Measuring at 3.5-inch (320-by-240-pixel), FLO TV is a touchscreen device that is currently retailing at $249 (in the United States only) and has a monthly subscription fee of $14.99.

The company claims that the device offers up to 5 hours of battery life and it also contains built-in speakers so that it can be used without headphones.  FLO TV currently offers up to 10 channels, including: Adult Swim, CBS Mobile, CNBC, Comedy Central, Fox News Channel, MSNBC, MTV, NBC 2Go, Nickelodeon, and a FLO TV Preview channel.

The series follows the unique point of view of Dr. John "J.D." Dorian (Zach Braff). Dedicated to expanding its network and channel brands across multiple platforms and connecting viewers with their favorite shows anytime and anywhere, Disney/ABC Television Group announced the debut of a new "Grey's Anatomy" webisode series entitled "Seattle Grace: On Call." Sponsored by Bertolli, the new online series consists of six individual webisodes, each four to five minutes in length, as well as a special behind-the-scenes episode which chronicles the making of "Seattle Grace: On Call." The first webisode will be available online tonight, November 19, beginning at 10:00 p.m., ET, following the broadcast airing of the latest episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

"Our goal with the web series is to expand the 'Grey's' universe by offering a unique perspective of the various happenings at Seattle Grace, while paralleling some of the same storylines seen on the show. The intent is to put everything fans love about Grey's into these short, four-minute mini-episodes that have been designed solely for the Internet," said "Grey's Anatomy" creator and executive producer Shonda Rhimes. Shot in a documentary-style, the webisode series stars Steven Bailey as Joe the Bartender, Mark Saul as Intern Steve, Molly Kidder as Intern Megan, Joseph Williamson as Intern Pierce, Gloria Garayua as Intern Graciella, Brandon Scott as Intern Ryan, Nora Zehtener as Reed Adamson, and Robert Baker as Charles Denman.

We gave David Boreanaz, Emily Deschanel, and Co. some cameras and told them to go crazy.

The result? A funny, twisted look at filming the Dec. 3 episode, which was inspired by the doc "The King of Kong," and the Dec. 10 hour, which involves a bomb-wielding Santa.

THANKSGIVING ON THE UPPER EAST SIDE — It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving on the Upper East Side if there wasn’t a serving or two of some major drama for the holiday.  Blair (Leighton Meester) suspects her mom (guest star Margaret Colin) has been keeping a big secret from her, but it turns out to be something else entirely.  Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) is supposed to spend Thanksgiving with her parents, but has a fight with her mom (guest star Gina Torres) and shows up on Dan’s (Penn Badgley) doorstep.

JULES HOSTS AN EVENTFUL THANKSGIVING ON ABC'S "COUGAR TOWN"

"Here Comes My Girl" – Jules' intimate Thanksgiving turns into a larger gathering just as she'd hoped, on ABC's "Cougar Town," WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25 (9:30-10:01 p.m., ET). When Travis invites girlfriend Kylie to dinner and introduces her to everyone for the first time, Jules and friends are determined to make an unforgettable first impression. Before long, Jules finds herself giving Travis and Kylie an impromptu lesson on birth control. Meanwhile, Bobby and Grayson discover an awkward but common interest between them.

Tami drives to work, listening to Slammin' Sammy Mead talk about the Panthers, who are still smarting from their forfeit last week (because Luke was playing for them illegally, don'tcha know). All the callers want to talk about is how Tami "hand-delivered" Luke to her husband's team. Tami looks as frustrated as Eric has for the last few years every time he listened to that show. Over at East Dillon, Coach greets the principal, calling him "Levi". Levi passive-aggressively congratulates Coach on finishing a game; Coach ignores this and suggests that a pep rally would help the team's morale. Only when he tells Levi it won't cost the school a dime does Levi give his okay; he's out the door before he even says it. Tough crowd. Across town, Julie and Matt sit together as Jules finishes her final applications. She's applying to Brown, NYU, and a lot of other schools not located in Texas, with the exception of UT Austin. Matt, shocked at just how far and how fast Julie might be gone, says nothing.

Lions practice. Vince (#5) and Luke (#44) get in each other's faces over a play, with Vince yelling at Luke to "get out of his way." Coach calls them over for some old-fashioned tough love, telling them that everyone's getting tired of them letting the team down. Coach, when has that ever worked for you on this show? On the next play, Vince gets slammed by a tackle; when he asks Luke where his coverage was, Luke shrugs that he just got out of Vince's way. "Why aren't you in the end zone?" Hee! It's like a prequel of the Riggins/Smash relationship, in a way. There's much charging at each other, and coaches stepping in to separate the two alpha-male wannabes. On the sidelines, Coach stares at the heavens for guidance, and then happens to glance over at the chicken-wire fence. A faded old sign, partially obscured by heavy vines, reads: "Dillon Lions Football: 1983 STATE CHAMPIONS." That's what I'm talking about. Coach glances from the sign to his team, and we go into the credits.

Riggins Ranch. Mindy and Billy sit at the dining room table as Tim walks in holding two huge hunting rifles. He's there to talk about the upcoming weekend, which will involve "deers and beer," because it's hunting season and the Riggins boys are supposed to go shoot things this weekend. Mindy is not feeling this, as you might imagine, asking if Billy – who's wearing a "Landing Strip" T-shirt, which is a nice touch – is planning on leaving her all alone. Tim is wearing a sleeveless tee in this scene, and I'd just like to thank the producers for being such giving people. Thanks, show! Billy tries to talk Mindy down, telling her that he and Timmy can go hunting anytime. "No we cain't! That's why it's called hunting SEASON, Billy," Tim argues, claiming the best line of the episode less than one minute after the credits. Billy: "Seriously, I'm gonna put your head through a wall." Oh, Riggins boys. Never, ever change.

Olivia is woken up by her niece Emma.  They have a girls day out planned at the amusement park but Olivia gets called into work and Emma gets sent to the babysitter's.

Olivia arrives at Peter and Walter's house, where Walter is preoccupied with replicating a strawberry ice cream flavour.  They ask if there is anything he hasn't told them about the Observer.  He says no, but seems surprised that the Observer committed a kidnapping.

Astrid has downloaded security footage.  Olivia notices that although the description is the same, it is not the same man.  There is more than one Observer!  The footage also shows August catching the bullet.  "Who are these people?" Peter asks in amazement.  Walter says nothing but looks incredibly guilty.  Astrid also reports that they found his journal on a nearby bench.

The young woman wakes up in a hotel room.  She's sitting on a chair and August is tying her to the footboard.  He does the doubletalk thing with her before he gags her, telling her it would be better if she remained quiet.

Broyles identifies the young woman as Christine Hollis.  She has $2700 in her bank account but they don't have a home address.  (Well, the BANK WOULD!!!  Sorry, that on bugged me.)  Broyles is also surprised at the kidnapping.  Twenty-four years ago, one of them saved Peter.  Since then, they've only watched.  Why are they getting involved now?

They may have a lead on the Observer.  There is a stain on the journal that may be blood.  Peter asks Walter if the Observer ever told him why he chose to save them.  Nope.  Peter is sure that the Observers are part of what Bell warned Olivia about.

Astrid is analyzing the writing in the journal.  It's like nothing she's ever seen.  None of the characters she's looked at repeat, meaning it's not any kind of replicatable communication.  What's funny is that someone online also seems to be studying the symbols.  As Peter and Olivia study the scans of the journal, Walter looks at the real thing… and seems to understand it.

Massive Dynamic.  Brandon, who was the same tech who was examining the insta-disguise machines, is the one who has been studying the symbols.  He's found them recorded in different parts of the world over a period of thousands of years.  He's also found pictorial images of them in paintings going back centuries.  He thinks they've been around forever.  Or, Olivia notes, they can move through time.  Brandon agrees.  We can only move through time in one direction at one speed.  Observers may have overcome this limitation.  As near as he can tell, they show up at important times.  Possible 24 times over the last 5000 years.  And now they've shown up more than 2 dozen times in the last 3 months.

The Set Up

Everybody is dealing with the stress of living on the Destiny: Chloe does yoga, the soldiers have the civilians and scientists do laps and exercises, Park has sex with an unknown soldier, Eli works on mathematical equations that Telford left behind, Young spies on Rush, Camile draws a painting, Franklin is not having any luck in his garden, and Spencer just popped his last pill. So in short, life is somewhat 'grand'.

Meanwhile back on Earth, Col. Buzz Killington (aka Telford) sits at the Communication Stones console asleep. A scientist comes to relieve him and tells him that it was Gen. O'Neill's orders for him to move his ass. I mean damn, why is he so obsessed with commanding the Destiny?

But Telford surprises me even more when he calls up Col. Young's wife, Emily, and has dinner with her. He then tells her that he has an obligation (out of their friendship mind you) to tell Emily something about Young.

That bastard…

Back on the ship, Scott leads some people in a jogging session. The guy who Park was humping with says hi to her, but she barely say hi back to him. Was the sex bad, Park? It didn't look bad… TJ tries to talk to Spencer, who only mumbles that he is fine, but it is clear this man is one short hair from snapping a neck at any time. This prompts TJ to report to Young, who says that he wants TJ to run psych evaluations on the entire staff and crew.

Meanwhile, Rush cleared off two more sections of the ship and sends Greer and another soldier to check them out. One is another quarters area and the other? Well, it houses a Repository of Knowledge chair similar to the one found by the SG-1 team. Young checks in on Eli, who has been running all the combinations that Telford had set up to go home; all of them proved to be failures. Young then gives Camile and Scott clearance to use the communication stones.

No Place Like Home…

Camile and Scott arrive on Earth, with Camile in a random female soldier's body and Scott in Telford's body. Seriously, someone needs to ban that mofo from the communication stones room…

Carl Strom stops Camile before her personal visit and asks what's the status on the ship and that Telford's scientists are working on new data adjustments. Camile says that with the factions of Team Young and Team Rush taking over the ship, there is no way her voice can be heard. Strom then suggests that Camile starts a faction of her own. There HE goes starting crap…

Scott gets the wind knocked out of him when he gets a letter from the 16 year old girl he knocked up before coming to SGC. The girl is now a woman, of course, but her contacting him throws him completely off. He goes to visit her, but she's not home. But her son is home… all alone. Scott and his guide stay outside the house and waits for Annie, the girl in question, to come home from work. When she does, Scott has to pretend that he is actually Telford, because Annie is not cleared to know about SGC. Annie buys the ruse and lets Scott in her house. Annie's son stare at Telford/Scott in awe, which Annie explains is because the kid adores the military. When she gives the boy orders to go brush his teeth for bed, she calls him "Matthew". Scott eyes buck. Trying hard to contain his shock, Scott tries to say the right words without blowing his cover. Annie tells him that she couldn't go through with the abortion and didn't tell Scott, because he was going through a lot of crap at the time. When the SGC rep tells Scott that his time is up, Scott tells Annie that he 'contacted' Scott and he will have to adjust to the news, but that he set up for his monthly Air Force check to be deposited into an account for Matthew and Annie, so Annie can go back to school and take care of Matthew Jr. Annie freaks out about Scott trying to make her go to school and says that she is fine with her current job, which is 'dancing'. She declines Scott's offer.

Camile goes home to see Sharon, her lover, and at first Sharon is not apprehensive or sure of this strange woman in front of her claiming to be Camile, even if SGC already told her what to expect. But after Camile asks if she' got rid of the ugly chair' in Chinese, Sharon is relieved and the two women embrace. Camile and Sharon reconnect as if they had never been separated. When they finish dinner, Sharon suggests that Camile go see her parents, but Camile says that they don't have clearance. When she sits down with Sharon, it is revealed that the picture Camile was drawing at the beginning of the episode was of a portrait that is in Sharon and Camile's living room. When Camile realizes she forgot the rowboat on the picture, she breaks down and cries. Later when the SGC guide tells Camile that her time is up, Sharon tells her to do whatever she has to do to get back home. Don't plant that in her head, Sharon, because Strom has already given her the go head to do something stupid. Camile later visits her parents and it is clear that they either are just got clearance to know about Camile's whereabouts or they  were cleared by SGC to know about Camile's whereabouts and Camile lied to Sharon to hide that they don't approve of her lifestyle. I am going with the latter, because of Camile's bitter facade after seeing her parents.

The Audacity of Hope

Meanwhile, Rush, Greer, and Young discuss the pros and cons of the Repository of Knowledge chair, which is a prototype to the one SG-1 found back in the SG-1 episode "The Fifth Race". Rush is all about the pros of the chair, which includes the master code of the ship and all the Ancients knowledge that could help them out in the long run. Young is all about the cons, which include the fact that the last time a human downloaded Ancient memories into their brain, they nearly lost their damn mind and died. That human? Gen. Jack 'O Neill (Richard Dean Anderson). Rush wants the knowledge, but as Young rightfully summarizes, it has to be at the sacrifice of someone. Nobody is seeing Rush volunteer himself, so Young says the chair is off limits. Greer jokes that he would sit in it if it means getting everyone home. Don't give Rush any ideas, bruh.

Brody can't see why the hell Young won't let anyone sit in the chair if they are volunteering, which Volker claims is politics and that Young wants to get the glory if it works and needs a scapegoat if it doesn't, with that being Rush. Again, fellas, are YOU volunteering your services?!

Later, while Rush looks at something on the console, he presses a button and then all of this knowledge is released bringing a smile of joy to Rush's face. The info? A way home.

Seems that Rush found a subspace link between all the ships that came before the Destiny and knows where each gate is located. While looking through the data, Rush came across a planet with the same capabilities of as Icarus, which means that they have a chance to get home. One of the problems, cause there is always a problem on SGU, is that it will take a year before they reach that planet. Then they have to learn how to steer the ship and enter the planet's atmosphere and see if the gate even works. In short, Rush says they need the master code for all that. Hmm… *Sniff*.*Sniff*… Is that crap I smell?

Rush asks for the chair and Young orders him to crack the code another way and that he is up on Rush's shenanigans. In the mess hall, Rush confirms to a lot of soldiers, including Greer and Spencer, about the news of one year to go home. Rush only asks that Greer and the others support him along the way. Greer's down for the cause, but Spencer acts like a simple bitch and demands to be let off the ship, because he can't do a year. Somebody get this man some anesthetic and tranquilizers, stat!

News of the One Year mantra flies through the ship, renewing everyone's hopes, especially Scott, who is furious that Annie didn't tell him about his seed and Camile is excited to come back to good news. But Eli finds the source of the crap I was smelling earlier and its a doozy.

Rush planted the information and LIED about finding a planet to get them home!

Say it with me: SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!

When Eli and Scott try to tell Young, Camile overhears and you could just hear every inch of her heart breaking into a million pieces. Young confronts Rush and his reasoning? He wanted to boost morale on the ship.

EPIC FAIL, RUSH! Try Again! How about letting me explain? Rush did want to boost morale, but only so someone could sacrifice themselves and sit in that damn chair, namely Greer or any of the other grunts that would be willing to do the deed. So in retrospect, when Rush said that he needed the "support" of the soldiers, he meant he need their bodies to be turned over to him for toying and jettisoning later.

Son of a b—-

But this isn't what Rush reveals, nor young for that matter. Young knows this all was done for the chair, but tells Rush that he is not stopping RUSH from sitting his ass down in the Ancients' version of the Lay-Z-Boy. Rush doesn't budge and he moves up on my Ish List.

Col. Young Vs. Telford

During the body switch of Telford and Scott, Telford confronts Young about not getting the data experiment that his team left behind last time, which Young counters with Telford jumping ship when the going got tough. Telford strikes a chord with Young when he mentions that he is surprised that Young isn't trying to rush home to Emily. Um, Telford, HE IS!!!!

So Young gets a shock when Scott comes back from his trip with visions of Emily in his head. Scott has only seen a picture of Emily, not met her in person. Scott and Young deduce that Telford has to have been seeing Emily. So Young does a body switch with a soldier and he trails Telford back to his house. Young barges in and wants to kick Telford's ass, but Emily stops him while Telford makes a phone call. Emily tells Young that Telford and her haven't been sleeping around, unlike Young, who she thinks still is canoodling with TJ. Of course, Telford told Emily this and when Young goes to kick his ass… he wakes up on the ship!

Turns out that Telford had someone on base shut the Communications device down. WWWWOOOO BOY!!!! I can't wait for Telford to meet Karma.

TJ later asks Col. Young to do his evaluation. He simply tells her it was a bad day.

Later, we see a soldier get up from the communication stones room, trail Telford and beat his ass! It was Young!!!! But he didn't kick his ass enough for me. I wanted black and blue, dammit!!!

TJ's Evaluations

While the soldiers make everyone puke and even more stressed with workouts, TJ's evaluations are a good relief point. TJ's first patient is Franklin, who bitches about the entire experience. Seriously don't like this guy. Her second patient is Park, who says that she is relieving her stress by… reading books. Uh huh.

TJ breaks the mold with Greer and we learn that his dad, who served in Desert Storm, beat his ass when he was young. Greer also wishes people will shut up and let him do the deeds that no one else will do, because he doesn't loose sleep over killing "bad people". When TJ tries to get deeper in Greer's dad issue, Greer storms out. I want to know more!

Chloe talks about how much the people on board are helpful for her stress and how much Scott takes care of all of the other areas of stress relief. Moving on… TJ tries to talk to Rush, but he doesn't respond and says he's fine.

Volker feels optimistic that they will get home during his chat, but he looks like he is about to snap.

TJ summarizes with Young that she only did 14 evaluations and everyone else is hiding from her. My diagnosis? Everyone needs to watch their backs, because someone is about to go loose their damn mind.

Spencer's Issues

Spencer seems to be that person in question. After nearly causing Franklin to have a heart attack and later nearly beating the crap out of the poor guy for crossing his path, Spencer get his ass handed to him by Young who tells him to shape up or meet the brig. Hell, he should've been there from gate.

Conclusion

So everyone resumes their daily routine, but with some changes: Eli joins Chloe in yoga, Camile adds the rowboat to her painting, Park has picked GREER as her latest sex conquest, Young spies on Rush and Brody notices and shows his disapproval, Spencer silently counts down his days till he officially snaps, Franklin sees a seed finally pop up in his garden, and Scott cries for the time he missed with his son.

