Add the form builder element

Log in to your site.
Find the region on your page you want to put it in. Click the Add Element button.
Choose Form in the dropdown list and click the Add button.

Create a quick and easy contact form

Log into your site.
Add the Form element to your site.
Roll over the Form tool bar and click Edit Form from the dropdown.
You will be brought to a new form page where you can begin adding fields to your form.
To label your new form click on the title Untitled form.
In the Form Name field type in the title of your form. For this example I will make a form for a Contact Us page.
If you would like to receive a notification each time a form is filled out, click the Email New Entries box and type in your email address.
Click on the Add a field tab to begin adding fields to your Contact Us form.
Click on the Name, Address, Phone and Email buttons to add those fields to your form. You can add any other field you like to the list.
Your form will now look like this.
Click the Save button.

Add a confirmation message

Log in to your website.
Make sure the form builder element is added to your page.
Roll over the Form element's toolbar and click Edit Form.
Click on the Form Settings tab.
Click on the Advanced Settings section.
Click the Edit link next to Display Message.
Type what message you want to show up after the form is filled out and press the Save button.
Press the Save Form button.
Click the Exit button to finish editing the form.

Write a blog post

Login to your website.
Add the blog element to your page.
Roll over the Blog toolbar and click Write New Post.
Fill in the following fields:
- Post Title- Give your new blog post a title.
- Post Shortcut- The shortcut is used to give your blog post an easy to remember direct address. For example if you make your shortcut “New Product”, then anyone can type “www.yourwebsite.com/New-Product” to visit it. This is useful for adding keywords to URLs for search engine marketing, traditional marketing, and creating easy-to-remember landing pages. Your shortcut can be edited later if need be.
- Author- This will auto populate to the persons name editing the site. Type a different name if you would like to change this.
- Date- The date will auto populate to today's date, but you can choose a different date by clicking the calendar link and choosing a different date or by typing one in manually.
- Tip: You can delay when this post first shows by specifying a date in the future.
- Body- Write all of text and add pictures you would like to share with the world.
- Tags- If you would like to categorize your blog posts or organize them, you can add tags to your blog post.
Click the Save my changes button.

Mark comment as spam

The system automatically detects comments as spam. It's a spam detection system that is continuously learning and getting better at removing spam. By marking a comment as spam you are helping the spam detection system improve. In order to mark a post as spam, you will need to follow the instructions below.

Log in to your website.
Navigate to the blog element where you would like to moderate blog comments.
Find the post that has not been marked as spam.
Roll over the post to reveal the gear button beneath the name.
Click the gear button and select Spam.

Mark comment as Not Spam

The system automatically detects a comment as spam. When it is detected, the comment will not be visible to the public, but will be visible to blog editors who log into the site. In order to mark a post as not spam, you will need to follow the instructions below.

Log in to your website.
Navigate to the blog element where you would like to moderate blog comments.
Find the post that has been marked as spam.
Roll over the post to reveal the gear button beneath the word Spam.
Click the gear button and select Not Spam.

Delete a blog comment

The system automatically detects a comment as spam. When it is detected, the comment will not be visible to the public, but will be visible to blog editors who log into the site. In order to delete a blog comment, you will need to follow the instructions below.

Log in to your website.
Navigate to the blog element where you would like to moderate blog comments.
Find the post you would like to delete.
Roll over the post to reveal the gear button.
Click the gear button and select Delete.

Approve blog comments

Log in to your website.
Navigate to your blog toolbar and click on Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Comments section.
Make sure "Let people comment on my posts" is checked.
Click the check box next to "Approve comments before they are made visible."
Next, put your email address in the "Email notifications" field below.
You will now be emailed when there is a comment.
To approve a comment, navigate to the blog post and the comment that is marked Unapproved.
Role over the post to display the gear button beneath the word Unapproved.
Click on the gear button and click on Approve.

Add a link

Log in to your website.
Navigate to the page your Files & Links element is on.
Roll over the Files & Links element toolbar and click on Add Link.
Type the name of your link in the Link Text field.
In the Type section, choose Url from the dropdown menu and type the full URL you want the link to go to.
Click the check box next to Open link in a new window if you would like this link to open in a new window.
Click the Add this link button.

Add a file

Log in to your website.
Navigate to the page your Files & Links element is on.
Roll over the Files & Links element toolbar and click on Add Link.
Type the name of your link in the Link Text field.
In the Type section, choose File from the dropdown menu. Click the Choose File button and choose your file.
Click the check box next to Open link in a new window if you would like this link to open in a new window.
Click the Add this link button.

Add a page link

Log in to your website.
Navigate to the page your Files & Links element is on.
Roll over the Files & Links element toolbar and click on Add Link.
Type the name of your link in the Link Text field.
In the Type section, choose Page from the dropdown menu and select the page from the dropdown menu.
Click the check box next to Open link in a new window if you would like this link to open in a new window.
Click the Add this link button.

Accepting payments

The form builder element can be used to accept payments from donations, sell products online, or any other general accepting of money online. There are three different payment gateways you can use, PayPal, Google Checkout, and Authorize.Net.

Below is the information you will need to provide to one of the three payment gateways in order to accept payments through the Form Builder element.

Add Twitter resources to your site

Login to Twitter using your Twitter account username and password. You should then be taken to your Account Home page.
Navigate to http://twitter.com/about/resources url, or access your Settings from the drop-down menu next to your picture.
From the Settings page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the "Resources" link.
Choose the option you are looking for once you have arrived at the following page.
Follow the on screen instructions to locate the Twitter resource you are looking for.
Point your browser to your Publishpath website and login.
Navigate to the page that you would like to add your Twitter content to.
The Twitter content must be added to the Text element, so either find a text element that you would like to add the Twitter feed to, or create a new Text element.
Click on Settings from the dropdown Text element menu.
The "Text Settings" page should appear. On this page, click the blue "< > HTML" symbol at the bottom left of the text input field. This should bring up a blank white box.
Paste your code from your Twitter feed in this box. (PC users can press Control + V, while Mac users can press Command + V.)
Click the Save my changes button.

Adding an event to your calendar.

Login to your site.
Navigate to the page where your Calendar element is located.
Roll over the Calendar element tool bar and click Add Event from the dropdown menu.
Enter the information for the event.

Event Name- This is the name of your event. It will be displayed on the calendar for users to click on to view the event details.
Event Shortcut- The shortcut is used to give your event an easy to remember direct address. For example if you make your shortcut “Annual Sales Meeting”, then anyone can type “www.yourwebsite.com/Annual-Sales-Meeting” to visit it. This is useful for adding keywords to URLs for search engine marketing, traditional marketing, and creating easy-to-remember landing pages.
Event Date?- Enter the date of the event or use the calendar icon, to the left of the date field, to open a small calendar from which you can choose a date.
- Time- If a time is select, this will be displayed in the event details.
- Multi-day Events- To enter events that occur for multiple consecutive days or repeat on a regular schedule, simply enable them by checking the “This event repeats” checkbox. Then choose an increment and number of repetitions.
- Notes on repeating events- Recurring events can only be specified on event creation. If you wish to edit an event’s occurrence you’ll need to remove the event and recreate it. Editing the title, description, and other parameters of the event will apply the changes to all occurrences of the event.
- Multi-day Events- To enter events that occur for multiple consecutive days or repeat on a regular schedule, simply enable them by checking the “This event repeats” checkbox. Then choose an increment and number of repetitions.

Create a recurring event

Login to your site.
Go to your calendar element and click on Add Event from the drop-down menu.
Give your event a name and choose the start date of the event.
Click on the box next to This event repeats, and choose the length you want.
Fill in the description for the event.
Click Update.

Change the time format

Click on Settings in the admin toolbar.
Scroll down to the Date Format section.

