Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe , kunyit bersama dengan cabe merah besar rebus.&lt;br /&gt;
Tumis bumbu yang sudah halus sampai wangi.&lt;br /&gt;
Tambahkan tauco dalam tumisan&lt;br /&gt;
Tambahkan irisan daun brambang , teruskan menumis sebentar.&lt;br /&gt;
Masukan bumbu tumisan ke dalam rebusan daging, direbus lagi sampi bumbu meresap.&lt;br /&gt;
Hidangkan dengan bahan pelengkap dan taburan.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
