ช่วงนี้มีเพื่อนๆ น้องๆ แชร์การลงทุนให้ดูจากหลายแหล่งโดยได้กำไรเดือนละประมาณ 10% คิดเป็นรายปีก็ 120% ถือว่ามหาศาล ฟังแล้วก็อด "หูผึ่ง" ไม่ได้ ฝั่งหนึ่งก็ให้โอกาสกับทุกสิ่งในปัจจุบันที่มี Innovation หรือนวัตกรรมใหม่ที่อเมซิ่งเกิดขึ้นได้เสมอ แต่ในเรื่องการจะลงทุนก็ต้องมีกฏชีวิตที่ตั้งไว้ว่า "ต้อง Research ให้ครบ" จึงเป็นที่มาของโพสนี้ที่อยากจะบันทึกผลการรีเสิร์ชไว้ให้ตัวเองและเพื่อนที่รัก

คนที่ 1 - พนักงานสถาบันการเงิน

"จริงนะพี่ หนูได้มาเดืิอนนี้เกือบหมื่น" พร้อมเปิดจอ ipad หน้า trade ที่มีช่องกำไร

"ลงไปเท่าไหร่ล่ะ นานแค่ไหนแล้ว?"

"8 หมื่น ลงมา 3 เดือน เข้าเดือนที่สี่แล้ว นี่ทั้งสาขาลงกัน และผู้จัดการก็ยังลงหลายล้าน"

คนที่ 2 - เจ้าของธุรกิจ
"พี่ดู ขนาดคุณ ... เค้าเป็นนักลงทุน เค้ายังลงไปแล้ว 15 ล้านเลย" (พร้อมเปิดภาพให้ดู)
"เนี่ยะ .. เดือนนี้ได้มา ดูเลย" (พร้อมเปิดจอให้ดู)
"แล้วลงไปเท่าไหร่ล่ะ ? แล้วเค้าเอาเงินเราไปลงทุนอย่างไรบ้างล่ะ?"
"ไว้เดี๋ยวหนูเล่าให้ฟัง ส่วนตัวตอนนี้ลงเกือบ 5 ละ นี่ไม่สนิทกันไม่เล่านะ"

คิดในใจ

... (เขาเอาเงินไปลงทุนอะไรนะ ถึงเหลือแบ่งคืนได้ตั้งขนาดนั้น) กองทุนรวมต่างๆ ที่บริหารโดยนักลงทุนมืออาชีพ แบบหรูชนะเลิศ LTF อย่าง UOBLTF (UOBAM) ยังได้ +21.4596%

... (เรา ต้องเอาบ้าง ต้องไม่ตกรถไฟ เพราะน้องอีกคนเจ้าของกิจการใหญ่ ก็พึ่งเล่าแต่เป็นอีกสถาบันให้ฟัง ลงไป 15 ล้าน ถึงตอนนี้ก็ยังยิ้มอยู่)

ถึงบ้าน -- Google แบบมหาศาลทันที พร้อม Download ทุกอย่างทุกแหล่งจากที่เป็นไปได้ ได้ข้อมูลมากว่า 30 ชุด ทั้งแบบหนังสือ PDF และ Video Clip

ถึงวันนี้ผ่านไปเกือบเดือน ก็ยังดูไปได้ไม่ถึง 5% จากที่หามาได้เพราะภารกิจอื่น

แล้วลงหรือยังล่ะ ? ... ตอบเลยว่า "ยัง" .. ช้านะนี่ ไหนว่าไม่ชอบการตกรถไฟ

เหตุผลที่ยังไม่ลง

กฏชีวิต #1 (ที่ตั้งขึ้นเอง) - จะเสียเงินเพื่อซื้อของหรือลงทุนใดๆ ต้องคิดให้ครบอย่างต่ำ 5 รอบ (ไว้มีโอกาส ผมจะเขียนแชร์กฏชีวิตข้อนี้ไว้ด้วย เพราะตั้งแต่มีมันมา ผมเสียเงินน้อยลงมาก ย้ำว่ามากกกกกกกกก จึงตั้งมันเป็นกฏ ที่เริ่มจาก สมมติฐาน และ ทฤษฎี) // กฏข้อนี้เกิดขึ้นมาก่อนมีครอบครัวนิดหน่อย เพราะตอนนั้นต้องคิดจริงจังเรื่องความมั่นคงกว่าชีวิตตัวคนเดียวแล้ว และต่อมาก็ต้องมีลูก ซึ่งช่วยคอนเฟิร์มอีกคนว่า "มันต่างกันราวฟ้ากับเหวลึก" ก็ชีวิตตัวคนเดียว และ ครอบครัวที่ไม่มีลูก หรือ ครอบครัวที่มีลูกแล้วเลี้ยงแบบอื่นๆ .. ส่วนตัวผมตอนแรกไม่อยากมี เพราะคิดว่าอิสระดีกว่า และไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบอะไรมากมาย ใช้ชีวิตก็สบายๆ ได้ด้วย .. แต่ถึงตอนนี้ "มันมีไปแล้ว" กลับคิดว่า "ทำไมมีช้า น่าจะมีตั้งนานกว่านี้แล้ว" เพราะมีเขามาแล้วก็เป็นอีกโมเม้นต์ที่บอกต่อไม่ได้ทั้งหมด "มันต้องมีเอง ถึงจะรู้การทำงานของระบบความรักความผูกพัน ที่มนุษย์ถูกทำให้มันมี หรืออีกมุมเรียกว่า สัญชาตญาณ" เรื่องนี้ก็ขอทดไว้เป็นอีกบทความว่า เราอยู่ในเกม Sim หรือเปล่าเนี่ย?
อ่านเจอเรื่อง "Bernard Madoff case study" ลิ้งค์ด้านล่างถ้ามีเวลาลองเปิดดู น่าสนใจมาก กล่าวถึง Public Interest ความน่าสนใจต่อมหาชน vs สินค้าทางการเงิน, ความโลภ vs ความเชื่อ ฯลฯ ที่อยู่ในมนุษย์ ที่ทำให้การโกงเป็นกว่าสามแสนล้านบาทเกิดขึ้นได้ ซึ่งกรณี Madoff นี้ให้ผลประโยชน์ประมาณร้อยละ 10 กว่าๆ ต่อปีเท่านั้นเอง ซึ่งเคสปัจจุบันที่กำลังค้นคว้าคือร้อยละ 120 ที่เทียบแล้ว Madoff เด็กๆ ไปเลย

ยังชอบเป็น Serial Entrepreneur ลงทุนทำธุรกิจเอง ตอนนี้ยังมีไอเดียนู่น นี่ นั่น เข้าคิวรออยู่เยอะ แม้ที่ผ่านมาบางตัวก็จบไป ขาดทุนบ้าง แต่ก็ยังมีที่ทำเงินได้มากกว่าอันนี้ จึงขอฝากเงินไว้กับโครงการตัวเองก่อน ถ้าแรงหมดค่อยคิดเรื่องฝากคนอื่นทำ
แหล่งข้อมูลน้อย ผมชอบเซิร์ชและถนัด ผมจึงอยู่กับข้อมูลมาทั้งชีวิต ชอบ Big Data เป็นชีวิตจิตใจ ข้อมูลน้อยๆ ที่หลายคนบอกมาว่าเค้าทำเงียบๆ ไม่อยากให้คนรู้ เดี๋ยวแห่ทำตามกัน .. แบบนี้มันไม่ชัวร์
ผมปรึกษาเพื่อนนักลงทุนหลายคน ได้คำตอบคล้ายกันคือ "อะไรอ่ะ ลงเองดีกว่านะ"