Again, life is 'grand' aboard the Destiny…

So, what do you guys think? I smell Spencer going off the deep end next time and it will not be pretty. Also, more Greer and more Telford's nose being busted please?

I have more, but I want to know what you guys have to say.

Team Fringe arrives.  Walter is bored; there is no food onsite.  When he's asked if he needs the bodies sent to the lab, Walter says no- he already knows what happened.  The cops were hypnotized.  Peter objects, reminding Walter that you can't be hypnotized to do something you don't want to do.  Walter's not convinced that he is wrong.  The FBI search has revealed that the kidnap victim's father works for Massive Dynamic.

They all trot down to Nina Sharp's office.  Walter thinks he's died and gone to heaven when their escort confirms that there are 73 labs in the Massive Dynamic Building.  Tyler's father Dr. Carson is waiting in Nina's office.  He hadn't realized his son was missing until he got a call from the kidnappers.  He didn't talk to his son a lot; teenagers, you know.  The kidnappers told him to wait for instructions.  Nina informs them that the kidnappers have been identified and that they have no tie to Massive Dynamic.  They are car salesmen.  Olivia thinks, and Nina agrees, that this must be some kind of extortion attempt. Dr. Carson works on highly sensitive secret military projects. 

As they leave, Walter whispers to Peter that Massive Dynamic was just a name until now.  He and William Bell shared lab space.  At a conference in Berlin (just before Walter's incarceration), he and Bell had discussed forming a company.  "I guess he couldn't wait."

Tyler tells his kidnappers that he's hungry.  They pull into a convenience story.  Squinty Eye tells the clerk to give him all the money.  The clerk and his burly friend pretty much laugh at them.  Squinty Eye stares at Burly as he picks up a pot of hot coffee and pours it over his bald head.  Then he cracks the pot on top of his own skull too.  They try to leave, snacks in hand, but the owner pulls out a gun.  They all watch as he puts down the gun and sticks his keys into an electrical socket.

Peter and Olivia watch the store's surveillance footage.  "These guys are no pros," Peter says.  And he'd probably know.  Broyles lets them know that the car salesmen were good guys.  They made a sale, took out a loaner for lunch and never came back.

"Chicken? Really?" Astrid asks in surprise.  "Why not?" Walter asks.  "I don't spend a lot of time thinking about what a human brain would taste like," Astrid admits.  They are autopsying the dead cops.  Walter thinks the extreme nature of the hypnotic suggestion would leave lesions on the brain.  As Peter and Olivia arrive, Walter changes his hypothesis from hypnosis to mind control.  People would be most sensitive to auditory commands, but Walter knows how to stop it.

As Dr. Carson gets a ransom demand, Peter and Olivia are sure that it's a distraction.   Considering what is at stake, the amount is much too low.  Nina says that MD will cover any ransom demands.  If it's a distraction, what do we do?  "Set a trap," says Olivia.

Walter is running around the house singing "Baa Baa Black Sheep".  He eventually finds what he is looking for - a white noise generator in a teddy bear.

Man, that was some good product Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson dealt us last night with The Vampire Diaries, I tell ya. But I will be on serious withdrawal till next year!!!!!! What is a TVD addict to do?

But first let's recap the cliffhanger episode that gave us a sneak peek of what the rest of the season has to offer. Including a werewolf!!!!!

The Set Up

So we picked up a breath from where we left off last week with a newly vamped Logan trying to enter the Gilbert residence through Jenna, who is not budging. Logan tries harder to work his charm on the lovelorn Jenna, but he screws up by getting to cocky and finds the door slamming in his face. Not deterred, he snacks on the closet thing he could find: a female jogger. I'm still trying to figure out who jogs that late at night…

The next day we find Jeremy catching up on his ancestors diaries and quickly moving up my fave list. He reads about vampires and other monsters that his ancestor, Jonathan Gilbert, mentioned and drew in the journals. The drawings reignites Jeremy 's own drawing habit, much to Elena and Jenna's delight. Jenna informs Elena of Logan's reappearance and Elena in turns vents her frustrations with Stefan getting ready to leave town.

Back at the Salvatore mansion, the brothers talk about their future plans and Damon gets a visitor in Sheriff Forbes, who brings the news of another vampire attack. She also says the Council is pissed and that they need Damon, who they dub a slayer after he slayed Lexi (bastard!). Stefan super ear hustles from the inside and confronts Damon as soon as he gets in. Damon says that the vampire is not their problem since they are about to leave. Stefan begs to differ and Damon says he will handle it.

It's the dreaded Teen Drama Career Day where we have to face the future of our favorite teen TV characters growing up one day and getting dull. Elena asks Bonnie if she is feeling better, and Bonnie says she owes her life to Stefan, but Elena is still pissed at him for leaving. Especially since everything thing around her reminds her that Stefan wouldn't factor into Elena's future anyway, which is something Bonnie agrees with.

Also, Caroline and Matt are looking couple-ish and it takes Tyler to rag on Matt about it.

The Main Event – Logan Has Sire Issues

The first person Stefan warns is of course Elena, who is also shocked to see him still in town. He tells her that whoever the newvamp may be, they are either extremely sloppy or they are trying to get a point across. Elena says that she thought Stefan was actually saying goodbye, but he tells her not yet. Aww.

Meanwhile, Damon has Caroline use the Vamp Detector so that it wouldn't mistake Damon as the vamp to detect. The device led Caroline to a warehouse and after 'forcing' Caroline to go home and forget the events, Damon enters the warehouse to investigate only to be shot to all hell with wooden bullets, courtesy of Logan.

Logan is being trigger happy on Damon, because he blames Damon for turning him into a vampire. Damon wants to know who sired Logan and he says he doesn't know. While Damon gives Logan a smash course in becoming a vampire, Logan asks about the walking in sunlight bit that only Damn and Stefan can do and says that it was not recorded in the journals that are passed down to each generation of the Council members. Hmmm…

Damon asks Logan again who turned him, but Logan wants to know what is it that helps the Salvatore brothers do the daywalker and when Damon doesn't reveal their secret, Logan shoots him down again with the wooden bullets. As much as I am on Damon's side for this, he still didn't get his payment for biting Bonnie last week. So take your medicine, you little bastard. Logan leaves Damon to bleed to death.

Back at the school, Stefan and Elena brood more where Stefan tells Elena that his career path is to protect her. He then reveals that at one time he wanted to be a doctor and other things, but he had to step out when people realized he was some sort of immortal. Elena marvels that Stefan always left and is frustrated when he asks about her future, which he can't be a part of. Jenna then arrives with disgust that Logan showed up. Stefan's vamp senses (and common sense) kicks in and he has found their vamp. He gives Elena the eye on what's going on and Elena grabs Jenna and walks her away from the two men. Logan still wants to know how to become a daywalker, but Stefan doesn't take easy to Logan's threats and gives him a verbal warning this time, because the next time it will be physical.

Elena demands to know how did Logan act when he came to the house the night before and Jenna lists the signs of a vampire, which makes Elena to beg her aunt to not go near Logan again. This is when Alaric "Ric" Saltzman (special guest star Matt Davis) waltzes in and Elena is confident enough to leave Jenna with him. She goes outside and hears Stefan talking to a highly pissed off Damon over the phone. Stefan informs Damon that Logan is at the school, which delights a vengeful Damon. Elena wants to know what has Stefan hid from her this time (in accordance to Logan).

After Sheriff Forbes pissed off Caroline by dissing her career choice (broadcast journalism), Logan approaches her and he is not happy about being buried behind the car lot like an abandoned animal after all he did for The Council. Sheriff Forbes can't believe that Logan is the vamp in question and gets a verbal warning from Logan to watch her back. Then Sheriff Forbes waits till after Logan leaves and calls for back up saying to keep a tight circle and that it's a V5. Hmm… Does that code mean that it's a Vamp Council member?

While outside, Caroline is picked up by Logan and no soon as she enters the car, he knocks her ass out. This girl will need serious therapy (physical and mental) when (if ever) she leaves Mystic Falls. Stefan and Elena look for Logan and they find out from Matt that she got in the car with Logan. Stefan asks for Elena to stay at the school and he takes out to get Logan. The Sheriff gets a call from Logan and as soon as he threatens to hurt her, Stefan and Damon show up. Damon yanks Logan out the car while Stefan retrieves Caroline and takes off. Damon puts wooden bullets in Logan to keep him down and after Stefan is a good distance away, Damon asks Logan again who turned him. Logan says he doesn't know and when Damon is ready to knock his head off, Logan says that he does know who turned him, but that's not the kicker.

Logan mentions the crypt under the Old Fell's Church and that gets Damon's (and my) attention. It would make sense by Logan being a Fell family member that he knows about the crypt, but that didn't dawn on me until this writing. Anyway, Logan tells Damon that he can break the spell, but to let him go and he will meet Damon at the church later. Damon accepts but tells Logan to make it seem like he took him down. Sheriff Forbes shows up and Damon lies that Logan got the best of him.

