pushed to shut down Germany’s nuclear power plants even though they produced nearly 30 percent of the country’s electricity. Experts warned at the time that the decision could become a long-term disaster.

They were ignored.

Germany went from being one of Europe’s strongest and most stable energy powers to depending heavily on foreign gas and unreliable “green” policies incapable of supporting Europe’s largest industrial economy. The consequences eventually hit everyone: soaring energy prices, weakened industries, and dangerous dependence on foreign suppliers just as the Russia crisis exploded.

But the decision that permanently defined Merkel’s legacy was her massive border opening in 2015.

The former chancellor allowed millions of migrants, mainly from the Middle East and Africa, to enter Europe under what was promoted as a “humanitarian” policy. Progressive media celebrated her for years. Anyone criticizing the policy was quickly labeled “far-right,” censored, or politically attacked.

Today, reality speaks for itself.

Many Europeans feel their cities changed dramatically within just a decade. Integration failures, rising violent crime, pressure on public services, and growing cultural tensions have become impossible to ignore across several European countries.

And yet Brussels chooses to reward her.

For millions of citizens, the message feels almost insulting. The same elites who pushed open borders, globalism, and social engineering continue congratulating each other while Europe loses security, identity, and economic stability.

More and more Europeans believe nobody in Brussels is listening anymore.

Europe does not need more empty speeches or politicians obsessed with ideological agendas.

Europe needs secure borders, energy sovereignty, public order, and leaders willing to defend the cultural roots that built the continent in the first place.

For years, Europe’s left-wing establishment called these policies “progress.” Today, millions of families are being forced to live with the consequences.
