Legislative Update

The Legislature is finishing the fourth week of the 2015 legislative session. WSDA members spoke at four bill hearings.

We kicked things off with House Bill 1441 and Senate Bill 5159 which would allow for dental therapists on tribal lands. Dr. Chris Delecki, Dr. Mary Jennings and WSDA’s Executive Director Bracken Killpack testified in opposition of this legislation.
