On April 5, 2026, the White House published the release This Easter, President Trump Reaffirms America as a Beacon for Christian Liberty citing that under President Trump's leadership, the US is once again a beacon of religious liberty both at home and abroad. President Trump considers faith a foundational strength of our Republic.

On April 6, 2026, the White House published the statement Presidential Message on the NCAA College Basketball National Championship Game congratulating the Michigan Wolverines and the UConn Huskies as they prepare to compete in the final game of the NCAA College Basketball National Championships. The White House writes:

For nearly 90 years, this tournament has captivated our Nation in an epic display of athleticism, determination, and triumph. On April 6, 2026, the White House published the release While President Trump Directed Heroic Rescue, the Radical Left Spread Deranged Lies calling out the Radical Left Media for their vicious, fabricated conspiracy theories about both the President's health and the President's actions during the search-and-rescue missions in Iran. The release lists specific examples of the propaganda media's unhinged claims. These examples include People, The Daily Beast, The Mirror, The Sun, and Daily Mail US as well as various social media posts. I'd be annoyed as well if the propaganda and loony left consistently challenged my health status (both mental and physical) all the time especially after 4 years of ignoring Autopen's mental and physical health issues.

I'm pretty sure most of the members of the House don't know or say the Pledge of Allegiance even though they are led through it each time the House meets. In the lawsuit Public Broadcasting Service v. Trump docket # 1:25-cv-01722 filed in District Court, District of Columbia on May 30, 2025 about PBS Dismantling where PBS sued President Trump over his executive order seeking to end funding to the service over the content of its news and shows. The lawsuit sought the following relief:

Declare that the EO’s instruction to cease federal funding to PBS and to place restrictions on federal funding to PBS Member Stations is ultra vires and in violation of the Act.
Declare that the EO’s instruction to cease federal funding to PBS and to place restrictions on federal funding to PBS Member Stations violates the First Amendment.
Declare that actions of federal agencies to implement the unlawful EO instructions to terminate federal funding to PBS and to place restrictions on federal funding to PBS Member Stations violate the APA.
Issue injunctive and other expedited relief barring Defendants from implementing the EO’s termination of funding to PBS and placement of restrictions on federal funding to PBS Member Stations.

On March 31, 2026, Judge Randolph D Moss ordered:

Court will GRANT in part, DENY as moot in part, and DENY in part without prejudice Plaintiffs’ motions for summary judgment, NPR Dkt. 21 and PBS Dkt. 12.

The lawsuit sought the following relief:

Declaring that Executive Order 14290 and all actions implementing it are unlawful and unconstitutional;
Preliminarily and permanently enjoining the Defendants from implementing or seeking to enforce Executive Order 14290;
Declaring that the National Endowment for the Arts may not withhold funding from NPR on the basis of Executive Order 14290;
Declaring that the Corporation may not withhold funding from NPR on the basis of Executive Order 14290;
Declaring that the Corporation may not withhold funding from the Local Member Stations or condition their receipt of funding on the basis of Executive Order 14290;
Vacating any final agency action implementing Executive Order 14290;
Entering judgment in favor of Plaintiffs;
Awarding Plaintiffs their reasonable costs and attorney’s fees in accordance with law; and
Issuing any other relief that the Court deems just and proper.

On March 31, 2026, Judge Randolph D Moss ordered:

So Judge Moss is saying in both of these cases that the lies and negativity spread by propaganda media is part of their 1st Amendment Rights and that the Federal Government MUST continue to PAY for them to lie to us. However, if the Federal Government MUST PAY NPR and PBS to spew lies, can other news stations also expect to be paid to spread lies? I thought INDIVIDUALS had 1st Amendment Rights - not corporations, businesses, etc. And isn't there an expectation that "NEWS" will be unbiased and true? Expect an appeal to both of these lawsuits.

On April 6, 2026, POTUS and FLOTUS hosted the Annual Easter Egg Roll (discussed in my April 4, 2026 ANP Article) at the White House. Four years ago, the Biden administration was working with the United Kingdom and the European Commission to pay for diminutive comedian Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s war with the Russian Federation over territories where supermajorities of the population identify as Russian. We were told that the Russian-speaking people of Ukraine “belonged” to Ukraine and that the only way to “preserve democracy” was to deny those people a democratic vote to join the Russian Federation. “Democracy” also apparently requires the installation of a Ukrainian dictator, a complete crackdown on an independent press, widespread censorship of public debate on social media, the denial of religious freedom, and a brutal campaign of press-ganging men into military service to die as cannon fodder for a corrupt Ukrainian regime that launders money from U.S. and European taxpayers into the bank accounts of the West’s political and financial elites.

Just as globalists in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and across Old (and increasingly Islamic) Europe turned the “Reign of COVID Terror” into an opportunity to bilk taxpayers, enrich elites, and grow the totalitarian national security State, the same globalist scum quickly turned the Ukraine conflict into another “emergency” requiring more taxes, censorship, and public sacrifice. All of a sudden, anything criticizing the official public policies of Western governments was labeled “Russian disinformation.” If you disagreed with whatever the West’s vaunted “experts” said, you were dismissed as “Putin’s puppet.” Pro tip for information warfare enthusiasts: When government authorities identify dissent as “propaganda,” that’s propaganda!

The COVID propaganda project gave us a chorus of World Economic Forum buffoons posing as national leaders all singing, “We must ‘Build Back Better.’” When that schtick got old — or, rather, when ordinary citizens across the West started to show signs of resistance against their imperial rulers — the West’s globalists turned Ukraine’s Chief Munchkin into a “freedom fighter” battling the pernicious authoritarianism of Russia’s Vladimir Putin. The same yahoos — Biden, Trudeau, Macron, Queen Ursula, and the rest of the WEF’s rump-kissing claque — who screeched like wounded cockatoos, “Build Back Better,” now all huffed in unison, “Ukraine! Ukraine! Ukraine!” It never ceases to amaze me that the day after Canada’s “Freedom Convoy” protests against COVID “vaccine” mandates came to an end, the official launch of the new hit television drama, “WAR: Ukraine,” began. It’s almost as if Western globalists yank us commoners along by the leash from one spectacular production of nonsense to the next (just to see how much money they can steal from our pockets when their hands aren’t busy groping small children).

Some people in the U.S. and Europe were made to really care about a country that has long been considered so incorrigibly corrupt that other corrupt countries can’t help but blush. Lemmings who had been walking around with multiple paper masks over their faces to magically protect themselves from viruses that don’t fear masks all of a sudden waved Ukrainian flags with gusto as if they could identify Dwarf-King Zelenskyy’s money-pit-proto-nation on a map! Nobody wanted to admit that the same übermenschen from sub rosa groups such as Bilderberg and the Trilateral Commission — who have made a financial killing from “green energy” and mRNA “vaccines” over the years — had simply returned to their favorite investment of all: actual killing. War brings new taxes, new regulations, new forms of censorship, new military investment, and new ways to exploit asymmetric information for financial gains. In short, wars bring profits! And what better place for corrupt globalists to make tons of money than to take advantage of the corrupt swindlers putatively governing the traveling circus known as Ukraine!

The United Kingdom (still smarting from its misadventures in the Crimean War one hundred and seventy years ago) demanded that Russia hand back Crimea to its MI6-managed Ukrainian friends. Queen Ursula of the pan-European (and increasingly Islamic) empire demanded that Russia respect the right of Europeans to overthrow any Ukrainian governments that Brussels doesn’t like (see the U.S.-E.C.-organized 2014 coup d’état in Ukraine, or what Western propagandists still shamelessly call the “Revolution of Dignity”). BlackRock and other multinational investment firms selflessly volunteered to help finance the war, purchase Ukraine’s assets on the cheap, and invest heavily in the subsequent reconstruction projects of a destroyed nation. Google and Facebook promised to censor all public debate averse to globalists’ interests as “Russian propaganda.”

Oh my, what a magnificent war! It has had everything globalists adore! It managed to turn a mad midget who plays piano with his penis into Winston Churchill! It justified blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines and forcing Europe’s peasants into using much more expensive “green energy”! It excused more government money-printing and spending that conveniently inflated the value of assets owned by the 1% of the 1%! It allowed the titular leaders of European nations to strut about on the world stage as if they were courageous military generals rallying troops on the front lines — while really doing nothing but callously dropping vulnerable Ukrainian lads into a meat grinder that has made the rich wealthier and the poor fertilizer. European elites have demonstrated their virtue and bravery one dead Ukrainian at a time. The whole bloody affair has had all the pomp and circumstance of old, flatulent monarchs dining on beans, broccoli, cabbage, and cheese.

European gentry never wanted a real war — one in which they might risk life and limb. They simply wanted a war that would cause their investment portfolios to fatten up while they prattled on about bravery and sacrifice. How do we know? Because the moment that President Trump began incinerating the mad mullahs of Iran, Europe’s globalists tucked tail and ran…or at least hightailed it to the closest water closet for fresh underpants.

After cutting off oil production in the North Sea in the name of “climate change” and banning Russian energy supplies in the name of “democracy,” Europe depends quite a bit on Middle Eastern oil to stave off economic death. However, Europe is also right now transitioning from a Western to an Islamic civilization. Europe’s political elites are so afraid of Islamic immigrants that they would rather permit them to rape their youngest daughters than cause a scene. They certainly can’t be seen going to war against an Islamic country! Wealthy Europeans don’t mind sacrificing the continent’s peasants to mass slaughter, but they have no interest in seeing a scimitar up close themselves. Yes, yes, best to wear the white feather of cowardice as if it were a symbol of European principle. America’s courageous cowboys will surely save Old Europe from itself!

Except…maybe not this time. President Trump is not happy that our so-called NATO “allies” have refused to support America’s mission in Iran. U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer says, “This is not our war. We will not be drawn into the conflict.” Starmer wants to decouple from the U.S. and rejoin the E.U. France, Spain, Italy, and the U.K. have now denied the U.S. military permission to use European bases or airspace. Europe’s NATO members collectively insist that Iran is not NATO’s concern.

To which President Trump has appropriately pointed out that Ukraine is not a NATO member and therefore not America’s concern. Both the president and Secretary of State Rubio believe that if European members of NATO cannot be persuaded to protect their own economic interests in the Strait of Hormuz, then it is time for the U.S. to reconsider its NATO commitments to European security. “Allies” in name only aren’t really allies at all. For those of us tired of Europe’s crusty aristocracy leeching off of American military muscle while habitually grousing, the possibility of cutting off the Old World’s freeloaders is pleasant news. Americans shouldn’t fight for a continent that has no interest in defending itself.

Note: you are living through the FAFO of all FAFOs just now. The USA is brooking no more aspersions from whomever is still left alive to speak for the jihad posse in Iran. These are the terms: open the strait, layoff the other Gulf states, surrender those thousand pounds of enriched uranium. You can still go forward in time as a developed nation, enjoy the modern Persian life. Or, you can go backward in time to the twelfth century without electric service, bridges, and other conveniences. Your choice.

Over the weekend, further demonstration of what we can do. Such as, against all odds and expectations, rescue an American airman stuck under fire in the middle of Iranian mountain nowhere and do it with no casualties. The Lefty-lefties were so disappointed! No body-bags to celebrate. No Trump failure to trumpet. They were praying out loud Sunday to the Easter Bunny for war crimes they can do a hate-dance over. They insist the USA must be defeated in Iran so that Chuck Schumer and Hakim Jeffries can win the mid-terms. . . so they can destroy Trump in Congress. (Uh, okay, and then what?)

Meanwhile, another couple of dozen Iranian military higher-ups got kinetically removed from operations Saturday. Good luck with your military command structure over there. Got carrier pigeons? But, as far as is known, President Masoud Pezeshkian is still above ground, along with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, with whom US negotiators have at least been messaging, if not talking directly.

Trouble is, their civilian government has no authority over the Revolutionary Guard (the IRGC), which controls all the missiles and drones, the proxy Quds forces outside Iran, and what’s left of the Basij secret police for terrorizing Iran’s people. Remember, it was the Revolutionary Guard who started this jihad long ago in 1979 when they seized the US embassy in Teheran and held 52 Americans hostages for more than a year.

The ultimatum to roll over Iran’s vital infrastructure on Tuesday is a forcing function to clarify who exactly can speak for the Iranian nation if they sincerely want the punishment to stop. It is unlikely to be anyone atop the IRGC, which is the rectified essence of the Islamic death cult. It lives for death! Death to America. . . death to ourselves for that ticket to paradise where the seventy-two virgins beckon. . . death to the global economy, if Allah requires it! Lovely, lovely death!

What part of that does Western Civ not understand? Jihad rolls across Europe without opposition. Nightclub massacres, trucks smashing through bodies in the Christmas markets, rape gangs, beheadings of teachers and Christian priests in broad daylight — none of that was enough to bestir the prime ministers and presidents of Euroland to consider expelling the uninvited hordes. New York City, the bastion of Lefty-left masochism, now lives under the sway of Momdani’s soft jihad, the Islamic call-to-prayer rings through the neighborhoods twenty-five years after 9-11. The Jews of the Upper West Side voted for it. Compassion for the oppressed, as always. . . at one’s own expense.

The US President will have none of that, of course. So, he put it in the starkest form possible, with a touch of manic glee to annoy his homeland enemies. Developments since then? An Israeli air strike overnight took out Majid Khademi, the IRGC Intel chief. Who’s next? Step right up. Foreign Minister Araghchi hastily proposed a forty-five-day ceasefire through Egyptian-Turkish-Pakistani mediators. I doubt that our side wants to give them forty-five days to re-shuffle their remaining assets around. Mr. Trump is not bluffing about those bridges and power plants. Russia and China are not riding to the rescue. And Europe is still off in its corner, pearl-clutching and sniveling while its economies sputter.

Epic Fury leads to epic change on the global landscape. The old arrangements are over, especially the sponsored export of jihadi terror. The Hormuz crisis is the actualization of the global resource scramble underway. The winners and losers are sorting themselves out now, and Mr. Trump seeks to make sure that America is on the winners’ side. So, you must ask: why does the American Left, as personified in the Democratic Party, so desperately want our country to lose?

On April 3, 2026, the White House published the statement Presidential Message on Easter inviting Christians all across our nation to join the President and First Lady in rejoicing in the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, who, through His death secures the promise of redemption and the hope of eternal life who all who wholly accept Him as Lord and Savior. President Trump writes:

Sunday, we proclaim with joy that Christ has risen, a new creation has been ushered in, and evil and death have been conquered forever through the unmatched power of God’s sacrificial love.
When Jesus Christ rose from His earthly tomb on Easter morning, He restored our grace, washed our sins, and reconciled humanity with God—fulfilling the ancient prophecy that “He was pierced for our sins, crushed for our iniquity … by His wounds we were healed.” His suffering won our victory, His love brings us life, and His Resurrection is our everlasting hope.
As we rejoice in this Easter season, we are reminded that the life of Jesus Christ and the truths of the Gospel have inspired our way of life and our national identity for 250 years. From the Christian patriots who won and secured our liberty on the battlefield and every generation since, the love of Christ has unfailingly guided our Nation through calm waters and dark storms.
We pray that this celebration of the Resurrection strengthens our faith, enriches our lives, and reawakens our souls. We offer prayers of adoration and thanksgiving for the countless blessings God has bestowed upon our Nation. We acknowledge that, through Christ’s redeeming sacrifice, in the words of Holy Scripture, “Death is swallowed up in victory.” Above all, we echo with tremendous joy those sacred words that have given life, hope, and purpose to Christians for thousands of years: He is risen.

On April 3, 2026, President Trump signed EO Urgent National Action to Save College Sports explains in Section 1 that America's system of college sports is am important part of our National fabric. The July EO 14322 protected college sports from endless lawsuits as well as the financial obligations jeopardizing women's and Olympic sports programs. However, it is now clear that more comprehensive executive action is needed.

Section 1 - College football is the primary revenue account for university athletic departments. These funds are used to attract students, donations, and goodwill. Colleges face immense pressure to keep building these funds. Basketball, too, contributes to this revenue account. Because of this, rules governing pay-for-play, eligibility, and other rules are being substantially 'loosened' by activist judges. Some State legislatures have passed laws that incentivize their own State's universities in this competition for sports funding. Then end result is undermining competition, reducing opportunities for student-athletes, and jeopardizing support (particularly for women's and Olympic sports programs). To have fair competition, there must be a consistent set of rules that everyone must follow. Right now, these sports programs are facing threats from lack of funding (or rather the funds being spent on litigation and other things rather than the programs they were designed to fund). It is perceived that colleges and universities will start funding these programs with money from other college sources, such as education and research programs which would impact their status as recipients of Federal grants and other funding. Universities are a source of research for DoW, HHS, and NSF making the financial health of the university system integral to the Federal Government's basic functioning. Therefore, a national solution to the need for standardized rules is imperative. While we wait for Congress to act on this issue, President Trump knows we cannot wait.
Section 2 - The effective date of this order shall be August 1, 2026. However, it is imperative Federal agencies work to ensure that appropriate regulatory or policymaking measures will be in place by this date.
Section 3 - defines terms such as 'improper financial activities' and "fraudulent NIL scheme."
Section 4 - specifically addresses women's and Olympic sports programs as to eligibility limits, transfers between institutions, revenue-sharing between universities and their student-athletes, and addresses permissible and improper financial activities.
Section 5 - orders the AG to take appropriate measures to invalidate State laws that conflict with interstate intercollegiate athletic governing body rules, discriminate, violates Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1 of the US Constitution (discussed in my October 4, 2025 ANP Article) which states:
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.
Or other actions that are otherwise invalid under Federal law.
Section 6 - encourages White House components and executive departments and agencies to consider input from collegiate athletics and administration leaders as well as other experts regarding effective implementation of this order.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Takes Urgent National Action to Save College Sports explains that the goal of this EO is to protect college sports before it is too late and recognizes the importance of action and stability for college sports. This EO builds on the previous EO 14322 Saving College Sports signed July 24, 2025.

