Kongsvinger vs Sarpsborg

The game of the season for Kongsvinger, as victory probably means promotion. I think Kongsvinger is better team and will win today. Even more, I think Kongsvinger will win with two or more goals diffrenece. This is second leg, in first Sarpsborg won 3:2 at home. Sarpsborg miss a great opportunity in that game as they lead 2:0 in the finish, have a player more (Guiomar-Nilsson from Kongsvinger was sent off) and instead of increasing the goal difference, they won only with one goal. So, the first reason why I back Kongsvinger is self confidence. I am sure that confidence is more on Kongsvinger side after all happened in first game.

Second reason is Kongsvinger home form. In last five games played at home, Kongsvinger have five victories. Four out of this five were with more then one goal difference. And as You can see, Kongsvinger won home against Sarpsborg with 3:0 in regular season, just a month ago. Here are the results:

Malaga vs Real Zaragoza

Malaga are rooted to the bottom few places of the Spanish La Liga and are facing many uncertainties at current. Zaragoza have got the odd win here and there but with already sixteen goals conceded from five primer liga away matches, they look vulnerable. Come end of season, I expect both teams to be struggling for survival. It has been a very stop and start year for big serving Karlovic, who have not really stringed a run of results together. He has lost several matches by very close score lines and the only weapon that he has on form is his powerful serve. He and Roddick serve the fastest among the tour players on the circuit and if only his return game can be more consistent, he will be a more all rounded player. Entering this Paribas Masters in France, he has lost five of his last six first round matches in all tournaments and although he did make it through on Monday, I do believe Soderling will out power him today.

Soderling has been immense all season long, more notably in the first half of the year whereby he dominated the clay court season. His ground strokes are second to none and one of the major improvements have been his usual feisty temperament. Expect the Swede to defeat Karlovic here, keeping his record of making the last six quarter finals in the tournaments he has taken part in, intact. Go for the Swede to win it in the tiebreak of the first-set, given the fact that Karlovic do win a fair percentage of his serving games.

Clement defeated Feliciano Lopez comprehensively last night to advance into the second round of the Paribas Master in France. Espanyol vs Getafe

Getafe's President has been very pleased with his teams start to the season after enduring mixed fortunes last season. They have one of the better defences in the league and you seldom see them conceding a hatful of goals but away from home, they are not as reliable compared to home matches. Espanyol has been one of the most disappointing teams in 09/10, mainly because many pundits had the belief that they will finally perform to their capabilities this season. The Denver Nuggets were extremely lucky to escape last night against Chicago Bulls as Chauncey Billups thought of acting a little to smart on his final free throw. The Nuggets have been doing well on this road trip, after going 5-2, they now head into the Bradley Center to take on the Milwaukee Bucks in the last match of their trip, looking to give one final beating before they head back home to take on the Lakers in a couple of days time. The Nuggets starters all had a solid night out yesterday, each of them getting into double digits, with Kenyon Martin and Nene getting double-doubles, which will be good for George Karl seeing as how he has to take on an in-form Andrew Bogut heading into this fixture, and will be required to stop him in the paint. Denver will be much appreciated that their bench strength is much stronger this season with the addition of Ty Lawson to their good backcourt of Balkman, Anderson, Carter, Malik Allen and the now fit JR Smith. The Bucks on the other hand have turned over a new leaf, winning 2 games back to back against the Knicks and T'Wolves, but nothing can be said much through victories against these 2 teams. With only Andrew Bogut providing the spark for them up front, and a few contributions from the other starters, nothing much can be read into this fixture. The Bucks are mediocre at best, and will be fighting with the likes of Charlotte, Phili, Washington, NY and NJ for a final play-off spot. Nuggets will do the business especially with JR Smith ready to roll over opponents after his warm-up game last time out.

Real Madrid vs Alcorcon

Perfect chance for Real Madrid to erase the shame. I expect a lot of goals here. As You probably know, Alcorcon won in first leg with unbelievable result of 4:0. It was a big shame for all in Real Madrid. On other side, Segunda B team of Alcorcon became a most famous club in the world. Probably Real will attack with all weapons, but that means a lot of weakness in defense. It's a question if Alcorcon players are capable to score, but I am asking why not. But even if they didn't score, Real must score at least four goals and hope somehow to eliminate the opponent. Anyway, I expect a lot of goals tonight. Feliciano Lopez vs Arnoud Clement

The Spanish and the Frenchman have both endured disappointing years with a very negative track record. Feliciano Lopez should finish the season in the top fifty, and at current he is holding on to the forty-seventh spot. Lopez have been utterly disappointing through the course of the year with only successful appearances at Spain and Shanghai. Going 17-23 for the year is certainly a poor record and a player of his calibre should be fighting in the top twenty five of the rankings. For Clement, he played extremely well in Lyon last week, only eventually going down to Ivan Lubicic in the semifinals, 6-2 6-4. Clement have steadily improved over the last couple of weeks and no wonder the odds are priced closer than it is for this game.

