Nous aborderons notamment les applications suivantes: la gestion de la relation client (GRC) 2.0 et les APIs bancaires ('PFM' et 'app stores'). Comme d'habitude, le format et le contenu seront uniques, et la journee sera placée sous le signe du dialogue et de la participation. Parmis les intervenants, nous aurons: BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Crédit Agricole, la Fédération du Crédit Agricole... Les places sont limitées, dépechez-vous de reserver la vôtre.         <summary>A couple of weeks ago, I covered Finovate Europe 2012 live on the Visible Banking blog. At the end of another long day packed with innovative digital services and platforms, I managed to record a short interview with another one of the demoing companies, the serverside group. They demoed the facebook edition of their 'AllAboutMe' application. I invite you to watch my video with their Head of Marketing. Serverside group's 'AllAboutMe' is an application which enables banking customers to customize their card design directly into facebook.  &lt;br&gt;Let's clarify something straight away: social media is not solely about social marketing and activity (or worst, short term 'campaigns') on services like &lt;a href="http://www.Visible-Banking.com/facebook" target="_self"&gt;facebook&lt;/a&gt; or &lt;a href="http://www.Visible-Banking.com/twitter" target="_self"&gt;twitter&lt;/a&gt;.  They are very important communication and engagement channels, but I personally include in the term social media everything which enables a brand to better engage with its markets, its clients and its employees, online and on mobile: user-generated-content, &lt;a href="http://www.visible-banking.com/2011/04/capturing-the-voice-of-the-customers-voc-are-you-reactive-or-proactive.html" target="_self"&gt;voice of the customer&lt;/a&gt; (VOC), &lt;a href="http://www.visible-banking.com/crowdsourcing/" target="_self"&gt;crowdsourcing&lt;/a&gt;, social business, social customer care...&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Over the years, we've delivered &lt;a href="http://www.visible-banking.com/visible-banking-events-social-media-finance-banking-insurance.html" target="_self"&gt;many unique events&lt;/a&gt; At the end of another long day packed with innovative digital services and platforms, I managed to record a short interview with the champion for making investing more fun via gamification, iBrokr. The company demoed its 'StockBattle' which makes investing a game using options, inviting the player to share their bet on social networks like Facebook, and compete against another player.
