As I am driving on my way home from a visit with my mom, I am thinking about this past weekend, information I have learned, people I have met, ideas to possibly add into my work, and I see with more clarity how many view themselves and their life as ‘reality.’ I hear statements being made, “Well, the reality is ……and they name off whatever their reality is. If we stop to think about this reality, really stop to think about it with eyes wide open, heart open, ears open, we shall find that our reality is not reality. Reality is a word I find many use as an excuse for not being where they want to be. The word reality is a limited thought in your mind of what you think your reality is, what you think others reality is or should be. It is a form of judgment.

I have had banks say to me, “The reality is Barbara, as someone who is self employed, you must have two years of solid documented income in order to purchase a home.” That was a lie and not reality. I have proven that “reality” wrong.

I had an old boyfriend once say to me, “The reality is your not young anymore. Why waste your time investing your energy in potential modeling gigs?” What an ass. There are thousands of models from all walks of life, from newborn to senior citizens. At the age of thirty-five I started competing in body building, swim suit, beauty, and figure competitions. My usual placing was in the top five. A national modeling company liked my look so much (BTW not all companies are all about looks. This one enjoyed my personality, the fire in me, the spark I have. The younger ones gave the company problems, drama, each one going into their interview with a nasty me me me attitude). Any way, the point is, reality is what you make it. Not something directed towards you. You can change your “reality” at any given time, in any given moment by re creating your thoughts. Shifting your thoughts to positive uplifting words, ideas, actions. Thought is formed first before the action.

The “reality” that you have blonde hair is not your reality if you change the color of your hair the following day to red. Reality is a limitation and judgement being placed on yourself and others. What you think is real today is not real tomorrow so why are we constantly using the word reality? Do you put limitations on your self? Others? Do you want to limit yourself? If so, Why?! Did someone teach you this? How far back does it go?

Feel the word reality in your mind, in your heart, see the word reality in your eyes. What does it look like, feel like?  Can you touch it? Where in your body are you experiencing this word settle? Close your eyes, put your finger on that muscle if you can reach it. (If you are unable to physically reach it use your thought to touch it, thinking of the muscle where the word reality settles), asking the muscle, “Is there anything you would like to say to me?” Then listen. Go deeper asking more questions. Ask it to provide you an answer such as, “What do you want me to do? Is there anything else you would like to let me know? Do you have a color? Do you have a feeling to it? Do you have an image? Are you a person? This may all sound strange but doing this exercise is quite powerful for you to help find answer(s). No matter how strange the answer it IS an answer. Look at all of this exercise simply as information.

It have experienced individuals who shoot for the stars, are not ones who live in a limited life. They dream big dreams. They don’t allow others to get in their way. They refuse to believe that Mr(Mrs) so and so says this or that pulling their dreams down as if they don’t have a right to dream big. Some think people who dream big dreams are being scatter brained or frilly or want the fairy tale ending. Many fear dreams, fear a life of blessings, fear they don’t deserve more or better. We have been misguided! When we learn to be and live fearlessly in our spirits, nothing nor anyone can deter us from reaching that place of where we want to be. You can be smart but not intelligent. You can be intelligent but not smart. You can be both smart and intelligent. Lets aim for both. Aim for spiritual mightiness. You will never be free as long as you hold yourself in bondage to your own limited “reality.”

Relationships: We all have them. They come in many disguises. We are all aware of our relationships with other people such as our partner, children, friends, co-workers etc but have you thought much about your relationships to food, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, money, cars, sports, things? Have you really thought what do these things bring to you on an emotional level? Everyone does it. Do you have urges to eat ice-cream to soothe your heart from pain that you think someone (living or not living) else caused. It doesn’t matter what external thing it is but in your mind it serves a purpose.  Are you really wanting, it needing it? Is it a physical need? Is it an emotional need? Is it an avenue for you to feel some kind of satisfaction so you don’t have to look inside yourself and figure out what is it about me that is triggering these feelings, these emotions, this feeling of having to have to have control.  I  know all of us come from the same source. Everyone has a past. I do know the majority of all pain and turmoil stems from deep within. Some of us our consciously aware of it some subconsciously. Think about PTSD. Most people, I think, think of war veterans having PTSD.  I was diagnosed with this. I’m not going to say what from but the event happened many years ago in my childhood. We are human beings. We are spiritual beings living inside a human body. There is no one exempt from worry fear or doubt. Everyone has some form of worry fear or doubt that resides within. Your mind and body are a recorder of literally everything that has been said to you said around you and done to you. Your spirit can set you free. Let your spirit set you free.

