Spring Hours of Operation for Ski Santa Fe Spring Hours of operation for skiing and boarding at Ski Santa Fe begin on Monday, March 22 through closing day April 11. Chair lifts will open at 9:30 am and close at 4:30 pm.     <content type="html">DENVER, Colo. - A weak El Niño impacted Colorado ski resorts that are now reporting a small dip in skier visitation for the second period of the 2009-10 season-from January 1 through February 28, 2010 as compared to the same period last year. Skier visits at Colorado resorts were down four percent during the second period, and off by two percent season-to-date compared to the same time last season.
