Manila cuaca sama dengan jakarta, makanan mirip dgn indo, banyak angkot (disana namanya jeepney jauh dekat 7peso), harga barang kurang lebih sama, sebagian besar masyarakatnya berbahasa inggris. Enak kok disana. Dari bandara ke pusat kota ada shuttle murah/bus kota.

Hadiah untuk temanku Akhmad Khayun yang besok akan dilantik menjadi Kadus di Mandirancan. Selamat ya Pak Bau!

Hal berikutnya yang hendak saya sampaikan ialah perihal pengarahan bagi generasi muda desa Desa Sudagaran yang khususnya masih pengangguran. Hal ini penting sekali karena masa depan Desa Sudagaran nantinya akan berada di pundak generasi muda.
Keinginan mereka untuk maju tentu sudah ada dengan sendirinya akan tetapi sudah menjadi kewajiban pemerintah desa untuk mengarahkannya. Sebab hasrat yang menggebu-gebu hakikatnya akan merugikan bagi mereka sendiri apabila tidak ada yang betul-betul mengarahkan dengan ikhlas dan bertanggung jawab.

Saya mempunyai seorang teman yang kebetulan warga rt01 rw 2 juga yang berangkat dari statusnya yang belum bekerja lalu ingin mengembangkan usaha yang diharapkan bisa meningkatkan penghidupannya. Yakni beternak udang lobster. Yang mana lobster ini nota bene dikonsumsi oleh kaum elit karena harganya yang mahal.

Saya pernah menanyakan perhal pemasaran produk tersebut nantinya. Dijawab dengan yakinnya nanti mereka para penjual bibit itu sendiri yang akan membelinya. Dan kenyataan yang terjadi sekarang usaha tersebut kini kurang berjalan atau bisa dikatakan belum berhasil.
Juga ada seorang pemuda lain di Desa Sudagaran pula yang memulai usahanya di bidang tanaman hias lalu membeli bibit adenium sebanyak 100 buah lalu ditanam di depan rumah dan hasil yang sekarang dicapai sangatlah jauh panggang dari api.

Dari secuil kisah ini kita bisa mengambil kesimpulan bahwa gairah menggebu dari kaum muda yang belum bersambut dengan pembimbing yang tepat hanya akan mengakibatkan kerugian saja.
Karena itu saya berharap untuk masa ke depan pemerintah desa Desa Sudagaran lebih intensif dalam menggalakkan penyuluhan dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana bagi kaum mudanya supaya ilmunya bisa berkembang dan tidak mudah termakan euforia dan lebih tangguh dalam dunia usaha yang kian kompetitif.

Since Adam and Eve, problems of crime and justice had already existed and it seems (as if) inherent, as they are inherited, so that people may have many difficulties to avoid. It is not surprising that many crime experts / specialists and then issues various theories / concepts how to approach crime.
In that regard, both Noach (1954) and Bianchi (1980), likewise Sahetapy (1983) had warned that the theories of criminology from Western (United States) is to be assessed and calculated. this month: February is a good month for tobacco farmers in cindaga kebasen - kabupaten banyumas. why? because in this month tobacco price is in the highest price. if tobacco farmers has already keep dry tobacco, then this month is suit time for sell it. it won't break the law to keep tobacco, it would be different if you try to keep sembako (nine prime that people needs, such as oil, rice, sugar, etc) for your benefit. That would be considered as crime thus break the indonesian legal law.

cropping time for tobacco should around month of August and September. it still long time enaugh for us to wait..
we don't know the future of farmers due to MUI fatwa last month. should we plant tha tobacco, but for what purpose? for collection.. that was their answer that i deducte. alas anything about the cigarette trade in common is going well as far as I know. nothing seem interupted for that Ulama Fatwa.
But same as the tobacco farmers, I'm not sure about the future.. is it good for us? sorry it seem egoitic, but if we don't keep the need of ourself, who would?
Once more time I'm sorry. this post is mainly purpose for the tobacco farmer my beloved village of Cindaga, not for me, I don't farming either.