On April 3, 2026, the White House published the release Strong March Jobs Report Signals Accelerating Momentum Under President Trump announcing that while around 65k new jobs were expected in March, the actual total was 178k which greatly exceeded expectations; while unemployment dropped from 4.4% to 4.3%. Manufacturing added 15k new jobs, construction added 26k, and wages are rising. The release also stated we have seen an average of 68k new jobs created per month with a record high participation of women aged 25-54. The release also states the Federal workforce is now at it's 1966 level.

Just a quick note that these numbers do not include changes since the Iran conflict began. Those numbers will be included in the April jobs report.

On April 3, 2026, the Office of the First Lady published the statement First Lady Melania Trump Previews 2026 White House Easter Egg Roll Activities scheduled for Monday, April 6, 2026. This year's Easter Egg Roll will have a patriotic spirit in celebration of America's 250th birthday. On Day 48 of the Democrat's Partial Federal Government Shutdown neither the Senate nor the House have met to resolve the shutdown. So Coast Guard members, FEMA employees, and others employed by DHS have yet to receive a paycheck. Nor has Congress met to resolve any other bills, such as the SAVE America Act or anything else related to President Trump's EOs.

How long could you go without a paycheck before you started to look for other employment options?

On April 3, 2026, the White House published the Presidential Memorandum Liberating the Department of Homeland Security From the Democrat-Caused Shutdown addressed to the Secretary of DHS and the Director of OMB. At this time more than 35,000 employees have gone without a paycheck. They are struggling to make ends meet and provide for their families. President Trump has determined these circumstances have reached a point where they are now a National Emergency compromising the safety and security of the Nation.

President Trump is directing the Director of OMB to use funds that have a "reasonable and logical nexus to the functions of DHS" to pay DHS employees that which would have accrued to them if not for the Democrat-led DHS shutdown following applicable law including 31 USC 1301(a) which states:

Appropriations shall be applied only to the object for which the appropriations were made except as otherwise provided by law.

Once DHS has its funding restored, the accounts from which these funds were "borrowed" shall see their "borrowed" funds returned. The President writes:

Nothing in this memorandum shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals. This memorandum shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations. This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

I guess, since Congress still gets paid during all shutdowns, it is not important to them to make sure Federal employees receive their paychecks. I wish President Trump could write an EO to force Congress to forego paychecks, yet still be required to work, when they abdicate their Constitutional responsibilities in favor of a paid vacation.

Executive Office of the President docket # 1:26-cv-01132 filed in District Court, District of Columbia on April 2, 2026 about Election Integrity Executive Order where the League of United Latin America Citizens sued the Trump administration over the new executive order titled “Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections," which purports to exert federal control over election administration and limit mail-in ballots. The lawsuit seeks the following relief:

declare that Sections 2(a), 3(b)(iii), and 3(b)(iv) of the Order are unconstitutional or otherwise unlawful, retain jurisdiction to render any and all further orders that this Court may deem necessary, award Plaintiffs their attorneys’ costs and fees pursuant to statute, and award any other relief that the Court deems necessary and just, including using its equitable powers to enter interim, preliminary, and permanent orders providing that:

Notice that ALL the plaintiffs in these 3 cases are being represented by activist leftist organizations. Also note they are all filed in the known activist court of DC. So we can expect that they will all receive PIs followed by immediate appeals by the Trump Administration. Since the appeals also have to be filed in the activist court system in DC, the PIs will be upheld. Then the Trump Administration can appeal to SCOTUS.

The Red Line: A Hidden Hand Wants America To Go Down In Flames, And Will Resort To Any Means Necessary To Get It Done

Why do the news anchor ladies of CNN, Erin Burnett, Kate Bolduon, always look so depressed on the air? They never smile. Their faces always register something between grave concern and hysteria. Is it the network’s cratered ratings? The pending hostile takeover by Paramount / Skydance (led by conservative David Ellison)? Too much botox, zombifying the small facial muscles? Or is it self-loathing from being compelled to slant everything they report on in the direction of a lie?

There does seem to be some hidden hand in Narrative Central issuing prescribed story-lines to the networks, and that hand seems to be tinged with malice for anything and anyone seeking to rescue our country from chaos, penury, psychosis, and jihad. It looks like the hidden hand wants the country to go down in flames, and will resort to any means necessary to get it done. The template for that is so-called “color revolution,” which is a hyper-accelerated version of Antonio Gramsci’s “march through the institutions” to capture the transmitters of culture so as to produce a communist utopia.

Gramsci (1891 – 1937) founded the Italian communist party. The fascist Mussolini tossed him in jail where Gramsci scribbled out three thousand pages of his Prison Notebooks, in which he laid out his strategy for destroying civil society, later adapted by the Americans Saul Alinsky (1909-1972) in his Rules for Radicals and Gene Sharp (1928-2018), who penned several concise manuals of strategic mechanics for dismantling targeted governments.

These are the mentors of chief Lawfare ninja Norm Eisen, who has made a specialty of marching through the institution of American law in order to advance the agenda of the Democratic Party allied with cohorts of the permanent Washington bureaucracy (or Deep State) to fend off any challenge to the corruption and racketeering embedded in those two symbionts.

The challenge obviously presents in the form of Donald Trump, the once and current president battling an increasingly rabid set of opponents. Norm Eisen has been deeply involved in every attempt to undermine and disable Mr. Trump since 2016. He wrote briefs for the Mueller Special Counsel operation; he acted as prosecutor in Trump’s impeachment # 1 (prompted by CIA agent and so-called “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella, as facilitated by then Rep. Adam Schiff); he assisted ex parte in the House Jan 6 Committee proceedings; he prepared legal arguments for the Fani Willis prosecution of Mr. Trump and 18 co-defendants; and he helped construct the legal framework for Special Counsel Jack Smith’s cases against Mr. Trump. In short, Norm Eisen spent the past decade laboring to brand Donald Trump as a criminal and shove him out of the political arena. His efforts failed.

Norm Eisen founded or is associated with several swamp NGOs active in Trump-hunting operations, including Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), the States United Democracy Center, the Democracy Defender’s Fund, Democracy Defenders Action — all posing as anti-autocracy operations. Eisen and his orgs have filed hundreds of lawsuits against the Trump administration to obstruct any initiative the President advances to stop Democratic Party sanctioned grift, deport illegal aliens ushered in during the “Joe Biden” years, and especially to derail investigations of election fraud. These orgs are well-funded by George Soros’s Open Society NGO and it’s spinoffs, Arabella Advisors (rebranded as Sunflower Services), the Tides Foundation, that is, the usual suspects.

In the face of all that, plus a dysfunctional Congress and a hostile federal judiciary, the President has struggled to find work-arounds for every piece of the agenda he was elected to carry out. What can be done about it? Even if evidence was produced to show that Norm Eisen acted improperly in the cases brought against the President, it is unlikely that a case brought against Norm Eisen would get any traction in a DC district federal court. He is longstanding friend of James “Jeb” Boasberg, Chief Judge of the DC District. They were at Harvard Law School at the same time, as was former president Barack Obama, an architect of the Left’s movement to destroy the Republic.

All of this suggests that if Mr. Trump needs to accomplish something critical, such as basic reform of our election procedures, and if any of his executive orders are thwarted by Norm Eisen-backed lawsuits for judicial nullification of executive powers, Mr. Trump will have to declare some kind of extraordinary national emergency. That will be the red-line that Norm Eisen has been seeking for ten years: his chance to brand Mr. Trump as a “tyrant” and commence a new impeachment effort, in theory coinciding with the seating of a Democratic Party majority in both houses of Congress.

This is quite a battle shaping up. Norm Eisen has been adroit to a fault in all his nefarious endeavors. But then, Mr. Trump has performed as a veritable Scarlet Pimpernel of American politics, ruthless, resourceful, self-consciously comical, and genuinely motivated to save the USA from a cabal of prodigious villains. He is in it to win it. His crowning achievement might be getting the morose ladies of CNN to finally a crack a smile.

On April 2, 2026, President Trump signed Proclamation Adjusting Imports of Pharmaceuticals and Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the United States explains the Secretary of Commerce's report on pharmaceuticals and their ingredients are being imported to the US at a rate that threatens to impair National Security and our economy. While the US is the world leader in pharmaceutical R&D, we are heavily reliant upon imports limiting US access to life-saving medications if the global supply chain is disrupted (as we have seen multiple times over this last 6 years and continue to see as published in the FDA's list of unavailable critical medications).

The Secretary's report found that it is critical for the US to have its own ability to manufacture critical pharmaceuticals for national defense and public health especially during a national emergency or during wartime. Therefore, based on this report, President Trump is applying new tariffs to the import of pharmaceuticals and their ingredients, with the exception of generic pharmaceuticals and their ingredients at this time (the Secretary is directed to produce another report within 1 year of this Proclamation as to whether generics & their ingredients need to be included). Also exempt from this proclamation are orphan drugs, drugs for animal health, and certain other specialty pharmaceutical products.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Bolsters National Security and Strengthens U.S. Supply Chains by Imposing Tariffs on Patented Pharmaceutical Products explains that this tariff bolsters national security and public health by strengthening American supply chains for manufacturing of pharmaceutical products within the US.

On April 2, 2026, President Trump signed Proclamation Strengthening Actions Taken to Adjust Imports of Aluminum, Steel, and Copper Into the United States announcing the recent report of the Secretary of Commerce on the national security threats posed to our Nation. This report included the fact that the tariffs imposed last year have strengthened the American production of aluminum, steel, and copper. However, there is still room for improvement in addressing the threats of importing these metals. The Secretary suggested tariffs apply to the full customs value of derivative products.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Strengthens Tariffs on Steel, Aluminum, and Copper Imports explains how the Proclamation strengthens tariffs imposed on imported steel, aluminum, and copper addressing the national-security threat imposed by importing these metals. Section 232 tariffs are generating domestic manufacturing in the steel industry bringing home American jobs in the steel manufacturing industry. New aluminum and copper smelting factories are also being built in America. This proclamation puts American production of steel, aluminum, and copper first which then uplifts American workers, families, and communities.

The President is now using different statutes to justify his application of Tariffs, since SCOTUS said his previous justification source for tariffs was the sole jurisdiction of Congress (discussed in my March 13, 2026 ANP Article).

On April 2, 2026, the White House published the release America is Winning Once Again a Year After Liberation Day celebrating the day President Trump put Americans and America first with fairer trade deals which generated the return of manufacturing to US soil, protected American workers, and generated substantial income for our country. The results are undeniable: narrowed trade deficits, rebalanced global trade, other nations are now paying their fair share of tariffs, America-first trade deals with more than 20 nations, rebuilding American manufacturing, and private sector workers seeing wage gains as manufacturing (and supporting businesses) experience exponential growth.

On April 2, 2026, the White House published the video President Donald J. Trump Wishes a Happy Passover stating:

To our wonderful Jewish American community and to Jews celebrating in Israel and around the world this week, I want to wish you a very happy Passover. Department of Labor docket # 1:25-cv-00339 (discussed in my June 28, 2025 ANP Article) filed in District Court, District of Columbia on February 5, 2025 about DOGE at Labor Department where multiple federal government employee unions, represented by Democracy Forward, sued the Department of Labor, U.S. Digital Service (U.S. DOGE Service), and U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization over DOGE's expected attempt to access "highly sensitive data" at the Department of Labor.

On March 31, 2026, Judge John D Bates explained:

Officials at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Labor (DOL) largely handed them the keys.
Plaintiffs, a collection of unions and nonprofit organizations, sued. See Am. Compl. [ECF No. 21]. They alleged, among other things, that HHS, DOL, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and the Privacy Act by adopting a policy of granting DOGE affiliates access to their members’ records without consent. See id. at 59–65 (Counts II–IV). They also alleged that the United States DOGE Service (USDS) had acted ultra vires [“unauthorized by any law and . . . in violation of the rights of the individual”]. See id. at 57 (Count I).
. . . The union plaintiffs now seek summary judgment on their APA and statutory ultra vires claims against HHS, DOL and USDS (collectively, the defendants). Pls.’ Mot. [ECF No. 93-2]. And the defendants have filed a cross-motion for summary judgment on all claims against them. Defs.’ Mot. [ECF No. 95-1].
Following careful consideration of the parties’ briefing and the record, the Court holds that plaintiffs have standing but denies the parties’ motions as to the remaining APA claims (Counts II and IV) because genuine disputes of material fact exist. The Court grants summary judgment for defendants on the statutory ultra vires claim (Count I) because plaintiffs have not identified a specific, clear, and mandatory statutory provision that DOGE violated.

Therefore, Judge Bates concludes:

Summary judgment is only proper where there are no genuine disputes of material fact. Fed. R. Civ. P. 56(a). Here, real disputes over facts foundational to plaintiffs’ APA claims - including whether the Agencies altered their data access policies for DOGE affiliates, and whether DOGE structured those affiliates’ employment relationships such that they were not employees of the Agencies—persist. Accordingly, the court DENIES the parties’ motions for summary judgment as to the APA claims (Counts II, IV). Because plaintiffs failed to make an equivalent showing for their statutory ultra vires claim (Count I), the Court GRANTS defendants’ motion, and DENIES plaintiffs’ motion as to that claim.
An Order consistent with this Opinion shall issue.

On March 31, 2026, Judge John D Bates ordered:

Upon consideration of [93] plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment as to Counts I, II, and IV of [21] the Amended Complaint; [95] defendants’ cross-motion for summary judgment on those same counts; [92] the parties’ stipulated notice of dismissal as to Count III of the Amended Complaint; and the entire record herein, for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion issued on this day, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment is DENIED, and defendants’ cross-motion for summary judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. It is further ORDERED that:
Plaintiffs’ and defendants’ motions for summary judgment as to Counts II and IV of the Amended Complaint are DENIED;
Defendants’ motion for summary judgment as to Count I [Ultra Vires] of the Amended Complaint is GRANTED; and
Count III of the Amended Complaint is DISMISSED
It is further ORDERED that HHS shall respond to Plaintiffs’ Interrogatory No. 1(h), and the parties shall file a joint status report with the Court by not later than April 21, 2026, setting forth a proposed plan for further proceedings in this case.

So Judge Bates found DOGE had no authority in law to direct operations or decisions at government agencies requiring those agencies to provide DOGE with information on employees because DOGE was created by EO rather than by Congress.

A left-wing delivery driver took to social media to complain about being dumped by DoorDash after he posted a video saying he would toss orders from supporters of President Donald Trump “out the window.”

The X account “LibsofTikTok” posted a video of the user making the threat, coupled with a second video of the user saying he’d been “deactivated” on Monday evening. In the initial video posted March 13, the TikTok user, who goes by “esoteric_eriik,” threatened to destroy the orders if he saw a “MAGA sign” on the customer’s front lawn.

“Hey there to my Trump supporters, this is your local friendly DoorDasher, and I just wanna let you know that if I see a MAGA sign out front of your house, I’m going to take the utmost care to make sure that when I deliver your order, I throw it out the fucking window, you piece of shit. Fuck you!” esoteric_eriik said in the 15-second video.

In a second video, posted Saturday, the left-wing TikTok user revealed he’d been dropped by DoorDash.

“So I guess I went viral on alt-right Twitter and these motherfuckers actually got me deactivated from DoorDash, but if you guys DoorDash and you’re not MAGA, maybe You should stop because they support, they support MAGA heavily, like, very heavily,” esoteric_eriik said in the 59-second video.

DoorDash did not respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The former DoorDash driver is not the only person to lose work due to comments on social media. Cathy DiFilippo Kiley, a payroll administrator at the Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board in Ontario, Canada, was fired after she expressed her hope for Trump to be assassinated.

Jeremy P. Williams, who served as the Principal of Rainier Junior-Senior High School in Oregon, was placed on leave after he made comments about the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk shortly before he was arrested on child pornography charges.

Others who lost jobs after making comments that either celebrated, mocked, or justified Kirk’s assassination on various online social media platforms included MSNBC political analyst Matthew Dowd and Washington Post columnist Karen Attiah.

President Trump Addressed The Nation On Operation Epic Fury, Artemis II Liftoff, White House Ballroom Construction Halted, And More

On April 1, 2026, the White House made 2 releases on the same topic: President Trump speaks on Iran. The first release President Trump’s Clear and Unchanging Objectives Drive Decisive Success Against Iranian Regime announced the President would address the nation about Operation Epic Fury at 9pm EDT, April 1, 2026. The release also lists 32 instances when President Trump and his Administration have repeatedly and unambiguously reaffirmed the core objects concerning Iran: obliterate Iran's missiles and production, annihilate Iran's navy, sever Iran's support for terrorist groups, and insure Iran can never acquire a nuclear weapon.

After President Trump addressed the nation live, the White House published the release President Trump Delivers Powerful Primetime Address on Operation Epic Fury where President Trump announced that the US Military has decimated Iran's navy, shattered Iran's air force, eliminated Iran's key terrorist leaders, and is systematically dismantling Iran's ability to threaten America, our allies, and the world.

President Trump began his short speech with congratulating the brave men and women who blasted off today from Kennedy Space Center in Florida on their 10-day journey to circle the moon then return to land in the Pacific ocean.

President Trump then continued his speech announcing that it has been one month since the conflict with Iran began. He announced that the Iranian navy is gone. Iran's air force is in ruins. Most of the leaders of the Iranian terrorist regime are now dead. Our military is in the process of decimating the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Iran's ability to launch missiles and drones is curtailed. President Trump said our next targets are the factories, rocket launchers, and weapons facilities.

President Trump thanked our military troops for the masterful job they did in taking the country of Venezuela in just minutes. They were quick, lethal, violent, and now respected the world over. We are now partners with the new leadership in Venezuela in the production and sale of oil and gas. He reminded us that Venezuela has the 2nd largest reserves of oil in the world (the US is first). This means we are totally independent from the Middle East as we don't need their oil (or anything else they have).

President Trump then reminded us that he has been against Iran having a nuclear weapon in his first term (and there are videos of President Trump from over 40 years ago saying the same) especially after the Iranian regime loves to chant "death to America." He claims that Iran was behind the murder of 241 Americans in the Marine barracks during the bombing in Beirut as well as the slaughter of hundreds of our service members using roadside bombs. Iran was also complicit in the attack on the USS Cole as well as countless other heinous acts. President Trump stated that the Iranian regime has murdered 45,000 of their own people who were protesting their government/religious leader.

