You guys asked for it so here it is! After the announcement of Ducktales Remastered I got tons of requests to do a Ducktales special. I didn’t see an issue with that and I delivered! Of course I couldn’t just have an episode with just Ducktales songs as that would make for a short show. So I added music from other Disney/Capcom NES games. Capcom was responsible for some great music on the NES and these tracks will not disappoint! I want to apologize for slacking with this show. I know I’ve made a lot of promises and never kept my word. But I can honestly say the show is indeed back and we changed the format. I brought on the co-hosts of Retrocore Podcast to offer a show with more variety. Sonic the Hedgehog music means a lot to yours truly and will always be played on this show. It holds a special place in my heart and I thank it for getting me into game music in the first place. Today’s music show is like none other. Old school (and possibly crazy) Pokemon fans should remember this album. 2BA Master was released back in 1999 and was….well give it a listen. I played the whole album in it’s entirety and you’ll be able to listen to this episode with your kids! A lot of these songs are super catchy yet annoying but any fan of Pokemon or this album will appreciate it. So set back, loosen those lips and shake out that tongue. I do apologize for not giving you guys your game music fix in almost a month. This show is not like the others as I was in a hurry. I apologize for that as well. This show can be tied in with the upcoming Retrocore #49. I (DJ Sexy Lips) will be reviewing Megaman X and Final Fantasy III.
