Hey friends!

On this episode, I promoted Nashville based Blues/Pop Singer-Songwriter Alyssa Jacey. She's dropping her seventh studio called “Destined" on May 13th.

I also featured tracks from San Diego female fronted indie duo The Lovebirds and San Diego based folk/country singer-songwriter from Seattle Suzanne Thomas.

In search of finding awesome music in the Bay Area, since I'll be taking a vacation there (I Hope) in mid-July, I bumped into hard rock/indie rock band from San Francisco who goes by The Skinny Guns. I also fell in love with Oakland pyschedelic rock band Spider Heart.

I also promoted upcoming shows happening in San Diego this week (May 13 - May 18) and promoted new music releases out this week which includes Michael Jackson, The Black Keys and more.
Hello Nardicans!

On this episode, I decided to go global with the music. I featured
music from Canada -- played a track from a hard rock/blues band called
Albatross. I also played a track from Canadian singer-songwriter M.E
Law. Featured a track from her latest album titled " Peace, Love, Death
and Chocolate".

I also explored the music of Ohio. Featured two hip-hop artist from
Ohio. Played the latest single from Yaves -- pronounced [Yah-Vess] -- I
apologize for screwing up the name -- even after I heard him pronounce
it on youtube. I also featured another hip hop artist who is from Ohio
but is based out of New York -- goes by Taylorman.

I couldn't do a podcast with out promoting San Diego artists. I
featured a 19 year old pop rock artist Jara -- pronounced [jar-rah]
Kinda rhymes with Sara. Unfortunately I didn't pronounced this right
and I apologize. We also featured a track from the female front band
Sister Speak. I featured a track from their debut album.

I hope you enjoy the music and keep on listening to the podcast.
Located in one of North Park's historic buildings, West Coast Tavern is a popular spot locals hit up for brunch, lunch, dinner, and happy hour. The urban restaurant offers a laid back atmosphere and serves daily specials including "Throwback" food selections every Thursday.

Their delicious Moscow Mules come in different variations known as The Corral, which includes several liquor choices with ginger beer and fresh lime juice. Some favorites are the Unicorn Mule, which has mixed fruit infused vodka for a refreshing taste. And if you want something savory and sweet, you've got to try their Chicken 'N' Waffle speciality, which is marinated in a brown sugar spice solution created by Executive Chef Abe Botello.

This mouthwatering menu item is served during brunch hours and is also available for lunch and dinner. The Nardcast stops by West Coast Tavern to find out what else this incredible restaurant has to offer and why it's a neighborhood favorite.

Hello Nardicans. Welcome to another episode of the Nardcast. The Night Owl Massacre is a dope punk influenced rock and roll band from San Diego. I had a chance to hang out with 3 of the 4 members. We talked about music influences, favorite local venues, the music scene, and how DIY is the way to go. They also stuck around for my second episode of “Nardcoustics” which we played on the show. This is the first time the guys performed one of their songs acoustically.
The episode is sponsored by Bettinatime who will be presenting an event along with Tour Worthy. The event is called Soul Sessions. 15 display artists, 5 live artists and live music. All for a good cause. Bettina Friedman joined us on this episode to talk about the cause and the event.

On this episode, I hung out with my friend, Amy Green. We talked about the good and bad times of 2013. We also talked about the wonders of dating and our 2014 resolutions.

I also broke down my 2013 year and how it kinda sucked but will conquer the negatives and make them positives in the new year.

In 2013, I've posted 59 episodes that featured 170+ songs. I picked 11 out of the 170+ songs that were my favorite songs. This was pretty hard.

I want to apologize for calling my buddy, Paul from NTTN, Pat. Please forgive me.

They are an up and coming Pop/Island/Folk band from San Diego who were nominated for this year's San Diego Music Awards "Best Pop Band".

We talked about the music scene, their upcoming show at the Casbah, and their new Demo that I had the privilege of featuring a track from. Look out San Diego for a new album in the works from this awesome band.

Check them out with Stripes and Lines and Jackson Price at the Casbah on Wednesday Night, November 27th. Pre Turkey Bash at 8:30 pm. Tix $8 at the door.