Stefan returns to the school with news that Damon is taking care of Logan and that Caroline is safe. He then asks Elena if he can see why the hell they can't be together. Elena says she gets it and offers Stefan a ride home. He accepts.

When they reach the mansion, Elena comes clean about her future plans, which was to be a writer. Her mother encouraged it, but since she died she doesn't want to do it anymore. Stefan tells her that he is leaving for her, but Elena doesn't want to hear that. She tells Stefan that if he left then the decision is his and not hers, because she wants him there and that she loves him. That's all Stefan needs and they are lovey dovey, but Stefan vamps out. He turns his head and Elena tells him to not hide from her. So he faces her in vamp mode and she accepts him. Peter Griffin would be proud. They then head to Stefan's bedroom where they consummate their relationship. Buffy would be envious.

Meanwhile, Logan leaves his hideout and is confronted by Alaric, who says he's a friend of Jenna's. Logan gets super cocky and tells the mere mortal to not screw with him before vamping out on Alaric…

Who stakes him.

So… Vamp, slayer or Blade?

Damon's at the church waiting on Logan when he gets a call from Sheriff Forbes telling him of Logan's demise. Damon's pissed.

Hormones, Testosterone, Steroids, or Something Entirely Supernatural?

During the career fair, Jeremy rags on Tyler for looking at the local art at the drawing booth. Tyler walks off with a snide remark, but Jeremy notices that Tyler actually has some skills in drawing. Who would've known? So later, Jeremy tries to come to common ground with Tyler over drawing, but Tyler is being an ass and brings up Vicky and then its punches and shoving from then on out. Mayor Lockwood (Tyler's dad) and Alaric break up the fight and Mayor Lockwood takes the boys outside. Alaric asks why is he doing that, but the mayor doesn't answer him directly. Once outside, the Mayor tries to make the boys fight and we can see why Tyler is such a douche. Tyler is embarrassed and Jeremy thinks Mayor Lockwood is a psycho. Boy, the ancient Council members must be thrilled at their descendants, huh? But before anymore tomfoolery goes down, Alaric shows up and stops the maniacal mayor and tells him to back off or it will be him and the mayor going one on one. The mayor tells Alaric that he can have his job at the flick of a wrist and Alaric says yea right… Hmm?

Later, Jeremy tries again to be Tyler's friend by saying that he understands Tyler's behavior being due to his father and Tyler decks him. WTF?! When Jeremy asks what gives, Tyler says that he doesn't know what his problem is. Oh? Could have anything to do with that FULL MOON THAT THE CAMERA MAN MADE SURE TO LINGER ON?!?!?! Hmm???!!!!

The New Tyler and Vicki: Matt and Caroline

During career day, Caroline walks in on Matt lingering over Elena as they talk, which is a given since word is flying around the school that Stefan is about to be out of the picture. Caroline looks disappointed and walks away. Elena asks Matt if he and Caroline are a couple and swears that they are just friends. Hm…

Like I said earlier, Tyler caught onto the new twosome and ragged on Matt about it. At the end of the night, Matt tells Tyler that he does in fact like Caroline and that he will not take anymore flack about it from Tyler. By this point, Tyler has other issues on the brain and just wants a ride home. I bet….

The Bitch-Slapping Conclusion

After their earth shattering love making, Stefan and Elena chill in his room, which Elena (and the writers) make it known that Elena has never stepped foot in Stefan's room. Stefan declares that the room has never changed and that he has so many memories there. He then asks Elena if she wants a drink and when she accepts he leaves. Elena decides to look around and comes across her doppelganger as she finds Katherine's picture. Some memories need to be hidden, Stefan!

Elena freaks and bolts the mansion. Stefan returns upstairs and notices that Elena saw the picture and knows that he has totally screwed up.

Elena drives frantically on the dark country road and runs into a hooded figure who is standing in the middle of the road. Her car flips and she is trapped inside. While hanging upside down, Elena can see the figure she hit move and replace his broken limbs. The figure then walks towards her and she screams as he reaches in the car to grab her.

Observations

- So Tyler is the aforementioned werewolf that was reported as coming on the show. I wonder if he will try to interfere between the Salvatore brother's for Elena's affection. Talk about a battle royale!

- I am still on the teeter totter fence when it comes to Alaric. He can be a vamp that slays vampires or he can just be a slayer. But did anyone else think that with all the talk of Gilbert history in this episode that Alaric is some type of relative to the Gilberts and is there to make sure Elena and Jeremy receive their birthright?

- What the hell is Damon going to do now? I think Katherine will figure prominently either towards the end of this year or all of next year if TVD is picked up for a second season… As if it won't be picked up… Thinking that it will not be picked up is blasphemy at best.

- Who the hell came after Elena? My guesses? 1. Stefan, because he probably tried to catch up with her to stop and explain his insolence or 2. a new vamp or creature might be in town or 3. Alaric, because he is not your average history teacher.

- Why the hell was Kayla Ewell's name in the credits the other night? Her name was dropped after her final appearance and when I saw it during this episode, I thought she was going to pop up. But we didn't get that type of shocker. So what gives?

- Will I manage TVD withdrawals till Jan 2010? That remains to be seen.

Again, sorry for the late recap. Started a new job this week, which required daily training sessions. I hope I haven't inconvenienced anyone…

TO THE HORSE RACES TO BRING DOWN THE EVIL SISTER

Navid (Michael Steger) wakes up in the hospital but has no memory of who pushed him down the stairs.  Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) visits Navid and following her conversation with him, makes a life-changing decision about her addiction to pills.  Silver (Jessica Stroup) and Teddy (guest star Trevor Donovan) bond over the loss of both of their mothers and unexpectedly get close.

Liam (Matt Lanter), Dixon (Tristan Wilds) and Ivy (guest star Gillian Zinser) learn that Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) and Jen (guest star Sara Foster) will be attending the horse races and devise a plan to finally reveal the truth to Naomi about her evil sister.

Annie (Shenae Grimes) and Jasper (guest star Zach Sherman) sneak out even though Harry (Rob Estes) and Debbie (Lori Loughlin) have grounded her.

The Vampire Diaries (one of my favorite new shows this year) has ended 2009 with a bang and will be on hiatus until January 14, 2010.  BOO!  BOO-URNS!

So you will have to wait to see episode 11 until January (Merry Fricken Christmas, CW!), but you can catch an all-week Vampire Diaries marathon beginning on December 14 (click here for more details).

Until that time, let's speculate on who the car crash victim is.  Diana suggests that Elena hit Damon and that now he might kidnap her or they'll go on a road trip somewhere because she's very angry with Stefan and might turn to Damon.  I don't believe it was Damon, but I could be wrong.  It's obviously someone supernatural, so what about Alaric?  We don't know what he is yet.  We don't know if he's really a vampire or a slayer (as some have speculated).  What if it's Tyler?  I think he's a werewolf, but I'm not sure how their mythology will work on this show and whether they can be killed with a car crash or just put their bones back together.  Or could it be someone new?  It's all very mysterious and we won't find out until January.  Share your thoughts below.

That night, Jo, all dolled up in an adorable little black dress, plays the damsel in distress by ringing the gate bell and claiming her car broke down. Two of Crowley's demon lackeys try to wrangle her inside, but Sam and Dean ambush them. Wow. They have brains after all. I MISSED IT SO MUCH. The boys get inside and confront Crowley. He doesn't walk into their Devil's Trap, but he DOES kill two of his demon lackeys with the Colt and insists they need to talk. The man knows how to make a first impression. It seems Crowley started the rumors that he had the Colt in the first place so he could get the boys to come to him. He wants them to go kill Lucifer. Say it with me: whaaa? Crowley's worried about his own survival once Lucifer gets rid of the humans, because the next logical target would be the demons. Sam warily accepts the Colt and then, like any sane person, puts the Colt to Crowley's head and pulls the trigger. *CLICK* Oh. Crowley needs to give them the bullets. And Lucifer's location. "How about you don't miss, okay? Morons," he calls after the boys as they leave. HEE. I like this guy.

Back at Bobby's place, Ellen and Jo are doing shots with Castiel, who's gotten considerably better about his alcohol consumption. Hehehe. Sam and Dean are in the other room, planning their attack. Sam's worried that they're walking into a trap, but Dean figures it's a stupid plan, but they have to try. Hrm. Where have I heard that before? Lucifer's target, Carthage, Missouri, is lit up like a demonic Christmas tree. Dean initially wants Sam to stay behind because it would be really unfortunate to hand Lucifer his vessel just like that. Sam gives him the "we're in this together" speech, and Dean relents. Stupidly.

Dean catches a glimpse of Jo's denim-clad ass in the other room and goes into immediate horndog mode. Strangely, it's not nearly as awkward as it was in Season 2. He gives her the "last night on earth" speech (nice parallel to Anna, heh) and she give him a kiss before saying that she's got more self respect than that. Aww. You go, girl. Bobby gets a picture of the group and it's kind of adorable. In an awkward sort of way.