President Trump went on to say:

For these terrorists to have nuclear weapons would be an intolerable threat. The most violent and thuggish regime on Earth would be free to carry out their campaigns of terror, coercion, and conquest, and mass murder from behind a nuclear shield.

President Trump vows he will not allow that to happen. This situation has been going on for 47 years and his predecessors just seem to have made the situation worse over these years. He reminded us that he terminated Barack Hussein Obama's Iran nuclear deal (identifying this deal as a disaster). Iran took the cash Obama gave them and proceeded to devise a nuclear program.

President Trump reminded us of the strike against Iran's nuclear facilities in June called Operation Midnight Hammer where B52 bombers obliterated Iran's known nuclear sites. Still Iran pursued its nuclear program, just at different sites all the while building stockpiles of conventional ballistic missiles (some of which could reach Europe as well as the US homeland).

President Trump then announced that the core strategic objectives are nearing completion. He reminded us of the 13 American warriors who lost their lives during this conflict. We salute them, and now we honor them by completing the mission for which they gave their lives. We are going to finish this job.

President Trump then thanked our allies in the Middle East: Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain. He then promised the would would not allow them to be hurt as a result of this conflict.

President Trump spoke briefly about the rise of gas prices here at home. He assures us this is a short-term increase and is:

entirely the result of the Iranian regime launching deranged terror attacks against commercial oil tankers and neighboring countries that have nothing to do with the conflict. This is yet more proof that Iran can never be trusted with nuclear weapons.

President Trump then claimed that Iran could never be trusted with nuclear weapons:

They will use them and they will use them quickly. It would lead to decades of extortion, economic pain, and instability worse than we can ever imagine. The United States has never been better prepared economically to confront this threat.

President Trump reminded us that because of his "drill baby drill" stance, we are the number one producer of oil and gas on the planet. We produce more oil and gas than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined. The US imports almost ZERO oil through the Straight of Hormuz. He then stated that those countries who receive oil through the Straight of Hormuz need to be the ones to protect the passage, to protect the oil that they need. President Trump said the straight will need to be open for Iran to rebuild from the damage inflicted upon them during this conflict.

President Trump said that although the original members of the Iranian regime are dead, we still need to complete the military objectives set forth prior to this conflict's beginning. We are ready to finish them off over the next 2-3 weeks. Regime change has occurred because the original leaders are now dead; but regime change was never the goal. The goal was, is now, and continues to be decimating Iran's capability for nuclear arms. If the current Iranian leadership will not make a deal, we are ready to destroy key targets such as electric generating plants. We have not included striking oil targets because they will need to sell oil to rebuild their country under whatever deal is negotiated.

President Trump concluded his speech by stating:

Because of the actions we have taken, we are on the cusp of ending Iran's sinister threat to America and the world. And I'll tell you, the world is watching. And when we do, when it's all over, the United States will be safer, stronger, more prosperous, and greater than it has ever been before. May God bless the men and women of the United States Armed Forces, and may God bless the United States of America. Thank you very much and good night.

In the lawsuit National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States v. National Park Service (discussed in my January 8, 2026 and March 17, 2026 ANP Articles) docket # 1:25-cv-04316 filed in District Court, District of Columbia on December 12, 2025 about East Wing Demolition where The National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States sued the National Park Service over the demolition of the East Wing of the White House and President Trump's Ballroom Project. This is the 2nd amended complaint. March 31, 2026, Judge Richard J Leon has decided that the plaintiff would succeed on merits therefore he grants the plaintiff's motion for a PI, stopping the ballroom construction project and ordered:

On April 1, 2026, plaintiffs requested clarification on "other than actions strictly necessary to ensure the safety and security of the White House and its grounds, including the ballroom construction site, and provide for the personal safety of the President and his staff" as President Trump interprets this to mean he can continue because various features of the ballroom would meet the criterion for safety and security, such as bulletproof and ballistic proof glass and drone-proof roofing.

American leftists held another “No Kings” rally last weekend. Democrats and their ideological allies gathered in city parks and town squares to tell the rest of us how awful we are. They screamed obscenities and called us “fascists” and “Nazis.” They demanded President Trump’s removal from office. Some even brazenly wished for his death.

To non-leftists, these things are cringeworthy spectacles. The participants look loony and behave immaturely. They are not serious people. Their messages make no sense. How are they able to protest so vocally if they are living under the yoke of tyranny? How are they able to call for President Trump’s death if he is truly a malevolent king? Such riddles are never asked or answered. We are expected to treat their hurt feelings as reasonable justification for their demands to overthrow the government.

Democrats’ tantrums resemble nonsensical petitions listing infantile grievances, such as: (1) Hillary really won! (2) Russia, Russia, Russia! (3) Don’t forget Epstein! (4) Trump incited an “insurrection” on January 6! (5) Biden should have imprisoned Trump! (6) Kamala really won! (7) The War in Ukraine is good; the War in Iran is bad! (8) Trump is attacking the press! (9) Trump is raising oil prices! (10) Trump has lost his mind! (11) Trump will never leave office! (12) Trump must leave Venezuela and Cuba alone! (13) Israel controls Trump! (14) We’re all going to die from “climate change”! (15) Trump wants to bring back slavery! (16) Trump is committing “violence” against “trans” kids! (17) Trump is intentionally dividing the country! (18) “Undocumented” immigrants are Americans! (19) The votes of “undocumented” voters must be counted!

This “writ of grievances” sounds as if it came from the addled minds of a bunch of nutters hopped up on amphetamines. Leftists want to overthrow the government but insist that Trump should be in prison for trying to “overthrow” the government. They think Biden was of sound mind but that Trump has lost his marbles. They ignore all of Epstein’s ties to Bill Clinton and other Democrats, while insisting Trump did something nefarious. They call for “hate speech” and “misinformation” to be prosecuted as crimes, while denouncing Trump’s “attacks” on free speech. They want Trump’s “monarchy” to impose “climate” regulations that would increase fuel costs, while condemning Trump for causing gas prices to rise. They accuse Trump of fomenting “division,” while organizing nationwide protests fomenting division. They insist that Trump’s speech represents “violence” but that their violence is protected “speech.” It’s all very crazy. If you are incapable of bending over and sticking your head up your own derrière, then you probably can’t make sense of anything they say.

One social media guru named Yogi beautifully lampooned the “No Kings” protests: “The modern left’s definition of fascism: You love your country? Fascist. You want to enforce the border? Racist. You think parents should raise their kids? Bigot. You want to know who’s voting in your elections? Jim crow.” Yogi then pointed out how ridiculous leftists are for ignoring all the aristocrats who have been ruling over them for decades:

“Congress has a 15% approval rating. 80% of Americans disapprove. 97% of incumbents got re-elected. Chuck Schumer. 46 years. Longer than Stalin. Steny Hoyer. 45 years. Longer than Mao. Mitch McConnell. 42 years. 5x more than Napoleon. Nancy Pelosi. 39 years. Longer than Henry VIII. Maxine Waters. 35 years. Longer than Mussolini. Bernie Sanders. 35 years. Triple Hitler’s entire reign. Trump. 5 years and 3 months. Won the popular vote and the electoral vote. But Trump is the king.”

Online and in the streets, leftists call for violence against anyone who disagrees with them. They bully young conservatives. They target Republicans at their places of business. They dox ICE agents. They vandalize churches. The corporate news media almost entirely ignore these threats to Americans. Democrat politicians are rarely asked whether they condone such intimidation and violence, but when they are asked, Democrat officeholders go out of their way to paint the aggressors as “victims” and the victims as “aggressors.” In this upside-down world, Democrats can commit all kinds of crimes and never be punished, while Republicans are prosecuted for made-up crimes.

This two-tiered “justice” in the United States is leading to disaster. It is no longer possible for the non-leftist half of the country to ignore the fact that leftists commit crimes with impunity, while abusing the court system to target conservatives. The Trump administration must find some way to hold accountable those who have caused the most harm, while restoring balance and impartiality to the “justice” system. So far, little has changed.

The Russia Collusion Hoax nearly took down a sitting president. Hillary Clinton and her campaign team fabricated a dossier to frame Donald Trump as a Russian agent. Barack Obama, John Brennan, James Comey, and so many other major players within the American Intelligence Community conspired to push rank disinformation upon the American people that would somehow justify the fact that the FBI and CIA were spying on the Trump campaign (and every other 2016 Republican primary candidate, for that matter). We endured unethical lawyer Andrew Weissmann’s two-plus-years investigation of President Trump, and the whole thing was a scam meant to cover up Deep State crimes. The corporate news media played their role as propagandists by treating the fake scandal as the most important story in the world. To this day, the country is completely divided over the Russia Hoax. Democrats have been brainwashed to believe both that the Russian Federation got Trump elected and that Trump secretly works for Vladimir Putin. When close to half the country has been indoctrinated to believe such outrageous lies, someone important must go to jail! Instead no-one has been held accountable.

Similarly, non-leftists watched Democrats and their allies burn down cities during 2020’s Black Lives Matter riots. Leftists caused billions of dollars in property damage, and several dozen people were killed. Nevertheless, Kamala Harris and other prominent Democrats raised money to bail out anybody arrested. The corporate news media ignored all the violence and destruction and instead framed the country’s costliest riots as some glorious “victory” for civil rights.

Six months later, however, every American who showed up in D.C. to protest 2020’s election fraud was treated as a violent criminal. Establishment politicians and corporate news propagandists immediately framed the three-hour frolic through the Capitol as an “insurrection.” The FBI spent the next two years raiding the homes of Americans with no criminal records. Prosecutors and judges shamelessly conspired to depict the election protest as an organized attempt to “overthrow the government,” even though none of the protesters carried firearms. Nancy Pelosi convened a congressional show trial to drum up charges of “sedition” and “treason” against President Trump and his MAGA voters. Only Trump voters were killed on January 6. A Capitol Police officer shot and killed unarmed Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt. Nevertheless, politicians (including installed “president” Joe Biden) and news propagandists continue to lie to the public by claiming that J6 protesters “murdered” police officers that day. Congress even put up a plaque honoring the same Capitol Police who felt the need to kill unarmed women.

Tina Peters sits in jail for fighting election fraud in Colorado. Social media platforms still censor conservative voices. A leftist assassinated Charlie Kirk. Other leftists have repeatedly tried to assassinate President Trump. And leftists continue to call us “fascists.”

Until leftist criminals who promote violence against the rest of us are held accountable, America will continue to descend into madness. Until prominent Democrats are prosecuted for serious crimes, two-tiered “justice” will remain. President Trump takes his constitutional oath seriously. It is the Democrat Party that is filled with lawless, bloodthirsty kings.

EO On Federal Elections, Tax Cuts For Working Families, Trump Dismantling Gender Ideology In Federal Government, And More

On March 31, 2026, President Trump signed EO Ensuring Citizenship Verification and Integrity in Federal Elections citing the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (aka HR3295 and PL 107-252 and 52 U.S.C. 20901 et seq.), the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (aka HR2 and PL 103-31 and 52 U.S.C. 20501 et seq.), and the Federal Government’s constitutional obligation to guarantee a republican form of Government to every State in the Union, U.S. Const. Art. IV, Sec. 4 (discussed in my October 14, 2025 ANP Article) to order the following:

Section 1 - Purpose and Policy reminds us the right to vote in Federal elections is exclusively reserved for US Citizens. In addition non-citizens are explicitly prohibited from voting in Federal election with criminal penalties for violators (18 USC 241, 18 USC 611, 18 USC 1015, and 52 USC 20511). Both the Social Security Administration (SSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) maintain records that can assist in verifying identify and Federal election voter eligibility. The Federal Government is given the duty under Article II of the US Constitution to enforce Federal law. Enhancing election integrity via US mail requires additional measures. Secure ballot envelope identifiers can provide a reliable, auditable mechanism to enforce Federal law without overburdening eligible voters.
Section 2 - Establishment and Transmission of State Citizenship Lists and Prioritization of Investigations and Prosecutions Related to Election Fraud directs the Secretary of DHS Director of US Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Commissioner of SSA to take appropriate action to compile a list of those individuals confirmed to be US Citizens aged 18 or older (at the time of the upcoming Federal election) and who maintain a residence in a US state then provide this list, by state, to the individual states no less than 60 days before the scheduled Federal Election or upon request by a state. It is noted that just because a person is eligible to vote, the person may not be properly registered to vote in the state in which they reside (perhaps by choice or perhaps by an individual state's laws). The AG shall prioritize investigation and prosecution, as appropriate, of individuals and public or private entities engaged in, or aiding and abetting, the printing, production, shipment, or distribution of ballots to individuals who are not eligible to vote in a Federal election.
Section 3 - US Postal Service Rulemaking on Mail-In and Absentee Ballots reminds us that the unlawful use of the US mail in connection with elections is prohibited by Federal Statutes such as 18 USC 1341, 18 USC 1708, 52 USC 10307, and 52 USC 20511. This section directs the Postmaster General to initiate a proposed rule pursuant to 39 USC 401 within 60 days of this order that shall, at a minimum, accomplish the following:

Ballots be mailed in an envelope that is specifically marked as Official Election Mail
Bears a unique, automation-compatible, Intelligent Mail barcode that facilitates tracking
Has passed a mail envelope design review by USPS to ensure compliance with USPS mailing standards, including barcode placement
Propose provisions that no fewer than 90 days prior to a Federal election, any state may choose to notify USPS if it intends to allow for mail-in or absentee ballots to be handled by USPS. No less than 60 days before an election, a list of voters eligible to vote in a Federal election in the state to whom the state intends to provide a mail-in ballot shall be transmitted to USPS. USPS will process only those official ballots for individuals who are on the submitted list.
USPS will coordinate with the IG and DOJ for investigation of suspected unlawful use of the mail involving Federal election materials.
Any final rule shall be issued no later than 120 days of the date of this order.

Section 4 - Implementation shall be done by the Secretary of DHS, Commissioner of SSA, and Postmaster General in coordination with the Secretary of Commerce. The AG will enforce compliance and provide guidance to election officials. The Secretary of DHS shall, within 90 days of the date of this order, establish the infrastructure necessary to compile, maintain, and transmit the State Citizenship List described in Section 2. The Commissioner of SSA shall provide all necessary citizenship and identity data to DHS in support of this requirement consistent with applicable law, the Privacy Act, and all applicable use agreements.
Section 5 - Enforcement shall be handled by the AG and the heads of executive departments and agencies with relevant authority. States and localities should preserve all records and materials, excluding actual ballots cast, evidencing voter participation in any Federal election (including ballot envelopes) for 5 years.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Ensures Citizenship Verification and Voter Eligibility in Federal Elections explains the purpose of the EO is to verify eligibility in Federal Elections, protect the integrity of our elections especially for mail-in balloting, and make elections secure again. The Fact Sheet reminds us that President Trump as repeatedly called upon Congress to pass the SAVE America Act (discussed in my March 19, 2026 ANP Article). The SAVE America Act is currently being held hostage by Democrats in the Senate who do not want to lose their political seats when non-citizens will no longer be allowed to vote in Federal elections.

On March 31, 2026, the White House published the release President Trump’s Working Families Tax Cuts (Which Every Democrat Opposed) Is Delivering Historic Relief announces that new data is showing how this tax season is delivering record-breaking benefits to working families. The average tax refund this year is up nearly 11% exceeding $3,700 per refund. Nearly half of all filers have claimed at least one of the OBBB's tax cuts. Parents of more than 4 million children have claimed Trump Accounts (discussed in my July 16, 2025 ANP Article) on their returns.

Now this additional refund will be going to pay for the increased cost of gas, utilities, food, and other necessities that have happened since the conflict in Iran began.

On March 31, 2026, the White House published the release President Trump Ended Democrats’ “Transgender for Everybody” Insanity reminds us that 2 years ago, the autopen administration desecrated Easter Sunday declaring Easter Sunday as a "trans day of visibility."

Since beginning his 2nd term in office, President Trump has acted swiftly and decisively to make it official policy that there are only 2 immutable sexes: male and female via EO 14168 Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government (discussed in my June 3, 2025 ANP Article).
President Trump also banned federal funding, sponsorship, or promotion of the chemical and surgical mutilation of minors via EO 14176 Protecting Children from chemical and Surgical Mutilation (discussed in my April 29, 2025 ANP Article).
President Trump signed EO 14190 Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling (discussed in my April 25, 2025 ANP Article) terminating federal support for "gender ideology" and "equity" curricula in the public school system.

The article goes on to list 8 other ways in which President Trump has acted to "gender ideology" from our Federal government. Many of which have generated lawsuits against President Trump and his administration. One of those lawsuits has made it all the way to SCOTUS.

On March 31, 2026, SCOTUS issued an opinion on Chiles v. Salazar (24-539) in which Colorado made a law (CRS) banning 'conversion therapy' regulating speech based on viewpoint. Colorado defined "conversion therapy" as "any practice or treatment . . . that attempts . . . to change an individual's sexual orientation or gender identity, as well as any "effor[t] to change behaviors or gender expressions or to eliminate or reduce sexual or romantic attractions toward individuals of the same sex" CRS § 12-245-202(3.5)(a) while allowing for counselors to provide "[a]cceptance, support, and understanding for . . . identify exploration and development"CRS § 12-245-202(3.5)(b)(II).

Defendant was denied the request for PI by both the district court and the Tenth Circuit. SCOTUS has determined that Colorado's law regulates speech based on viewpoint and the lower courts erred by failing to apply the 1st Amendment rigorously. The courts recognize fraud, defamation, and "fighting words" as restrictive speech whereas the 1st Amendment (discussed in my October 17, 2025 ANP Article) protects the right of every individual to determine for themselves "how best to speak" and laws based on "communicative content" are unconstitutional.

SCOTUS points out that the CRS allows for support of gender ideology but forbids anything that attempts to change "behaviors, gender expressions, or romantic attractions" thereby violating plaintiffs free speech by determining that speech in support of their gender ideology narrative is allowed whereas any speech not in support of their gender ideology narrative is not allowed.

