The Session and Youth Group are co-sponsoring its first ever Trinity Golf Tournament and Dinner/Silent Auction fundraiser this coming fall.

We know not everyone plays golf, so we also have a dinner and silent auction planned on Saturday the 19th allowing all members of the congregation to participate. This is an opportunity for our members to invite friends, family and neighbors to our church. Let’s not keep our great church just to ourselves. Tickets for the Dinner will be $15 per person – $5 for Children (under 12). This includes a meal, drink and dessert.

For our golfing members, invite your golf friends, family and neighbors to come join us and have fun on the links. The golf tournament will be $60.00 per golfer which includes green fees, 1/2 cart, bucket of range balls, prizes, snack and soft drink Plus, you can purchase separately a meal ticket at $7 which includes choice of chicken sandwich or burger, chips, fountain drink and a cookie. There are a limited number of meals. The course has limited the chicken or hamburger meals to 30.

Tournament Sponsorship: We will be looking for sponsors for 9 greens and 9 tee boxes. A sign with a business name will be made visible when golfers approach the tee box and on each green. Businesses and organizations wanting to sponsor a green or tee box will pay $60 per green and tee box. A family may also want to be a sponsor as well.
We would like to ask each family in the congregation to donate something for the silent auction or prizes for the tournament such as gift cards or certificates, baskets of golf gear, even cash (no amount too small).
