Being a denim freak I am also a FITNESS FREAK! I love the John Garey, All You Need Is You, series because when I travel and I don’t ahve time to find a gym I can do some of these great workouts. Last week I had the privilege of a behind the scene exclusive to the filming of his second series of videos and let me tell you, they are pretty amazing!

So why not talk about one of his current videos that I am in love with, The Walking Gecko Push-up is a more advanced version of a push-up because it adds a traveling forward and back motion. I love this workout for a number of reason because you can do so much with it. For me, I like this as a warmup, of course much slower compared to how John is doing it. See for most men, a warmup involves a light jog, arm circle, butt kicks, knee raises, torso rotation, etc. But if you want to take your training to the next level, then take your warm up to the next level! Walking Gecko Push Up as a modified version for a warmup wakes up your upper body, lower body, and core all in one great exercise. For me when I did it as a slower controlled move I felt my groin loosen up, hip mobility improved , and it just gave me that extra pump I needed before started an intense workout with my trainer!

WHAT? WHAT ? WHAT? Ok this totally caught me off guard because ….. Well I don’t really thing of GUESS in this kind of way but let me tell you the direction of the Fall 13 line is going to make you also say . . . Denim Battle Time. Nicole Kidman was spotted all over the place a few weeks back for the 66^th Annual Cannes Film Festival. So this week we put J BRAND White denim VS AG JEANS Black Skinny Jean. THE WINNER: I am giving this one to J BRAND. WHY? Well anyone can make a black pair of Skinny jeans that look good ! So great job AG for the black skinny BUT J BRAND takes this one home because it takes some talent to make a pair of white jeans where they person looks AMAZING ! Nicole looks beautiful in this outfit and it’s really the white denim that pull the entire look together!

Not sure about you but every once and a while when I walk about the door I just get this feeling that I might not be home   to sleep in my own bed that night. Living in New York taught me a few things about the unexpected sleep over and how to prep for it …

• OUT THE DOOR IN: It’s summer, well almost, So I am leaving the house in comfort. 7 Diamonds Friend of Friends Shirt not only perfect for the warm weather but the FIT is on point which keeps me cool (temp wise) and comfortable all day. • LEAVING IN: Now this is where I need a change of clothes. I run to my car, grab my HEX LAPTOP TOTE where I  managed NOT to pack not to pack my MACBOOK PRO but a change of clothes that pretty much looks like I just left the gym or on my way. In the tote all my fave Lulelemon: A 5 year basic T shirt in grey, new Rise Shorts in Black, colorful yellow game on boxer Briefs.

A quick shower, mouth wash, fresh clothes and I am out the door on my way home or why not head down and get some Pilates in before the day starts. Or in some cases on my way to actually teach a Pilates Class!