สรุป ผมไม่ลง!! ยังคิดว่ามันเป็น "แชร์ลูกโซ่" ที่ยังไปได้อยู่เพราะมันยังมีึคนมาต่อท้าย แต่ถ้าคนที่กำลังลงอยู่มองทันเหมือนกันว่า "คิดอยู่เหมือนกัน แต่ตอนนี้มันยังไปได้ก็ลงไปก่อน" กรณีนี้ถ้ารู้จังหวะดึงออกทันก็ไม่สูญเงินต้นก็ไม่เสียหายอะไร อันนี้มัน High risk, High Return ถ้าอายุ 20-30 ผมอาจลงไปแล้ว เพราะการลงทุนต่างช่วงวัยที่เหมาะสม และเพราะประโยคคุ้นหูเรานั่นเองที่ว่า

“การลงทุนมีความเสี่ยง ผู้ลงทุนควรศึกษาข้อมูลก่อนตัดสินใจลงทุน”

เงินใครเงินมัน แต่ก็ยังห่วงใยกันครับ :)

Google One Pass อีกก้าวใหม่สู่ยุคสิ่งพิมพ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์

สำหรับธุรกิจหนังสือดิจิตอล เมื่อ Google One Pass เกิด .. iBook, Kindle อาจร้อนๆ หนาวๆ ได้ เนื่องจากจุดเด่นที่แตกต่างของ One Pass เป็นเหมือนระบบเปิดที่ Based on Web ที่เปิดกว้างมากกว่า Apple และ Amazon ที่ยังเป็นเหมืิอนระบบปิด ของใครของมัน และที่สำคัญคือผู้ใช้สามารถสร้างผลงานได้เองพร้่อมตีพิมพ์โดยเครื่องมือง่ายๆ ที่ Google เตรียมไว้ให้แล้ว สำหรับผู้อ่านก็สามารถอ่านทางหน้าคอม, Tablet รวมไปถึงทาง Smart Phone ต่างๆ ได้โดยง่าย

สิ่งต่างที่สำคัญที่ Google เหนือกว่า iBook และ Kindle คืิอ "การคิดค่าส่วนแบ่งเพียงเล็กน้อย" เพียง 10% ในขณะที่ Apple คิดที่ 30% จากรายได้ โดย Eric Schmidt, CEO ของ Google เองก็ได้บอกว่า "Google ไม่ได้เน้นว่าจะทำกำไรตรงนี้ แต่อยากให้เกิดกำไรไปยังเจ้าของผู้ผลิต Content ดีๆ"

Blogger และเหล่านักเขียนมีโอกาสรวยด้วยตัวเองง่ายๆ จาก Model ของ One Pass ที่ปรับรูปแบบให้ Subscribe ได้มากมายตั้งแต่หนังสือเป็นเล่มๆ ครบทุกบททุกตอน จนกระทั่งเรื่องเดียวตอนเดียว หรือลงทะเบียนวันนี้ฟรีอ่านย้อนหลัง ฯลฯ โดยการสมัครผ่านทางหน้าเว็บหรือทาง Mobile ซึ่งหมายถึงทุกๆ Subscription ก็คือรายได้

เป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่ง สำหรับเจ้าของ content เช่นนักเขียนต่างๆ .. ให้ลองลืมวิธีการดั้งเดิมสำหรับ Publish (เผยแพร่) ซึ่งในความรู้สึุกถึงคำว่า Publishing เดิมๆ ยังมีแต่ภาพของการตีพิมพ์ลงบนกระดาษ และกระจายสินค้า (Distribute) ผ่านทางสายส่ง แต่คราวนี้ Google เป็นสำนักพิมพ์ (Digital) ให้พร้อมเครื่องมีที่ช่วยให้จัด Artwork ได้ง่าย พร้อมทั้งเป็นสายส่งให้ทั่วโลก แล้วก็เก็บค่าบริหารจัดการ ไม่ต่างกับที่ Google เปลี่ยนวงการ Advertising ด้วย Adwords ที่ทำให้ Google ร่ำรวยและ Advertising Model ที่เปลี่ยนไปสู่ยุคดิจิตอลที่ในที่สุดแล้วประโยชน์ที่แท้จริงก็เกิดขึ้นทุกๆ ฝ่้าย ทั้งผู้ส่งสาร, ผู้รับสาร และผู้ส่งสาร ซึ่งก็คือ Google นั่้นเอง ... It's Win-Win-Win Situation !!

Tools, Management, Process สามเสาหลักของการพัฒนาระบบงาน

ในการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์แบบ Agile นั้นยึดลูกค้าและผลงานเป็นหลัก รูปข้างล่างแสดงองค์ประกอบสำคัญซึ่งสามารถแบ่ง 3 ส่วนได้แก่

Infrastructure และ Tools โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเครื่องมือเพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบงาน
Project Management การบริหารจัดการโครงการเพื่อให้โครงการดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
Development Process กระบวนการพัฒนาระบบงานเพื่อให้ผลงานมีคุณภาพตรงตามความต้องการ

โดยมีลูกค้าเป็นผู้ให้ความต้องการของซอฟต์แวร์ (รวมทั้งขอเปลี่ยนความต้องการด้วย) ทั้งนี้ Agile มี ความคิดว่า โดยธรรมชาติแล้วความต้องการของลูกค้าไม่มีทางสมบูรณ์และสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง ได้อยู่ตลอดเวลา พวกเราในฐานะทีมพัฒนามีหน้าที่ผลิตซอฟต์แวร์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า มากที่สุด ตรงตามกรอบเวลามากที่สุด และอยู่ในกรอบงบประมาณที่ประเมินไว้ (เรื่อง ความต้องการ เวลา งบประมาณ นี้เป็นเรื่องถกเถียงกันมากเรื่องหนึ่ง ไว้มีโอกาสจะขอแสดงความคิดเห็นครับ)

Infrastructure และ Tools

โครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเครื่องมือเป็นองค์ประกอบที่ช่วยให้นักพัฒนาสามารถทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้นสะดวก เริ่มจาก Development tools อย่างเช่น Open development platform อย่าง eclipse, library รวมถึง framework ต่างๆที่จะทำให้การเขียน code ง่าย สั้นและมีหลักการมากขึ้น ลูกค้าอาจมีส่วนร่วมในการนำเครื่องมือเหล่านี้มาใช้เพื่อช่วยให้งานพัฒนาและ ตรวจสอบระบบงานมีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น สำหรับ Project Life Cycle Tool อย่างเช่น Maven เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการบริหารวงจรชีวิตของการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ตั้งแต่ สร้าง คอมไพล์ สร้างเอกสาร ติดตั้ง และนำไปใช้ ส่วน โดยมี Source Control tool อย่าง Subversion เป็น repositoryที่ให้ทีมพัฒนาสามารถรวบรวมและจัดเก็บ source code ของแต่ละคน และมี Build Control tool อย่างเช่น Cruise Control เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในการ integrate source code ทั้งหมดเข้าด้วยกัน ทำการทดสอบทั้งระบบ และออกผลิตภัณฑ์ตามช่วงเวลาที่ต้องการ สำหรับ Track Issue Control อย่างเช่น trac เป็น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ช่วยในการบริหารรายการความต้องการ แผนงานพัฒนา รวมถึงรายงานข้อผิดพลาด ให้ทีมพัฒนาร่วมกันทำงาน เป็นเสมือนกระดานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการแชร์ความรู้ต่างๆโครงการกัน ซึ่งลูกค้าสามารถร่วมเข้าแชร์ความรู้หรือตรวจสอบแผนงาน ความก้าวหน้าโครงการจากเครื่องมือนี้

