Add the Image element

Navigate to the page you would like to have your image or photo gallery on.
Click on Add Element.
Choose Image from the dropdown menu.
Click the Add button.

Drag and drop images to create a photo gallery

Zip up multiple images into one zip file.
Left click your mouse on the zip file you created and drag it to your website.
Your website will display boxes on your website with the + symbol in the middle of it.
Drag your zip file to the box you would like to have a photo gallery and release the left mouse button.
Your images will begin to upload to your site. Once completed, an Image gallery will have been added and your photo gallery will be displayed.

Write a blog post

Add the blog element to your page.
Roll over the Blog toolbar and click Write New Post.
Fill in the following fields:
- Post Title- Give your new blog post a title.
- Post Shortcut- The shortcut is used to give your blog post an easy to remember direct address. For example if you make your shortcut “New Product”, then anyone can type “www.yourwebsite.com/New-Product” to visit it. This is useful for adding keywords to URLs for search engine marketing, traditional marketing, and creating easy-to-remember landing pages. Your shortcut can be edited later if need be.
- Author- This will auto populate to the persons name editing the site. Type a different name if you would like to change this.
- Date- The date will auto populate to today's date, but you can choose a different date by clicking the calendar link and choosing a different date or by typing one in manually.
- Tip: You can delay when this post first shows by specifying a date in the future.
- Body- Write all of text and add pictures you would like to share with the world.
- Tags- If you would like to categorize your blog posts or organize them, you can add tags to your blog post.
Click the Save my changes button.

Using Facebook comments

Navigate to the page where your Blog Element is located.
Click on Settings from the Blog Element toolbar.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to Facebook Comments section.
Type in a Facebook User ID for the person you would like to moderate the comments. You can have multiple moderators of your comments by separating the Facebook ID's with commas. Click the Use Facebook Comments check box.
Modify the Width and Number of Posts defaults if you would like.
Choose the light or dark color scheme.
If you would like more fine grained control of your comment settings through Facebook, you will need to add a Facebook App ID. It is optional, but allows you more control.
Click the Save my changes button.

Use Disqus for your commenting system

Navigate to a page that has a blog element.
On the Blog element dropdown menu, click Settings to go to your Blog element settings.
Click on the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Disqus section.
Type in your Disqus shortname and click the Use Disqus checkbox.
- Note: If you have not signed up for Disqus, you will need to do so, and register your website before you accomplish step 6.
Click the Save my changes button.

Add a photo to the Image element

Add the Image element.
Drag and drop an image into the Image element drop zone, or click on the Image element drop zone to select an image from your hard drive.

Add multiple images to create a photo gallery

Add the Image element.
Drag and drop a zip file with multiple images into the Image element drop zone, or click on the Image element drop zone to select multiple images from your hard drive. The Image element will automatically create a slideshow if multiple images are uploaded. To change this, select a different skin for your photo gallery.

Note: If you choose to display a name, by default the file name of the jpeg image will be the name displayed below the picture. Example- If the file name is Outside Photo.jpg the name below the picture will be Outside Photo. The name can be changed later on if need be.

Edit images in the Image element

Navigate to the page that has the Image element that needs to be edited.
Add the image(s), if you haven't already.
Rollover the Image element toolbar and click on Add or Edit Images.
Rollover the image you would like to edit, and click the Edit link.
Select which editing feature you would like to use.
- Enhance
- Effects
- Resize
- Orientation
- Crop
- Brightness
- Contrast
- Saturation
- Warmth
- Sharpness
- Redeye
- Whiten
- Blemish
- Text
- Draw
Edit your image.
Click the Apply button in the top right hand corner of the photo editor. You can continue editing your image and click the Apply button after each edit.
When you have completed all of your edits, click the Save button.

Add the form builder element

Find the region on your page you want to put it in. Click the Add Element button.
Choose Form in the dropdown list and click the Add button.

Create a quick and easy contact form

Add the Form element to your site.
Roll over the Form tool bar and click Edit Form from the dropdown.
You will be brought to a new form page where you can begin adding fields to your form.
To label your new form click on the title Untitled form.
In the Form Name field type in the title of your form. For this example I will make a form for a Contact Us page.
If you would like to receive a notification each time a form is filled out, click the Email New Entries box and type in your email address.
Click on the Add a field tab to begin adding fields to your Contact Us form.
Click on the Name, Address, Phone and Email buttons to add those fields to your form. You can add any other field you like to the list.
Your form will now look like this.
Click the Save button.

Add a confirmation message

Make sure the form builder element is added to your page.
Roll over the Form element's toolbar and click Edit Form.
Click on the Form Settings tab.
Click on the Advanced Settings section.
Click the Edit link next to Display Message.
Type what message you want to show up after the form is filled out and press the Save button.
Press the Save Form button.
Click the Exit button to finish editing the form.

Mark comment as Not Spam

The system automatically detects a comment as spam. When it is detected, the comment will not be visible to the public, but will be visible to blog editors who log into the site. In order to mark a post as not spam, you will need to follow the instructions below.

Navigate to the blog element where you would like to moderate blog comments.
Find the post that has been marked as spam.
Roll over the post to reveal the gear button beneath the word Spam.
Click the gear button and select Not Spam.

Mark comment as spam

The system automatically detects comments as spam. It's a spam detection system that is continuously learning and getting better at removing spam. By marking a comment as spam you are helping the spam detection system improve. In order to mark a post as spam, you will need to follow the instructions below.

Navigate to the blog element where you would like to moderate blog comments.
Find the post that has not been marked as spam.
Roll over the post to reveal the gear button beneath the name.
Click the gear button and select Spam.

Approve blog comments

Navigate to your blog toolbar and click on Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Comments section.
Make sure "Let people comment on my posts" is checked.
Click the check box next to "Approve comments before they are made visible."
Next, put your email address in the "Email notifications" field below.
You will now be emailed when there is a comment.
To approve a comment, navigate to the blog post and the comment that is marked Unapproved.
Role over the post to display the gear button beneath the word Unapproved.
Click on the gear button and click on Approve.

Delete a blog comment

The system automatically detects a comment as spam. When it is detected, the comment will not be visible to the public, but will be visible to blog editors who log into the site. In order to delete a blog comment, you will need to follow the instructions below.

Navigate to the blog element where you would like to moderate blog comments.
Find the post you would like to delete.
Roll over the post to reveal the gear button.
Click the gear button and select Delete.

Add a link

Navigate to the page your Files & Links element is on.
Roll over the Files & Links element toolbar and click on Add Link.
Type the name of your link in the Link Text field.
In the Type section, choose Url from the dropdown menu and type the full URL you want the link to go to.
Click the check box next to Open link in a new window if you would like this link to open in a new window.
Click the Add this link button.

Add a file

Roll over the Files & Links element toolbar and click on Add Link.
Type the name of your link in the Link Text field.

Click the Add this link button.

Add a page link

Upload a video or music file to your website

Go to the page you would like to have the video or music file on.
Click Settings in the Text Element toolbar dropdown menu.
Click on the Document Manager button.
Click the Upload button.
Click the Browse button, and find the file you would like to upload. Below are the allowed extensions.
- *.3gp, *.avi, *.csv, *.doc, *.docx, *.epub, *.f4v, *.flv, *.htc, *.htm, *.html, *.kml, *.m4a, *.m4v, *.mov, *.mp3, *.mp4, *.mpg, *.msg,*.ogg, *.ogv, *.pdf, *.pps, *.ppsx, *.ppt, *.pptx, *.ram, *.rtf, *.txt, *.vcf, *.vcs, *.wav, *.webm, *.wma, *.wmv, *.xls, *.xlsx, *.xml, *.zip
- Note: The maximum file size is 50 MB.
Click the Upload button on the popup window.
To insert this file on your page, select it and click the Insert button.

Accepting payments

The form builder element can be used to accept payments from donations, sell products online, or any other general accepting of money online. There are three different payment gateways you can use, PayPal, Google Checkout, and Authorize.Net.

Below is the information you will need to provide to one of the three payment gateways in order to accept payments through the Form Builder element.

Adding an event to your calendar.

Navigate to the page where your Calendar element is located.
Roll over the Calendar element tool bar and click Add Event from the dropdown menu.
Enter the information for the event.

Event Name- This is the name of your event. It will be displayed on the calendar for users to click on to view the event details.
Event Shortcut- The shortcut is used to give your event an easy to remember direct address. For example if you make your shortcut “Annual Sales Meeting”, then anyone can type “www.yourwebsite.com/Annual-Sales-Meeting” to visit it. This is useful for adding keywords to URLs for search engine marketing, traditional marketing, and creating easy-to-remember landing pages.
Event Date?- Enter the date of the event or use the calendar icon, to the left of the date field, to open a small calendar from which you can choose a date.
- Time- If a time is select, this will be displayed in the event details.
- Multi-day Events- To enter events that occur for multiple consecutive days or repeat on a regular schedule, simply enable them by checking the “This event repeats” checkbox. Then choose an increment and number of repetitions.
- Notes on repeating events- Recurring events can only be specified on event creation. If you wish to edit an event’s occurrence you’ll need to remove the event and recreate it. Editing the title, description, and other parameters of the event will apply the changes to all occurrences of the event.
- Multi-day Events- To enter events that occur for multiple consecutive days or repeat on a regular schedule, simply enable them by checking the “This event repeats” checkbox. Then choose an increment and number of repetitions.

Create a recurring event

Go to your calendar element and click on Add Event from the drop-down menu.
Give your event a name and choose the start date of the event.
Click on the box next to This event repeats, and choose the length you want.
Fill in the description for the event.
Click Update.

Change the date format

Add a user to your site

Click on Users in the admin toolbar.
Click the Add New User button.
Fill in the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Full Name, Email, Password and Confirm password.
Make sure you have clicked the Authorized box.
Choose a role for them by clicking the box next to the role.
Click the Update button.

Download a list of all the form entries