Plaintiff challenged the new Colorado law as "telling her what she may say in talk therapy sessions" and that this violates her 1st Amendment rights. Judge Gorsuch writes:

The First Amendment “envisions the United States as a rich and complex place” where all enjoy the “‘freedom to think as you will and to speak as you think.’”

SCOTUS found that Plaintiff engaged in "talk therapy" based on speech and did not "prescribe medication, use medical devices, or employ any physical methods" as part of the talk therapy. Colorado sought to regulate the content of Plaintiff's speech by telling Plaintiff how to speak to patients who sought assistance with gender ideology. They also note this law targets only licensed healthcare professionals. In addition, Colorado's law bans speech based on whether the speech agrees with the state's viewpoint. Judge Gorsuch writes:

The 1st Amendment stands as a shield against any effort to enforce orthodoxy in through or speech in this country. It reflects instead a judgement that every American possesses an inalienable right to think and speak freely, and a faith in the free marketplace of ideas as the best means for discovering truth. However well intentioned, any law that suppresses speech based on viewpoint represents an "egregious" assault on both of those commitments.

SCOTUS then reversed and remanded the case with 8 of the 9 judges agreeing and Judge Gorsuch writing the opinion. Judge Kagan filed a concurring opinion as well. Of course, the SCOTUS Judge who could not define what a woman is, Judge Jackson, dissented.

It is now Day 46 of the Democrat's Partial Government Shutdown. Congress remains on vacation while the employees in the DHS continue to work without a paycheck. I think Congress should not receive a paycheck during any government shutdown (partial or full).

If Congress is willing to sacrifice the pay of everyday US Citizens, they should also go without pay for as long as they force US citizens to do so.

In addition, I think those US Citizens who are not being paid need to be looking for private sector jobs. This is the 2nd time in less than a year that they have been forced to work without a paycheck. And the Democrats in Congress are responsible. They worked on a bi-partisan funding bill. Once that work was completed and the bill presented for a vote, they decided to vote against the bill they helped craft. This was a purposeful action. They decided that illegal aliens (especially those who commit atrocities against US Citizens) are more important than their US Citizen constituents. And nothing is done to stop their actions. Perhaps citizens in the states these duplicitous Congressional representatives/senators come from can hold a recall election to remove them from Congress?

In the lawsuit Anthropic PBC v. U.S. Department of War docket # 3:26-cv-01996 (discussed in my March 12, 2026 ANP Article) filed in District Court, N.D. California on March 9, 2026 about Anthropic Listed as Supply Chain Risk where Anthropic sued the Trump administration over the Pentagon listing it as a supply chain risk. In Judge Rita F Lin's order granting motion for preliminary injunction, she provides a brief introduction to the case:

This case touches on an important public debate. Anthropic says its artificial intelligence product, Claude, is not ready for safe use in fully autonomous lethal weapons or the mass surveillance of Americans. If the U.S. government wants to use its technology, Anthropic insists that the government must agree not to use it for these purposes. On the other hand, the Department of War says that it must be the one to decide what functions are safe for its AI tools to perform, not a private company. This public policy question is not for this Court to answer in this litigation. It is the Department of War’s prerogative to decide what AI product it uses. Everyone, including Anthropic, agrees that the Department of War may permissibly stop using Claude and look for a new AI vendor who will allow “all lawful uses” of its technology. That is not what this case is about.
The question here is whether the government violated the law when it went further. After Anthropic went public with its disagreement with the Department of War, Defendants reacted with three significant measures that are the subject of this lawsuit. First, the President announced that every federal agency (not just the Department of War) would immediately ban Anthropic from ever having another government contract. That would include, for example, the National Endowment for the Arts using Claude to design its website. Second, Secretary Hegseth announced that anyone who wants to do business with the U.S. military must sever any commercial relationship with Anthropic. That would mean a company that used Claude to power its customer service chatbot could not serve as a defense contractor. Third, the Department of War designated Anthropic a “supply chain risk,” a label that applies to adversaries of the U.S. government who may sabotage its technology systems. That designation has never been applied to a domestic company and is directed principally at foreign intelligence agencies, terrorists, and other hostile actors.
These broad measures do not appear to be directed at the government’s stated national security interests. If the concern is the integrity of the operational chain of command, the Department of War could just stop using Claude. Instead, these measures appear designed to punish Anthropic.
On March 26, 2026, Judge Rita F Lin ordered:

For the reasons set forth in the Court’s accompanying opinion, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Agencies and all of their agents, officers, employees, representatives, successors, assigns, and all other persons acting for, with, by, through, or under authority from Defendant Agencies, or in concert or participation with Defendant Agencies, are immediately restrained and enjoined, pending final resolution of this action or further order of this Court:

From implementing, applying, or enforcing in any manner:

The February 27, 2026 Presidential Directive ordering all federal agencies to cease use of Anthropic’s technology;
Any and all other agency actions taken in response to the Presidential Directive; From issuing or maintaining any guidance, directive, communication, or instruction to any officer, employee, contractor, or agent, in furtherance of or implementing the Presidential Directive; and
From taking any other action to implement, effectuate, or further the purposes of the Presidential Directive.

It is further ORDERED that Defendants Department of War and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth (together, “DoW Defendants”), and all of their agents, officers, employees, representatives, successors, assigns, and all other persons acting for, with, by, through, or under authority from DoW Defendants, or in concert or participation with DoW Defendants, are immediately restrained and enjoined, pending final resolution of this action or further order of this Court:

From implementing, applying, or enforcing in any manner:

The February 27, 2026 Hegseth Directive designating Anthropic a “Supply-Chain Risk to National Security” and directing that no contractor, supplier, or partner doing business with the United States military may conduct commercial activity with Anthropic; and
The March 3, 2026 letter notifying Anthropic of the supply chain designation and the associated determination formalizing that designation under 10 U.S.C. § 3252 (“Supply Chain Designation”);

From issuing or maintaining any guidance, directive, communication, or instruction to any officer, employee, contractor, or agent, in furtherance of or implementing the Hegseth Directive or the Supply Chain Designation; and
From taking any other action to implement, effectuate, or further the purposes of the Hegseth Directive or the Supply Chain Designation;

It is further ORDERED that the effective date of the Hegseth Directive and Supply Chain Designation is stayed pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 705;
It is further ORDERED that Defendants shall file a status report by no later than April 6, 2026, describing the steps taken to ensure compliance with this Order and certifying compliance with its requirements;
It is further ORDERED that Anthropic will pay a bond of $100 to the clerk of the Court by April 6, 2026.
This Order restores the status quo. It does not bar any Defendant from taking any lawful action that would have been available to it on February 27, 2026, prior to the issuances of the Presidential Directive and the Hegseth Directive and entry of the Supply Chain Designation. For example, this Order does not require the Department of War to use Anthropic’s products or services and does not prevent the Department of War from transitioning to other artificial intelligence providers, so long as those actions are consistent with applicable regulations, statutes, and constitutional provisions.
This Order is stayed for seven days from its issuance.

So a company produces an AI model that can do certain things; but, the company disagrees with those uses so tells the DoW that they cannot use their product for those purposes. DoW tells the company they will do with the software whatever the software is capable of doing. The company says don't use our product. The DoW says not only will we not use your product, we will make sure your product is not used anywhere within the Federal government and we will make sure any of our contractors do not use your product either.

Seems to me the company needs to modify its software to not do the things they do not want a user to do with it. Simply telling someone "while our product CAN do that, we, as a company, do not want you do use our product in that way" is moronic.

This dilemma reminds me of the time I was teaching a web design class in high school. One of my students went home and created a 'hate' website attacking another student. Then, my student posted, and handed out, flyers around the campus giving the website address. The FBI was called. The FBI investigated. The FBI arrested my student. My student was banned from our school system. My student was banned from using computers and being on the internet. My student had to use mail correspondence to complete his/her senior year. What was my school's response? We will cancel the website course. My response? The student in question learned website design (meaning I effectively taught the class and the student integrated those teachings into their life). The student went home to put the learning into practice. The student did not work on that website while at school. Nor did the student access that website during my class. What this told me is that an ethics component needed to be added to the course curriculum. The school agreed with my assessment and the course was offered again the following year.

Imagine if the creator of a word processing program decides that using said word processing program to write articles with which the designer of the word processing program disagrees. Does that mean the designer has the right to tell you, the user, that you cannot use their word processing program in that way? This judge is saying exactly that. This company, if it does not like the way their software is being used, needs to modify the software so it cannot do the things with which the company disagrees.

I suspect the DoW will appeal this decision.

Let's begin with a few questions.

How would you know if the person you are speaking to online is an Iranian operative, or if a meme you are sharing came from an Iranian cyber warfare campaign? How would you know if information you are sharing, or even just basing your own opinion on came from an Iranian cyber unit?

Better yet, maybe the more important question would be, "Would you know at all"?

Before getting into the reports and documented data regarding the conflict between the U.S., Israel and Iran, in 2026, let's offer a quick reminder from 2024, showing this isn't a brand new problem, but something that has been ongoing for years.

Flashback, September 2024: "Iran’s AI-driven Social Media Botnets Target US Voters."

Key Attack Insights:
1. As part of its foreign policy, Iran attempts to manipulate public opinion through automated bots that spread misinformation by pretending to be real social media influencers.
2. As U.S. elections approach, these influence operations are expanding from targeting Israelis to focusing on Americans (see Figure 1).
3. Iranian actors are leveraging advanced AI technologies to generate convincing content, including deep fake videos and multilingual posts, significantly increasing the scale and sophistication of their campaigns.
4. The operations employ a cross-platform strategy, establishing presence across multiple social media services to increase credibility and reach, making containment and detection more challenging.
5. Iranian bot operators employ sophisticated TTPs, including the use of proxy IPs, AI-generated content and profiles, cross-platform coordination, and exploitation of current events, making their operations increasingly difficult to detect and counter.

According to Politifact, which of course needed to be confirmed and verified since that group has often put out their own disinformation, or rather "misleading" fact-checks, Iran's influence operation capabilities go back to 2010.

The point here is this information isn't just new, it has been an ongoing disinformation campaign from Iran, on a variety of topics, for over a decade. Adjusting the narrative for current events over the years, they use the same formula, and taking full advantage of new technological advances in AI to spread their misinformation to a far wider audience as the years go on.

At this point there is no doubt that many countries utilize some of the same tactics, and Iran is not alone in using technology to spread certain narratives, which is why double checking, and triple checking information is critical for each and every one of us to do.

Personally it is the information out there that does fit my own biases that I not only triple check, but often quadruple check, or more, just so I won't be taken in by disinformation. When I see something on social media that I also believe, I tend to trust it even less than seeing information that doesn't match my own thinking.

That comes with being a writer that has followed the white rabbit down the hole a time or two just to learn that a great story, was really a hoax, and having to scrap weeks worth of work.

A network of Iranian-controlled accounts on social media claiming to be British or Irish has been posting pro-Tehran propaganda and fake AI-generated news, experts have found.
A total of 34 accounts on X, Instagram and Bluesky with fake personas purporting to be based in London, Glasgow and Dublin are actually controlled from Iran.
The network is part of a wider disinformation campaign being waged by Tehran across social networks using AI tools to spread fake news. It was uncovered by researchers at Clemson University’s Media Forensic Hub.

The Iranian regime has been running an online influence campaign using AI-generated photographs, videos and memes to sow confusion about the war in the Middle East. Experts say the main goal is to ramp up anti-war sentiment in the US and pressure President Trump to end the conflict

Some key points from France24, which highlights specific tactics.

• Among the most widely viewed content are AI-generated videos mocking Trump – styled to reference Western media including the LEGO movies and the Teletubbies – and AI videos and photographs claiming to show the devastation Iranian strikes have wrought on Israel and the Gulf states.

• “The propaganda includes memes and cartoons that aren't meant to be perceived as real but are very good at spreading political messaging,” said Darren Linvill, author of the study and co-director of Clemson’s Media Forensics Hub.

• “The deepfakes portray a version of reality that [seems] genuine and often paint Iran as more successful in the conflict. Both are being shared widely among communities that are critical of the war and hungry for this messaging.”

• The accounts analysed in the Clemson study had been used previously for Iranian influence operations “designed to exploit regional fault lines to advance Iranian regime interests” in the West by posting “politically divisive” content such as critiques of the recent US immigration crackdown.

In a Blavity piece, the "experts" and yes, I used quotes there because even the experts have their own biases, but I found multiple sources confirming it, this is the first major conflict that "AI content has been used in war efforts over information."

Iran has posted AI-generated videos, memes and out-of-context footage in its war of information. One example is a Lego-inspired video showing Iranian soldiers fighting against Trump and Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu. It depicts Trump gambling in its war efforts, lying to the U.S. population, and being followed by various representations of the Epstein files.

“This conflict is the first time we’ve really seen AI-generated content be used very intentionally to sow chaos and confusion around what’s actually happening on the ground,” Melanie Smith, an expert in information operations at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, told France 24.

What is also new in this war of information is that Iran’s war of information targets Americans.
“They are not used to seeing the messages of a country that the U.S. government is bombing that are directed toward them. This is quite new,” Emerson Brooking, the director of strategy at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, told NPR.

Those experts say Iran is using such methods because AI videos “travel fast and plug into emotions that people already have."

An America First Approach To Target Iran’s Digital Battlefield

The Iranian regime is scoring asymmetrical victories in the information war, due in large part to this social media activity. internet access is heavily restricted for ordinary Iranian citizens, but regime officials, who are allowed access and have millions of online followers in the U.S. and worldwide, provide a steady supply of fake news to an audience eager for their anti-U.S., anti-Israel, and anti-West messaging. They are only part of a vast ecosystem of English-language accounts operated by or affiliated with Iranian state media, the IRGC, the Basij militia, and the country's religious establishment.

On March 30, 2026, the White House published the release President Trump Acts Where Democrats Refused — Bringing Relief to TSA Workers and Travelers announcing that between President Trump's Memoranda (discussed in my March 28, 2026 ANP Article) and reassigning ICE officers to airports to assist TSA with security screenings, President Trump has taken action where Democrats refused. While the White House admits these actions are short-term relief, tens of thousands of other DHS workers continue to go without pay. The release calls for Democrats in Congress to immediately end the partial shutdown, pass responsible funding legislation, and to stop putting political demands over the safety, security, and livelihoods of the American people.

On March 28, 2026, the White House published the statement Education and Sharing Day, U.S.A., 2026 reaffirming the importance of a rigorous education. This day was established in honor of Rebbe Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson and is proclaimed each year by the current President on Rebbie's birthday which occurs 4 days before Passover (a day usually between March 21 and April 21 each year). While I did not serve in the combat arena, I am personally acquainted with many who did. The horrible situation in the arena combined with the vilification upon their return 'home' to the US left an indelible mark on the lives of these combat Veterans. The next time you see a Veteran wearing a Vietnam Veteran cap, please take the time to thank them for their service. You will make their day. I see it in my uncle and other Vietnam Combat Veterans when a random stranger says "Thank you for your service."

First, no law enforcement agency releases its documents before they have concluded their investigation unless other law enforcement agencies are brought into assist with the investigation. In this case, Minnesota was not brought in to assist. Once this decision is made, everything else plaintiffs are demanding becomes moot. If the activist courts in DC agree with plaintiffs, every investigation will be subject to demands by law enforcement not directly involved in the investigation. This must not happen. But, because they filed this case in DC, we can expect the activist judges to grand plaintiffs demands. Then the defendants will have to appeal which will bring in even more activist judges leading to defendants appealing to SCOTUS.

Detransitioner Says Corporate Media Ignoring ‘Obvious Connection’ Between Mental Health And Trans Violence

Detransitioner Chloe Cole criticized corporate media outlets for not scrutinizing what has caused a rise in transgender violence during a Sunday episode of “The Adam Carolla Show.”

Incidents of violence committed by transgender individuals and their sympathizers have garnered headlines in recent years, despite trans-identifying adults making up less than 1% of the U.S. population. Cole suggested on the show that corporate media was failing to report on a clear link between transgender individuals suffering from mental health issues and the incidents.

“I feel like on either side, people are very black and white about this. A lot of the mainstream media is trying to suppress those incidents of these transgender shooters and not making the obvious connection between their mental health issues leading to their transition and then the tragedy that unfolds from that point on,” Cole said. “And then there’s the people who of course are just immediately dismissing them as, ‘Oh, they’re crazy and they just have mental illness.’”

“And I think while that is true, I think the bigger picture is that there is a systemic failure on the part of these individuals to be able to figure out their real problems and then the doctors worsening that,” she continued. “And then the mainstream media by choosing to uphold the ideology rather than question it and its role in these violent incidents is continuing that.”

Cole also argued that unity and dialogue were necessary to decrease transgender violence.

“And if we want to move forward, if we want to prevent violence, we all have to come together,” she said. “No matter where we stand on this issue or politically, we have to have an honest, open discussion about this and face the real problems behind this increasing incident of transgender violence.”

A trans-identifying man named Robin Westman allegedly opened fire through the stained glass windows of Annunciation Catholic Church in August 2025, killing two students while they were attending Mass. Outlets including The Washington Post, NBC News and The Daily Mail referred to Westman by preferred feminine pronouns in their coverage regarding the Minneapolis, Minnesota shooting.

Moreover, a suspect in a February mass shooting inside Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in British Columbia, Canada, was identified as a transgender person named Jesse Van Rootselaar. Reuters labeled the biological male as a female after the individual allegedly killed nine people and injured dozens of others.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt asserted in September that President Donald Trump’s administration was taking the threat of transgender violence “seriously.”

“It’s definitely something worth looking into and I think anyone who denies that at this point is being willfully ignorant,” Leavitt said. “And the administration is taking it seriously, all causes of violence and why people would be driven to such evil and such hatred. And there’s probably many answers to that question, but the administration is really focused on all of them.”