On head to head record, both players are tied a piece heading into this match whereby I am sure the French crowd will behind their national player to deliver the goods. As shown last week at Lyon, Clement was able to feed off the home support, which only provides him with greater confidence to compete with the better ranked players. Tenerife vs Celta Vigo

Tenerife lost the first leg 2-1 at Celta two weeks ago but I do believe that they will achieve their target of at least forcing extra time today. Tenerife may be a promoted team but as shown last season, they were kings in matching up with the division two boys. Moroever, Celta have conceded in all of their last ten away games which bodes negative for them. With three out of five wins at home already in the new campaign, you could say Tenerife has been the most successful team among the three promoted sides to the Primera Liga this season. They are willing to splash the cash on players and do play an attractive style of football as well.

I am afraid Celta Vigo may just come out short again to a determined Tenerife side who will most likely be going all out to pursue for the win, because the International break is round the corner and I am sure they will not want to leave a sour taste on the player's mind at this juncture. Memphis vs Portland

The Portland Trail Blazers have been on a role for 2 games in a row after Nate McMillan has moved to a 3-guard starting line up with Andre Miller, Brandon Roy and Steve Blake, which has helps the ball to be more distributed across the floor and get more players involved. They were able to beat Minnesota and San Antonio with this new set-up, and Nate will look to continue to execute the up tempo offence with Aldrige and Oden sitting in the middle to crash the boards. Miller himself was on the productive end of the points with 21 in his last outing against Minnesota along with contributions from Oden, Aldridge, Bayless and Outlaw. For sure the team with the bigger bench is definitely the Blazers who have Pryzbilla, Outlaw, Webster, Rudy Fernandez, Bayless and Juwan Howard that gives them a great second rotation that can easily slide in and get the business done. The Grizzlies have a good starting five, but have over reliance on Gay, Randolph and OJ Mayo to get the points scored, and while they are definitely a team that's on the improvement, things have not gone their way especially since they have played all their games on the road. They have shown some signs of improvement, but without veteran leadership in the team, that Allen Iverson was expected to provide, things are looking a bit grim, especially since he has left the team in a lurch now. The Blazers should be expected to win this game especially after the great convincing performances that they have given with this new offense.

A perfect opportunity for Birmingham to make a surprise. Normally, Liverpool is a big favorite, but I do not think that everything will go easy and smoothly. Torres will probably play, although he has major health problems with hernia. But it is clear that Torres is far from last year's form.

Finally something about Birmingham. They are in the good form, without loss in the last two games, and opponents were not naive. Played 0-0 against one of the title contenders, Manchester City and won 2-1 against Sunderland. This will certainly mean a lot of confidence for Birmingham players and I think that they are able to remain undefeated at Enfield tonight. And they know how to play against Liverpool at Enfield, as they remain undefeated in last three games:

Philidelphia vs Phoenix

The Phoenix Suns aim to continue on their terrific winning form on this East Coast swing as they have beaten Washington, Boston and Miami and lost to only the Orlando Magic. The Suns have been boosted by a hugely motivational performance from their 2 old warhorses, Steve Nash and Grant Hill. Nash has been averaging 17.9ppg and 11.9apg, which would be truly revolutionary from the farm he showed us last season. Even though people felt that Nash should have been traded, so that the team can built a new set of stars from scratch, but the decisions of Steve Kerr have proven to be right. In addition, Grant Hill is showing the basketball world, as to why he could have been one of the greatest players the game at ever seen. He now making up for all those failures to come back from injuries, by making things count. He is averaging 13.6ppg and 8.7apg. The Sixers on the other hand have been struggling to find a suitable replacement for Andre Miller who left in the off season, as he was the one who was creating the plays for them. Instead Andre Iguadola has to distribute the ball and so he is divide his focus along with the scoring and with Eddie Jordan giving Iggy more minutes, things seem to be going in a similar fashion for the Sixers last year, as they will probably get a 41-41 this season. The Suns are getting great production from their supporting cast like Frye, Barbosa and Dragic and this will make the difference in their play today.