Project Management

การ บริหารจัดการโครงการเป็นวิธีการที่ใช้ในการจัดการและควบคุมกระบวนทำงานของ ทีมงานของโครงการให้สามารถพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา ในงบประมาณที่เหมาะสม และมีคุณภาพที่ยอมรับได้ ประกอบด้วย Team Setting ซึ่งเป็นการจัดทีมงานอย่างเหมาะสม เทคนิคการ Project Planning เพื่อให้ทีมงานรับทราบแนวทางและระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบงาน โดยลูกค้ามีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานที่ตนเองต้องการ เพื่อให้ได้ผลงานที่ได้ประโยชน์สูงสุด Teem Meeting เป็นกระบวนการปรับปรุงวิธีการติดต่อสื่อสารภายในทีมงาน เพื่อให้ทีมงานทุกคนยังอยู่ในทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง ไม่ออกนอกทางจนเกินไป ลูกค้าเองควรมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบสถานะหรือให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมในการปรับ แต่งทิศทางการทำงาน XP Practices เป็นการรวบรวมเทคนิคต่างๆที่ใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหาในสถานะการณ์ต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ ส่วน Feedback Learning เป็นการวัดผลและนำมาปรับแต่งกระบวนการบริหารจัดการโครงการให้เหมาะสมและทันสมัยเสมอ

Development Process

กระบวนพัฒนาเริ่มจาก Requirement Gathering เป็นการเก็บรวบรวมความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์ เพื่อสร้าง Use-Case Stories และ GUI Prototype ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ลูกค้ามองเห็นภาพของระบบที่จะพัฒนาได้ง่ายขึ้น Layer Pattern Design เป็นแนวทางการออกแบบโดยแบ่งเป็นชั้นๆ แต่ละชั้นมี Interface ในการกำหนดวิธีการติดต่อระหว่างงชั้นเพื่อแยกให้แต่ละชั้นมีความเป็นอิสระจากกันให้มากที่สุด Test-Driven Development เป็นกระบวนการในการพัฒนาโดยเน้นที่การทำ Test เพื่อให้ได้ code ที่ตรงความต้องการมากที่สุด ลดการเขียน code ที่ไม่จำเป็น รวมถึงการได้ระบบทดสอบเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทดสอบได้ตลอดเวลาเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ลูกค้าทำ User Acceptant Test (เรียกย่อว่า UAT) โดย ลูกค้าต้องเป็นคนกำหนดและทดสอบ UATเองเพื่อกำหนดความชัดเจนวิธีการตรวจสอบคุณภาพระบบ สุดท้าย (แต่ไม่ท้ายสุด) คือ Product Release เป็นการทำการ build ระบบ ที่ผ่านการทดสอบเพื่อส่งมอบให้ลูกค้าต่อไป ผลจากการทำงานครบรอบหากยังมีข้อผิดพลาดหรือการเปลี่ยนแปลง กระบวนการพัฒนาก็จะวนเข้าสู่รอบใหม่อีกครั้ง

นี่ คือกระบวนการพัฒนาระบบงานระดับองค์กรตามแนวความคิดของผม ที่ได้รวบรวมจากประสบการณ์ทำงานและความรู้จากแหล่งต่างๆเพื่อที่จะสร้าง สไตล์การทำงานที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กรผม หลายเรื่องได้ทำไปแล้ว หลายเรื่องกำลังทำอยู่ และมีบางเรื่องก็เพิ่งเริ่มต้น (ยังหารูปแบบที่ชัดเจนยังไม่ได้) แต่สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ Feedback Learning เรียนรู้และนำมาปรับปรุงแก้ไข สุดท้ายอยากฝากคำคมของ Aristotle นักปราชญ์ชาวกรีกที่มีความหมายใกล้เคียงกับ Feedback Learning ที่ว่า

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not act, but a habit”

เราจะเป็นอย่างที่เราทำอยู่ซ้ำๆ ผลงานยอดเยี่ยมไม่ได้เกิดจากการกระทำ แต่เกิดจากนิสัย

นั่น คือผลงานที่ยอดเยี่ยม ไม่ได้เกิดจากการทำชั่วครู่ชั่วคราว แต่เกิดจากทำซ้ำเรียนรู้สิ่งที่ดี เก็บไว้และทำให้เป็นนิสัย จากนั้นเสาะแสวงหาสิ่งใหม่เพื่อสร้างนิสัยที่ดีใหม่ต่อไป

Add GPS Information to Image EXIF

I’ve had a thought in the past that it wouldn’t be a difficult task to carry a GPS device whilst you’re out-and-about and taking photos then, back at home, load up the GPS data into a utility and have it scan through your photos adding GPS EXIF information to photos where dates and times matched (or were closed enough.) Of course, someone has usually written it before you so a quick search has highlighted a few already.

The first is called Photo Studio and is fairly self-contained and, more importantly, free! The site also provided details on how to add the GPS info.

The second is called RoboGEO but this one costs money – however, it’s not much and the chances are they’ll be more support.

I also found an interesting list of GPF software but haven’t had the chance to look through it.

An interesting evaluation has been made between Flickr, Picasa and Panoramio and how to visualise pictures on maps.

OziPhotoTool is a free download but requires the Java Runtime installed or, and probably the better solution, a larger download that includes the runtime itself.

GPSPhotoLinker – another free tool but for those in the world with a Mac!

Geosetter looks pretty cool but I haven’t I’m not sure whether it performs updates in batches.

GPS Visualizer isn’t quite what I’m looking for but it’s an interesting tools nevertheless and worth noting here.

Download Pro is another purchasable bit of software for addin GeoTags.

And before I forget GPSBabel should be able to convert between GPS file formats so I should be able to get my Garmin to work with any of these tools.

At some point when I’ve got myself some photos and corresponding GPS information, I’ll download these tools and compare them. But for now, it will have to wait.

“ทวิตเตอร์ (Twitter) เป็นบริการเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์จำพวกไมโครบล็อก โดยผู้ใช้สามารถส่งข้อความยาวไม่เกิน 140 ตัวอักษร ว่าตัวเองกำลังทำอะไรอยู่ หรือ ทวีต (tweet - เสียงนกร้อง)” - wikipedia

Twitter ก่อตั้งเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2549 ที่ซานฟรานซิสโก โดยบริษัท Obvious Corp และได้รับความนิยมสูงขึ้นเป็นอย่างมากในปีนี้ (2552) แม้กระทั่งบรรณาธิการหนังสือ Time ยังเขียนไว้ว่า “Twitter และสื่อใหม่ กำลังเปลี่ยนวิธีสื่อสารของเรา” ทำให้มีผู้สร้างบริการลักษณะเดียวกันกับ twitter ออกมามากมาย เช่น Jaiku ที่ Google ซื้อมาแล้วตั้งแต่ปี 2550 แต่ก็ยังไม่เป็นที่นิยมเท่า twitter รวมถึงบริการ noknok ของ sanook.com ของไทยด้วยเช่นกัน

ข้อความที่ส่งเข้าไปยังทวิตเตอร์จะแสดงอยู่บนหน้าสมาชิกของผู้ใช้คนนั้นใน twitter.com ผู้ใช้คนอื่นสามารถเลือกรับข้อความเหล่านี้ทางเว็บไซต์ทวิตเตอร์, อีเมล, เอสเอ็มเอส, เมสเซนเจอร์ (IM), RSS, หรือผ่านโปรแกรม Twitterific Twhirl หรือทาง Plugin ของ Browser และเว็บไซต์ที่พัฒนาส่วนเสริมเพิ่มความสามารถให้ twitter ต่างๆ

ลักษณะการใช้งาน

เป็นการส่ง message ระหว่างสมาชิกที่มี connection กันด้วยระบบ RSS feed ส่งข้อความผ่านสื่อสองทาง เช่น ทางเว็บไซต์หลัก twitter.com, sms, instant messenger, email หรือโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นต่างๆ ที่มีอยู่มากมายในปัจจุบัน ด้วยเหตุที่เขียนข้อความได้จำกัดจึงเกิดคำเรียกอีกคำว่า "micro blogging" และข้อความที่ส่งถึงกันมีศัพท์เรียกว่า "Tweets" ซึ่งเปรียบเหมือนเสียงนกร้องอยู่ตลอดเวลา ข้อความที่จะส่งนั้นต้อง เป็น plain text เท่านั้นจะแทรกคำสั่งโปรแกรมอะไรไม่ได้ ยกเว้นแต่ hyperlink มายังเว็บเพจของเรา ที่สามารถใส่ไปได้ โดยระบบจะจัดการต่อให้เอง