Went to the No Kings assemblies in my town and the next nearby town on Saturday. Mental illness as far as the eye could see. Old folks, too, as far as the eye could see, predominately of the female persuasion: the devouring grandmothers. The Democratic Party has marshalled mental illness as its premier campaign strategy, and lately it is winning bigly around the country as mental illness becomes the go-to cope option for the ragged remnants of Boomerdom.

They believe things that are patently insane, for instance, the latest proposal by Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) that illegal immigrants deserve reparations on account of being “traumatized” by U.S. immigration enforcement actions. If it feels like the Democratic Party is at war with our country you are not hallucinating. It is every bit as much a jihad as the Death to America crowd in Iran has explicitly pushed since 1979.

The president gets no help whatsoever from his own party, as you see in the disgraceful hijinks around the urgent issue of election reform. You know exactly how the election playbook was written: let x-million foreigners into the country illegally, give them (illegally) social security numbers, driver’s licenses, automatic voter registrations, addresses, mail-in ballots. . . and voila! They don’t even have to mail-in their own mail-in ballots. Lawfare ninja Marc Elias will arrange ballot pick-up service. And the cherry on top is that the census must count all the illegal aliens to add new congressional districts for extra seats in Congress.

So, in the face of that, Republican Majority Leader John Thune could not muster enough votes to save the SAVE Act. Or so he said. Looks more like lack a’wanna. Eerie lack a’wanna. On their tours of cable news, the hapless Republican senators, when asked, would not name their colleagues leaning against the SAVE Act. But you know who they are. Mitch McConnell, Murkowski, Tillis, Collins, Capito.

Leader Thune could not even manage to get Homeland Security funded with the prospect of Iranian sleeper cells awakening around the country. He just threw in the towel at three o’clock in the morning on Friday, and sent the whole crew home to meet the Easter Bunny. Chuck Schumer did an end-zone dance. The brokenness of our politics could not be more in your face. As things shape up this grueling springtime, Mr. Trump might have to go Abe Lincoln on these folks. That is, declare some sort of national emergency to save the election and the country.

Of course, the nation is more than a little distracted just now with doings in Iran. The No Kings folk are unabashedly rooting for everything to go wrong there, and not a few conservatives in the public arena are straining to conjure an Iranian victory in their black-pilled deliriums. Many claim they “have no idea” what we are doing there — can it be that hard? — or else they are rabidly exercised over our alliance with Israel in the operation. You know how that goes. Cue Tucker. He’ll explain.

The truth is we are pounding these savage Shia clerics and their Revolutionary Guard myrmidons to the garden of eternal bliss where the seventy-two virgins wait. Whatever remains of Iran’s legit government is bargaining under cover for an off-ramp now. Pakistan mediates. The parties sit in different rooms and pass notes through the mediators in a third room. Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi pretends that he will not negotiate with Mr. Trump’s envoys, Witkoff and Kushner, both Jews, the horror! But that’s sheer fakery.

To avoid humiliation in the process, Iran is still lobbing missiles and drones around the Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Israel, and they will probably keep doing that until the very moment of capitulation. Anyway, in less than a week, Mr. Trump turns the lights off all over Iran, and then they are back in the twelfth century. . . no command communication, no juice for anything, no money, no food, no water, no nothing . . . and a population getting dangerously desperate to make it all go away. . . to return to some dim memory of what normal life once was in an Iran not ruled by psychotic death cultists.

Everybody else is greatly alarmed by the disruption of Persian Gulf oil supplies through Hormuz. Global finance was already pretty shaky before the hot war commenced, and the economic tail of that dog was not wagging happily. In America, BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, Apollo Global, and Blue Owl Capital had recently “gated” redemptions — meaning investors can’t get all or part of their money out of plays that are folding on collateral rot. This private equity fiasco has significant contagion potential. The sudden oil shock makes everything feel a hundred times worse, and pain is already felt, especially in the far east and Australia / New Zealand.

But consider that the Hormuz “blockade” is also a bit of last-ditch capitulation bravado. It could be a shorter crisis than the alarmists imagine. We see everything that Iran has got from high in the sky, whatever attack boats remain. . . the thermal signatures of rockets going off. . . the bays where the drones emerge. Mr. Trump might order troops in to the stabilize ports and more than one island. Or perhaps not. I doubt we’ll know until after Iranian lights go out. If the kinetics conclude, what remains is re-starting the maritime insurance apparatus with or without Lloyd’s of London. Then, tankers start moving again.

RINOs Learned Nothing From Trump Victories: U.S. Majority Leader Senator Thune Must Step Up Or Step Aside

It’s frustrating to watch congressional Republicans bollix up this critical moment in U.S. history. Time is running out to secure American elections, eliminate all the welfare fraud and birth tourism that operate as magnets for illegal aliens, and pass legislation that gives President Trump’s executive orders the force of law. You can already see the familiar scene shaping up on Capitol Hill: professional Republicans’ “failure theater” is back for another shameless performance.

Over 80% of Americans believe that our elections will not be secure until voters are required to show proof of citizenship and photo identification (common-sense requirements enforced in “democratic” nations around the world). This 80-20 split with the electorate is important to note. Safeguarding the legitimacy of elections is consistently popular in the United States. Over 80% of Americans also believe that ballots should be counted on Election Day. Similar percentages reject universal mail-in ballots. Republican voters are close to 100% in support for these election safeguards. Nevertheless, Senate Majority Leader John Thune continues to play “failure theater” as he finds new ways to sink President Trump’s election-safeguarding SAVE America Act. Utah Senator John Curtis is already joining forces with Democrats to push for mass amnesty for illegal aliens (a recurring dream of Establishment Republicans who enjoy betraying Republican voters more than defeating Democrats’ plans for destroying the United States).

Republican voters have watched this deranged kabuki theater all their lives. Republican voters push for something that they want. Republican politicians promise to “get it done on day one.” Republican voters put those Republican politicians in office. Then victorious Republican politicians find inexplicable ways to break their promises and do nothing. Their failures in leadership hand control of Congress to the Democrats. The Democrats get whatever they want done on day one…usually with the help of at least a few so-called “Republicans” in Congress.

One of the more recent infuriating examples of Republicans’ “failure theater” occurred after President Obama and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid rammed socialized medicine (aka, Obamacare) through Congress in 2010 and set us down the path toward universal, government-run healthcare.

Republican voters knew what would happen. Private medical practices would disappear. Inexpensive private insurance would disappear. Families struggling to make ends meet would be forced to pay the welfare costs of people (including illegal aliens) who had no insurance coverage of their own. Republicans knew that Obamacare would destroy the medical profession, increase consumer costs, and shove an ever-increasing number of taxpayer-funded government bureaucrats inside each examination room.

Republicans had no power in Congress or the White House when Democrats forced Obamacare on the American people. Republican members of the House and Senate pleaded, “Give us your vote, and we’ll save you from this Obamacare monstrosity.” Republican voters (including grassroots conservatives who were springing up across the country as part of the largely unorganized Tea Party Movement) went to the polls in huge numbers in the 2010 midterm elections. Republicans won sixty-three seats in the House, the largest shift since 1948, and secured the majority. Republicans picked up seven seats in the Senate but failed to take back the chamber. In a rare moment of honesty, Obama called the 2010 midterms a “shellacking” of the Democrat Party. How did the victorious Republicans use their new powers in the House to hinder, block, or otherwise stymie Obama’s government takeover of medicine? They mumbled, “Sorry, we can’t do anything without control of the Senate.”

So grassroots Republican voters went to work again. It took them four years, but they finally secured Republican control of the Senate in 2014. Those midterm elections were another huge Republican victory. Republicans picked up nine seats in the Senate, the largest gain by either party since 1980. Republicans won thirteen more seats in the House, giving them their largest majority since 1928. Now surely Republicans would be able to fight the Democrats’ government takeover of healthcare and put a stop to new Obama taxes and regulations suffocating the middle class…right? Nope. Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said, “Sorry, there’s just nothing we can do without the White House.”

Republican voters spent four years giving Republican politicians the power to stop Obamacare in its tracks, and the politicians stabbed the voters in the back. What happened next? Two things:

First, Obamacare (with more than a little help from pretend conservative judicial hack John Roberts) became entrenched in America’s labyrinthine regulatory system that exists to extract money and personal autonomy from the American people and deposit money and control to the permanent bureaucracy. The old days of a private, professional relationship between doctor and patient are gone. Now the federal government’s bureaucratic regulations combine with the insurance companies’ regulations and the corporate hospitals’ regulations to determine mandatory medical outcomes before a patient even arrives.

Second, Republican voters learned that Republican politicians can never be trusted again.

Young Americans who are just coming of age to vote in this year’s midterms will have few, if any, memories of how Donald Trump successfully beat a smorgasbord of talented Republican candidates in the 2016 primaries before overcoming Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton’s monetary and public relations advantages to take the presidency. Although the propagandists in the corporate press will never stop blaming Hillary’s embarrassing loss on the Russians (state-sanctioned disinformation that rational people now recognize as the Clinton-Obama-Intelligence-Community-invented Russia Hoax), she had more advantages in the 2016 election than any candidate in American history.

The Clinton campaign and its network of NGOs and partisan advocacy groups spent somewhere between three and five times as much money as Donald Trump did in the run-up to the election. The corporate press (including so-called “conservative” institutions) almost unanimously endorsed Clinton over Trump. Hillary’s team booked the Jacob K. Javits Center in Manhattan to celebrate her certain victory on election night under an enormous glass ceiling (which she was certain to “break” as the first woman president, get it?). Hillary was so confident of victory that she started campaigning in Texas. Two weeks before the election, Hillary even sent out a Tweet with a picture of herself as a little girl and a caption reading, “Happy birthday to this future president.” Hillary, the Democrats, Republican politicians, the news media, almost all of the pollsters, almost all of the pundits, the whole permanent bureaucratic Establishment running D.C., and every elite institution in the United States all predicted a Hillary Clinton victory in 2016. Newsweek even printed a “special commemorative edition” with Hillary’s face taking up the whole cover with an emblazoned headline, “MADAM PRESIDENT,” and a subheading announcing, “Hillary Clinton’s Historic Journey to the White House.”

Something strange happened on the way to Hillary’s coronation. The American people elected businessman Donald Trump as president of the United States. Some of those voters chose him because they liked his policies. Others voted for him simply because he ran as a Republican. Above all else, though, the American people recognized Trump as the first legitimate “outsider” running for high office. The Establishment hated him, and, from the American people’s perspective, that hate was a ringing endorsement for Trump’s candidacy.

Ten years later, and Establishment Republicans still haven’t learned the lesson of the 2016 election. They think that they can weather a couple more years with Trump in office and then get back to business as usual. They’ve got another think coming.

After Republican politicians failed to save Americans from Obamacare, Republican voters learned that professional Republicans can’t be trusted. Watching the Washington Establishment spend the last ten years trying to put Trump and his voters in prison have only reinforced that lesson. Voters are going to get only louder after Trump’s presidency. RINO “failure theater” no longer works. Senator Thune must step up or step aside.

On March 27, 2026, President Trump signed the Presidential Memoranda Paying Our Great Transportation Security Administration Officers and Employees summarizing the situation:

We are entering the 6th week of the Democrats' refusal to fund DHS

More than 60,000 TSA employees (50,000 of whom work security at domestic airports) have not been paid for 41 days so far
Nearly 500 TSA officers have quit because of the Democrats Partial Shutdown

Therefore, President Trump has decreed an emergency situation exists that compromises our Nation's security. This Memoranda directs the Secretary of DHS and the Director of OMB to use funds IAW 31 USC 1301(a) to provide TSA employees their compensation and benefits owed to them. Once DHS funding has been restored (see Partial Shutdown section below), the funds will be restored from where they were borrowed.

On March 27, 2026 (Day 41 of the Democrat's Partial Government Shutdown), the House agreed to the Senate's approval of HR7147 with amendment at 11:26:24 pm (there is no vote record available at this time). Then March 27, 2026 through April 13, 2026 was designated as a "district work period" meaning lawmakers do not return to DC until April 14, 2026. Then, just 19 seconds after the "district work period" announcement, legislators were dismissed with instructions to return to DC on March 30. (The Senate will not return to DC until April 14, 2026.)

So, did the bill pass the House or is the House returning to continue arguing about the amendments the Senate made to HR7147? No official votes have been posted on the House website and the Congress website shows the Senate passed HR7147 with amendment but does not show the vote record.

Schumer seems to think Republicans 'caved' to Democrats' demands when they agreed to fund TSA, Coast Guard, RIMA, CISA, and other aspects of DHS when they approved HR7147 but not fund ICE. Thing is ICE was already funded through the One Big Beautiful Bill (discussed in my July 29, 2025 ANP Article). So who "caved"?

After weeks of negotiations, Republicans caved to our demands to fund DHS without a blank check for ICE and CBP.

This ruling is to be expected because DOGE was a short-lived agency and is no longer functioning. Therefore, the charges against DOGE are moot. As to the actual charges, DOGE did what it was supposed to do: identify fraud and corruption and report back to the President their findings. The President then chose what to do about these findings. DOGE itself did not shut down any agencies or fire any people or end any subsidies. DOGE simply reported those findings to the President and the President decided to shut down agencies, fire people, and end subsidies.

John died June 7, 1806 at age 66 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts. He was interred at 40 Tremont Street, Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

George Trott was born 1741 in Boston Massachusetts. On December 4, 1766, George married Ann Boylston Cunningham (1745-1810) in Boston, Massachusetts. They had 2 children. From 1762 to 1785, George worked as a silversmith, jeweler, and watchmaker in Boston, Massachusetts. George died in 1810 at about age 69 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

Henry Bass was born March 9, 1740 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony. On April 16, 1767, Henry married Faith Savage (1744-1769) in Weston, Middlesex, Massachusetts. She died December 29, 1796. They had 1 child. On May 23, 1771, Henry married Sarah Baker (1742-1825 in Boston, Suffolk, Province of Massachusetts Bay. They had 4 children, 2 of whom were documented as surviving to adulthood. He was a jeweler. He was also a cousin of Samuel Adams, and successful merchant. Henry died June 5, 1813 at age 73 in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

Thomas Chase (1737), a distiller and Freemason. He actively participated in the Boston Tea Party. Thomas died in 1787.

Stephen Cleverly, a brazier. That is all I could find about Stephen.

Thomas Crafts Jr was born in 1740 in Boston, Massachusetts. He grew up just a block away from Paul Revere. He was a painter and Japanner and was a friend of Paul Revere. On June 30, 1763, he married Frances Pickeny Gore (1744-1788) in Boston, Massachusetts. They had no known children. Thomas participated in the hanging of the effigy of Andrew Oliver a distributor of stamps. The elm tree from which Andrew was hung later became known as the "liberty tree". He testified at the Boston Massacre trial. He became a Freemason, joining Saint Andrew's Lodge F and AM in 1762. He actively participated in the Boston Tea Party. He was a commander of the Massachusetts militia artillery. After the war, he became a selectman and Justice of the Peace. He was the first person to read the newly signed Declaration of Independence from the balcony of the Old State House in Boston in a 1776 ceremony. Thomas died in 1799. He is interred in Copp's Hill Burying Ground in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

John Smith, a brazier. He actively participated in the Boston Tea Party. That is all I could find about John.

Joseph Field, master of a vessel actively participated in the Boston Tea Party. That is all I could find about Joseph.

These men were unassuming, avoided undue publicity, and operated in complete secrecy. They were not the most prominent men in the city even though a few of them knew, or were related to, men who were. They also ranged in age from 24 to 33 at the time they joined The Loyal Nine.

Tensions rise as the green fuse drives the flowers of springtime (and thank you, Dylan Thomas, for the loan.) Too many things are out of whack. Some are actually breaking. A physics of events is at work that will bring our affairs back to true, but expect it to be painful. Okay, you’ve been warned.

Asia, especially, suffers bigly with the Persian Gulf shut-down. For decades these countries took the oil flows for granted without having to do anything. No thoughts of maritime security. No cares for the chaos Iran sowed across the region (and beyond). Leave the tanker insurance to London. Now, they are rationing the diesel, gasoline, natgas, and aviation fuel. For the moment they are just stunned. Soon, they’ll be hollering, stomping, jumping up and down crying woo-woo-woo.

Europe, for years, has garishly, and in plain sight, planned its own journey to a de-industrialized neo-medieval Palookaville. The poster-child, Germany, destroyed its energy prospects with lunatic glee, in thrall to retarded climate change politics, while the European Union turned into a devouring mother, stole her children’s sovereign agency, and herded them into a Klaus Schwab death camp. No more atomic energy for you! No more cheap gas from Russia. No more heat in wintertime. Jihad for entertainment. The lights are going out and it might be too late to make other arrangements.

Don’t think for a moment that Iran was not a threat to the world, and especially to The Great Satan, as they styled us. The Persians have been hostage to a cult for half a century, and all cults are crazy. This one, the reign of the Shia ayatollahs, was apocalyptic in the pure sense of the word. They prayed and labored avidly for the destruction of others and relished their own martyrdom. The craziest part was thinking that the USA under Donald Trump might possibly roll over for them.

Quit swallowing those black pills, everybody. Iran is not some super-monster out of the Marvel Comics movies. Iran doesn’t have the mojo to shut down the Strait of Hormuz indefinitely. It will run out of missiles, drones, torpedoes, mines, launch sites, and a command structure for deploying any of that. It has converted the other neutral Gulf states into raging enemies eager to help the US — and by extension, most ironically, Israel, too. This rearrangement of interests in the Middle East would have been unthinkable a mere month ago.

We have way more to worry about here in America with our own apocalyptic coteries and claques. And our broken institutions. Is it not obvious that the Democratic Party exists now solely to punish half of the country that would prefer to not wreck our republic? The Democratic Party has no other program. It’s just another death cult. That’s why you were made to wait four and half hours in some far-off precinct of the airport for a flight that you were guaranteed to miss. Well, at least that’s over for now, since the Senate passed a spending bill at two o’clock in the morning today and DHS will be up-and-running again — while Congress takes two weeks off for Easter.

