Our mission as a company is to be most customer focused, revolutionary heat applied graphics company on the planet. We’ve added the “Feedback” tab as a direct connection between our people and our customers that fosters problem-solving, promotes sharing, and builds up relationships. This is a neutral space to support customers, exchange ideas, and get feedback about our products and services. As a customer of F&M, we give you a unique position in our organization by asking you to help in set direction for our company. As a b2b supplier we truly share in your success. Our feedback section is open, transparent, and free. You’re free to ask, free to answer, and free to start a new conversation. Everyone is invited and encouraged to participate: customers, employees, potential customers — anyone with an opinion, an answer, or something to say.

We realize that great customer service isn’t going to happen if we simply posted FAQs on our Web site and responded to repetitive e-mail requests with a library of stock answers. The “Feeback” tab was created as a place where our customers and F&M can come together to answer each others’ questions: questions about shipping, pricing, fulfillment, the product itself, and myriad other details. By putting all of these conversations in one place — and holding nothing back — we’ve created a new way to not just handle customer service, but to explore all the ways that we can improve our products and services.

So what are you waiting for? Be heard.

I’ve been approached on numerous occasions by customers asking what we mean when we say “our NUMBERALLS brand of screen printed athletic heat transfer numbers and letters are tested and proven on the field”? Here’s the story behind the statement.

F&M was approached several years ago by a a couple of research and development engineers from major sporting goods company. They contacted us because they had been researching decoration methods for uniform customization. Their test results proved that our heat transfer numbers were the most durable and opaque method of decoration they could find (even compared to their own screen printing), but there was one problem. The sales team for this particular sporting goods store had a negative perception of heat transfers and refused to believe the test results and sell the decoration method. The R&D engineers came up with a brilliant and slightly devious plan. They used our heat transfer numbers to decorate and donate uniforms to the local high school football team. At the end of the season they collected the uniforms for inspection and presented the undeniable results to their team. Our athletic numbers have been tested in labs, but they have passed a much more important test on the field.
