Favorite single day books: Like Normal People by Karen Bender and Breathing Lessons by Anne Tyler. Since this is one of my favorite fictional premises, I want to read more single day books, and was amazed to find the Wikipedia list. I am currently rereading The Hours by Cunningham for my book club, and this lead me to Googling the concept. It seems to me that single day books are kind of a writers' writer challenge, very classy. Thanks for your post!

Thanks for the link back to my site. I really appreciate it. I cannot tell you what a great time my daughter and I had there. Walking into a bookstore like that for a kid that loves books is like walking into Disneyland. You have an amazing store!

Rick Perlstein!!! I just want you to know I've bought your book for multiple people as gifts (never having read it myself), and they all love it. My hat is off to you, sir. I'll read it someday, I promise.

For those of us who grew up in the San Gabriel Valley in the 80's, Becoming Johnny Nova is a feel good experience that will send you back in time without sending into the back of the dreaded paddy wagon.
