Youtube is the bigdaddy of all the video uploading sites. There is hardly any movie, any tv serial, any function, which is not available on youtube. However youtube doesnot provide downloading options. I was so frustrated initially that I did not visit youtube for about a week or so. After trying out on various websites and different softwares, I finally settled to a website named WWW.KEEPVID.COM.

Keepvid is a truly amazing website. It allows you to download videos from virtually any video websites like youtube.com, metacafe.com, google video, aol videos...etc... If I start counting the numerous advantages of this fabulous website, the list just gets going on... Even then I would like to mention some of the peak features:

Easy interface:- This is one of the biggest advantage of Keepvid.com. Many of the websites which I tried had such a mysterious interface that it took me really some time to figure out the way to use this website.You just have to insert the url of the video in the box provided and hit on the "download button"
Recent videos:- Keepvid homepage displays a list of most downloaded videos. I found the list of much help because many a times I just don't know what to download.
Supports Download Managers:- In my college, the net speed sucks. So if you have got to use download manager to download anything. Since Keepvid supports download managers, I just could not get happier.
Availability of multiple formats to download:- Youtube videos are in .flv formats and the quality is really disappointing. However downloading from keepvid gives you an option of download the videos in low quality *.flv format or high quality *.mp4 formats.

These all advantages have made keepvid a true winner among all the other video grabbers and softwares.

Internet has been something which consumes a huge chunk of my 24 hours. Many a times, when I am alone without my friends I try to look upon some websites potent enough to entertain me for quite some time. In my endeavour to do so, I stumbled upon a website www.Bored.com which really impressed me a lot. The website has a nice tagline "Burn your Boredom" and it has every right to claim so.

It has been always a headache for me searching images on the internet. The main problem was the presence of different search engines. I just could not get satisfied with either google, yahoo, msn, aol or rediff. And so came the massive problem of managing different tabs.. Multiple search engines, multiple image searches, multiple full screen images and hence infinite tabs. But as I came across this website IMAGERY, it seemed like it has been made for me. Its a complete image search engine. Infact till date the best ever I have come across.

Searching an image from this website is very easy and it just facilitates you in a no. of ways. Some of the main features of this website are:-

Richest image gallery- Believe it or not, but it has got more images in its database than google. Moreover the relevance of the images are far more pronounced than any other image search engine.
Inherent Tabbed Browsing- There is inherent tabbed browsing facility in this website. There is no need to open a new window or new tab, rather everytime you search a new product in this website it is opened in a new tab inside this website only.
Opening an image- Well this is the best feature, I have liked about this website. When you click on any image, the full image opens below all the images in the same tab. There is no issue of opening the imae link and then clicking on the link to get complete view. Google should realize that people searching images are not searching for websites hosting the images.
