We've been avoiding writing this message for some time now, but we must face reality. As you have probably figured out by now, TileStack.com is no more. Over the course of three years, we built some cool technology, reverse-engineered some old technology, made some friends, had a lot of fun, and learned some valuable life and business lessons.

There are many factors that contributed to the eventual shutting down of this site. Some things were simply out of our control, others were things that perhaps we should have done differently. The bottom line is that we are no longer able to continue hosting or developing TileStack.

To those who supported us during our run by signing up and creating stacks, by emailing us with thoughtful and encouraging comments, or by paying to have your stacks published to the App Store, we can't thank you enough. You're one of the big reasons that this has been so difficult for us to let go and move on, but as we started out saying, we must face reality. It's time for us to move on with our lives and our careers.

Finally, we'd just like to say thank you for your support.
