Steven Stone – Bundle Of Love

Switzerland based DJ and producer Steven Stone drops fourth release on his Soul Deluxe label: on November 2nd, “Bundle Of Love” is out. The song is dedicated to Steven’s son, and the family of Anthony Moriah, the vocalist of this track, who has sadly passed away in September this year. Besides Original and Steven Classic soulful remix, the huge remix pack goes along: by Mirco Esposito, Gregory Del Piero (also nicely soulful), Shane D (traditionally uplifting funky) and Born To Funk.

This duo, responsible for Traxsource Top tune of 2008 “Kissing Strangers“, is back again with great follow-up, “Little W. 12th St.“. GoGo Music very own German producer Ralf GUM and one of the greatest house vocalists Monique Bingham do it again. It took long to write another tune, and now it’s up for us to decide what is better; opinions differ. :) Remix linup consists of DJ Spinna and Benny Pecoraio which is quite nice but as we know its all about that soulful horny saxy piano Main Mix. Amsterdam Dance Event 09

It’s less than a month left till a big dates for all electronic music lovers. America has Miami WMC in March, and Europe has Amsterdam Dance Event that will take place on October 21-24! Besides conferences and workshops, our attention is riveted on Festival program full of big house parties.

Another UK dj/producer/remixer John Oudo with his own label Bigspin Music London dropped the second release on September 7th. “Loving You” with the vocals of Adeola Ranson is smoothly soulful with clear bass and nice percussion, though sounds very close to debut May’s “It’s Alright”. On the end of summer a new label, Sounds Of The Booth, was born, this time the happy owner is Andy Ward, one half of Soul Central, with help of Reelgroove’s Greg Dorban. Debut release “Unspoken” featuring vocals of Rainy Payne was out on August 24th and had a good Park Street remix included. Second release is already announced for September 28th, “September Song” with Angel Rose vocals, with remixes from Blacksoul, Jose Gonzalez and Soul de Marin. Apparently Andy has now got the home for his works, good luck to him.

Though recently the band performed much with Roy Ayers and even did a single “Positive Vibe” together that is going to be released by Vega Rec… But the waiting is over as we have “Live In The Summer” coming from UK label Favouritizm. With vocals of Tasita D’Mour (of Copyright, Kyoto, Sunlightsquare), this tune is just as its name suggests – perfect chilled summer tune. With a package of big names remixes (Andy Ward, Filsonik, Super-Phonics and even DJ Meme), it is still all about the original IMO.

New from Citrus Sound

Citrus Sound Records is a brainchild of UK dj and producer Doobie J. He’s been djing since 1996 and later came to the production after some problems that kept him from djing for a while. Since then, Citrus Sound became a home of Jason’s tracks with remixes from such names as Soul Child, Dom Navarra, Jonny Montana. Doobie J now hosts the radioshow on SSRadio.

On the end of July, a couple of new releases came out on Citrus Sound. First, Doobie J himself with Dallas Ayres on the vocals debuting on the label with “If You Only Knew“, nice deep soulful thing. Remixers include Fabio Tosti taking it peaktime and Dom Navarra with his perfect latin grooves.