ผู้ใช้ Twitter หรือเรียกว่า Twitter-er หรือ Tweeple โดยมากเป็น blogger ทั่วไปที่ต้องการสื่อสารให้พรรคพวกได้ update แบบรวดเร็วทันใจ ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ที่มุมไหนของโลก โดยเริ่มมากจากคำถามที่ว่า What are you doing? แต่ข้อเสียในการใช้งานแบบส่วนตัวเกินไปก็มีมาก เช่น การส่ง message ว่า หิวข้าว อยากกินส้มตำ อยากไปดูหนัง ไปเที่ยวกับแฟนมา ไม่ได้อาบน้ำมาสามวันแล้ว ฯลฯ ซึ่งสร้างความรู้สึกที่น่ารำคาญกับผู้รับ Tweets ที่ไม่ได้สนิทสนมด้วย

เดิม Twitter มี จุดประสงค์สำหรับใช้สื่อสารแบบส่วนตัว และไม่เป็นทางการ จึงเต็มไปด้วยสิ่งที่คนอีกกลุ่มหนึ่งตั้งข้อรังเกียจ แต่ตอนหลังๆ คนเริ่มพยายามนำมาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในทางการตลาด ซึ่งนับว่าเป็นไอเดียที่ดี เพราะ Twitter บริการส่ง SMS แบบ Broadcasting โดยไม่คิดค่าบริการ ตัวอย่างการนำไปใช้งานให้เกิดประโยชน์ก็ เช่น

Social Networking คืออะไร ?

Social Networking ในที่นี้หมายถึงเฉพาะที่เป็นแบบ online ที่สมัครสมาชิกกันได้ฟรีๆ แล้วก็ส่ง message ผ่านทาง instant message หรือ email ไปชักชวนคนอื่นมา connect ด้วย เมื่ออีกฝ่ายดูประวัติคนส่งแล้ว เกิดความสนใจก็ connect กลับ การได้เพื่อนแบบนี้ นอกจากจะได้รู้จักคนที่ connect กันโดยตรงแล้วยังสามารถ connect กับเพื่อนของเพื่อนนั้นได้อีกด้วย จะ connect ไปได้กี่ชั้นก็แล้วแต่ขอบเขตการบริการของผู้ให้บริการนั้น

ส่วนมากบริการทำนองนี้มักจะถูกมองไปในเรื่องของการหาคู่ โดยที่ต่างคนต่างโพสประวัติ (จริงไม่จริง มีคนดียวที่รู้ดี) รูปสวยๆ หล่อๆ ดูภูมิฐาน ไว้ก่อน คุยกันไปคุยกันมาก็กลายเป็นคู่รัก แต่งงานกันไป แต่ที่ถูกหลอกลวงน่าจะมีมากกว่า (ละมัง)

ถ้าไม่อยากข้องเกี่ยวกับเรื่องทำนองนี้ก็ต้องเลือกเครือข่ายที่ให้บริการ ด้านธุรกิจ เช่น ecademy.com เป็นต้น ในนั้นสมาชิกจะแสดง profile ของตนไว้ พร้อมทั้งเขียน Tag ระบุคุณสมบัติของตัวเอง ของธุรกิจ หรือของสินค้าบริการที่มานำเสนอ เมื่อคนอื่นในเครือข่าย search พบแล้วติดต่อมา ก็จะมีการ add contact พูดคุยกันทางกล่องmessageในเว็บไซต์, instant message อย่าง Skype, MSN, Yahoo หรือ email เป็นการเริ่มต้นสานความคิดและเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจ หรือต่อขาธุรกิจออกไปในกลุ่มนักธุรกิจหรือผู้ที่สนใจจะทำธุรกิจ นักลงทุน นายธนาคาร นักประดิษฐ์คิดค้น คนให้คำปรึกษา ที่มาพบกันในนั้น มีการแนะนำต่อๆกัน เป็นการแสวงหาและเพิ่มโอกาสทางธุรกิจ ซึ่งถ้าทำอย่างมืออาชีพจะเป็นช่องทางในการประกอบอาชีพ หรือเป็นเจ้าของธุรกิจใหม่ๆได้อย่างน่าสนใจทีเดียว

ของฟรี ไม่มีในโลกฉันท์ใด บริการที่สร้างโอกาสให้กับสมาชิกก็ย่อมต้องมีการลงทุนบ้างฉันท์นั้น ดังนั้นจึงไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลกที่ เว็บไซต์ที่ให้บริการ social networking นี้จะมีการเก็บค่าสมาชิกตามระดับความได้เปรียบในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของสมาชิก ในกลุ่ม ยิ่ง upgrade สูงเท่าไรก็มีโอกาสได้พบปะนักธุรกิจมากขึ้นเท่านั้น แถมยังมีสิทธิพิเศษ ได้รับส่วนลดในการร่วมประชุม พบปะสังสรรค์ ฟังอบรม สัมนาที่ผู้ให้บริการร่วมกับสมาชิกผู้มีคุณวุฒิที่ได้รับเชิญมาบรรยายอีก ด้วย

ทำไมต้อง Twitter ?

คำตอบอยู่ที่ว่าจะใช้ทำอะไร กับใคร เพื่ออะไร ต่างหาก ถ้าจะใช้ส่วนตัวแบบ ส่งข้อความกับเพื่อนๆ ก็ไม่ต้องใช้ก็ได้ แต่ถ้าจะใช้ในเชิงธุรกิจ หรือ วิชาการ หรือเพื่อทำสิ่งที่สร้างสรรค์กับตัวเองและผู้อื่น ก็น่าจะลองพิจารณาดู

จะเลือก follow ใคร และ ใครจะมา follow เรา ?

ใครที่มีแนวความคิดที่น่าสนใจ ช่วยเติมเต็มสิ่งที่เราขาด ช่วยเพิ่มพูนสติปัญญาความรอบรู้ด้านที่เราสนใจ เป็นผู้นำทางความคิด เป็นคนรู้เท่าทันข่าวสาร ที่เชื่อถือได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคุณสมบัติอะไรก็ตาม ขึ้นอยู่กับความต้องการของเราเอง อาจจะต้องการคนสนุกสนานที่จะคอย feed joke ให้เราอารมณ์ดีก็ได้

เมื่อสมัครไปแล้ว เขาจะเห็นเรา ถ้าเขาสนใจตามเรากลับมาแล้ว add เราบ้าง ก็จะกลายเป็นการสื่อสารถึงกันและกัน ต่อไปก็ต้องพยายามโปรโมทตัวเองด้วยการส่ง email ถึงเพื่อนที่เราอยากให้ใช้ Twitter เขียนบทความให้คนรู้ ทำประชาสัมพันธ์ในชุมชนออนไลน์ที่มีคนที่น่าจะเป็นกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายอยู่ แล้วรอดูผล ขณะเดียวกันก็ต้องเริ่ม contribute ด้วยการส่ง Tweets เมื่อทำไปสักพัก อาจจะพบกับพวกที่ชอบส่งเสียงในเรื่องไม่เป็นเรื่อง ก็ต้องมีมาตรการดูแลและจัดการด้วยเหมือนกัน เช่น ไม่สนใจ หรือ ไม่ก็พิจารณาตัดออกไปจากสาระบบของเราเสีย

ในระบบจะมีสถิติให้สมาชิกดูว่า สมาชิก follow ใครอยู่กี่คน มีคนมา follow สมาชิกกี่คน มี favourite tweets กี่ข้อความ เป็นต้น

ใช้ Twitter อย่างไรให้ถูกต้อง ?