Now consider those figures and factions in the Republican Party who won’t lift a finger to allow election reform. Thune, McConnell (what little is left of him), Murkowski, Tillis, maybe Collins. What possible calculus judders their brains? They are about to be drowned in a tsunami of revelation about organized ballot fraud in Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. How will they explain that? Maybe “election denial” wasn’t a thing all along. Thune’s game is plain stupid. He’s engineering his own downfall as majority leader as he attempts to usher the SAVE Act into a ditch. Our election procedures are patently insane, and only the insane fail to notice. So, failing to notice is an option, at least.

Tomorrow, Saturday, brings another Neville Roy Singham production of “No Kings” demos across the nation, a field-day for the senile. They want to abolish ICE. They want illegal aliens to stay here and they want them in the voting booth. Go out and ask them why that’s a good idea.

On March 26, 2026, the White House published the release: America First in Action: U.S. Records Net Negative Migration Across Every Metro Area citing an historic turnaround on immigration thanks to President Trump's unrelenting commitment to securing our borders.

Of course, they aren't telling us how many legal 'immigrants' and/or 'migrants' they are allowing into the country. And they are focusing on the Southern Border. They are not mentioning what is happening along our Northern Border with Canada.

On March 26, 2026, President Trump signed EO Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors acknowledging in Section 1 states that it is the policy of the US to promote economy and efficiency in Federal contracting by preventing racial discrimination. This section acknowledges:

DEI activities are not only unethical and often illegal, but also cause inefficiencies, waste, and abuse within entities that engage in such practices. Specifically, DEI activities impose artificial costs in hiring, promotion, and operations by precluding implementation of merit-based principles; creating excessive workforce turnover by elevating immutable characteristics over job performance; and jeopardizing the sort of employee collaboration and problem-solving that is essential to fostering efficient and high-quality work. DEI activities also create unnecessary costs by reducing the pool of available labor by artificially limiting companies to hiring or promoting certain individuals, suppliers, or intermediaries based on their race or ethnicity. These costs are inevitably passed on to the Federal Government when it contracts with companies who engage in racially discriminatory DEI activities, or who use subcontractors who do so.

Section 2 defines "racially discriminatory DEI activities" and "Program participation" as these terms pertain to this EO.
Section 3 orders that within 30 days of this EO, contracts and contract-like instruments (including subcontracts and lower-tier subcontracts) must contain the following clause:
“In connection with the performance of work under this contract, [the contractor/appropriate party (contractor)] agrees as follows:

The contractor will not engage in any racially discriminatory DEI activities, as defined in section 2 of the Executive Order of March 26, 2026 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors);
The contractor will furnish all information and reports, including providing access to books, records, and accounts, as required by the contracting agency pursuant to the Executive Order of March 26, 2026 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors), for purposes of ascertaining compliance with this clause;
In the event of the contractor’s or a subcontractor’s noncompliance with this clause, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further Government contracts;
The contractor will report any subcontractor’s known or reasonably knowable conduct that may violate this clause to the contracting department or agency and take any appropriate remedial actions directed by the contracting department or agency;
The contractor will inform the contracting department or agency if a subcontractor sues the contractor and the suit puts at issue, in any way, the validity of this clause; and
The contractor recognizes that compliance with the requirements of this clause are material to the Government’s payment decisions for purposes of section 3729(b)(4) of title 31, United States Code (False Claims Act).”.

Section 4 covers penalties for violating this EO calling for cancellation, termination, or suspension of any contract or contract-like instrument that fails to include and comply with the above stipulations. In addition, contractors or subcontractors can be suspended or debarred for failure to comply. Within 120 days of this order, agency heads will review their compliance with this EO and report to the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy regarding compliance. The AG shall determine whether to bring actions under the False Claims Act and ensure prompt review of civil actions brought by private persons.
Section 5 covers regulations and implementation ordering the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to provide for inclusion in Federal procurement, solicit to the above clause and remove any provisions that conflict or are inconsistent with the above clause. Within 60 days of this EO, the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council shall issue deviation and interim guidance for this EO.

The accompanying Fact Sheet President Donald J. Trump Addresses DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors explains that this EO addresses DEI discrimination by Federal contractors; promotes merit and efficiency in Federal contracting; and serves America and Americans not ideological agendas.

Expect many more lawsuits over this EO even though the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is clear that DEI cannot be used to discriminate.

March 27, 2026 is Day 41 of the Democrat Partial Federal Government Shutdown.

On March 26, 2026 the Senate rejected a Cloture Motion on S.Amdt.4732 to S1383. This amendment requires voters to provide photo identification as a condition of casting a ballot. The vote was 53 yeas (53 Republicans) to 47 nays (45 Democrats and 2 Independents).

At this point, the Senate is a joke. DHS will not be funded and the SAVE America Act is dead in the water unless something is done to remove the 60% minimum. While nuking the fillibuster is an option, it is not a good one. But, I don't see any other way around this debacle. The Republicans have caved to the Democrats demands and yet the Democrats still vote no. So, return to the original and change the fillibuster.

On March 26, 2026, the White House published the statement Congressional Bills H.R. 3377, H.R. 7194, H.R. 7211 Signed into Law - remember when he said he would not sign any bills until the SAVE America Act passed (discussed in my March 10, 2026 ANP Article)? Well, this makes the 2nd time he is signing bills before the SAVE America Act is passed (the first time was discussed in my March 21, 2026 ANP Article). So, for what did he change is mind and sign them anyway?

HR3377 - To authorize the President to award the Medal of Honor to James Capers, Jr., for acts of valor as a member of the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. This bill was introduced by Ralph Norman (R-SC-5) on May 13, 2025 and has no co-sponsors. Section 1 states:
(a) Authorization.—Notwithstanding the time limitations specified in sections 8298(a) and 8300 of title 10, United States Code, or any other time limitation with respect to the awarding of certain medals to persons who served in the Armed Forces, the President is authorized to award the Medal of Honor, under section 8291 of such title, to James Capers, Jr., for the acts of valor described in subsection (b).
(b) Acts of valor described.—The acts of valor described in this subsection are the actions of James Capers, Jr., as a member of the Marine Corps, during the period of March 31 through April 3, 1967, during the Vietnam War, for which he was previously awarded the Silver Star.
HR7194 - To authorize the President to award the Medal of Honor to Nicholas Dockery for acts of valor as a member of the Army while serving in Afghanistan. This bill was introduced by James R Baird (R-IN-4) on January 21, 2026 and has no co-sponsors. The bill states:
Section 1 states: this act may be cited as the Nicholas Dockery Medal of Honor Act.
Section 2 states:
(a) Authorization.—Notwithstanding the time limitations specified in section 7274 of title 10, United States Code, or any other time limitation with respect to the awarding of certain medals to persons who served in the Armed Forces, the President is authorized to award the Medal of Honor, under section 7271 of such title, to Nicholas Dockery, formerly known as Kareem N. Dockery for the acts of valor described in subsection (b).
(b) Acts of valor described.—The acts of valor described in section 2 of this Act are the actions of Nicholas Dockery, as a member of the Army, on October 2, 2012, while serving in Afghanistan, for which he was previously awarded the Silver Star.
HR7211 - To authorize the President to award the Medal of Honor to John W. Ripley for acts of valor during the Vietnam War, and for other purposes. This bill was introduced by H Morgan Griffith (R-VA-9) on January 22, 2026 and has no co-sponsors. The Section 1 states:
(a) Authorization.—Notwithstanding the time limitations specified in sections 8298(a) and 8300 of title 10, United States Code, or any other time limitation with respect to the awarding of certain medals to persons who served in the Armed Forces, the President is authorized to award the Medal of Honor, under section 8291 of such title, to John W. Ripley for the acts of valor described in subsection (b).
(b) Acts of valor described.—The acts of valor described in this subsection are the actions of John W. Ripley, as a member of the Marine Corps, on April 2, 1972, during the Vietnam War, for which he was previously awarded the Navy Cross.

So, I am OK with President Trump setting his statement to not sign bills aside so these Service Members can receive the Medal of Honor (discussed in my March 26, 2025 ANP Article) they deserve for their actions in combat.

On March 23, 2026, A new lawsuit Leon Rengel v. United States docket # 1:26-cv-01008 filed in District Court, District of Columbia on March 23, 2026 about CECOT Detention where a Venezuelan who was deported to El Salvador and detained in CECOT is suing the United States uned the Federal Tort Claims Act seeking at least $1,300,000 for alleged injuries arising from several negligent and intentional tortious acts and omissions. The lawsuit seeks the following relief:

A declaratory judgement that the actions described herein deprived Plaintiff of his rights under federal and state law;
Compensatory damages against the United States pursuant to the FTCA in the amount of at least $1,300,000;
Attorneys’ fees and costs; and
Such other relief as the Court deems necessary and just.

The lawsuit begins by stating:

Approximately one year ago, officers of the United States disregarded the Constitution, abused their authority under law, and flouted the federal judiciary in order to effectuate the Trump Administration’s (the “Administration”) illegitimate goals of punishing Venezuelan immigrants and broadly intimidating non-citizens from pursuing legal avenues to immigration through the targeted persecution of Venezuelan immigrants. Through a series of unconstitutional and ultra vires acts by high ranking federal officials and law enforcement officers,
Plaintiff Neiyerver Adrián Leon Rengel was wrongly identified as a member of the gang Tren de Aragua (“TdA”), repeatedly denied due process, falsely imprisoned, intentionally deceived, and—ultimately—illegally sent to El Salvador in blatant violation of a court order. In El Salvador, a country far from Plaintiff’s country of origin of Venezuela, and far from his home in the United States, he spent four months in prison, the Terrorism Confinement Center (“CECOT”), where
Salvadoran officials subjected him to physical and psychological abuse, humiliation, and degradation. This all occurred while the United States retained constructive custody over Plaintiff.

I think the lawsuit should start:
Tren de Artagua has been named a terrorist organization. Plaintiff is a verified Tren de Aragua member.
I am sure the defendants will provide a list of crimes this person has committed both in their home country as well as those committed while living in the US.

I do note that the plaintiff is represented by lawyers from the "Democracy Defenders Fund" based in Washington, DC. This group has been actively pursuing activist causes in the birthright citizenship case, AmeriCorps, VOA, TSA Union, Lisa Cook, Letitia James, and James Comey. They have also litigated against DOGE and Elon Musk (OPM's Disclosure of data) along with numerous FOIAs and lawsuits against the DOJ. These people are the ones trying to block the acceptance of a Qatari jet and Apple's gift to President Trump. They are also behind filing against the USDA over SNAP. They are also involved in voting, challenging President Trump's voting EOs and Elon Musk's Wisconsin lottery. I wonder where all the money is coming from for these folks to have so many lawsuits going at the same time.

Trumpeter of Sedition

Today's Patriot is The Loyal Nine (discussed in my March 25, 2026 ANP Article) member Benjamin Edes who was born October 15, 1732 in Charlestown, Province of Massachusetts Bay. He was one of 7 children. Benjamin received a modest education before moving to Boston in 1754.

In 1754, Benjamin married Martha Starr (1729-1806) in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony. The couple had 10 children, 7 of whom survived to adulthood.

Benjamin was a printer who partnered with John Gill buying The Boston Gazette and Country Journal on April 7, 1755. Both men were members of the Sons of Liberty and worked closely with Samuel Adams publishing revolutionary essays and letters. Benjamin and John also printed Eddy's Almanak for 1761. He also printed the first King James Bible using the 'new' stereotype printing plate technology.

* Did you know that upper- and lower-case letters were named that way because lower case letters were kept in an easy-to-reach lower case (or box) since they were used most often whereas upper case letters were kept in an "upper case" since they were not used as often.

Benjamin was extremely critical of the Stamp Act as well as the tea tax, Townshend Acts, and other measures he considered to be oppressive to the colonists. On the evening of the Boston Tea Party, Benjamin and John hosted the colonials participating in the Boston Tea Party in the room above the Gazette's office. The British attempted, twice, to arrest Benjamin for sedition. Benjamin escaped with his printing press.

In 1765, Benjamin joined with 8 other like-minded businessmen (George Trott, Henry Bass, John Avery, John Smith, Joseph Field, Stephen Cleverly, Thomas Chase, and Thomas Crafts) to form The Loyal Nine. These 9 men rallied and organized tax riots.

Benjamin continued to publish the Gazette until 1798, when he retired. He spent from 1798 to 1803 virtually penniless.

Benjamin died on December 11, 1803 at age 71 in Boston, Massachusetts. He is interred in Copp's Hill Burying Ground, Boston, Massachusetts.

Salem Radio Network Host Scott Jennings Shuts Down CNN Panelist During Anti-ICE Rant With Single Question

Salem Radio Network host Scott Jennings shut down former Department of Homeland Security Chief of Staff and “No Kings” agitator Miles Taylor Monday night by asking him one question about an arrest at San Francisco International Airport.

President Donald Trump on Saturday ordered United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to assist Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers who have been working without pay for over five weeks. Taylor complained about a Sunday arrest, which took place before Trump’s order took effect.

“Is there a single report today of something going awry with ICE agents… Maybe there is” Jenning asked before “CNN Newsnight” guest host Kasie Hunt responded, “Well, thank God, for 24 hours something didn’t happen.”

“There was. There was an ICE agent refusing to identify himself arresting a woman in an airport, freaking people out. They weren’t even sure. It was in San Francisco airport,” Taylor claimed, with Jennings responding, “Well, what kind of an interaction was it actually? Do you know the situation?”

ICE agents apprehended an illegal alien from Guatemala who tried to flee as the agency was trying to enforce a deportation order dating from 2019, according to a Monday post on X.

“It was an arrest. I don’t know, Scott. What information do you have?” Taylor asked, with Jennings responding by asking, “Who did they arrest? Now you’re bringing it up. Who did they arrest?”

Video of the arrest went viral on social media, with elected officials from the area, all Democrats, criticizing the Trump administration for the arrest.

“This arrest occurred BEFORE ICE officers were even deployed to bolster TSA efforts to help American travelers who are facing hours long lines across the country. On March 22, 2026, ICE officers arrested Angelina Lopez-Jimenez and Wendy Godinez-Jimenez at the San Francisco International Airport. The family has an outstanding final order of removal from an immigration judge since 2019,” a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told to the Daily Caller News Foundation when reached for comment.

“While being escorted to the international terminal for processing, Lopez-Jimenez attempted to flee and resisted law enforcement officers. ICE is working as quickly as possible to repatriate the family unit to their home country of Guatemala,” the spokesperson added.

Democrats demanded new restrictions on ICE after the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good in January during the agency’s clashes with “rapid response groups” opposed to federal immigration enforcement operations. The proposed restrictions Democrats insist on include having ICE agents stop wearing masks and for agents to obtain a so-called “judicial warrant” before entering private property to arrest illegal immigrants.

ICE agents deployed to 14 airports in major cities, including Houston, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Chicago to mitigate a shortfall in TSA agents, many of whom are calling out due to the shutdown.

Medal Of Honor Day, Tech Council Appointments, FLOTUS Summit Ends, Dem Shutdown Day 40, Patriot Peyton Randolph, And More

The Congressional Medal of Honor (MoH) Society provides a timeline for the MoH starting on February 13, 1861 when the first military action to earn a MoH was accomplished by Bernard JD Irwin who rescued 60 soldiers in Apache Pass, Arizona. But, the MoH was not yet proposed, so he was be awarded the MoH posthumously on January 24, 1894.

Iowa Senator James W Grimes introduced the legislation to create "medals of honor" to be issued to service members in the Navy. On December 21, 1861, President Lincoln signed the law to create the MoH for Navy enlisted personnel.

Of course, the Army could not be left out, so Massachusetts Senator Henry Wilson introduced legislation to create a MoH for the Army on February 17, 1862. President Lincoln signed the law to create the MoH for the Army on July 12, 1862. But, the law was for non-commissioned officers and privates. On March 3, 1863, an amendment to the law was approved to add Army Officers (Navy & Marine Officers would be added on March 3, 1915).

On March 25, 1863, the first Army Medal of Honor was awarded to 6 union soldiers, survivors of the Andrews' Raiders, by the Secretary of War, Edward Stanton. Private Jacob Parrott was first of this group to receive the MoH. This was followed on May 15, 1863, with the first Navy MoH award to Robert Williams. ISS Benton Quartermaster. Then, on July 10, 1863, Marine Corporal John F Mackie received the MoH for his actions on May 15, 1862 aboard the USS Galena.

In 1896, the ribbon is altered to red, white, and blue stripes while keeping the star and suspension bars the same. On April 23, 1904, the Army MoH is redesigned by General George Gillespie. The new design is a five-pointed star surrounded by a green laurel wreath suspended from a light blue ribbon with 13 stars. In 1913, the Navy redesigns their MoH to include the Army's light blue ribbon with 13 stars. In 1919, the Navy MoH is redesigned using the "Tiffany Cross" retaining the previous design for non-combat heroism. This "Tiffany Cross" design was discontinued August 9, 1942.

On June 26, 1897, new standards are amended to the MoH criterion. There must now be eyewitnesses, someone other than the recipient must make the recommendation, and a time limit of within 1 year after the event was enacted. On December 26, 2013, Congress changed the time limits, setting 3 years for the recommendation and 5 years for presentation of the MoH.

On September 20, 1905, President Theodore Roosevelt signs an EO stating that the MoH must be awarded in a formal ceremony. Prior to this, the MoH was given to the recipient either through the mail or at a military muster.

On April 27, 1916, Congress created the Army & Navy MoH Honor Roll with a special monthly pension for those over 65 who were recognized for gallantry in conflict. On September 1, 2003, the MoH pension is increased to $1,000 per month with no restrictions based on age or occupation. On November 25, 2025, President Trump signed HR695 into law increasing the monthly pension for MoH recipients over 65 to $8,333.33 (discussed in my December 2, 2025 ANP Article). Between 1916 and 1917, the Army reviewed every MoH awarded and determined 911 recipients be removed from the Roll because the MoH was erroneously awarded.

On July 9, 1918, the Pyramid of Honor is established designating the differences between MoH, Silver Star, Purple Heart, and other military valor awards. USAMM provides a list of Military Ribbons & Medals Order of Precedence that includes a "build your rack" feature as well as other options to honor your military achievements (such as a shadow box or customized t-shirt).