The Hunter Brigade rolls into Carthage (sans Bobby). While Dean and Sam go to check out the police department, Castiel tells Ellen and Jo there are a crapload of reapers hanging around the place. They only show up in huge numbers during times of great disaster. It's fuckin' creepy. Castiel follows one into a motel and there's a flash of light after he hears a guy say, "Hello, brother." DUN DUN DUN. It's Lucifer and he's got Castiel trapped in a Fiery Circle of Angel Containment. Turns out Lucifer's vessel is "wearing a bit thin" (by that, he means bits of flesh are peeling off), and he's getting getting impatient with Sam. Lucifer tries to make friends with Castiel by saying that they're both on the same side, they've both been cast out, blah blah blah, but Castiel is having none of it.

Outside, the boys and the girls run into Meg, still in the same meatsuit from 5.01, which I thought she clearly abandoned, but whatever. She wants to take them to see her father, who I thought was the YED, but apparently she means Lucifer. Goddamn it, Kripke. Keep your canon consistent. Dean points the Colt at Meg, but she's got hellhounds with her. JUST SHOOT HER AND RUN. Dean only manages to take out a hellhound before royally pissing them off. Everyone runs. Oh, yeah. That's a GREAT plan. What was it Crowley said earlier about morons? One of the hellhounds knocks Dean down during the retreat and it looks like he's a goner. Jo tries to fend it off, but gets attacked. They all retreat to a hardware store and lock it down, but Jo's bleeding badly. Like, intestines on the floor badly.

The guys and Ellen do the best they can, but it's not looking good for Jo. Dean manages to get Bobby on the radio and tells him the bad news. He's having trouble dealing and… oh, god. Ackles is killing me. Man up, Dean! For my sake. Bobby thinks Lucifer's planning on unleashing Death, a.k.a. He Who Rides a Pale Horse, the Big Daddy Reaper. Seems there was a really big Civil War battle in Carthage and Bobby thinks that the whole she-bang's gonna go down on the battlefield at midnight.

Meg reports to Lucifer that the hellhounds have the Winchesters pinned down. Lucifer tells her to let 'em squirm.

The guys start planning to get Jo back to safety, but she tells them to stop and be realistic. She's can't move her legs, she can't be moved, her guts are gonna fall out… she's not going anywhere. Instead, she volunteers to be a human hell-hound bomb. Let the dogs in, let Ellen and the boys get out, and then BOOM. Ellen's having trouble with this plan, understandably. As am I. But kudos to Jo for actually being useful for once. It took five seasons, but there you go.

Okaaay. So the boys and Ellen build a bomb with lots of propane, iron nails and rock salt. I'm… not sure how that's gonna work,  technically speaking. I mean, the boys never tried iron or salt with the hellhounds in 'No Rest for the Wicked.' I just kinda presumed that they weren't kill-able, but whatever. Dean tells Jo he'll see her on the other side sooner or later. She hopes it'll be later. He kisses her on the forehead, and then the lips before he tears himself away. There's very little dialog here and thank god, because both Jensen Ackles and Alona Tal do such a good job with just the emotion. I thought the Dean/Jo elements of Season 2 were really awkward, but I can definitely see it now. Not in a sexual way, so much, but more of a "soulmates" sort of way. They seem to get each other in a way that no one else does. He leaves and Ellen sits down next to Jo. It seems she's staying there to let the dogs in. It's not really that so much as she's not gonna sit back and let her daughter die alone. Aww, Ellen. Loyal until the very end. The boys protest, but Ellen tells them to go. She also Ellen tells Dean not to miss. Dude. It's not Dean with the bad aim, as I recall. Jeebus. Am I the only one here who bothered to watch 'Salvation'?

I'm not normally one to cry at television shows. Admittedly, I bawled like a little girl at the end of 'All Hell Breaks Loose, Part I' when Sam went all floppy in Dean's arms and Dean was yelling 'Saaaam!' into the cold dark night and… look, I don't wanna talk about it. But when Ellen lets the hellhounds in and tells Jo that she will always love her, except Jo's all cold and lax against her shoulder and Ellen starts crying and telling her that it's gonna be okay and the hellhounds bust in…. god, Julia. Pull it together. Ellen lets the hellhounds get close enough to blow her hair and she pushes the bomb-trigger. The hardware shop goes BOOM, probably not unlike the Roadhouse several seasons ago. Goddamn it.

The guys make it to the Civil War battlefield in one piece. Sam asks Dean if he's got any last words. Dean's good. So is Sam. Awww. That's my boys. They move in. The townspeople are gathered around Lucifer, who's digging around in the dirt with a shovel. Sam confronts Lucifer, who, upon seeing the old revolver clutched in Sam's hand, assures him that he's never going to hurt him. Psyche! Dean pops up with the Colt and puts one in Lucifer's head. Woah! Holy shit. I didn't think they'd actually do it. Except Lucifer gasps back to life with an, "Owwww!" and asks Dean where he got the gun before flinging him against a tree, quite like the YED did in the Season 2 finale. The bullet wound heals and Lucifer asks Sam where they were. Crap. (Well, c'mon. Really? Did you really think the Colt was going to work on the King of the Underworld? Isn't there, like, a sword floating around there or something?)

Sam tells Lucifer to fuck off. He's not going be his vessel. Lucifer tells Sam it will happen, in six months, in Detroit. Oooh. Sounds like a prophecy if I've ever seen one. Sam promises he's going to rip Lucifer's heart out. Seems Lucifer put a demon in every able-bodied man and killed the rest of them and put them in the ground of the battlefield. Eww. Lucifer gives the "poor little brother" speech for what feels like the millionth time. It seems Michael wouldn't stand with him and then beat him down because he was different and had a mind of his own. Sigh. We were doing so good tonight without the anvils.

Lucifer goes to finish the ritual and Dean finally regains consciousness. The remaining townspeople start dropping like flies. Back in the Firey Circle of Angel Containment, Meg pontificates to Castiel about god knows what. I think that's Hell's Army's problem. All the oxygen that should be going to their brains gets expelled out of their mouths with the talky. Castiel tells Meg about Crowley's little plan to kill Lucifer, which kinda pisses Meg off. It was all a distraction, though, and Castiel's secretly been working on screws from a nearby pipe with his angel telekinesis. The pipe falls and it pushes Meg into the Fiery Circle with Castiel. He tries to send her back to Hell, but he doesn't have enough angel juice. So he throws her into the fire and walks over her on the way out. Heh.

So… things aren't looking good back at the battlefield. Death's arrived. Something looms over Lucifer but then suddenly we're back at Bobby's and the television's saying there's a huge emergency in Carthage, and Bobby burns the picture they took earlier and Dean looks longingly at Jo's visage until the screen fades to black. Ooookay. We were doing great up until that little jump. How did they get out of Carthage? What happened with Death? Does he drive a white Pinto? WHAT HAPPENED TO MEG?? Inquiring minds want to know. Ten more minutes to resolve those issues and I would want to have this episode's dirty little babies. The pacing, action, emotion, and guest stars were all fantastic. I have my quibbles with some canon-issues not lining up, but those aside, it was a very enjoyable hour.

Also, the report listed that Amanda will be in all of the remaining episodes except one. So, again, Amanda will factor prominently for the rest of the season. Wonder whose man she will come after first? Lauren's (David) or Riley's (Jonah), my money is on the former…

They rewatch a South Park episode and run laps.

The webisode opens with Park, Eli, Volker and Brody laughing at an episode of South Park when Scott walks up. He asks if that was the 50th time that they watched the episode and Eli comments that each viewing has layers that you have to peel back (he is so right).

But Scott wants them to get ready for their work out, which gains groans. I mean Scott is looking at the least athletic people on the ship. I would groan as well. Volker states that he only runs when he is chased, which Scott says might happen on an offworld mission. He then tells them his workout plan for the day: 8 laps around a quarter mile loop that will give them a two mile run. Frak that!

Scott then gloats about how fast he can run, which Eli challenges him to with a granola bar. Scott takes up the bet and has Park time him. When Park says go, the group watches Scott sprint off and Eli takes back his granola bar and they continue to watch South Park.

HA!!!!!

Variety just announced that Dreamworks TV will be producing King's latest 1,072 page tome, Under the Dome, for television. Earlier this week, we reported that the series would probably made for HBO, but the press release doesn't give a precise network, only that it will be a limited series and that it will be on cable. The two titans will be executive producers and will meet soon to hire writers and to get that side of the project in place before they shop the project to various cable networks.

Cross your fingers that it will be HBO! I don't think King just said that to be blow air. I think he wants it to be done right and that HBO is the only place for it.

King and Spielberg both have tried to get King's other work, "The Talisman" which King co-authored with Peter Straub, to be developed for the big screen. That project is on the back burner due to budget reasons, because you can't half-ass a Stephen King epic.

Amanda Woodward returned to Melrose Place last night and while she wasn't the center of the attention tonight, boy did she leave a wammy of a cliffhanger ending!!!!! Also, the doors are slowly but surely closing on Auggie and Violet to the point that their scenes are unbearable to watch. Plus, Sydney's murder just got even more interesting!!!!!

The Set Up

Jonah and Riley race to the newsstands to peep her new spread, which is everywhere! Even on the side of buses! The two rejoice!!