Click the Update button.

Add a user to your site

Login to your site.
Click on Users in the admin toolbar.
Click the Add New User button.
Fill in the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Email, Password and Confirm password.
Make sure you have clicked the Authorized box.
Choose a role for them by clicking the box next to the role.
Click the Update button.

Download a list of all the form entries

Login to your website.
Make sure the Form element is added to your website.
Move your mouse over the Form toolbar and click on the Download Excel or Download CSV links.

Add the Photo Gallery element

Login to your site.
Navigate to the page you would like to have your photo gallery on.
Click on Add Element.
Choose Photo Gallery from the dropdown menu.
Click the Add button.

Add photos to the photo gallery

Log in to your website.
Add the Photo Gallery element.
Roll over the Photo Gallery admin bar and click on Add/Remove Photos.
To upload a single photo at a time:

Click the Choose File button and select a JPG image that you would like to upload and click open.

Once your file is selected, click the Upload button.

Note: If you choose to display a name, by default the file name of the jpeg image will be the name displayed below the picture. Example- If the file name is Outside Photo.jpg the name below the picture will be Outside Photo. The name can be changed later on if need be.

To upload multiple photos at a time:

Click the Choose File button and select a zip file with JPG images that you would like to upload and click open.
Click the Upload button.

Note: If you choose to display a name, by default the file name of the jpeg image will be the name displayed below the picture. Example- If the file name is Outside Photo.jpg the name below the picture will be Outside Photo. The name can be changed later on if need be.

Note: The photos are put in alphabetical order on the photo gallery. You can click and drag the images to put them in the order you want them to be in.

Tag List Skin

Choosing the Taglist "skin" option from the skin section within the blog settings will show all the tags you have on this Blog Element. A number will be shown to the right side of the tag to show how many posts use that tag. Clicking on the tag will take you to a list of all the blog posts that use that tag.

How to:

Login to your site.
Navigate to the page your blog element is on and click Settings from the blog element toolbar.
Under the skin section choose TagList option from the dropdown menu.
Click Save my changes.

Add links to photos in the gallery

1. Log in to your website.

2. Go to the page you would like to have your photo gallery on.
3. Set the Photo Gallery element to use the Slideshow skin.
4. From the Photo Gallery admin dropdown, select Add/Remove Photos

5. Click on the "edit" link.

6. Insert the Link url in the field provided.

7. Click Save when finished.

Sharing blog posts from one blog element to another

Login to your website.
Navigate to the page where you would like to have the blog posts shared to.
Add a Blog element to your page if you have not done so already.
Roll over the Blog element admin bar and click Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the "Display posts from other Blogs" heading and put a check in the check box next to the blog element(s) you want this shared with.
- Note: You must have another Blog element already on the website in order for it to be shared.
Press Save my changes.

Change the template used on your site

Login to your site.
Click on Settings on the admin menu.

On the Basic tab, scroll down to Default Template.
Select the template within the drop-down menu that your site should utilize.

Click the Update button.

Use the email field as the reply-to address

Navigate to the page with the form builder you want to edit.
Rollover the Form Builder toolbar and click on Edit Form.
Click on the Email Address field.
On the Properties tab, put a check in the checkbox next to "Use this address as the "reply-to" address for form notifications."
Click the Save Form button.

Page manager

Login to your site.
Click on Pages in the admin menu.

Move menu items around:

Click on the page you would like to move.
While still holding down on the mouse, move the page to the place you would like for it to be.
Click the Update button.

Edit page settings:

Click on the page you would like to edit.
Click the edit button.
Make your edits.
Click the Update button.

View a hidden page:

Click on the page you would like to view.
Click the view button.

Change the page template

Click the Page Settings button at the top of the screen.
Click the ADVANCED tab.
Click the dropdown menu next to the Page Template heading.
Choose the template with the design you want.

Setting your time zone

Click on the dropdown menu to select your appropriate time zone.
