Well Its Canada Day, the day we celebrate our country, our many cultures and our freedom! Unfortunately -- I am once again found outside of my home and native land on July 1st! :( However, my heart is right there celebrating the day away with friends and family!! send up a fire work for me :) ps... I WENT TO THE GYM .. even though I really didn't want to ... now I just sat down to a nice grilled chicken breast and broccoli......mmmm....it sucks, but its gonna be worth