Back at WPK, Caleb and Ella discuss the Anton V launch party and how crucial it is for Ella to be near Riley at all times. Ella wishes she could be elsewhere and nowhere near Riley. When Caleb mentions that the orders are straight from New York, Ella disses the branch and AMANDA WOODWARD (special guest star Heather Locklear) STEPS INTO THE ROOM AND STEALS THE FRAKKING SCENE!!!!! It turns out that Amanda is not too pleased on how the branch is being ran as she goes deep in Caleb's ass with each inch of her stiletto. She clearly hates the Anton V campaign and let's Caleb know by counting the ways, while Ella looks on in awe. Let me sum the scene up perfectly.

Amanda: "You Could've Been A Leader, Caleb. But your focus shifted… from you client's assets to you client's ass. Your fired, Caleb. And get out! Take your balls and bat with you…"

ZZZZIIIINNNNG!!!!!!!!!! Let the one liners begin!!!!!

Amanda Begins… (again)

Amanda immediately takes over the LA branch of WPK (which she owns) and Ella quickly starts puckering up to Amanda's ass by saying that Amanda is the reason for Ella's career choice. Amanda gives a whatever and tells her that she knows about Ella's past and is only impressed about the skeletons in Ella's closet (absent father and pill-popping mother) rather than her aspirations. I bet this comes up again later. Amanda also thinks that Ella needs to step her game up since she had insight that Riley was not "real" enough to do the Anton V jeans ad. So Amanda gives Ella her first test: make the the press think that Riley is from the hood and not a "brownstone kid" so that she can be more relatable. Hmm… frak it. It's Amanda Woodward, for Christ Sakes!!!!! I'll roll with that! But Ella catches morals and Amanda doesn't play that crap and tells her that if she doesn't do it then someone else will be Amanda's lap dog.

When Riley sees her "bio", she freaks. Ella tries to console Riley through Riley's sympathy by saying that if Riley doesn't lie, then Ella will lose her job. Ella also throws in the reminder that if Riley  refuses to cooperate with publicity then the ten grand is history. Jonah tells Riley she doesn't have to do it, but Riley says its her time to pay the bills and she will do it only for that reason only.

Ella returns to work and sees Caleb still there. He warns Ella of Amanda's presence, which according to him is the equivalent of Sasquatch being located on the beach in broad view. He claims that Amanda is up to something and it has to do with Ella, since Amanda wanted to know a lot about her. Ella doesn't buy it and let is be known that Caleb is last month's issue. She is on the ladder up and Amanda is guide now.

At the party, Riley is bombarded by the press and poor little Jonah is pushed to the side. Ella tells him that his day will come, he just has to wait. Meanwhile, Ella has to practically babysit Riley from not saying or doing anything that goes against her press release. Amanda makes sure to let Ella know that she is monitoring her every move and to not screw this up.

While Amanda frolicks, Ella is approached by a sexy Aussie woman named Melissa Sax, who wants Ella to ditch WPK and to attend a meeting in the bedroom with her. Melissa and Ella make out (which was kinda hot), but Melissa wants Ella to really come over to her talent firm and ditch Amanda and WPK. But Ella says that her heart and her life belongs to WPK.

Later, Riley finally snaps under the pressure and lets the press know the truth. Then she and Jonah leave while a frantic Ella chases after them. Amanda then comes and gives Ella the third degree before telling her to be at a certain spot the next day at 1 o'clock.

Uh oh!

After Ella leaves, Amanda runs into Melissa, who lets Amanda know that Ella is legit and is loyal to Amanda and Amanda only. That scheming bitch! LOVE HER!!!! Melissa then asks Amanda if they are even. Hmm, what does Amanda have on her?!

At the lunch meeting, Amanda asks Ella what will she do to make up for the faux pas of the night before. Ella pleads her case, but Amanda tells her that she can't dissect friends from her career, which is kind of true since most of Ella's saves this season has been from friends. So Amanda ups the ante after Ella declares how much WPK means to her. Now Amanda wants for Ella to snitch on Riley for using sick days to do the photo shoot and I am like DAMN, AMANDA! REALLY?!?!?!

But Ella decides to put her foot down on this one and feels that selling out someone to be like Amanda Woodward is too rich for her blood. Boy my friends and associates better be glad I love them…

Back at the apartments, Jonah and Riley celebration is cut short when Riley gets a phone call from the school berating Riley for what the sick days and then firing her. Riley is hurt, but Jonah wants her to fight it, but she can't because it sounds like it was in the bylaws of the teaching position. After Riley declares that they don't have a steady flow of income, Jonah offers to take up the slack with a bookkeeping job. While the couple discuss this, Ella listens from their window and feels like crap when she realizes that Amanda is no bluff. That Amanda Woodward!! Ya gotta love her!!!!

"You Don't Need That… You Need Someone Who Believes in You!"

David gets a text from Violet saying that Auggie got busted for Syd's murder. David goes to talk to Auggie, who stands by his innocent plea. Auggie also says that someone had to have planted the knife on David and is trying to set both of them up. David knows only one demented person who could do that: Michael Mancini, his father.

David posts bail for Auggie and brings him back to the complex, where everyone gives him an icy welcome, including the person he least expected: Riley. Just to note, Jonah was super smug the entire time, kinda growing a dislike for dude. Anyway, the only arms that welcome Auggie is Violet, who tries to be his support rock while Auggie cleans up his smashed apartment. But Auggie tells Violet that it would be best to stay away from him or everyone else will turn on her as well. But Violet has gotten a taste of Auggie and doesn't want to let go. She thinks that it has something to do with their night of passion, and tells him that she expected a phone call. Auggie admits that he messed up, but wants to be just friends. It's a wonder she didn't take him out on the spot, but this coupling isn't over by far.

When Riley and Jonah return home from the launch party, Auggie tries to talk to Riley about ratting him out. Jonah butts in and makes matters worse. Again, gaining dislike for Jonah. When Auggie asks Riley if she really think he did it, she doesn't answer immediately. After the two hot heads leave, Auggie is pissed. And he eyes a bottle of an alcoholic beverage.

Uh-Oh!

Now I have to ask who leaves a rack of expensive ass alcoholic beverages in the middle of an unmanned apartment courtyard open for anyone to grab? Wouldn't that place be Wino Central?!

Anyway, Auggie sits and sweats about the plunge he is about to take by drinking. Violet walks in and I swear she has to have a window seat of the apartment complex. She tells Auggie that forget them mofos over there and that he doesn't need them, but Auggie declares that he does care what they think. I mean come on! They think he's a murderer! So Auggie takes the bottle and open it and then we have Violet's Crazy Moment of the Week bestowed to us as Violet turns into Super Crazy Bitch, with her own theme music mind you, and tells Auggie: "You don't need that. You need someone who believes in you!" She takes off her shirt and the wild hair, the eyes, and the background music was too much for me NOT to laugh at what was transpiring in my peripheral. Violet takes down Auggie and the two go at it like rabid animals knocking over everything in site, including the bottle of whiskey that shatters on impact on the floor.

David and Laura: The Most Unlikely Duo

David continues to pursue Lauren and he finds out about how Lauren misses the fall weather of her hometown. When he tries to persuade her to go to a movie with him, she turns him down.

Later, Lauren shows up at the launch party and she asks Riley if she had seen David. Riley figures out that there is something between David and Lauren, who she teases about it. Lauren then tells Riley that she feels that her and David are not going to happen with her workload (tell me about it…) Riley preaches that Lauren wouldn't know that unless she tried it. Lauren returns home to find that David has cooked dinner and decked her apartment out in fall colors complete with leaves, something Lauren remarked that she missed. The two let the mood get to them and they get hot and heavy until Lauren stops and tells David that she doesn't want to end up like one of his girls. David assures Lauren that she is not like any other girl he ever dated. That's enough for her to calm down and the two eat instead of freaking.

How romantic! The thief and the call girl. Could be a show!

Sydney. What. The. Hell?!?!?

David goes to pay the Mancini mansion a visit for something incriminating, but runs into McBitch herself, Vanessa. She gives David the "get off my property" speech and David tells her that if he wants Noah to be safe. then she will need to leave Michael and head for the hills. David also throws in Michael's treacherous and maniacal nature, which Vanessa says is impossible. Bitch, please…

David also tells Vanessa about Sydney and Michael's tryst and how Sydney was going to tell Vanessa about it before she was murdered. Now, Vanessa really wants David gone. But David comes back late that night and breaks in, but finds nothing. He calls Auggie with the news, and Auggie tells him to find somewhere that Vanessa wouldn't be caught snooping in. David spies Michael's Lamborghini (?) and searches it to find Sydney's necklace she wore the night she was murdered hidden under the floor board.

Oh, and didn't I mention it's bloody as hell!??!?!

Dun, Dun, DUUUUNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!

Later, David tells Ella about his findings and asks for Ella to help clear Auggie's name with her connections at WPK.

But, who is this walking around in Sydney's apartment? It's Amanda Woodward, of course, and she isn't looking just to be nostalgic, either. The one thing I did NOT expect was for her to go into Sydney's bedroom closet and find a hidden panel that she knew was there. The hidden panel contained a safe, which Amanda knows the code to!!!! But what Amanda thought she was going to find wasn't in there.

Only a note from Sydney that only said: "Amanda, you will NEVER find it! – Sydney"

You can almost hear the "Nyah Nhyah!!!" from Sydney and I am floored!!!!!

