As part of a week long ‘Beach Body Beautiful’ feature, Karen was invited on to the show to demonstrate how to lose up to 5cm with The Sanctuary Trim and Tone Body Wrap.  Colleen Nolan and Sherrie Hewson were then tasked ‘generation game style’ with applying the wrap to a second male model and judged on their abilities! 

Needless to say Colleen and Sherrie got very carried away applying the mud and would certainly need a lot more training before being let loose at The Sanctuary Spa!  Quite a treat for Karen too with The Sanctuary being women-only!

All four of the Loose Women panel, Andrea McLean, Michelle Collins plus Colleen and Sherrie, were delighted to be presented with a gorgeous goody bag full of Sanctuary hero products including the Trim and Tone Wrap, Sanctuary Salt Scrub, new footcare and the new home facial skincare range.

My favourite has to be the 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask – being 21 my skin still suffers from the occasional teenage outbreak so needs a pick me up from time to time. I’ve been using it twice a week for the past 14 days and my skin is already looking noticeably clearer and smoother. The Therapist’s Secret Facial Oil is great for people with oily/teenage or combination skin too as it tricks your skin into thinking it doesn’t need to produce the oils that would normally cause outbreaks, as a result no spots, no oiliness but mega moisturised!

The callus treatment works by covering the heel and ball of the feet with The Callus Treatment Gel, you then cover them with the pads provided and leave for 10-15 minutes. After that you get the satisfaction of watching your ’summer ready’ feet appear before your eyes by (painlessly) scraping of the dead skin with the file provided.