Any relationship worth having requires both parties to recognize there own “stuff”. A working harmonious relationship needs to be earned by both sides. We seem to consistently place blame on others any outside circumstance. Blaming criticizing condemning judging demanding thinking we are the ones that are right and the other wrong. Don’t wait for the other person to ‘make things right’.  Start with yourself. Take responsibility with what you do and say. How you react to life. How you treat others. How you treat yourself.  And if you think you cant find it go inside deeper. The answer is always there.  Ask yourself “Why am  I feeling this way? Ask again and again then ask again. It requires a dedicated commitment to you. Change will always be tough. It’s supposed to be. That’s why they call it change. One of the things is to, I think, we are use to change as getting laid off from a job, changing jobs or  sickness or death in the family. But how often do you choose to change your own self in order to become a better person? Hopefully you have someone trustworthy you can go to for guidance. Someone you respect, admire, see as someone you would want to become more like because they exemplify the type of person you desire to become. Just remember to keep in mind your guides/couches are also beings of light that continue to want to grow themselves and they make mistakes sometimes. Love them anyway and forgive them. I am sure they will continue to love and forgive you too when you make a mistake.  I know how hard it can be in the midst of change but when you learn to embrace change you will become a better person…. or not. Ultimately we choose to allow ourselves to become a better person or we choose to hold onto old patterns and beliefs that do not serve us anymore. These old patterns and beliefs  keep us held back in the same ole place. Sometimes I look back and think “How much have I changed?” ” How much more do I want to change?” Where do I want to go from here?  For me I can honestly say my ultimate desire is to have a pure mind and heart. THIS IS BIG! But I am up for it. And that my dears is I believe the most important goal any person can set for themselves. It takes the hardest work because we literally need to change much of everything in order to embrace and know our truth. Our Spirit inside us, that inner being knows all. Listen carefully inside of you and listen to the universe that gives you signs. Look all over the place; in nature, as you stumble through radio signals, TV channels, the birds in the sky, the animals scurrying around, the way leaves fall off of a tree. Pay attention to numbers, letters. The other day V6 269 popped into my head. I havn’t  figured out the meaning behind it yet but I know these numbers and this letter represent something to me.

Relationships

To be ordinary or extraordinary. It’s your choice. Do you choose to lay there and succumb to others? To what society wants from you? To what your boss wants from you? What your church wants from you? What your government wants from you? How many people actually stand up to what you want? To YOUR dreams and desires. This is your life. You have so much more power within you than you could possibly know or realize. The potential we all have.

We humans make everything and I mean everything so much more difficult than what it is. We forget where we came from. Who made us. Even in my hard times and my past I always knew deep inside there is that higher power within me, even if I didn’t quite understand it. The thing is I believed! I didn’t give up hope. I didn’t allow others to dictate to me what they thought I should do with my life. What society tells me what it thinks I should do. Great leaders refuse ordinary. They refuse comfort zones. Leaders fight. They stand up for themselves and others in the name of LOVE.  All success and I don’t mean just financially but in every aspect of our lives, Love needs to be the basis of the foundation. Our intentions must come from a standpoint of love, pure divine love.

We have all heard in order to love another we must first love ourselves. But nowadays how many of us really know how to love ourselves? Think about this for a moment. If we really knew how to love ourselves we wouldn’t be in the mess we are in now.   The country wouldn’t be in the mess it is now. The good thing is we can start today; right now. Right this instant as you read these words. I continually am amazed at how much love I have inside that I know I MUST share. This love is a divine love. The topic of Love is huge and I could go on and on for hours. And someday in the near future I will write a book on all the aspects of love-divine love, self love, spiritual love, physical love, romantic love. Ways on how to really make love to a woman and how to really make love to a man. There is much to learn. Much to say.