CHANGING TO GOOD NAME

CIHNA : Sifat khas
CINDAGA : Pandan wangi
CITA : Onggokan kayu
CITRA : Beraneka warna

That Sanskrit dictionary was taken from Kaskuser. Actually I’ve never known before that my village name is mean fragrant pandan in Sanskrit, (pandan is name of plant). This is good for me and my village people. Our village who already famous for a crime territory in the past, actually have a good meaning name.
Indonesian parable said that good name is good wishes, bad name is bad wishes. So I hope the fragrant name of Cindaga is best wishes for future of the village. I heard story that First President of Indonesian Republic Ir. Sukarno have a good habit, beside of his bad habit. But I believe that no body perfect. Ir. Sukarno good habit is changing bad name of someone or a place into good name. I forget where I read it but you can search it in library.
According to largest religion in Indonesia also said the same. Changing the bad name of someone or some place into a good one. I feel ever hear that Prophet once time change the name of a street that has a bad name into a good one. Although my memory is not clear to recall it, but I’m pretty sure that is true.

Where will Indonesia go?

Expanding a Tapanuli Province in North Sumatra is the protesters demand, but is it the face of democracy? And what kind of overshoot democratic system could legalize crime that take somebody life? Then, after the incident of Abdul Aziz Angkat happened, Sumatera Utara, 03-02-09. We’ll ask, who was wrong? Is it Police department fault?

This is our system fault; this fault is not belong to police department. How could Police who have 1:1500 ratios of Indonesian people could be expected to make peace? I do support the Kapolda North Sumatra, who said already preparing to retire after this match. If he is proofed have intention to make weak guardian in North Sumatra legislative building when the incident happen.
But we have to understand that we have system who very permissive due to demonstrations, despise it already widely known as anarchist trigger. Freedom of opinion is become unreasonable now. We have to realize that Indonesian has not yet ready to accept democracy, then why not use a patron figure as a symbol or even the kingdom like British Kingdom? It is important to have stable atmosphere first.

Our fear to authority abuse is overact, that the fear made unstable conditions like this day. This condition is described as a shepherd who fears wolves but spend half of his flocks to fed guardian dogs.

This my new theory ; Indonesia will be stable only if it govern by a sultan or king. Why? Because if the state is belong to King, If PEOPLE AND STATE PROPERTY is belong to the King why would King let his own people starving? Would he kill the people who obey him?
And if there is a legislative institution contain people of Devout Scholars who only fear God and not fear to the King. Critical to the Leader and ready to give advice on any King’s mistake action. Then, WHO need democrazy?

It is predestined, if the Mighty Lord has plans to make a King to become a good leader, he will be given the good ministries and adjuvant, when the king doing wrong, they ready to remind him.

But if the God willing make a King become bad leader, he will be given adjuvant and ministers who only nod to approve every wrong action that king did! as long as King pleasant for them is enough.

The question is, when would God give us a good King?
The answer is: When the people is ready doing goodness and charity!
The RULE is clear as water, first teach ourselves goodness and the rest is follow.

and who is the winner?

THIS is only light talk, never gets offended or considered it especially serious. Plainly I afraid despise authorities and the topic is considered illegal. This topic is still a review of MUI fatwa.
Are you the white party (golput:abstain:not choosing in election)? If you have people ask you then what will you say?

We understand one point at the latest MUI fatwa or Council of Indonesian Ulama is forbid golput. Fatwa haram golput from Assembly Ulama Indonesia (MUI) is supported by the Chairman of the DPR Commission VIII Hasrul Azwar. "I think every citizen have a responsibility towards their country, love to the native land is part of faith. Our country would grow or not is depend on the state leaders and people. For that we must engage fully and fatwa was indeed necessary. " He said as reported in okezone.com
But the fatwa itself has caused a lot of pro and contra. It also makes a little confusion to Muslims in Indonesia today.
Our religion teaches us to abiding to the scholars, in which the prophet said if scholars themselves are inheritors.
But, according to my humble opinion. We should not be confused in this case. Because we have a duty to abiding to the authorities. Also to abiding to the scholars who is heir to the prophet knowledge. MUI is a theologian and representative scholars from all over Indonesia
Whom should we abiding except the MUI?
But, truly choosing in the election is only our right and it is not obligation.
So we have to go to the election with the intention to select. Then in select room we will choose which party the best, and legislative candidates who are most good according to our judge. Of course if they are all the same good, it is legal to select them all.
Which is forbidden by MUI is abstain or not choosing, while "choose them all" is not forbidden.
For it, whatever you or they will say. In the election room will be no one witnesses but God observes.