Wigan Athletic vs Fulham

13th placed Wigan welcome 12th placed Fulham to what looks likes being a very interesting game to watch but also one of the toughest games to solve this weekend.

Wigan have been a punters nightmare this season, winning when expected lose & losing when expected to win & they have been so inconsistent it is incredibly hard to predict how they will play.

Roberto Martinez's Wigan side have produced fantastic performances to beat the likes of Aston Villa, Burnley & Chelsea but then have also thrown in abject performances like their 4-0 defeat away at lowly Portsmouth last weekend so it's anybody's guess what they will do in this match.

The only aspect that has been consistent about Wigan is their determination to play open, passing football & at least we know what style they will play even if we don't how well they will do it.

Fulham are easier to predict & certainly do appear to be regaining their conistent form that enabled them to have such a successful season last year.

Roy Hodgson's team come into this game on the back of a fantastic 3-1 home victory over Liverpool which should mean they will approach this game positive & hold the belief they can get a result.

Fulham also displayed their fantastic team spirit & fighting qualities by coming back from 2-0 to draw 2-2 against Manchester City so they should be confident coming into this away fixture.

The one aspect that could affect Fulham is what impact their tough away fixture against Roma will have on this game but that has not been too much of a negative so far this season & they have enough quality in the squad to cope.

I don't see this game as being one you can put down as a banker because any result is possible but what we do expect to happen is for this to be a tight, competitive game & overall a low scoring draw is the bet that appeals the most.

West Ham United vs Everton

We are looking forward to this fixture as there is usually plenty of entertainment & drama on offer with both West Ham & Everton always committed to being positive.

West Ham United have endured a terribly sluggish start to the season but they come into this game on the back of a massively important home win against Aston Villa.

That vital & importantly deserved home win will give the West Ham United players a massive confidence boost ahead of this game & that should see them start to aim to recapture the excellent form they displayed last season.

West Ham United play positive football & will be positive in this match so they do have to be careful with possession & in defensive situations with particularly importance placed the proper defending of set-pieces.

Everton have endured an inconsistent start to their season with spells of matches were they produced excellent, winning football & most recently were they have struggled badly having not won since October 1st.

Everton have suffered terrible injury problems in recent weeks which has left their squad weakened & that has definitely contributed to their loss of form but at least they have still displayed commitment & belief in all their matches.

A home draw against Aston Villa was not a tremendous result but it should at least give Everton a degree of confidence & they will also be boosted by the fact they have an excellent record at Upton Park so we do expect them to be positive here.

This is such a tight game to call & it is tough to rule out any result but given how competitive we expect this game to be, a scoring draw appeals as a value bet in a game that should offer plenty.

Washington Wizards vs Phoenix Suns

Phoenix Suns are in really hot form now, and you can definitely say that the run and gun game is the only way that the Suns now how to play. Compare the Suns to the Suns of a year ago, much younger now, no Shaq to dominate inside, Leandro Barbosa is hurting, but still the job is being done and in fact, reminds you of the days in the past with Marion, Stoudemire, Richardson, Nash and Barbosa. Last time around, the Suns put on impressive show against the Eastern Conference powerhouse, the Celtics. Jason Richardson was on fire, and well supported by a rejuvenated Steve Nash and Amare Stoudemire, who seemed to all be on the same page, as they finally go in search of the elusive crown. The Wizards on the other hand have been struggling due to numerous injury concerns. Antawn Jamison is already out of action for a few months and now another potential scorer in Mike Miller has been injured, which will make it difficult for Arenas and Butler to carry on the scoring load. Randy Foye, Nick Young, Deshawn Stevenson and Blatche all try to contribute to their game, but are not up to the aggressive nature that they should be taking on. The Suns have been great on this East Coast swing, only losing to the Magic, where they started well but lost the plot due to their poor interior defense, which is something they wont have to worry against the Wizards tonight.

Aston Villa v Bolton

This looks a very tight game so il go for under.

Villa are very much in the running for a top 6 place once again this season and with Liverpool and City not on the best form, possibly even a place in the top 4.

We know how Martin Oneill likes to play things- pretty tight- a strong defence has always been the key to his success and with only Chelsea losing less goals so far he will be delighted with his back 4.

Dunne is proving many wrong and ofcourse Collins was always going to a good signing. Cuellar playing right back seems a bit strange to me but few can argue given how well organised Villa are.