Tweets ที่ส่งออกไปทั้งหมดจะปรากฎอยู่ใน profile สมาชิกและจะอยู่ต่อไปถ้าไม่มีการจัดการบ้าง และส่วนที่ยังปรากฎอยู่จะแสดงถึงลักษณะความเป็นคุณ (หรือคุณในโลกออนไลน์) อยู่อย่างนั้น ฉะนั้นจงคำนึงถีงสิ่งเหล่านี้ด้วย

อย่าส่งเสียงน่ารำคาญ เพราะชื่อก็บอกว่าเป็น เสียงนก ดังนั้นถ้าใช้แบบ "เสียงนก เสียงกา" ก็จะไม่มีคนให้ความสนใจได้เหมือนกัน จึงควรต้องระมัดระวัง เลือกคำให้สั้น ให้เหมาะและได้ใจความ เหมือนที่คุณจะใช้หากมีโอกาสได้คุยกับประธานบริหารของธนาคารที่คุณขอกู้เงิน ในเวลาเพียง 30 วินาที ฉะนั้นจึงอาจต้องฝึกกันบ้าง หรือวางแผนไว้บ้าง
อย่านิ่งเงียบไป ต้องส่งข้อความให้คนอื่นรู้ว่ายังไม่ตายไปจากโลกนี้
ลองอะไรใหม่ๆ ดูบ้าง ถ้าสิ่งนั้นจะทำให้เกิดประโยชน์กับตัวเองมากขึ้น (ถ้าจะคิดแบบธุรกิจ) บางทีกฎเกณฑ์ก็กลายเป็นข้อจำกัดของการประยุกต์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ได้เหมือน กัน
ปรับตัวให้เร็ว ถ้าสิ่งที่ทดลองทำนั้นไม่ได้ผล ก็อย่าทู่ซี้ทำต่อไป ไม่งั้นจะเกิดผลเสียตามมา เว้นแต่เชื่อมั่นว่ามันจะได้ผลแต่อาจจะยังไม่ถึงเวลา ก็อยู่ที่การตัดสินใจของตัวเอง
อย่าใช้ Twitter เป็น SMS โต้ตอบกับใครเป็นการส่วนตัวจนดูไม่เป็นProfessional ถ้าจำเป็นก็ควรยกหูโทรศัพท์คุยหรือส่ง IM แทน
ควรใส่เครื่องหมาย @หน้าชื่อคนนั้นๆ หรือใช้สีที่แตกต่างกัน ในกรณีที่ต้องคุยใช้ Tweet บอกใครหรือกลุ่มของใครเป็นการเฉพาะ
ควรใช้ถ้อยคำที่ผู้อ่านสามารถจับความได้เป็นดีที่สุด หรือไม่ก็เลือกสื่อสารทางอื่นแทนเพื่อตัดปัญหาเวลาคนรับ Tweets ไม่ได้ flollow ทุกคนในกลุ่มที่เราส่ง SMS เขาจึงได้ข้อความไม่ครบ ทำให้เกิดการเข้าใจผิดกันได้
อย่าพยายามขายอะไรใน tweets เพราะมันจะไม่ work ลองสำรวจดู100 คำที่ไม่ควรใช้ใน email ในเรื่องนี้ก็ดีค่ะ เพราะคนทั่วไปไม่มีใครชอบจดหมายขายสินค้า หรือใช้วิธี hard sell

9 reasons to grow your twitter following

There is an ongoing debate in twitter world about whether follower growth is a worthwhile pursuit or not. Purists argue that twitter is a tool for updating friends, family, and co-workers. Others argue that twitter has relevance as an alternative communications channel, and that large followings can drive traffic, influence purchasing decisions, strengthen customer intimacy, and assist with self-promotion.
Of course, it can also be used to spam and annoy others. Then, so can email, snail mail, phone calls, and just about any other medium. I think the answer lies somewhere in-between. Utopia exists where those that just want to chat with friends can do so without being bombarded with junk, and others are able to use the medium to influence, while simultaneously creating value for their followers too.
Below is a list of reasons why having a large following on twitter may be worthwhile. If you're undecided about whether to grow your following or not, then hopefully this will give you something to think about. Of course, there are also valid reasons not to grow your following, but that is a job for another article.

1) Search Engine Rankings
Pagerank is the term most-often cited for influencing your position in Google search results. Google ranks sites using this, and it is heavily influenced by the number and quality of links to a site. A full discussion of this is beyond this article, but you can find many good descriptions of it on the web. Much discussion has taken place around whether tweeted links will affect your search results ranking. The straight-forward answer is no. The reason is that twitter uses "nofollow" attributes in their links. This tells Google not to use the links, and hence it does not count towards any ranking.
The real answer is a little more complicated however. Tweets aren't only presented on twitter. They also get pulled via the API into widgets, blogs, and other websites. The API doesn't insert "nofollow" attributes, and so it's quite possible that some of these other sites present the links unmodified. There will therefore be some indirect influence on your rank via these other sources. Some other search engines like Ask.com ignore the "nofollow" tag, so tweeted links can affect their rankings directly.
Links that pass via a large number of followers also tend to be clicked. Click-through-rates (CTR's) will vary depending on the quality of your following, but they will drive traffic, albeit in low ratios sometimes. This increased usage will affect your rankings. Finally, it's understood that the search spiders do cache and index these links too. This obviously carries some value as well.

2) Social Proof
The truth is that human behavior is very much influenced by social proof. People will always be more willing to listen to what someone has to say if they see others listening or endorsing that person. This fact influences every part of our society, and twitter is no different. You are more likely to be followed (and be listened to) if you have a large following already. It's the same reason testimonials are so important.

3) Driving Traffic
The larger your following, the more traffic you can drive somewhere. The same holds true for the quality of interaction between you and your following. Put the two together and you can exert considerable influence on the web. When you tweet a link people will click on it. As your following grows, the CTR will diminish usually, but it will still create clicks. It's possible to build an account with adequate CTR's on a very a large following. This means you can drive a few hundred people to a web page within a few minutes. If you have your own website or blog, then this can become a quick and affordable way to create pageviews for your content.

4) Viral Effect
This goes hand-in hand with the previous point. As you grow your followers, so will the number of retweets you get from people (assuming you can keep the tweets interesting of course). As the number of retweets grows, so do the click-through's from those retweets. The percentages may seem small at times, but done at scale, and the number of visitors you can drive to a page can reach a couple of thousand within a day or two. It's the viral effect, and the greater your following the better your results will be from it.

5) Branding
Although this should always be part of a larger marketing strategy, the very fact that your profile is flashing across peoples screens will create some awareness for you. It's obviously really important that you don't abuse that privilege. Spam your followers with low-quality updates and they're likely to build a negative attitude towards you. Being helpful, interesting, and adding value can only help your brand.
6) Expert Power

If your game is to be the guru, then building a following on twitter is very relevant. Due to the broadcast nature of the system, when you help people out you create visibility for your expertise. You don't even have to be very active to be effective here. Just by being mildly active in your area of expertise you're likely to build relevance as an expert. You will get referrals too, and these referrals will also be seen by the followers of the people sending them. This all goes hand-in with social proof. Initially, an expert with a large following will be perceived as genuine. Of course, it's your job to maintain that credibility thereafter. 7) Conformity
It's human nature to try to conform. This permeates every part of society - we're programmed this way. Sure, we may try to rebel at times, we may feel the urge to be individuals, but deep down we always tend to conform. Experiments have proven this over and over again. Having a large twitter following can help to exploit this trait. If you have thousands of people following you, you can be sure that many more will follow you first out of curiosity, but will then continue to out of conformity. After all, if thousands of others have found you interesting, then maybe so should they.

