Handling of company product enquiries and reservation, processing of booking and<br />confirmation of sales, cancellation of sales, transfer cases, change of purchaser name and<br />change of address and addressee.<br />5. Assist to monitor agent’s sales collection and monthly installment payments, call for payments<br />and report on outstanding payments.<br />6. To assist in daily operations of credit control monitoring, collection follow-ups, with timely<br />and accurate reports and feedbacks to superior.<br />7. Controlling of product’s file number.<br />8. Monitoring and checking of all the sales related documents received to ensure that<br />completeness of the documents and accuracy of the information keyed into the computer<br />system.<br />9. Follow up with Finance Department on the customer booking or excess payment refund.<br />10. Sales material and stock replenishment request (e.g. Purchase Order form, candle, tapes,<br />brochures, t-shirt, sales kit etc) to administrator/site admin assistant.<br />11.
