Connect to it in the same way you do with the GIS machine with the .rdp file Simon is sending out (talk to Simon if you have problems). Sometimes it malfunctions - for example the volume or the help icon flashes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;The solution to it is as follows:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Shut it down, remove the power cable and the battery from the laptop. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
Then hold down the power button for 20 seconds. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Put back the battery and power cable, start the laptop  and enter the BIOS, by pressing F10 - you should then have an option for  restore defaults - select this option&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This will set the hardware setup back to factory status.
