Yunsun will be presenting TASMENA to these graphic design students who has expressed interest in working for TASMENA over the past semester. They will be the first team of Emirati designers in TASMENA. It could be official next semester. Yunsun and Omid will be working hard on this process of introducing TASMENA to ZU students.

Currently she is working on registering TASMENA as a non-profit organization in Dubai. She will also be assisting Yunsun with the ICOGRADA Design World Congress 09 in Bejing Trip and also with TASMENA INITIATIVES: proposals to Emirates Foundation.

This is a a design competition. The theme is “Social Action”. We are looking for the development of an idea, design process and prototype in which UAE design students/designers can design to encourage social action in Dubai. At the end of the competition, we will present the winners of TASMENA’s inaugural competition at ICOGRADA Design World Congress 09 in Bejing. We are working on a very aggressive timeline and we are hoping that it can be fruitully manifested.
