Two New Portfolio Items

The past few months have kept me extremely busy. More and more, I’m working with WordPress, and realizing just how powerful of a platform it really is. There are also two new additions to my portfolio now. The first, Desolation, is the product of all this new WordPress development.

Photo blogs based on WordPress are commonplace, but most gallery scripts are not as refined as they could be. For this site, I developed a new slideshow/gallery script that accomodates multiple image size, permlinks, and numerous other extra features. In addition to this widget, this complex theme was both designed and programmed entirely for this site.

As a brand new niche web agency, Project JLM needed a well-built web presence. Collaborating with a worldwide team of designers and marketers, I built this sleek and informative site.

Life and Level

I’m happy to be adding a new site to the portfolio section of the site. Life and Level is a new web-based show put together locally by two avid gamers and daredevils. They needed an eye-catching site that would immediately portray the fun and mischievous feel of the show. In addition to standard informational pages, the site also included a custom-themed phpBB-based forum.

I think I’m finally set this time! Ward 7 Studios is only a year old, and already the site is on its third design. However, I’m extremely happy with how it’s turned out, and I think it will be here to stay for quite a while. Keep checking back as the site is completed, and as I introduce quite a few new projects.

Change Is Good

After a sucessful two and a half years under the name “Angry Pigeon” it’s time for a change. Angry Pigeon grew and matured a lot over the years working with great clients, and it is time to adopt a new name and style to reflect that. So with a new and business-causal style work has begun under the new name, “Ward 7 Studios”.