8) Belief Consistency
Following on from the previous point, people will also naturally attempt to make their beliefs and behaviors consistent with each other. Tell a child they are lazy, even if they are not, and you can be sure that they will become lazy in the future. What we believe, we tend to become, and vice versa. If someone follows you because you have thousands of followers already, they're likely pay attention to what you're saying (especially if you are not following them back). The reason for this is their need to make their beliefs consistent with their behavior. Subconsciously they will feel that they must be following you for some valid reason, otherwise why would they be following you? Their belief system will need to change to include you as an interesting person. If they actually do read tweets, then they're very likely to read yours due to this.

9) Fewer Options
If you present someone with too many options, they're likely to get frustrated and go elsewhere. Presenting potential customers with just enough options to cover their needs, while making it quick and easy for them to select amongst the options, is the way to win them over. The same dynamic exists when people choose whom to pay attention to. They want to find the interesting people to follow, without having to evaluate every option. Unfortunately, one of the only things they have to go on initially is follower size. If you have a large number of followers, then in their minds you may be one of the few top options at first glance.

All of this assumes we are talking about followers that actually read their tweets. Some followers obviously do not, and many only follow you in the hope that you will follow them back. Regardless of this, a large percentage do participate, and it's this segment that is most affected by the points above. กำจัด Gumblar ออกจากทุกๆ ไฟล์ใน Web Server ให้หมด

เมื่อคลิกแล้วจะพาไปยังหน้า google webmaster tools แล้วมี google account หรือเป็นสมาชิก google แล้วก็เข้าไปได้เลย หรือถ้ายังไม่มีก็สามารถสมัครฟรีตอนนี้ได้เลย
เมื่อเข้ามาแล้วให้ Add a site ดังภาพ

แล้วก็ใส่ชื่อเว็บ
จากนั้น google จะให้เราทำการ verify เพื่อยืนยันว่าเราเป็นเจ้าของเว็บจริงๆ ได้ 2 วิธี โดยการ
- วิธีที่ 1 - โดยเพิ่ม meta tag ตามที่ google ให้มาเข้าไปในส่วน ....ของหน้า Home page ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ก็คือ index.html, index.php ซึ่งเว็บมาสเตอร์จะทรา่บอยู่แล้ว
- วิธีที่ 2 - โดยการ Upload ไฟล์ html เปล่าๆ เข้าไปที่ server ของเราโดยตั้งชื่อตามที่ google ให้มาเช่นตามตัวอย่างจะเป็น google3b75e0a62ee83769.html
เลือกทำวิธีใดวิธีหนึ่งแล้ว upload ไปรอไว้ที่ server ให้เรียบร้อยเพื่อขั้นตอนต่อไป
หากไม่มีอะไรผิดพลาด เมื่อคลิกที่ "Verify" แล้ว ก็จะแสดงดังภาพ แต่ก็ยังคงขึ้นคำว่า "This site may be distributing malware. More Details"

ให้คลิกที่ "More Details"
หลังจากนั้นจะมีคำอธิบายต่างๆ แต่ที่เราต้องการคือให้ Google พิจารณาเว็บไซต์ของเราใหม่ ให้คลิกที่ "Request a review"

จากนี้ไปก็เป็นการรอให้ Google มารีวิวเว็บเราใหม่ ปกติใช้เวลา 1-2 วัน หากเว็บเราสะอาดปลอดภัยแล้ว ข้อความ warning เตือนก็จะไม่ขึ้นมาอีกต่อไป เว็บเราก็สามารถใช้งานได้เป็นปกติ .....

..... จริงอยู่้ที่เราสามารถแก้ไขได้ แต่การที่เว็บของเราถูกติดป้ายเตือน warning จะเกิดความเสียหายหลายๆ อย่าง หากเป็นเว็บไซต์ e-commerce ยอดก็หายไปแทบจะไม่เหลือ หรือเป็นเว็บ community ที่คนเข้าเยอะๆ คนก็หายไป ที่สำคัญหากมีการทำ SEO เพื่อให้ติดอันดับดีๆ ใน Search Engine แล้วด้วย จะเห็นได้ว่าอันดับจะตกลงไปทันที และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ ตัวเว็บมาสเตอร์หรือแอดมินเองก็จะถูกตราหน้าว่าไม่มีความสามารถเพียงพอที่จะดูแลเว็บไซต์ให้ดีได้ ทุกๆ อย่างเกิดขึ้นได้ แต่ควรป้องกันไว้ก่อนด้วยวิธีป้องกันต่างๆ จากเรื่อง "การป้องกัน Trojan - Virus - Worm วิธีง่ายๆ" และที่สำคัญคือต้องตื่นตัวกับข่าวสารใหม่ๆ เสมอ หยุดไม่ได้ ... อยู่วงการไอทีต้อง ... ..... เอาไวรัสมาปล่อยกันหรือเปล่า จากโค้ดด้านบน? ... ใช่ครับแต่ก็ไม่เชิงเพราะมันเป็น code ของ Trojan ชื่อ Gumblar เพื่อนของไวรัสซึ่้งก่อกวนผู้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และอินเทอร์เน็ตเหมือนกัน โทรจันตัวนี้แพร่ระบาดไปอย่างรวดเร็วแม้กระทั่งเว็บไซต์ดังๆ เช่น Tennis.com, Variety.com และ Coldwellbanker.com ก็ยังติดเข้าไปด้วย โดยการเข้าไปที่โปรแกรม FTP ของเครื่องแล้วมองหาไฟล์ต่างๆ ในเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์ แล้วฝังตัวเองไว้ในไฟล์นั้นโดยหน้าตา code ที่ถูกฝังเข้าไปก็เป็นอย่างข้างต้น

IBM Internet Security Systems ให้รายเอียดว่า "Gumblar is a botnet that infects Web servers and infected Web site visitors for the purposes of installing malcode on Personal Computers (PCs) that redirects end-user Google searches to fraudulent Web sites." ซึ่งหมายความว่า "Gumblar เป็น botnet ที่จะติดเซิร์ฟเวอร์และผู้เข้าเว็บไซต์ที่มีตัวมันอยู่ โดยจะติดตั้ง malcode (โปรแกรมก่อกวนต่างๆ ) บนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งผู้ใช้ Google ค้นหาข้อมูลจะถูก redirect พาไปยังเว็บไซต์เป้าหมาย (เว็บหลอกลวง) ต่างๆ"

..... Gumblar เริ่มออกระับาดเดือนมีนาคม 2009 และัในเดือนพฤษภาคมก็เพิ่มขึ้นกว่า 188% พบว่าข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ทั่วโลกที่ติด Trojan แล้ว Gumblar ครองแชมป์อันดับหนึ่งถึง 42% รู้จักกันในชื่อว่า Troj/JSRedir-R หรือ Troj/PHPMod-A และรองชนะเลิศอันดับที่ 1 คือ Mal/Iframe-F ที่ครองไปอยู่ 7% เห็นได้ว่า Gumblar ทิ้งห่างอย่างขาดรอย

..... การโจมตีของ Gumblar แบ่งเป็นช่วงๆ หลังจากเริ่มเมื่อเดือนมีนาคมจนระบาดไปมากแล้ว พอถึงราวต้นเดือนพฤษภาคมเหล่าเว็บมาสเตอร์ก็เริ่มทยอยกำจัด และในขณะเดียวกัน Gumblar ก็ได้เปลี่ยน code ตัวเองโดยสร้าง code ใหม่โดย Javascript ที่ซับซ้อน เมื่อ code ได้เปลี่่ยนไปแล้วก็ทำให้โปรแกรม Antivirus ต่างๆ ตรวจไม่พบอีกเพราะ Signature ที่เปลี่ยนไป

