Since 2001 we have served the template community and there hasn’t been a major upgrade in our template library in quite some time.  So, we will be uploading over 1000 plus templates, including some great design software applications to the site and… we’ll be back up to full speed sometime within the next five days (note: one day = one week!).

Stay tuned… It’s no joke.  The value of the templates and other resources are top of the line…

Review: The following website templates collection is MASSIVE.  I secured this collection for the TemplateClub from business associates, Joel Comm and Eric Holmlund.  In essence, what we have here are hundreds of niche specific templates that can be plugged into a variety of different website content formats. These formats include… HyperVre templates, HTML web templates, XSite Pro templates, WordPress templates and finally PHP Bulletin Board templates.

There are many bonus materials that we have included with the collection, some software applications as well as a few fairly decent ebooks.

PROS: In my opinion this collection has a lot to offer, especially for webmasters that are looking to branch out into different niches. There is a lot of material to work with here and if you take your time to review how the entire VRE system is put together, you will learn a great deal about building virtual real estate sites. Also, because the basic designs stay true to what is known to work as far as design ergonomics is concerned, you can really save a lot of time.

CONS: When I purchased this collection for TemplateClub, several things about the collection were disappointing – which really surprised me considering the source of the files.  Firstly, the templates were not coded very well and secondly… there were up-sell links everywhere throughout each of the templates!  The truth is that I sincerely considered not adding the collection to the TemplateClub library because I thought that too many of the members would be disappointed with how much work they would need to put into each VRE template to make them work smoothly.

In any event, because TemplateClub had decided to update all our files, I put someone from the team to fix the files… which means that this collection now is very cleanly coded. So, rest assured that which was crappy is now excellent.

Lastly, I want to comment about the idea of building virtual real estate. Ok, in theory… it may sound like a great idea to build a small army of niche sites with the basic underlying thinking that you will make a little money off of each site and that in total… at the end of the month… all this combined income will amount to something. Perhaps! But I don’t think it’s worth your time. A far better approach is to pick a niche and build it with great content. After you get it to a level that you are happy with, and you have automated your business so that I runs efficiently… then move on to the next one. Mark my words… doing it this way will be much better for your bottom line and you will feel much better about what you do.

Review: TemplateClub Graphic Collection Four is a rather small collection, but there are several unique graphics that are part of the collection that are very useful.

PROS: Of all the graphics that are available in this collection I’d have to say that the most useful are the “certificate” graphics. These are simple, yet professional PSD files that can easily be modified and customized for your particular needs.  Most of the people that become members of the TemplateClub are designers and business entrepreneurs, but this one collection alone has added a lot of teachers to the club who see the ease of use of this certificate template for creating certificates and diplomas for their students.

PROS: High quality graphics in various formats and although we’re just displaying samples below, the collection also provides blank graphics so you can customize to your hearts desire with a graphic editing application.

CONS: There are none… All the TemplateClub graphic collections are extremely well rendered graphics.

Review: As with the TemplateClub Graphics Collection One, Graphic Collection Two offers members some VERY well designed graphics to spruce up any presentation, website, ebook or any other format that needs quality and professionally designed graphics to bring a professional finishing touch to your presentation. Graphic collection two was secured from a professional designer and the collection includes some really great selection of buttons, arrows and badges.  All are ready to customize.

Review: Resellers, business website owners, teachers and anyone needing to put together professional looking presentations and websites should always use great graphics.

For example, let me talk to entrepreneurs… Do you have great items for sale but your sales pages are a little dull?  Successful entrepreneurs know that success in selling has a great deal to do with product presentation.  If you have a great big webpage full of text and no graphics, you have a bad sales page. I mean, let’s face it text is good, but when you can use graphics to help tell the story, you keep more attention to your page, hence you get more sales.

I’m not saying you can’t get sales with little or no images on your sales pages, but you can increase your sales simply by adding a quality graphic or two. Liven up you’re sale page with color and images of excited people!

What about resellers?