WHAT THE HELL DOES AMANDA WOODWARD HAVE TO DO WITH SYDNEY?!?!?!!?!?!

Amanda's Corner

- So did Amanda knock it out the park or what?!?!?! She came in and kicked so much ass that I had to wake up to take notes and stay focused for her next zinger. True, she wasn't all over the episode, but her presence was felt and it will cloud the lives of the residents of 4616 Melrose Place pretty soon. "Bring it" is all I got to say…

- Does anyone think that Ella could be of some relation or whatnot to Amanda? I know that Amanda is an only child, but maybe a distant cousin or something? Or did Amanda put together that Ella worked for WPK AND stayed at her old address and Ella is just a key into the apartment? Hmm…

Stay tuned, because the bitch is back in top form!

Tonight's episode of The Mentalist, "His Red Right Hand" saw the return of Patrick Jane's nemesis Red John and plenty of shocks for the audience.

"His Red Right Hand" begins sweetly enough, with Rigsby and Van Pelt sharing a moment cuddling in bed before they're both phoned separately by Lisbon. They arrive at a cemetary building, where a dead and frozen man has been found naked–his modesty preserved by a carefully arranged bouquet of yellow roses. While on the scene, Jane gets called by Bosco, who tells him to come see him as soon as he can.

The CBI returns to the department headquarters, joining Bosco's secretary Rebecca as she's bringing coffee to her boss. The coffee is soon spilled, as Rebecca discovers Bosco and two of his agents gunned down in his office. Stunned by the bloody crime scene, Jane stands immobile as Lisbon tries to revive Bosco, only spurred into action when Lisbon shouts at him to help. The building is locked down; Bosco is revived on scene by paramedics and taken away in an ambulance.

Lisbon sends Van Pelt and Rigsby to interview people in the building and check the security cameras. Jane still seems to be in shock, but then he tells Lisbon that Hicks is missing. The team investigates, and finds he's not at home and his car is gone. They interview Rebecca, who tells them Bosco's team was close to making arrests in a drug cartel case. Van Pelt is stunned when she and Rigsby discover there is missing security footage; that the cameras were disabled during the crime.

While Lisbon and her team investigate the cartel leads, Jane insists on pursuing their original frozen man case. The victim turns out to be a Dr. Towlan Morning, and Jane goes to the hospital where he works. Lisbon and Cho follow. On the way in, Jane becomes agitated when he sees a vase of yellow roses by the door. Approaching the doctor's office, Jane first sees the telltale Red John smiley face on the wall. He also finds Agent Hicks, dead on the desk.

CBI boss gives a press conference about the agent's deaths, and has a meltdown when asked to describe his "feelings". He says he's tired with the press and their horse's assery, and that they have no idea what the fine agents of the CBI go through each day. "I feel sad, you moron," he tells the reporter, before ending the conference. Lisbon commiserates with him after, assuring him that he told the truth.

Through further investigation, the team discovers that Bosco had a lead on one of Red John's mistakes–a missing victim named Carter Peaks. The body was found at a construction site, and Bosco hoped there would be DNA evidence to help them find Red John. Lisbon and Jane head down to the Cloverville morgue to collect the body and evidence, only to be told that an Agent Roho from their division already picked up the body. Asking the man on duty that night for a description of the agent, Jane realizes it's Rebecca–Bosco's secretary.

With her insider access, Rebecca was able to disable the cameras and get close enough to Bosco and his team to shoot them with a silencer gun (while announcing "Red John Says 'Hi.'" Lisbon and Van Pelt catch Rebecca in Bosco's hospital room, trying to finish the job, and Van Pelt nicely slams Rebecca face first into a wall. Lisbon is contemplating shooting the maniacally grinning Rebecca when Bosco wakes up to ask what's going on.

There's heavy police and S.W.A.T. protection as they bring Rebecca in to the CBI. They put her in a room with Jane. They sit in silence for awhile, then Jane asks one of his usual innocuous questions about music. Rebecca doesn't fall for it, telling him she knows all his tricks. Jane tells her she is nothing but a useful object to Red John, that he is not a good man. Rebecca counters that Red John is "on a mission of love and enlightenment. Without death, there is no life, without dark there is no light." She tells Jane he is a perfect example, that when his family was murdered, he finally saw the world for what it truly was.

Jane assures her that she will one day regret what she's done and open up to him. But he asks her to explain why Red John had her murder Bosco's team when he already had the body and the evidence. In a chilling moment, Rebecca tells him that Red John thought he would understand, that he killed the team so Jane could have the case back. "He wants you back. And it's what you wanted to, isn't it?" Jane's slight smile is hard to read, but then he becomes serious and ends the interview.

While she's being transferred, someone passes her in the hall and slaps a poisoned substance onto her hand. She dies instantly, removing the last link they had to Red John.

Back at the hospital, Bosco gets Lisbon to tell him the truth about his condition–he's lost too much blood and probably won't make it. He tells Lisbon he loves her–that it had to be said. She reciprocates, but it seems they both know he means it more intimately than he does. Bosco asks to talk to Jane, and tells him that he will catch Red John. And that when he does, he shouldn't arrest him, he should kill him. Jane replies "That's the plan." He then whispers something else which Jane leans down to hear, and he then he's gone.

Lisbon returns to the office, only to find that their boss Minelli has decided to retire. It's clear that the loss of four agents has been too much to bear. Lisbon is upset, but she understands, and hugs him goodbye. Back in the office with her team, they drink the last of Bosco's secret stash of tequila. While Rigsby quietly leads them in a verse of "Amazing Grace", which was played at Bosco's funeral, Jane slips away to immediately dig into the Red John case.

While Fringe's Observers are indeed some ambiguously moraled baldies, they’re not who the title of this article refers to. Instead, I’m referring to the head we last saw back in “Momentum Deferred.” After that one appearance, we haven’t seen a reappearance, even though we saw his head being attached to a cybernetic body at the end of the episode. Worried that the writers had forgotten about this First Wave man? Worry not. In fact, they’ve already given him a name: Newton.

“Our next interaction with Newton, our bad guy played by General Hospital’s Sebastian Roche (don’t let his soap opera past fool you — he’s a good actor), is the episode that comes right before we break for the holidays,” says executive producer Jeff Pinkner to TV Guide. He’s talking about the tenth episode of the season, “Grey Matters,” which airs December 10.

What can we expect to see from this otherworldly supersoldier? Pinkner’s not telling, though he did happen to spill the beans on an episode that’s coming after the Christmas break.

“[In the episode] They go to a town [to] investigate a fringe event that is very bizarre and realize that nothing there is what it seems…it’s all about perception and reality. Are you really seeing what is actually there?”

I can see Walter now, stumbling through the town, asking everyone around him if they remember him taking any homemade LSD. Sounds like a good episode.

In the meantime, we’ll have to settle for the two week break in between this week’s “August” and the next episode, “Snakehead.” It's going to be a long wait. We'll keep you posted on any more developments that come up.

In LA, the FBI's attempts to learn more about Suspect Zero and his ring don't uncover much.  But it leads them to learn more about the call Demetri received from the woman who told him about his murder – including the fact that the call was made from Hong Kong.

Mark, meanwhile, tries to discover whether Aaron or Stan is sending Olivia texts about him drinking in his flash forward, but just manages to causes rifts with them both.  Aaron's going through his own problems – dealing with his daughter Tracy, who has become an alcoholic under the pressure of the last two years she's spent in hiding.

AMANDA MOVES INTO THE COURTYARD BUILDING

Amanda (Heather Locklear) moves into Syndey’s (Laura Leighton) penthouse while her Bel Air mansion is being built and takes an interest in David (Shaun Sipos).

Meanwhile, David and Lauren’s (Stephanie Jacobsen) relationship continues to grow, and Ella (Katie Cassidy) uses her charms to get Jonah (Michael Rady) a new job.

As mentioned, I've watched the pilot episode and liked it, but Shiri Appleby doesn't look like she could be the mother of a 15 year old.  She looks like she's perpetually 25 years old, which she is most definitely going to appreciate when she grows older.  The newer cast photo below shows her with a shorter cut that makes her look older, so let's see whether the rest of you are convinced that she could be this young girl's mother.

After spending all of her 15 years bouncing from one foster family to another in Portland, Oregon, Lux (Britt Robertson, “Swingtown”) has decided it’s time to take control of her life and become an emancipated minor.  Her journey through the legal maze of emancipation leads Lux to her biological father, thirty-something Nate “Baze” Bazile (Kristoffer Polaha, ”Mad Men”), who is astonished to learn that he has a teenage daughter. Baze owns a bar and still lives like an aging frat boy with his two slacker roommates, Math (Austin Basis, “Life on Mars”) and Jamie (Reggie Austin, “The Starter Wife”).

It’s Lux’s turn to be astonished when Baze reveals that her mother is Cate Cassidy (Shiri Appleby, “E.R.”), Baze’s high school nemesis with whom he had a one-night stand.  Cate is now a star on the local “Morning Madness” radio show, along with her partner and fiancé, Ryan Thomas (Kerr Smith, “Eli Stone”).  Lux has been listening to Cate’s voice on the radio as long as she can remember, so she feels an instant connection with the mom she’s never met.

