Astral Projection – my first semi separation

It was on June 11, 2010. Since then I had a full separation where I escaped like a rocket to the orbit with a hyper acceleration. But here I will put my notes from that day when for the first time I saw my astral body:
The whole night stayed awake, listening to music, eating and reading. Walked outside the house to see a sunrised sky around 5am. Then darkened the window with blankets and went to sleep around 6am, I set up an alarm 4:30 hours ahead to try projection in the 4+1 system (4h sleep + 1h awake, then fall between sleep and awareness), lied down about 30 min, woke up from the dream described below after maybe 2h (so it was out of my plan).
Dream: {Train, parents left me in the machinery, I wanted to move forward just a bit and stop, so I closed one door and the second on the other side, but the train suddenly started to move automatically, I run to the seat to apply brakes, but the engines still picked up speed, braking was slow, track split into a dozen of tracks, I noticed second train ahead which tried to make a loop – an U turn, derailing some cars, my train crashed into something else, I escaped into the crowd, changed jacket, this melting in the crowd was helpless so I escaped to the forest, still there were patrols looking for me, I thought about a big forest far away to leave society and live there for few years}
woke up with a punding heart and understood that meant escaping from responsibility. I opened eyes without moving the rest of body, I decided to astral project, counting from 100 down Darek Sugier’s method (chanting “I am aware, I remember” every 5 count), just before 70 blacked out for a few sec and I found myself in a lucid dream still lying in bed, all thoughts directed to Astral Projection like “time for OBE, I want Astral Projection, OBE, OBE, OBE, …”, I focused on leaving my body, a wave of vibration swept me and then numbness and almost nothingness of my body, I risked moving my hands up, I saw them see-through, violet or pink like a live brain, glistering like a water surface, very easy to move them up, so soon I moved my legs up, they were slightly darker, I wanted to stand up but my orientation was terrible, (probably because of a sleep deprivation) I couldn’t find out which room I am in, what country or year. I saw the room but couldn’t decide which side of rectangle is wider or find out which side is ok to stand up, I twisted (to the left side) so I was only connected with the bed and body with hips. After a while I found myself twisted back in the previous position so I opened my astral eyes and saw the same wall as before, slightly lighter. I tried to move astral head to the window on the right, but it moved me back to physicality, I woke up and opened real eyes, seeing the same wall. During the whole experience (about 2 minutes) I felt the kind of a fear like on a rollercoaster. Without moving I decided to come back to astral and reached only some half sleep state so I turned to side and fell asleep, woked up by alarm at least half an hour later, at most 2h but soon fell asleep.

So why title says “semi separation”? Because I moved only partially and I was so disoriented that I had no thoughts of flying, I would astral throw-up or something. I my lucid dreams, and I’ve had them about 50 I fly often. First time I read about LD and AP eight years ago, and had LD after some preparation, but for AP I had to wait till now after many trials.Similar Posts:

There is a place for Esperanto intended by the Source. Some souls can be polished through Sisyphus struggles to promote Esperanto.
For many people it is a pleasant and exciting language.
Esperanto means a person with hope and who cares if this hope is backed up or not, it’s just a hope.
It is still an ongoing experiment, the whole world benefits from learnings derived from this seemingly dead end fight.
It might be a starting point for something else.

Back To 100% Raw

In January this year I went for a 100% raw food trial, but after the trial I decided to let go a bit, I slid back to about 60-70 raw afterwords. Now I am back, in the last weeks I’ve been eating fully raw with only occasional exceptions, this time it went naturally and easily. This is something that I would keep in the long term, however I feel that I will bounce back to some processed food again. In my return to fully raw diet helpful was a juicer. I started to drink lot’s of juices, my favorite is an apple, carrot and celery mix. Recently I made a beetroot-apple juice and it is just fantastic, beetroot is surprisingly sweet and most of all has a deep, bloody red color. Today I experimented with a … potato juice and it was awful, so I diluted it in an apple juice with a lime. Replacing any unwanted food with tasty juices is helpful.Similar Posts:

A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking

“A Brief History of Time” by Stephen Hawking is a quite old book (first published in 1988) but is so nice to read and actually contains most of the nicest things in modern physics. It talks about cosmology, quantum physics, theory of everything, black holes. It is a guided tour of the understanding of the universe. The humanity is constantly discovering and updating the view of the world. It is one of the easiest and most joyful scientific book. I listened to is several times as an audio book but when I read the paper book I got lots of new info, different focus and illustration were helpful. Some time ago I wrote a post about a Money Free World and now I discovered a website where similar concept is in action. The Freeconomy Community is a network of people who are willing to share their skills and tools with other members for free. Intuition Trial

September’s trial was to listen to intuition. I took this trial lightly, non the less it was a nice trial. One of the side effects was that I could communicate better with animals. Once while cycling in a countryside I stopped for a break and was undecided between coming back or going forward, then I saw a horse from a long distance and he “told me” to go ASAP. I listened and it turned out to be a good decision. I had some challenges with dogs too.Similar Posts:

Astral Projection In a Collider

How would it look like to go out of the body and see the moment of collision in a collider? Collider is a particle smasher, two beams of particles are accelerated to extremely high speeds and steered for a head on collision. A spectacular example of a collider is a Large Hadron Collider soon to be operational. For people who are very advanced in astral projection technically it would be possible to go even outside of time and space and see the beginning of our Big Bang which created our space time. Equally good idea is just to see any current particles like electrons or quarks. For a nice experience there is no need to go far, all the matter including our bodies are built from this stuff. All of those mysteries could be seen through however this data is protected and guarded by high rank souls – engineers or builders of this “school”, students – incarnated souls on this and similar worlds have opportunity to slowly discover all the mysteries. But who knows perhaps there is a way to sneak peak the matter.
