Together with Matt Pyke from Universal Everything I worked on one animation for a series of reveal films created by Universal Everything for the relaunch of AOL.

Partly inspired by Gerhard Richter’s series of overpainted photographs. Music by Tim Hecker, “Azure Azure” from his album Radio Amor.
I tried to do all myself, but I learned from the open-sourced know how of Quasimondo and Soulwire.

Normally I only post non-commercial work here, but I like this app or toy Marc and I created at Digital Club together with Uli from A++.  I designed most of the effects and ended up writing a lot of the code for them too, inside a framework provided by Uli.

Users can record messages via keyboard, microphone and webcam. Their input gets transformed to visuals in real time. All inputs are saved and the beautified message can be replayed and then be send to a friend or saved as a wallpaper etc.
