We have defined the differences between DFU Mode and Recovery Mode below:

DFU Mode:

It is known as the special mode and it is still interacted with iTunes, but it wouldn’t load the iBoot. The noticable thing is that in this mode, your iPhone’s screen will completely turns Black and you cannot guess whether the device is in DFU mode or powered off when you look at the screen of your device, because iBoot and OS are not loaded with it. Recovery Mode:
