Kevin decided he needed a “meteorological partner” in the Backyard for the early shows, so in between promo takes and a weather cut-in he built his own. This was three weeks ago, and the little buddy is still out there, just a little worse for wear.

So, while waiting for @mmagnolia22 to come out of the downtown O’Malia’s, a guy in a BMW pulls up to a “No Parking” spot, turns off his car and casually walks in to the store.

I don’t know what he was going in to get, but even if it was just a candy bar a single apple or a bottle of Tylenol, he’s still a self-centered jerk.

I don’t know how important he thinks he is, but that doesn’t mean the rules don’t apply to him. His BMW isn’t even playing a role in my douche-ness assessment, at least as far as the correlation to his perceived importance.

Not enough Kiefer over the summer?

If you’re still more than a little disappointed by the ending to last season’s 24 on FOX, have no fear because Kiefer Sutherland’s next big project already launched in an attempt to help millions.

(NOTE: Let me just say, that I’ve had the link to this Cracked.com article sitting in my inbox since they posted the piece on May 12, 2009.)

Kiefer Sutherland’s Conflict Resolution presentation had me rolling on the floor laughing.

One of my favorite slides has to be “Root causes of conflicts,” though “How many weapons did you see?” prompted a riotous laugh.

The funniest part is how comprehensive the PowerPoint presentation is; you could probably give this at work and not get funny looks for at least a few slides.