Ordinary or Extraordinary

Excerpts from St Germaine Series:

The Mighty Intelligence acting through your feeling world impels you to certain persons, places and conditions where you find the exact thing you require. Pay attention to these various things because they are acting all the time. You look upon these as just happening. Well, it did not just happen. It happened because a Great Intelligence was acting. That is what you should feel. And for every little thing that occurs in your life. of any prompting you should give praise and gratitude right from the depths of your being, for the smallest one will come to the greatest of all achievement, if you will do that!

You can not help what someone does, except to call their Presence into action to produce Its Perfection there; and that is all you should be concerned with-no other persons world, any place or condition! If you do, you will keep requalifying discord in your world by feeling someone else has made a mistake by taking notice of it.

Do you realize how, by your attention, you have constantly invited disturbance, imperfection and accidents into your world? If you knew what conversation, what contemplation, discussions of destructive things mean, you would not do it. To deny a thing is foolish!

Feelings are acting in your feeling world of which you are wholly unaware until days or weeks later. That is why you must face yourself, keep happiness acting in your world, and than everyone you contact will feel that happiness and return it again to you.

Say Daily Upon rising and sleep and however often you need to help yourself stay in Harmony:

“Mighty I AM Presence come forth, charge my feeling world, charge my physical body with the intelligence, energy, love and powers of the presence.”

Truths

I feel compelled to let everyone in on more of my life. Some of the good. Some of the not so good. Anyone who has seen me and or has been reading my blogs knows I am a Victorious survivor of domestic violence. Many women, and men, who have been abused in any way shape or form see themselves as victims. I do not remember once claiming to be a victim. I may have felt like a victim at times but I have always known and seen deep inside of myself that I AM A SURVIVOR!! I clearly remember at a very young age that little ole me would survive and thrive in my life. That I would be successful. I have often had visions and premonitions throughout my childhood and adulthood. I still do. It is simply absolutely amazing how these come about. One that I am comfortable in telling you about is about my children and only because it has passed.

Back in 1983 just starting college I was walking outside from one building to the next. The day was bright and beautiful. I passed an old friend with her friend and immediately I saw in front of me in my mind 3 young children all playing in a dining room. I saw the dining room, living room and kitchen and the way they were attached to each other. This was the home me and my future husband would be together in. I saw 2 boys and 1 girl and I knew they were mine. I did not know the order. This means I did not know where the girl played in this. If she was the oldest, middle or youngest. All I knew was that these children would be mine. At this time in my life I wasn’t even married. So I was like “okay, where did that come from?”  I met my soon to be boyfriend a week or two later. This was the man I was going to marry and he was supposed to be the one I was to have children with. I also knew this marriage would end up in divorce but as to no clue as to why or how it would happen. God protected me from that information because knows ALL truth. God knows  entire life span. So later in life I marry in 1986. I bear my first child in 1988 then again in 1990 and yet again in 1991. I had my 2 boys first then my daughter. Each time I was pregnant I always kept my vision up in the front of my mind.

My visions kept me moving forward and these visions ARE what gave me hope. They literally gave me the strength and courage to get through all the tough times that were going to come when the marriage would become rocky and all that I believed in fell to the ends of the earth. So what I want you to go away with here is first of all if you see visions trust them and wait for them to come naturally. Nothing comes to you when you have the push attitude. When you do that you push your dreams further away. You push the people away that are supposed to come to you to help you in these dreams. I have so many stories about my dreams coming into reality. From the small to the big. Take one day at a time. You have to honestly Love yourself before you can truly love another. And that love really does need to be unconditional. Unconditional love frees your soul. It takes the worry away from trying to please others so much. You do not need to lay submissive to everyone else’s wants. It is about give and take. Above all respect and accept those for where they are now in their life. Each person has their own path to follow. Their own mistakes to make. Their own growth; hurts, pains, turmoil, but also dreams, gifts, desires. Everyone has the right to have their dreams come true. These dreams you have inside of you are there for a reason!! God places these dreams and desires within you because HE wants you to have them. Because you deserve to have them!!  But dear ones you must love yourself enough. Really love you, believe in you, trust and have faith and please be patient. Nothing comes to those who are impatient or arrogant or keep all this ego inside. It is unhealthy not just for yourself but for mankind. It does not matter if you believe me or not but energy DOES follow thought. Go ahead and try it. My only proof is in me and the stories I have to tell. If you want proof you have to make the effort and do it. Think positive thoughts and positive flows back to you. I have gone back and forth with my own thoughts. When times “feel” tough, stressed, down, whatever, anything negative, circumstances, actions from other people your thoughts when directed towards them will come back to you in the same manner! Just as so if you think positive, loving, caring, thoughts. I am not saying you have to be perfect as we are human. What i say is to give you something to think about. Test yourself for one solid day thinking love and watch what happens. Keep your eyes and ears open to everything around you! Every book that I have read on energy, Karma, Quantum Touch, Pyschic abilities, mediation, even Tantra. They all carry the basics. It is all about the intention in your thought. I dare you. For one day let all the ego go. Let all the arrogance go. Let all the selfishness go. When any negative thought of criticism condemnation enters your mind all you have to do is immediately ask for forgiveness and move on. Don’t stress about it or think on it. I know much easier said than done but the only way to try it is do it.