การทำงานของ Gumblar

..... สำหรับฝั่ง Client Side หรือเครื่องผู้ใช้ที่ติืด Gumblar จะใช้ช่องโหว่ (Exploit) Adobe Reader และ Flash ไปแก้ไขผลการ Search จาก Google เมื่อใช้ Internet Explorer ในการค้นหาข้อมูล และเข้าใช้โปรแกรม FTP ที่มีอยู่ในเครื่่องเข้าไปใส่ Code โดยวิธีการที่เรียกว่า Code Injection เข้าไปในไฟล์ประเภท .php .js .html ฯลฯ ทำให้เมื่อมีผู้เข้าใช้เว็บไซต์นั้นแทนที่จะแสดงหน้าเว็บเพจที่ถูกต้อง กลับถูก Redirect ไปยังเว็บไซต์จีนเว็บหนึ่งแต่ใช้โฮสในรัสเซีย และต่อจากนั้นก็จะพยายามเปิดไฟล์ PDF และ SWF ที่ยังมีช่องโหว่ความปลอดภัยอยู่ แล้วติดตั้ง malware ชื่อ Troj/Daonol-Fam

ลักษณะอาการหลังจากติด Gumblar แล้ว

Gumblar อาจถูกติดตั้งโดยไม่รู้ตัว จากการ Download โปรแกรมต่างๆ พวก Freeware/Shareware ซึ่งอาจมี Gumblar ติดมาด้วย เมื่อติดตั้งแล้ว Gumblar สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบความปลอดภัยได้ ก็สามารถแอบส่งข้อมูลสำคัญออกไป
Gumblar คอยดูพฤติกรรมการท่องเว็บของผู้ใช้ หรือดูการกดแป้นต่างๆ ทั้งหมด ส่งกลับไป ต่อจากนั้นก็วิเคราะห์แล้วส่งโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมกลับมา และขายพฤติกรรมการท่องเว็บและข้อมูลสำคัญต่างๆ ของผู้ใช้ให้กับคนอื่นต่อๆ ไป หากเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญอย่างเช่นการใช้ธนาคารทางอินเทอร์เน็ต อาจสร้างความเสียหายเป็นอย่างสูงได้
Gumblar จะส่งป๊อบอัพโฆษณามารบกวน เมื่อได้รับข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการท่องเว็บแล้ว ก็จะส่งโฆษณามารบกวนตลอดในขณะใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต หรือแม้่กระทั่งขณะทำงานอย่างอื่น หรือเมื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ยังไม่ได้ใช้งานแล้วเปิดทิ้่งไว้
Gumblar อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าต่างๆ ใน Web browser และส่งเราไปยังหน้าอื่นๆ หรือติดตั้งทูลบาร์ต่างๆ บน Browser และไม่สามารถเอาออกได้
Gumblar ทำให้ระบบโดยรวมของเครื่องช้าลง หากสังเกตได้ว่าเครื่องทำงานช้าลง หรือค้างบ่อยๆ เนื่องจากมีโปรแกรมอื่นทำงานแย่งทรัพยากรระบบแบบซ่อนตัวอยู่ (resident) สันนิษฐานได้ว่าเครื่องติดโปรแกรมต่างๆ ที่ไม่ต้องการรวมถึง Gumblar เช่นกัน

..... โทรจัน (Trojan) มาจากคำเต็มๆ ว่า Trojan Horse หรือม้าไม้แห่งโทรจัน (โทรจันคือชาวทรอย เหมือนคำว่า Japanese ตือชาวญี่ปุ่น) หากได้ดูหนังเรื่อง Troy ที่แบร็ด พิตต์ นำแสดงจะเห็นว่าเมืองทรอยที่เข้มแข็งด้วยกำแพงที่หนาแน่นทำให้ข้าศึกไม่สามารถเอาชนะได้เสียที ต้องมาพ่ายแพ้กับของกำนัลซึ่งเป็นม้าไม้ตัวใหญ่ๆ ตัวหนึ่งที่ข้าศึกแสร้งมอบให้แสดงไมตรี ชาวทรอยก็ดีใจตั้งไว้กลางเืมือง พอตกดึกมาทหารยอดฝีมือก็เปิดประตูออกจากม้าไม้แล้วไปเปิดประตูเมืองทรอยจากด้านใน ให้กองทัพที่ซุ่มโจมตีอยู่บุกเข้าเมืองมาถล่มทรอยได้อย่างง่ายดาย

..... ในด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ Trojan ก็เป็นโปรแกรมที่ทำงานเหมือนม้าไม้ที่ถูกส่งเข้ามาตั้งในระบบเราอย่างเงียบๆ ในมุมมองโปรแกรมเมอร์แล้ว หากเราเขียนโปรแกรม Host (โปรแกรมแม่) แบบ TCP/IP หรือ UDP ขึ้นมาสักโปรแกรมหนึ่ง แล้วใส่เข้าไปในเครื่องเป้าหมาย แล้วที่เครื่องเราเองก็มีโปรแกรม Client (โปรแกรมลูก) ถ้าเป็นสมัยก่อนเราก็ติดต่อในทาง Network ภายใน แต่สมัยนี้ก็ทางอินเทอร์เน็ตได้เลย ทำให้เราสามารถควบคุมเครื่องทุกเครื่องที่มีโปรแกรม Hostเราซ่อนอยู่จากที่ใดๆ ก็ได้ในโลก

..... หากโปรแกรม Host ที่เราเขียนขึ้นมา แล้วใส่คุณสมบัติแบบ Virus เข้าไปให้แพร่กระจายตัวเองได้อีกโดยวิธีต่างๆ ที่เหล่านักสร้าง Virus คิดกันขึ้นมาโดยวิธีแยบยล (ส่วนตัวผมว่านักสร้าง Virus เหล่านี้ ส่วนใหญ่ก็เป็น Software/OS Engineer ไปในตัว โดยรู้ตัวหรือไม่รู้ตัว) เมื่อโปรแกรม Host แพร่ไปในที่ต่างๆ แล้ว จากกลุ่มเล็กๆ ไปกลุ่มใหญ่ๆ สู่ทั่วโลก แล้วก็คอยส่งข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่ผู้โปรแกรมเมอร์ผู้สร้างต้องการ กลับมาบอกผู้สร้างในรูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น ส่งเมล์มาบอกว่าตอนนี้อยู่ที่เครื่องไหน, จากประเทศไหน (ได้จาก IP Address ของผู้ที่ติดขณะนั้น), ดูไฟล์ทุกๆ ไฟล์ในเครื่องพร้อม download ได้, ส่งหน้าจอที่แสดงอยู่ขณะนี้กลับมาให้ดู, แอบเปิด/ปิด เว็บแคม, ส่งรหัสผ่านต่างๆ เช่น รหัสผ่านเข้าเครื่อง อีเมล์, ข้อมูล Internet Banking ฯลฯ สารพัด ที่เป็นความลับ หรือไม่ลับ กลับมา ได้ทุกๆ อย่าง เสมือนเป็นเครื่องของตัวเอง โดยหลักการแล้วโปรแกรม Host แบบนี้จัดเป็นโทรจัน และโทรจันแบ่งออกเป็นประเภทต่างๆ ตามลักษณะการทำงาน คืิอ Backdoors, General Trojans, PSW Trojans, Trojan Clickers, Trojan Downloaders, Trojan Droppers, Trojan Proxies, Trojan Spies, Trojan Notifiers, ArcBombs, Rootkits (>> ประเภทของ Trojan)