On May 24, 1943, Signalman First class Douglas A Munro becomes the only Coast Guard member to be awarded the MoH for his heroism in Guadalcanal in September 1942. The MoH was posthumously given to his mother by President Franklin Roosevelt.

On August 10, 1956, the US Air Force designs its own MoH design with Congressional authorization. In 1965, the Air Force design featured an Air Force Coat of Arms and the head of the Statue of Liberty. Bernard Fisher is the first to receive this redesigned MoH from President Lyndon Johnson at the White House on January 1, 1967 for his actions in Vietnam in March 1966.

On August 5, 1958, President Eisenhower signs the Congressional Charter to create the Congressional Medal of Honor Society.

On July 25, 1963, Congress approved new guidelines for awarding the MoH including criterion that the individual was have been "engaged in an action against an enemy of the US . . . while engaged in military operations involving a conflict with an opposing foreign force . . . or while serving with friendly forces in an armed conflict against an opposing armed force in which the US is not a belligerent party."

As of January 1, 2021, the following laws apply to the MoH:

Army 10 USC § 7271
Navy & Marine Corps 10 USFC § 8291
Air Force and Space Force 10 USC § 9271
Coast Guard 14 USC § 2732

To date 3,533 service members have received the MoH. Of these, 64 are still living.

Section 1 provides rationale for the Council.
Section 2 establishes the Council (PCAST) with not more than 24 members to include the Assistant to the President for Science and Technology (APST) and the Special Advisor for AI & Crypto; both will serve as co-chairs. The other 22 members will be from outside the Federal Government and appointed by the President.
Section 3 details the function of the Council:

respond to requests from the President or Co-Chairs for information, analysis, evaluation, or advice
solicit info and ideas from a broad range of stakeholders
serve as advisory committee identified in PL 102-194 § 101(b) as amended by 15 USC 511(b)
serve as the advisory panel in PL 108-153 § 4 amended by 156 USC 7503
provide advice from non-Federal sectors to National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) when asked

Section 4 specifies the administration of the Council authorizing:

heads of executive departments and agencies to provide the Council with scientific and technological information
create standing subcommittees and ad hoc groups
provide advice and analysis in classified matters (which may necessitate members having appropriate clearances)
DOE shall provide funding and administration and technical support
members shall serve without compensation; but, may receive travel expenses (including per diem)
Secretary of Energy may perform functions of the President under the Federal Advisory Committee Act as amended in 5 USC

Section 5 terminates the Committee in 2 years (January 23, 2027) unless extended by the President.
Section 6 revokes EO 14007 of January 27, 2021 as amended by EO 14109 of September 29, 2023.

I don't know about you but seeing Mark Zuckerberg, Michael Dell, Larry Ellison, and Marc Andreessen on this list to be advisors to the President is concerning.

On March 25, 2026, the White House published the article Promise Made, Promise Kept: President Trump Brings Another American Home announcing Dennis Coyle's return to American Soil after more than a year in captivity in Afghanistan. Katie Pavlich, during a March 24, 2026 NewsNation interview with President Trump, asked about Mr. Coyle to which President Trump responded "I'll take care of that." Mr. Coyle was released with the assistance of the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. While the Trump Administration is thankful Mr. Coyle has been released, they point out that there is more to do as many other Americans are still being unjustly detained.

On March 25, 2026, the Office of the First Lady published the statement First Lady Melania Trump Convenes Record 45 Nations at the White House and Introduces American-Built Humanoid where she met with First Spouses from 45 countries concluding the 2-day Global Fostering the Future Together Summit. First Lady Melania Trump defined 3 pillars for shaping the next generation:

the use of artificial intelligence to personalize learning,
the emergence of humanoid educators as at-home tools for students, and
the role of technology and education as a driver for America's economy.

Figure3, the first American-made humanoid system, entered with Melania Trump, opened the meeting with a brief statement, then returned from whence it came.

As we enter day 40 of the Democrat's Partial Government Shutdown, Democrats voted against HR7147 - Making further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 3, 2026, and for other purposes to fund DHS. The bill is summarized as follows:

This bill provides FY2026 appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Specifically, the bill provides appropriations to DHS for Departmental Management, Intelligence, Situational Awareness, and Oversight, including

the Office of the Secretary and Executive Management;
the Management Directorate;
Intelligence, Analysis, and Situational Awareness; and
the Office of Inspector General.

In addition, the bill provides appropriations for Security, Enforcement, and Investigations, including

U.S. Customs and Border Protection,
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement,
the Transportation Security Administration,
the U.S. Coast Guard, and
the U.S. Secret Service.

The bill provides appropriations for Protection, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery, including

This bill passed the House on January 22, 2026. On February 12, 2026, the Senate held their first vote (52-47) followed by 4 more votes: 50-45, 51-45, 51-46, and 47-37. On March 25, 2026, the Senate again voted on Cloture on the Motion to Proceed which failed with 54 yeas (53 Republicans and 1 Democrat) and 46 nays (44 Democrats and 2 Independents). Supposedly, this bill contained everything the Democrats stated they wanted; yet, they voted against this bill which would have ended the partial shutdown and paid DHS employees who have been without pay for 40 days now.

At this point, the Senate majority needs to do what it needs to do to fund DHS and re-open our government fully. What should voters do when their 'elected' representatives in Congress do the opposite of what the majority of their voters want them to do? For a group that expounds on "democracy" which is governance by the majority, they sure aren't listening to the majority!

A new lawsuit Newhouse v. U.S. Agency for Global Media docket # 1:26-cv-00980 filed in District Court, District of Columbia on March 23, 2026 about USAGM Dismantling where former Voice of America employees sued the U.S. Agency for Global Media and Voice of America over the Trump Administration’s efforts to close USAGM and VOA. The lawsuit seeks the following relief:

A permanent injunction that:

Enjoins Defendants from violating Plaintiffs’ First Amendment right to be free from viewpoint discrimination;
Enjoins Defendants from violating Plaintiffs’ First Amendment right to receive information; and
Enjoins Defendants from violating the Statutory Firewall;

This lawsuit is a continuation of the VOA's lawsuits against Kari Lake discussed in my March 25, 2026 ANP Article. VOA is a partisan propaganda machine with TDS. My taxpayer dollars should not be used to support this organization. Even their opening statements in the lawsuit show how biased they are:

This is a case about censorship and propaganda carried out by the United States government. It comes in the midst of an international crisis and conflict, when access to unbiased news and information, as mandated by the Constitution and by Congress, is crucial.
In the last year, President Donald J. Trump and his appointees have done everything in their power to silence and dismantle Voice of America (“VOA”), an independent, federally funded news outlet required by law to bring unbiased news to the world. Frustrated in that effort by the courts, the Administration has now taken a different tack: to use its governmental authority to control VOA’s substantive output—the content of its broadcasts and publications—by suppressing coverage of events that it wishes had not occurred, and, separately, by directing that its own partisan messages be passed off to viewers and listeners as “news.” Censorship and propaganda are two sides of the same coin. All of this violates the federal statutes that govern VOA, and the Constitution itself; and all of this undermines the credibility of the United States in the eyes of the world.
These violations are far from theoretical; they have real-world impacts in real time. Among other things, the President has launched an undeclared war on the Islamic Republic of Iran, ostensibly with the goal of encouraging opponents of the Iranian regime to rise up in counterrevolution. The Administration—acting through Defendants Michael Rigas, Kari Lake, and other political appointees at Defendant United States Agency for Global Media (“USAGM”), the federal agency that oversees VOA—has censored the news coming out of Iran: interviews, video footage, and stories about anti-government protests within Iran have been suppressed. Reporting on certain elements in opposition to the Iranian regime have been banned from VOA’s Persian Service, rendering untrustworthy a once-respected source of independent news about Iran.

This case is actually about MONEY. Taxpayer money. This organization is about as anti-US as an organization can be (well, I think PBS is equal if not worse). The simple fact that they are calling the military actions taken against Iran as an "undeclared war" show their bias. They could have truthfully stated "Congress has not officially declared the military actions taken in Iran as a War." The US has taken military action against other governments in the past without having those actions officially declared a war by Congress. And I am sure they will do so in the future. What this lawsuit is describing is the fact that the VOA cannot become a voice for Iran while still calling themselves the voice of America.

Of course, if Congress would act to declare the act that allows the government to lie, propagandize, and trick our population (which they have recently voted to not do), all this nonsense would cease.

VOA is specifically named in the Smith-Mundt Act: US Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (PL 80-402):

information produced by VOA for audiences outside the United States shall not be disseminated within the United States … but, on request, shall be available in the English language at VOA, at all reasonable times following its release as information abroad, for examination only by representatives of United States press associations, newspapers, magazines, radio systems, and stations, and by research students and scholars, and, on request, shall be made available for examination only to Members of Congress.

It will be interesting to see how the activist judges at the DC courts will handle this since VOA is acting in direct violation of PL 80-402. Oh, let's not forget that in their lawsuit, the VOA does not bring up PL 80-402 which gives the US Government the authority to censor them.

Today's Patriot is Peyton Randolph who was born September 10, 1721 in Tazewell Hall, Williamsburg, Virginia. He was 2nd born son of 4 children, all of whom survived to adulthood. His father died when Peyton was 15 (1737) inheriting his father's extensive law library.

Peyton attended the College of William & Mary Grammar School until 1739, when he traveled to London where he studied law at Middle Temple at the Inns of Court in London for the next 5 years. In 1743, he passed the Bar.

On March 8, 1745, Peyton married Elizabeth "Betty" Harrison (1723-1783) in Williamsburg, York, Virginia. The couple had no children.

In 1744, Peyton was appointed AG of the Colony of Virginia. In 1748, he was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses (in which he would serve until his death in 1775).

In 1751, these dual posts created a conflict of interest concerning the governor's imposition of fees for certifications of land patents. The House of Burgesses objected to the fees. However, as AG, his job was to defend the governor's imposition of fees. Ultimately, the fees were dropped but not because of anything Peyton did.

In 1765, Peyton was tasked to draft objections to the Stamp Act; however, Patrick Henry submitted 7 resolutions, 5 of which were passed, against the Stamp Act before Peyton finished his draft. In 1766, Peyton resigned as the AG (king's attorney) when he was elected speaker of the House of burgesses.

On March 21, 1775, Peyton was president of the Second Virginia Convention when Patrick Henry gave is "Give me liberty or give me death!" speech.

Peyton was the last speaker of the House of Burgesses because the burgesses were replaced first by the Virginia conventions then by the House of Delegates in 1776. Peyton was president of the 3rd Virginia Convention in July 1775 when the Committee of Safety was established.

Peyton died October 22, 1775, at age 54, after experiencing a 5-hour stroke while dining with Thomas Jefferson in Philadelphia. He died later that evening. Peyton left everything to his wife in his will (available online here) with instructions to pay his existing debs by selling whatever was necessary. He is interred at the chapel (renamed Wren Building) of the College of William & Mary.

The European Union Hates Hungary, Loves Ukraine - E.U. And NATO Fight Russian Authoritarianism By Protecting Ukrainian Authoritarianism

What’s in a name? These days...not much.

The European Union does not include Ukraine; nevertheless and notwithstanding the objections of E.U. members Hungary and Slovakia, the European supra-state insists on paying the salaries of Ukraine’s government bureaucracy while that nation’s martial-law-holdover-president, Volodymyr Zelensky, fights to maintain control over a breakaway region that has rejected Ukrainian rule since the 2014 coup d'état of Ukraine’s then-president, Viktor Yanukovych.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization does not include Ukraine; nevertheless and notwithstanding the objections of NATO members Hungary and Slovakia, the American-led military alliance insists on sending money and weapons to the Kyiv regime warring with the Russian Federation over territories whose people overwhelmingly identify as Russian. Former Dutch prime minister and current secretary general of NATO, Mark Rutte, has stated on multiple occasions that the military alliance would continue to help defend non-NATO-member Ukraine. According to Ukraine’s newly appointed, thirty-something-year-old defense minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine has over two million draft dodgers and a quarter of a million active-duty troops who have gone AWOL. So NATO is protecting a non-NATO country whose men refuse to fight. NATO is assisting a Kyiv dictatorship that depends almost entirely upon conscription (including the violent “busification” of “recruits” after draft officers break into vehicles and homes with drawn weapons).

While the E.U. and NATO fight Russian authoritarianism by protecting Ukrainian authoritarianism, both institutions have remained relatively quiet as member states sustain actual attacks. Seven months after Russia moved to annex the Russophone regions of Ukraine, the Nord Stream pipelines transporting natural gas from Russia to Germany were sabotaged and made inoperable. German, Dutch, and French energy companies own interests in the pipelines. Subsequent German investigations have identified a dozen Ukrainian suspects, including members of a Kyiv diving school where military personnel train. Several independent journalists have concluded that Ukraine’s military carried out the underwater demolition of the Nord Stream pipelines.

If Ukraine’s government was, in fact, responsible for the destruction of the pipelines, then Ukraine (a non-NATO member) destroyed property belonging to NATO members. Ukraine’s alleged act of sabotage cut off Russia’s inexpensive natural gas from most of Europe. (Prior to the war, Russia supplied 45% of the E.U.’s natural gas imports.) So the destruction of the pipelines has raised the cost of energy (and the price of finished goods transported within the Union) for European citizens. NATO continues to protect a nation that may have directly attacked members of the military alliance.

Similarly, Ukraine has caused an international incident with regard to the European-Russian Druzhba (which means, “friendship”) Pipeline that was jointly constructed to transport Russian oil to Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, and the Czech Republic. Last year, Ukraine’s military bombed several pumping stations servicing the pipeline. This year, Ukraine’s government claims that Russia attacked the Ukrainian section of the Druzhba Pipeline (a claim the Russian Federation denies), effectively halting all deliveries of Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia. As both nations are almost entirely dependent upon this oil supply, the pipeline’s inoperability has created a major energy crisis for citizens of Hungary and Slovakia. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico blame Ukraine for the oil shutdown. Ukraine’s president/dictator Zelensky says he has no intention of repairing the pipeline. After Hungary and Slovakia blocked additional sanctions on the Russian Federation and a ninety-billion-euro gift (a loan that never needs to be repaid) for Ukraine’s regime, Ukraine’s military destroyed another critical transit node of the Druzhba Pipeline in Russia.

President/Dictator Zelensky also made a little news two weeks ago when he directly threatened Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán’s life: “We hope that in the European Union, one person will not block the ninety billion [euros]. Otherwise, we will give this person’s address to the armed forces, to our guys, let them call him and talk to him in their own language.” Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó condemned Kyiv’s thuggish “culture”: “This is the man Brussels admires and the country they want to fast-track into the European Union....No one can blackmail us just because we refuse to pay the price of Ukraine’s war and refuse to accept higher energy prices because of Ukraine.” Prime Minister Orbán took the Ukrainian threat on his life in stride, saying: “There will be no deals, no compromise. We will break the Ukrainian oil blockade by force. Hungary’s energy will soon flow again through the Friendship pipeline.”

Orbán followed up by very publicly intercepting part of Zelensky’s alleged money-laundering operation running through Hungary. Foreign Minister Szijjártó revealed that Hungary had already confiscated Ukrainian “mafia” funds that included tens of millions of U.S. dollars, tens of millions of euros, and a few million dollars in gold bars. In addition, the foreign minister has alleged that several billion dollars worth of currency and gold have been transported through Hungary to Ukraine in the last two months. A former Ukrainian general who once oversaw Zelensky’s intelligence service and secret police was detained in Hungary in connection to the suspected money laundering. An angry Zelensky again threatened to send Ukraine’s “special military operators” to Prime Minister Orbán’s home.

In response to Zelensky’s increasingly belligerent behavior, Prime Minister Fico urged the European Commission to distance itself from Zelensky’s “outrageous blackmailing statements.” The best that the Commission could do was a short statement from its deputy chief spokesperson, Olof Gill, in which the Eurocrat clinically observed: “Specifically in relation to the comments made by President Zelensky, we are very clear as the European Commission that that type of language is not acceptable. There must not be threats against EU member states.” At the same time, E.U. leaders pledged to provide for Ukraine’s budgetary needs for at least the next two years.

Ukraine is effectively waging an economic/energy war against Hungary and Slovakia. Hungary and Slovakia are members of the E.U. and NATO. Ukraine is a member of neither. Nevertheless, the E.U. and NATO continue to take Ukraine’s side. It is as if “unions” and “alliances” mean nothing.

In fact, the E.U. is not hiding its disdain for Hungary’s Orbán. Brussels has made it very clear that it prefers Péter Magyar’s Tisza Party to oust Orbán’s Fidesz Party in Hungary’s upcoming parliamentary elections. The European Commission has activated its Rapid Response System to “combat potential Russian online disinformation campaigns” in Hungary. The E.U.’s handpicked “fact checkers” will use the powers of the new Digital Services Act to decide when online public debate qualifies as “disinformation” that must be censored.

The U.S. House Judiciary Committee recently concluded that the E.U.’s Rapid Response System almost exclusively targets so-called “right-wing” and “populist” political candidates. The European Commission has extended its online censorship campaign to one week after Hungary’s elections, allowing Eurocrats to monitor and censor public conversations concerning the election’s legitimacy. While E.U.-funded NGOs work to oust Prime Minister Orbán, E.U.-funded censors will be in a position to label allegations of European election meddling as nothing more than “Russian talking points.”

Just as in Romania, Moldova, Germany, France, and the Netherlands, the E.U. will use its army of paid “influencers” and propagandists posing as “journalists” to manipulate the outcome of Hungary’s elections. To “save democracy,” Brussels’s Eurocrats believe that they are entitled to choose each nation’s leaders. They don’t want Orbán because Hungary’s current prime minister continues to block the E.U.’s funding for Ukraine. Brussels would do anything for martial-law-holdover-president/dictator Zelensky and non-E.U. Ukraine. But allowing the citizens of E.U.-member Hungary to vote for their own national interests? That simply won’t do.