More About Me

Love-What is Love? What does love mean to you? Is it conditional, unconditional? Do you fear loving? Do you fear being loved? If so why?

We all grow in our life learning to love more freely or staying away from loving more freely because of hurt and pain from our past. I know and understand. Everyone goes through hurtful relationships. It can take years to come back to a place to love again; to really love again but It is the greatest gift to give to another and it is free. Follow the Law of Love-take it up and live it. Delay love you delay any incoming perfection. Love and being close to your God Presence when in the stillness of your presence, opens you to receive answers to the questions you have going on in your mind. Seek and you shall find. Knock and the door shall be open. Do not give attention to discordant and destructive words or actions. Giving attention to these things settles into your feeling world because you admitted it into your hearing.

Good Day and a Beautiful weekend this is!!

I feel it is time for a personal note about me to share with you. As you have been reading keeping up with my blogs you know I am an open minded person and I say what I feel. Some may think I am out there more than I should be but to be honest I believe it is necessary for me to do this to let others; especially women, know that you can still say how you feel and be pure to yourself, pure to GOD.

I am a survivor of Domestic Violence. Praise God for healing. Praise God HE brought me out of a horrific experience. Praise GOD I LOVE HIM and I give HIM ALL THANKS! I would not be here without HIM. I would not be here owning my own business without HIM. As a woman, as a person, as a human being, as a child of God I have grown tremendously over the past 8 years since my separation/divorce.

I say to my women readers DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE! EVER!! Dream Big Dreams. God places dreams inside of you for a reason. For you to access them. It is your rightly duty to the Lord that loves you to follow your dreams. THIS IS YOUR WORK!! It can and will only bring you fruits. All dreams are are goals put into action. It takes belief in yourself, a dedicated desire, commitment to continue on in this life with love inside your soul for yourself and others. Yes, even those that you think despise you. I know the pain. I know it requires hard work. I know there are times you will feel like giving up. I know you will at times feel like a failure. You are not any of this as long as you get back up on that horse of life and allow your horse to carry you, help you fly!!

Empowerment

This site is for liberated Christians; a natural Holistic approach; which I am!  I just viewed it and wanted to pass it along to the rest of my folk; Christian or not. It shows us that not all Christians are closed minded,  judgmental and prude.  Keep in mind the site is to inform you, guide you in allowing yourself to at least have an open mind. You do not have to agree with everything on the site, as I may not.

Although I have not been Esalen taught in CA; their DVD I bought and study is absolutely beautiful to watch.  As I continue to watch this DVD I realize how much of this is me. I continue to give love, care and patient intuitive work to ALL of my clients. People ask me all the time “Do your hands ever get tired?” My answer to that is NO. What may tire me comes from emotional tiredness. This is only because I truly do give all of me within my sessions. I have learned to balance my own chakras to bring myself back to the grounded and centered state I need to be in.

Esalen Style

Organic Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4c organic brown sugar                            2 eggs

3/4c organic white sugar                              1t vanilla

1/2c organic butter                            2 1/2c organic flour

1/2c organic all vegetable shortening      1t Aluminum free baking soda

1/2t sea salt                                   12oz bag organic chocolate chips

Mix sugars, butter, vegetable shortening and vanilla; beat well. Add eggs; beat well 2-3minutes. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt gradually adding to wet mixture. Add chocolate chips; mix. Drop onto cookie sheet baking for 8-10min at 375*

You may use Organic Coconut Oil in any baking recipe replacing either butter or the shortening. Coconut oil can help in bodyfat loss.