Just 7 goals in 5 home games though for the Villa, as poor as Portsmouth who are bottom. I dont know why it is but i never fancy Villa to score many goals at home. Maybe it is pressure from the crowd but even last season which went very well, seen them struggle to get goals in front of their own fans.

Bolton are going quite well at the moment. Its so tight at the bottom of that premiership that a couple of results takes you well clear while a couple of bad results and the manager is right under pressure.

We seen a fine win over Everton and i thought they played really well at old trafford and deserved to take something the week before. Ok they got smashed by Chelsea at home but then who can compete with them at the moment.

It is 6 goals lost in the last couple of weeks though for Megson and ive a feeling that will be on his mind tomorrow. Im expecting a far more defensive line up at Villa park-possibly just the one man up front Elmander and 2 wide in a midfield 5. A draw and a point would be a good result as they try to climb clear of the relegation places and with ex Villa defenders Knight and Cahil at centre back ive a feeling they will get it.

With Bolton desperate for points and Villa not scoring at home i expect a tight game with under being the call.

Tottenham v Sunderland

This looks like the game of the day in the epl so we should see plenty of goals.

Spurs are a terrific side for overs, probably the best in the epl alongside Arsenal. Going forward they have as much quality as any of the top 4 but im afraid the same cannot be said of their defence.

Too many soft goals lost for them to make any sort of challenge for the title. They have problems with both full backs and i must admit i am not a fan of either keeper, Cudicini or Gomez. Both make far too many errors and thats probably the reason Harry cant make his mind up on a number 1.

Sunderland are certainly going well under Bruce and although it was only a draw with West Ham last week they were by far the better side depsite playing the second half with 10 men. They are playing some good football at this time and we seen the black cats manage a fine win over Liverpool and a priceless point at old trafford.

Bent is having a quite fantastic season and he can be sure of a warm welcome at White Hart Lane. Sadly Jones, his strike partner will miss this one as will Cattermole. Its good news that Cattermole is out because he is such an important player in the middle of the park. He is the man who stops so many attacks and that should mean Spurs finding a bit more space when attacking.

I love watching games at Spurs. You seldom see a bad game down there because the tempo is always quick and the fans demand entertaining football.

They have so many options in attack too, De Foe, Keane, Crouch, Bentley, Lennon, they always grab goals. But as i said before they cant keep them out at the other end.

Fascinating game in prospect here with Wolves & Arsenal having different end of season targets but both definitely targeting this game for a win so should make it an entertaining game.

Wolves have one clear target this season which is to maintain their Premier League status & so far Mick McCarthy's team have given it everything in every match.

Two managers & teams who have points to prove clash here with both Tottenham & Sunderland needing to overcome what has been a tough last two weeks so we are expecting this to be a very competitive game.

Tottenham had enjoyed a fantastic start to the season, playing great attacking football & progressing nicely until they gave absolutely everything but lost against a tough, resilient Stoke City side & then followed that up by producing a defensive horror show that gifted their arch rivals Arsenal 3 points last weekend.

Those two defeats have hit Tottenham hard & so this fixture now becomes massively important with Harry Redknapp determined to get Tottenham going again & regain the positive momentum that was gathering.

A big factor in those defeats has been the absence of key players such as Aaron Lennon & Jermain Defoe which has greatly diminished their overall attacking threat & balance.

The good news for Tottenham, & bad news for Sunderland defenders is that Jermain Defoe is back & that will certainly boost Tottenham's goal threat against a Sunderland defence that has looked fragile at times this season.

Tottenham have suffered 2 defeats at home this year but they are usually very solid at home & they will definitely see this as a great opportunity to get back on the winning trail.

Steve Bruce & Sunderland face a very similar scenario to Tottenham with this game their opportunity to bounce back after two disappointing results against Birmingham City & then at home to West Ham United last weekend.

The defeat against Birmingham City was probably the worst Sunderland have played & Sunderland were terrible against West Ham for the first 35 minutes last weekend so Steve Bruce will be demanding an improved response from his players.

Darren Bent has been their key player with his excellent goalscoring record & obviously this match will be extra special to him coming back to his old club & his motivation to score could be a big factor here.

Sunderland will however be missing two key players in Lee Cattermole who provides the strength in midfield & Kenwyn Jones who is a massive threat up front and their absence does greatly weaken Sunderland here.

We like the look of this game & there could be a few goals given the inconsistency of their defences but in our mind Tottenham have a fantastic combination of extra quality & home advantage which makes Tottenham appeal as a solid bet to get the win & maintain their excellent record in this fixture.