การแก้ไข/กำจัด Trojan

..... โดยปกติแล้ว Malware (โปรแกรมที่ทำงานด้านไม่ดี เช่น Virus, Trojan, Worm ... ) ต่างๆ ซึ่ง Trojan ก็เป็นหนึ่งใน Malware จะถูกตรวจพบและกำจัดทิ้งโดยโปรแกรม Antivirus ทั่วไปได้ เช่น Nod, Bitdefender, McAfee ฯลฯ ทำงานโดยตรวจเช็คจากการเทียบจาก Malware Signature (ชุดคำสั่ง) ของ Malware ต่างๆ กับฐานข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ในโปรแกรมซึ่งมีหลายล้านประเภท เมื่อตรวจพบว่าตรงกันก็ทำการกำจัดทิ้งทางเทคนิค ดังนั้นการกำจัด Trojan ก็ทำได้โดยติดตั้งโปรแกรม Antivirus เหล่านี้แล้วทำการ Scan ทั้งหมดอย่างละเอียดจะดีที่สุด แต่อย่าลืมว่ามี Malware ใหม่ๆ เกิดขึ้นตลอดเวลา และผู้สร้างโปรแกรม Antivirus ก็ต้องค้นหา Signature และหาวิธีกำจัดอย่างต่อเนื่อง และหากเราติด Malware ตัวใหม่ๆ ที่โปรแกรมที่ใช้อยู่ยังตรวจไม่พบ เราก็จะติดโดยปริยาย ดังนั้นนอกจากกำจัดแล้วยังต้องป้องกันใ้ห้เป็นอีกด้วย

การป้องกัน Trojan - Virus - Worm วิธีง่ายๆ

Update Signature
เมื่อติดตั้งโปรแกรม Antivirus แล้ว ก็ต้องปรับปรุงอัพเดต Signature Database อย่างต่อเนื่องเช่นกัน โดยปกติแล้วหากโปรแกรมมีการอัพเดตจะแจ้งผู้ใช้ หรืออาจอัพเดตเองโดยอัตโนมัติซึ่งสามารถเลือกได้ เพื่อให้โปรแกรมเรารู้จัก Malware ตัวใหม่ๆ แล้วโปรแกรมก็จะเฝ้ามองพฤติกรรมของโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่เราใช้งานอยู่ หากพบว่าทำงานเป็น Malware ก็จะแจ้งและกำจัดได้ในทันที
ระวังไฟล์/โปรแกรมที่มีผู้ส่งมา
ให้ระวังไฟล์ต่างๆ ทางอีเมล์ หรือโปรแกรม Messenger ต่างๆ เช่น msn (Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo, QQ ฯลฯ) ต้องให้มั่นใจว่าส่งมาจากคนที่เรารู้จักเท่านั้นจึงรับไว้ แต่ก่อนจะเปิดใช้งานก็ยังต้อง Scan ด้วยโปรแกรม Antivirus อีกทุกครั้ง เพราะถึงแม้จะรู้จักผู้ที่ส่งมาแต่ผู้ส่งอาจติด Malware ที่เครื่องของเขาโดยไม่รู้ตัว ทำให้่ไฟล์ที่ส่งมาอาจติดมาตัวไม่รู้ตัวอีกเช่นกัน
นักใช้ของเถื่อน ต้องระวังอย่างมาก !!!
โปรแกรมต่างๆ ที่ดาวน์โหลดได้จากเว็บไม่ถูกต้องต่างๆ ที่มี keygen, crack ฯลฯ แถมมาให้ด้วย เพื่อให้สามารถสร้างรหัสผ่านหรือแก้โปรแกรมจากรุ่นทดลองให้กลายเป็นรุ่นที่ลงทะเบียนแล้วหรือตัวจริง โปรแกรมเหล่านี้มักแถม malware มาให้ ดังนั้นต้องระวังโดยการ Scan ให้ดีเช่นกัน
Macro Virus Protection is enabled
ควรป้องกันไว้ก่อนแม้จะชื่อว่า Macro Virus ก็ตาม ก็อาจทำตัวเป็น Trojan ได้เช่นกัน Malware พวกนี้จะอยู่ในลักษณะเป็นโปรแกรม หรือ script เล็กๆ ที่ติดมากับเอกสารต่างๆ ได้เช่น word, excel, powerpoint ฯลฯ ในกลุ่มของ Microsoft ให้ไปที่ส่วน Setting ของโปรแกรมที่ใช้แล้วให้ Enable Macro Virus Protection เสมอ และเมื่อเปิดไฟล์หรือเอกสารต่างๆ หากไม่รู้จักการเขียนโปรแกรม Macro อยู่แล้วก็ปิดส่วนนี้ไปเลย และเมื่อมีผู้ส่งไฟล์พวกนี้มากับอีเมล์สังเกตได้จากนามสกุลไฟล์จะเป็น .doc, .docx, xls, xlsx, รูปภาพ .gif ฯลฯ อย่าคลิกโดยตรง ให้ scan ก่อนเสมอเช่นกัน ตัวอย่างการเข้าไปตั้งค่าในโปรแกรม Microsoft Word ให้เข้าไปที่ ...

..... การใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตปัจจุบันเปลี่ยนไปมาก มีผู้คร่ำเคร่งร่ำเรียนวิชาทั้งด้านมืดและสว่าง คอยผลิตผลงานออกมาอย่างไม่ขาดสาย Trojan บางตัวเองก็ยังถูกพัฒนาเป็นเครื่องมือการตลาดทาง cyber ที่คอยขุดข้อมูลต่างๆ ของผู้ใช้งานส่งกลับมาวิเคราะห์ หรือแม้กระทั่งพยายามยัดเยียดโฆษณาเข้าไปเมื่อเวลาเปิดเว็บไซต์ หรือหากอยู่ในเครื่องผู้ที่ทำเว็บไซต์หรือกลุ่มเว็บมาสเตอร์ทั้งหลายแล้ว ก็แอบเอาข้อมูลรหัสผ่านเพื่อเข้าไปแก้ไขเว็บไซต์เองทั้งหมดโดยอัตโนมัติแล้วแทรกตัวเองเข้าไปเพื่อให้หน้าเว็บเพจต่างๆ เรียกโฆษณาของตนขึ้นมา เมื่อ Search Engine ตรวจเจอ เว็บนั้นก็จะถูกตั้งข้อหาเองว่าเป็นเว็บที่ไม่ปลอดภัยโดยแสดงหน้า Warning เตือนสีแดงๆ (ดูแล้วน่ากลัว) ผู้เข้าชมก็จะไม่กล้าเข้าเว็บนั้นสร้างความเสียหายไม่น้อย และแก้ไขยากเพราะตัว Trojan แทรกรหัสเข้าไปอย่างเยี่ยมยอด (จะเล่าต่อไปในเรื่อง Gumblar : สุดยอดโทรจันปั่นหัวเว็บมาสเตอร์)

..... แม้ Trojan และ Malware จะมีอยู่มากมายและเกิดขึ้นใหม่เรื่อยๆ ก่อกวนแล้วสร้างปัญหามากเพียงใด หากเราใช้งานด้วยสติ และทำตามหลักง่ายๆ ข้างต้นก็ช่วยให้ปลอดภัยไปได้มากแม้จะไม่ 100% เพราะเหล่านักก่อกวนก็คอยคิดค้นเทคนิคต่างๆ มาเรื่อยๆ แต่ผู้สร้าง Antivirus ก็เฝ้าติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่องให้โปรแกรมมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดเพื่อจะทำยอดขายได้สูงๆ และตัวเราผู้ใช้งานก็สามารถติดตามศึกษาวิธีป้องกันและเทคนิคต่างๆ ที่เค้าใช้ในการสร้างว่าทำงานอย่างไร เป็นการเพิ่มทักษะและความรู้ไปด้วย ยุคนี้หากอยู่เฉยๆ ไม่ศึุกษาอะไรไม่ใช่เป็นการหยุดนิ่งเหมือนแต่ก่อนแล้ว เพราะคนส่วนใหญ่พยายามวิ่งไปข้างหน้าตลอดเวลา หากกระโดดได้คงกระโดดไปแล้ว
