This track is taken from Spanky Wilson and the Quantic Soul Orchestra’s album I’m Thankful.
In the past Spanky has worked with a variety of musical legends such as Marvin Gaye, Sammy Davis Jnr, Lalo Schifrin, Jimmy Smith and Willie Bobo. After working with Quantic on a couple of tracks in 2005 the pair teamed up again in 2006, this time to release a full length album which was later short listed for ‘Album of The Year’ in the Gilles Peterson Worldwide Awards.