Baze takes Lux to meet Cate, who is guilt-ridden and saddened to learn that Lux has grown up in foster care, but happy to finally meet her beautiful daughter.  Although it’s been 15 years since Baze and Cate have seen each other, it doesn’t take them long to fall into the same contentious relationship they had in high school.  However, when a judge decides that Lux isn’t ready for emancipation and unexpectedly grants temporary joint custody to Baze and Cate, they agree to try to get past the arguments and awkwardness and make a belated attempt to give Lux the family she deserves.

LUKE GETS THE ULTIMATE BIRTHDAY PARTY AND EVERYONE HAS A SAY EXCEPT FOR MAYBE LUKE, ON ABC'S "MODERN FAMILY"

It's no secret that the Thursday 9pm timeslot just isn't working for Fringe. While the show's sophomore season is receiving absolutely stellar reviews from critics all around, viewership just isn't up to par with what it was during the show's first season. That's mostly due to Thursday's overcrowdedness — FlashForward, Grey's Anatomy, CSI, and The Mentalist all air on that night. For the entire season, viewers have been calling for a move to Tuesday night for the show.

Then along came ABC and threw a wrench into all those plans. J.J. Abrams' other series, Lost, is set to return to ABC for its sixth and final season, though it'll be taking up residence alongside the season's biggest new show V for the Tuesday night block. That would put it in direct competition with Fringe if it was moved to Tuesdays. Unfortunately, since most of Fringe's viewership comes from Lost (the two shows share the same creator), that would almost spell certain disaster for Fringe.

But where else can it go to escape the sinking ship its on? FOX's Monday night is chock full of a winning combination of House and Lie to Me, both of which are certain not to budge. Tuesday's already been shot down by Lost, and Wednesday's combination of So You Think You Can Dance and Glee has proven to be good competition against ABC's Wednesday comedy night. That leaves only Friday for Fringe to go. There's actually quite a lot of room there — Dollhouse, which has the 9pm slot on that night, has been cancelled, and so has 8pm's Brothers.

So Fringe might be facing a move to Friday before the season is out if it wants to manage some higher ratings and viewership. Because, if it stays on FOX, there will be nowhere else for it to go, should the need arise.

The show, which was reportedly very expensive to produce and received several negative critical reviews (from both critics and Emergency Medical personnel as well), that it was reported that NBC had quickly canned the show after only a few episodes (it was rumored that the show was cancelled in order to make room for NBC's midseason premiere of Chuck, which has aired on Monday nights for its past two seasons).

That doesn't seem to be the case, though. Apparently, NBC has done no such thing, and plans to keep the show for not only its originally ordered thirteen-episode run, but for several additional episodes (whether it's for the full back-nine remains to be seen).

The move has been criticized by several readers of Deadline.com. "Let’s face it. The knuckleheads who oversee network televsion have lowered their “standards” so far over past few years that it’s easier to pick up a poor performing show then try to figure out what to replace it with. NBC is just throwing in the towel early this season in hopes that someone…amyone will figure out what the hell to do for 2010-11," one reader said. "I liked it better when it was called ER. There’s a reason why these shows don’t succeed, its a tired old format," shared another.

This surprise renewal has been attributed to a rise in the ratings, which are around the 5 million viewers mark — not wonderful, but still fairly decent. However, it's likely that the show will receive some budget cuts; if it's that expensive for such a mediocre viewership, that means NBC is losing money, a lack of frugality that network television just can't afford to have.

Karo Parisyan

Fight fans have been waiting for Karo Parisyan to get out of suspension and return to the octagon at UFC 106 , but now it turns out that the embattled UFC fighter won't returning to your TV screen after all, and not anytime in the future – at least on UFC.  UFC head honcho had some powerful words for Karo and his fans on his twitter.  Strong language ahead.

"Karo Parisyan has [expletive] over the UFC, the fans and his opponent again!!! He will not be fighting saturday or ever again in the UFC,!!"

White said after Parisyan pulled out the day before weigh ins for his fight against Dustin Hazelett. Apparently, Karo Parisyan has struggled with depression, anxiety, and panic attacks over the years.  The problem has become serious enough to impact Karo's ability to live up to his contracts, but White isn't hearing any of it.  In a subsequent tweet, Dana White dismissed Karo's reasoning.

"Pulled out of the fight the day before weigh ins again with a laundry list of excuses!!! Let the press ask karo why! Let him explain."

Maybe White is just grouchy that UFC heavy-weight champ, and former WWE superstar, Brock Lesnar may not be returning to pump up pay-per-view buys either.  Lesnar had surgery recently and is said to be suffering from an intestinal condition that could end his career.

Sweeps season is April 29th to May 26.  I would assume this means the rumored two-week hiatus will not happen since I'm sure ABC is expecting tons of stray LOST fans to tune in for the final reveals – but we'll have to wait on that to be sure.

ABC announces the premiere of the sixth and final season of “Lost,” with a special all-night event on Tuesday, February 2. A recap special will kick off the night from 8:00-9:00 p.m., ET, followed by the much anticipated two-hour premiere from 9:00-11:00 p.m.

The series will then air in its regular time period – Tuesday nights from 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET – beginning the following week, on February 9.

Abrams, Lindelof, Bryan Burk, Jack Bender, Edward Kitsis, Adam Horowitz, Jean Higgins and Carlton Cuse serve as executive producers. “Lost,” which is filmed entirely on location in Hawaii and premiered on September 22, 2004, is from ABC Studios.

"The Listener" is a series about paramedic Toby Logan, a young man with the ability to "listen" to other peoples thoughts.  As he helped out victims he met on and off the job, he also tried to help himself by learning more about his unknown past and abilities.  Aided by his mentor Dr. Ray Mercer and friend and fellow paramedic Oz Bey, Toby's decision to get involved in these situations have drawn the unwanted attention of both the police (Charlie Marks) as well as a mysterious group which his mother saved him from when he was a child.

Despite being cancelled in the U.S. after only airing seven episodes, "The Listener" ran for its full season in Canada and was well received.  It also has a strong international following, especially in Europe, where it made its debut before airing in North America.  In what is becoming more common as television moves to the net, the Listener's award winning online site was hugely popular, giving fans a taste of what goes on in Toby's head.

Season two of "The Listener" will air in Canada on CTV and SPACE but no dates have been announced.

Today is Phil and Claire's anniversary and Phil gives Claire a nice surprise to wake up to. He gives her a ViewFinder with their life together and a nice diamond bracelet. Claire gives in return a nice big red envelope of…….hugs! In terms of coupons. Phil takes this as quite a surprise as he wants plenty of things but Claire says he does not want anything.

Mitchell and Cameron are still new parents and with that means long hours and no days out. Tonight that will change when they decided to call their old pal Sal, who is supposedly a raucous at the club and gives everybody, they mean everybody, a good time.

Jay and Gloria decide to babysit all of the grandkids, and Jay is one excited grandpa, but Haley is less excited as she wants to go to her friends party. With the kids bickering in the kitchen, Claire gets flowers at the door and taken back by Phil's generosity and he is getting curious about what he is getting, but he has no idea Claire has no idea either.

Sal's in the house! Mitch and Cam meet her at the bar with a brand new pair of…..boobs!  Meanwhile with their baby, Gloria is having a great time with Lily as the rest of the kids come, with Haley getting rejected by her grandfather. By the way, Manny has a weird crush on his cousin Haley. Strange.

Phil and Claire has there night only, Claire gives Phil the gift of a lifetime or so she thinks. At the door is Izzy LaFountaine, the leader singer of a totally 80's band that Claire things is Phil's fave band. For Phil, not so much. Back at the club, Mitch and Cam are betting Sal to make out with waitress and going to Cabo! But as they are parents are still concerned with Lily which making Sal feel left out. She secretly whispers "Kill the baby" but with not really out of hearing distance from the parents.

Phil and Claire are having a seemingly great time with Izzy who is playing his favorite tunes. Even though this was Claire's gift, it seems she is enjoying it a lot more than him! Also enjoying it a lot more that there guests is Mitch and Cam who cannot stop gushing about the baby which makes Sal even more upset muttering "Throw her in the ocean" as she goes pee and Mitch and Cam have no idea what to do so they decide to confront her but the real baby her is Sal who starts to cry and whine, then to bed. Is she 8 months old? No, but it sure is funny.

One baby who is not sleeping is Lily with Gloria doing some weird Columbian chants that nobody could go to sleep with. Haley is still really upset that should could not go, but Jay knows that she is just like Claire as a kid with saying she is only going for 2 hours, and hiding her boyfriend Dylan in the yard. He tells Dylan to go in and take her to a party, but he is more excited about the "Sloppy Jay's" at the house than a party.

Claire is having a great night and recites a little story about their life with Izzy's music who cannot take the fact that Phil is not even a fan. Claire realizes this feels so stupid she cannot do a simple task for he hubby. But we remember it is the heart that counts and Phil just happy her wife cares. Oh, family!

A SQUIRMING PIECE OF FRINGE SCIENCE WASHES ASHORE ON AN ALL-NEW “FRINGE” THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3, ON FOX
