Apple will probably release another iPhone in 2010 Q3 like the past years. More and more rumors start to surface, and we don’t know which one could be true. Recent rumor said the new iPhone in 2010 will have a smaller 2.8″ screen. It will be lighter. Source said the new iPhone will use a new Qualcomm chip that is compatible with CDMA2000 networks. That means it will work with Verizon Wireless. Currently, the iPhone 3GS will not work with Verizon because it’s using the CDMA2000 network.

What would be the name of this next iPhone? iPhone 3GL? (L = lighter)?

Finally, the Mac version is released today at here.

Orb for Mac will be able to scan the iPhoto and iTunes media files. You may also specify the folder you want to be included. It needs a few minutes to finish. Orb will keep on running in the background so you just need to keep your Mac open for other devices to access the media files. Time for me to get a fast broadband connection for my Mac. When can I have cheap and fast broadband connections in the US?

Apple wants to introduce simplified file transfer between devices. The new patent reveals Apple is working on the new “Grab & Go” app to transfer files through different method between iPhone, Macs, Apple TV and more. The transfer may be able to ” include many user decisions, such as which data to save, where the data is saved, which formats each device may be capable of processing, how to interconnect the devices for a most effective data transfer, etc.”.

You will be able to share Safari bookmarks, iTunes content, video game file saves and more through the app. The patent also said users will be able to transfer and share through the fastest connection available. It sound similar to the current file transfer method through bluetooth, but Apple seems want to simplifies it by allowing cross-platform syncing and cloud-integrated.