On March 24, 2026, President Trump signed Proclamation National Agriculture Day, 2026 celebrating our Nation's ranchers and farmers for their hard work, determination, and land stewardship. The Trump Administration is promoting fair trade opening new international markets to our farmers and ranches. President Trump writes:

On March 22, 2026, Defendant Council Derek Weiss, informed the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit via letter letting the court know that the government's request for a stay pending appeal is unchanged. The government plans to file a reply on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

At least these cases are now out of Judge Lambert's jurisdiction and into the Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit (although, it, too, is full of activist judges). Once the Court of Appeals rules for the plaintiffs, it can finally go to SCOTUS. Taxpayers should not have to support partisan "media" and associated contractors.

On March 23, 1765, the Sons of Liberty clubs form in Boston then spread elsewhere in reaction to Britain's Stamp Act of 1765 (discussed in my March 21, 2026 ANP Article). The Sons of Liberty were a loosely organized, clandestine, and sometimes violent political organization that came about because of Britain's actions. They used "No Taxation without Representation" as a rallying cry.

The group was first known as The Loyal Nine whose original members were Benjamin Edes, George Trott, Henry Bass, John Avery, John Smith, Joseph Field, Stephen Cleverly, Thomas Chase, and Thomas Crafts. As time went on and frustration with Britain escalated, The Loyal Nine morphed into the Sons of Liberty whose members included Alexander McDougall, Benedict Arnold, Benjamin Edes, Benjamin Rush, Charles Thomson, Haym Solomon, Isaac Sears, James Otis, James Swan, John Hancock, John Lamb, Joseph Warren, Marinus Willett, Oliver Wolcott, Patrick Henry, Paul Revere, Samuel Adams, Thomas Young, and William Mackay.

The Sons of Liberty were responsible for popularizing the use of tar and feathers to punish and humiliate those who offended the colonists. Tar and feathering was originally used by sailors to punish fellow sailors.

When the Sons of Liberty began, they considered themselves loyal subjects of Britain. Over the course of the Revolution, members began to oppose support to Britain. The Boston chapter of the Sons of Liberty organized and executed the Boston Tea Party of 1773, led by Samuel Adams. They also joined the various states' Committee of Safety.

After the Battle of Lexington and Concord, the Sons of Liberty members took positions in the state and national government. The Sons of Liberty are remembered and honored through the Sons of the American Revolution.

The “world order” is certainly shifting, isn’t it?

Since Obama’s presidency, central banks have been reducing their holdings of U.S. dollars and increasing their gold reserves. This trend began when the Obama administration used the dollar’s status as the world reserve currency and U.S. leverage over international financial institutions (particularly the international payment system known as SWIFT) to punish Russia for its annexation of Crimea back in 2014. Later, the Biden administration and the European Commission used these same financial weapons — while imposing widespread economic sanctions and asset freezes — to punish Russia following its invasion of Ukraine. The message to the world was clear: The more that nation states depend upon U.S. dollars and Western-controlled financial institutions, the more vulnerable they are to economic coercion.

During this same period of time, U.S. national debt has continued to grow. That debt will soon reach forty trillion dollars, while annual interest payments are approaching one trillion dollars. When President George W. Bush was in office, there was a clamor among D.C.’s class of political and economic pundits about how the financial toll of our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan had pushed the national debt over six trillion dollars. Some analysts argued that if the federal government did not immediately arrest its profligate spending, the global financial system would one day collapse. Those warnings fell on deaf ears. “Austerity” became a dirty word. Government spending in the U.S., Europe, and throughout most of the world has continued unabated. The stubborn arithmetic of the global debt bomb abides.

The economic system as we know it today is on wobbly footing. Some people have been predicting economic Armageddon for two decades or more. (Some have been predicting catastrophe since the Federal Reserve’s stealthy creation during Christmas of 1913, or at least since President Nixon decoupled the U.S. dollar from gold in mid-August of 1971.) Others point to the ability of central bank magicians to somehow conjure novel financial instruments — sometimes not much more than money-printing duct tape hidden behind the complexity of an economic Rube Goldberg machine — and keep the global system humming, notwithstanding the increasingly loud rumblings and unnerving vibrations shaking the whole funny money contraption.

Regardless of one’s faith in the future of the U.S. dollar or the wisdom of allowing an elite cadre of central bankers to manage the not-so-free market according to the managerial class’s “best judgment,” one thing is clear: The powerful economic institutions that supposedly ensure the impartial operation of the “rules-based international order” are an essential part of the hybrid warfare being conducted on a global scale. Along with information warfare (propaganda and censorship), industrial sabotage, the theft of trade secrets, artificially concocted “color revolutions,” foreign-funded “protest” movements, agricultural ruination, influence operations (blackmail), attacks on civil infrastructure, digital infiltration, covert assassinations, and traditional espionage, economic warfare is an indisputable part of the threat environment that defines the modern battlespace.

In this battlespace, the U.S. dollar continues to survive because it acts as an economic version of the Cold War’s “mutually assured destruction” paradigm used to constrain the nuclear actions of the Soviet Union and the United States. The threat of total nuclear war and mutual annihilation harnessed madness to counsel restraint. In the same way, America’s enemies, adversaries, and competitors — whose economies are inextricably linked to the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency — are painfully aware that should they exploit the vulnerabilities of the U.S.-controlled global financial system to weaken the United States, they will also be attacking the stability of their own systems.

In this Mexican standoff in which adversarial nation states struggle to gain an advantage without damaging their own interests, what do (hybrid-) warring nations do? They invest in hard commodities such as gold and oil. Those real, tangible commodities, in turn, provide nations with enduring sovereign wealth that can be used to prop up a future monetary system should the existing one collapse. Nations that are gobbling up gold and hydrocarbon energies these days are taking out insurance on an unstable future.

Should the dollar collapse in the future, the rest of the world’s fiat currencies will fall like dominos, too. If decentralized Bitcoin fails to supplant central bankers’ micromanaged funny monies, governments will institute government-controlled digital currencies of their own. Although some U.S. lawmakers have been squawking about the need to prevent the emergence of central bank digital currencies — because their use empowers governments to monitor and control all economic transactions, as well as enabling governments to confiscate (tax) and redistribute (from “privileged” groups to “victim” classes) personal savings at will — the European Central Bank is moving ahead with plans to institute a digital euro. The People’s Bank of China already issued a digital renminbi several years ago, making it easier than ever for the communist regime to spy on the digital currency’s users and adjust citizens’ “social credit scores” according to their “positive” or “negative” transaction histories. If (or when) the days of worthless paper currency come to an end (after more than a century of central bank money-printing abuse), digital currencies backed by hard assets will be the emergency off-ramp for nation states.

After a devastating financial collapse, real commodities become the backbone of any new system. A nation’s natural resources — including agricultural goods, minerals, metals, timber, coal, gas, and oil — become the stored value backing any kind of currency that a nation issues. Countries that are rich in hydrocarbon energies — such as the Russian Federation and the United States — have a distinct advantage over countries that import energy today.

Through this lens, consider how President Trump has positioned the United States relative to the rest of the world. In Trump’s first term, he unleashed a “Drill, baby, drill!” agenda that produced an American oil boom and transformed the U.S. into the world’s largest producer of natural gas. While China, India, and Europe are all suffering economic hardship from the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz during the U.S. military’s ongoing pummeling of Iran’s Islamic-terrorist regime, Americans are in much better shape. Trump’s domestic energy policies succeeded in reducing American reliance on Middle Eastern energy exports. The U.S. imports less than 3% of its oil from the region and less than 1% of the supply that goes through the strait. By replacing Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro with a leader more friendly to American interests, Trump has secured an additional source of hydrocarbon energies much closer to home. In contrast, roughly 80% of Persian Gulf oil goes to China and other Asian markets. While the U.S. is completely self-sufficient when it comes to natural gas, Europe and Asia are heavily dependent on Middle Eastern supplies, including those from Qatar, which has been forced to shut down much of its natural gas operations.

China will find it much more expensive to manufacture goods when it is paying two or three times more for energy. Having already crippled its industrial sectors by foolishly chaining its economy to the unicorn dreams of wind and solar energies, Europe’s economic situation will become more dire. When German Chancellor Friedrich Merz spoke for all of Europe’s moronic leaders and insisted that European nations would refuse to protect oil shipments destined for European ports, he accelerated Europe’s economic suicide. It is difficult to prop up a digital euro when “green energy” buffoonery has separated the continent from its natural resources.

In the volatile years ahead, resource-rich nations will survive and lead. Resource-starved nations will crumble and beg. Meanwhile, American hydrocarbon producers are selling. It’s not the “new world order” that the greenie globalists want. But it is the one that’s coming.

On March 21, 2026, Congress rejected Senate Amendment 4421 to S1383 with a vote of 49 yea (49 Republicans) to 41 nay (39 Democrats & 2 Independents) with 10 senators not voting (4 Republicans & 6 Democrats).

Senate Amendment 4421 would have added the following to S1383:

TITLE II--SAVE AMERICAN SPORTS

SEC. 201. AMENDMENT.
Section 901 of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681) is amended by adding at the end the following:``(d)(1) It shall be a violation of subsection (a) for a recipient of Federal funds who operates, sponsors, or facilitates athletic programs or activities to permit a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls.
``(2) For purposes of this subsection, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth.''.
SEC. 202. DATE.
This title takes effect 1 day after the date of enactment of this Act.

This rejection was followed by voting on the Cloture Motion for the amended S1383 (as discussed in my March 19, 2026 ANP Article) with Schumer's motion to suspend the rules re: TSA Funding which failed with a vote of 41 Yea (39 Democrats & 2 Independents) and 49 nay (49 Republicans) with 10 Senators not voting (4 Republicans and 6 Democrats).

Frankly, the SAVE America Act should simply be about voting. Congress can tackle the other things at a later date. The will of the American people is a national "you will show proof you are a citizen before voting" law.

A new lawsuit Doe 1 v. Patel docket # 1:26-cv-00959 filed in District Court, District of Columbia on March 19, 2026 about Firing of FBI Agents where 2 former FBI agents challenged FBI Director Kash Patel's decision to fire them from the Bureau. The lawsuit seeks the following relief:

A declaration that Defendants’ actions violated Plaintiffs’ First Amendment rights and an order of appropriate relief;
A declaration that Defendants’ actions violated Plaintiffs’ Fifth Amendment due process rights and an order of appropriate relief, to include, but not be limited to, a name-clearing hearing;
An order requiring Defendants to immediately reinstate Plaintiffs and enjoin Defendants from taking any further adverse personnel action against each of them without providing appropriate procedural due process as required by the Fifth Amendment;
An order requiring Defendants to provide administrative relief as appropriate, including but not limited to rescission of Plaintiffs’ removals from the FBI and corresponding amendment of the FBI’s records and Plaintiffs’ Official Personnel Folders;
An award of the costs of this action and reasonable attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act or any other applicable law; and
Such other relief as the Court may deem just and proper.

The agencies have the obligation to hire/fire employees based on job performance (or lack thereof). Government employees should be 'at will' employees as in 'at the will' of We The People who expect them to do the job for which they were hired. When they do not do that job, We The People expect them to be fired.

On March 23, 2026, SCOTUS issued an opinion on the lawsuit Zorn v. Linton (25-297) (Per Curiam) about whether or not Sergeant Jacob Zorn is entitled to qualified immunity for the arrest of Shela Linton in which Linton says Zorn injured her on January 8, 2015. Linton acknowledges she planned to refuse to leave and was expecting to be forcibly removed stating "That's the point of the sit-in part of the protest." The District Court found Zorn was entitled to qualified immunity. The plaintiff appealed and the Second Circuit reversed that decision saying Zorn was not entitled to qualified immunity. Defendant appealed to SCOTUS. SCOTUS has reversed the Second Circuit and granted Defendent's petition reinstating his qualified immunity. Of course, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson disagreed with the majority opinion.

Frankly, Linton knew that she was forcing law enforcement into a hands-on situation in which, if she resisted, she might get hurt. The officer should not be punished for doing his job (regardless of what the SCOTUS terrible triplets think).

On March 20, 2026, President Trump signed the Proclamation 250th Anniversary of Patrick Henry’s “Give Me Liberty, Or Give Me Death!” Speech commemorating the historic words that were a turning point in America's epic struggle for independence. President Trump writes:

On March 23, 1775, Patrick Henry rose to the pulpit of St. John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia, to speak those immortal words that remain etched upon every American heart: “Give me Liberty, or give me death!”
In the wake of escalating tensions between the Patriots and the Redcoats, Henry delivered this stirring address before more than 100 delegates, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and many of the statesmen who would go on to sign the Declaration of Independence. Following the bloody Boston Massacre and the British Parliament’s authoritarian imposition of the Intolerable Acts — which closed the Boston Harbor and stripped New England Colonists of their right to self-govern — American leaders deliberated whether to continue their pursuit of peace, or as a final recourse, to take up arms in the rebellion.
With British tyranny on the rise and American confidence in retreat, the Second Virginia Convention assembled. Patrick Henry, a respected lawyer who had recently served as a delegate to the Continental Congress, arrived at the Convention with one goal in mind: to galvanize militiamen into securing “our inestimable rights and liberties, from those further violations with which they are threatened.”
Some members cautioned against such decisive action, insisting that peaceful reconciliation was still possible, but as Henry listened, he grew more impatient. A Baptist minister who observed the proceedings later recalled that he had “an unearthly fire burning in his eye.” Overcome with righteous indignation, Henry rose from his seat with no notes in hand, boldly beseeching his fellow Virginians: “If we wish to be free… we must fight!”
At a moment when America’s fate hung in the balance, Henry’s words sparked daring action in the souls of patriots, fortified the cause of freedom, and set America on the path to ultimate triumph over forces of tyranny and oppression. By a narrow margin, the Second Virginia Convention passed the resolution to form a militia — the first critical step to Independence.
“It is not now easy to say what we should have done without Patrick Henry,” Thomas Jefferson later wrote. “He was before us all in maintaining the spirit of the Revolution.”
As we approach the 250th anniversary of our Nation’s Independence on July 4, 2026, we look to Patrick Henry, a son of the frontier, the first and sixth Governor of Virginia, an unflinching advocate for American Independence, and a true man of his moment. Today, we invoke his courage, we honor his legacy, and we fearlessly summon the spirit of 1776 to build a future that we will be proud to impart on our children. Like Patrick Henry and the giants of American liberty who came before us, now is our time to ring that great bell of American freedom and to propel our Nation into a new and radiant golden age.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 23, 2025, as a day in celebration of the 250th anniversary of Patrick Henry’s speech to the Second Virginia Convention.

March 23, 1775. Patrick Henry didn’t just give a speech, he lit the fuse: “Give me liberty, or give me death.” The room shook, a revolution followed, and a nation was born.

Today's Patriot is Patrick Henry Sr who was born May 29, 1736 was born on the family farm in Studley, Hanover County, Colony of Virginia. He was 2nd born of 9 children, all of whom survived to adulthood.

Patrick attended the local school until he was 10, after which he was tutored at home by his father, John Henry. At age 15, Patrick became a clerk for a local merchant. At age 16, he and his brother William opened their own store (the store failed).

On October 8, 1754, Patrick married Sarah Ann "Sallie" Shelton (1738-1775) at her family home in Hanover, Virginia. They had 6 children (3 boys and 3 girls), all of whom survived to adulthood.

In 1759, at age 23, Patrick was host of Hanover Tavern. In addition to his tavern duties, he also entertained customers with his fiddle playing. It was here Patrick met Thomas Jefferson (who was 17 at the time). While working at the Tavern, Patrick pursued studies in law.

In 1760, Patrick applied to the Bar. The Bar Examiners were impressed with Patrick's mind (although he was lacking in knowledge of legal procedures) and passed him in April 1760. Once passing the Bar, Patrick opened his own practice.

In 1764, Patrick defended Nathaniel West Dandridge who was accused of bribing voters with alcohol. While Patrick lost the case, he met members of the Committee of Privileges and elections such as Richard Henry Lee, Peyton Randolph, and George Wythe.

In 1765, Patrick ran for the position of burgess for Louisa County, winning the seat in May 1765 serving until 1768 when he became burgess for Hanover County until 1776. In 1765, Britain passed the Stamp Act of 1765 (discussed in my March 21, 2026 ANP Article). On May 29, 1765, Patrick introduced the Virginia Stamp Act Resolves affirming colonists had the same rights and privileges as Britons and that only representatives of the colonies could tax the colonies, naming the Virginia General Assembly as the representatives of the people of Virginia. The position of burgess was dissolved on June 1, 1765 to reconvene November 1766.

From 1774 to 1775, Patrick was the delegate from Virginia to the Continental Congress. On March 23, 1775, Patrick defended the amendments he offered to the Continental Congress with the following speech:

If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come.
It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

From 1775 to 1776, Patrick served as Colonel of 1st Virginia Regiment. He resigned when the Virginia militia was reorganized and a man he previously outranked was appointed to a higher rank.

From July 5, 1776 to June 1, 1779, Patrick served as Governor of Virginia. He served as Governor of Virginia again from December 1, 1784 to December 1, 1786.

On October 9, 1777, Patrick married Dorothea Spotswood Dandridge (1757-1831), daughter of Nathaniel West Dandridge whom he defended (unsuccessfully) in 1764. They had 11 children (4 girls, 7 boys), 9 of whom survived to adulthood.

Patrick left politics in 1791, finding himself in debt (in part because of expenses while he was governor). He reopened his law office. In 1791, he partnered with John Marshall fighting British creditors seeking to enforce claims resulting from the Revolutionary War. While Patrick & John Marshall won the initial suit, plaintiffs appealed to SCOTUS who ruled in favor of the British creditors. George Washington appealed to Patrick to re-enter politics during the Alien and Sedition Acts and the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions. Patrick won election tot he General Assembly in Spring 1999 but died before the Delegates convened.

Patrick died June 6, 1799 at age 63 from intussusception (where part of the intestines folds into the section of the intestines immediately ahead of it) at home. He was interred at Red Hill, Charlotte County, Virginia.
