What is the definition of life coaching?

The first use of the term "coach" in connection with an instructor or trainer arose around 1830 in Oxford University slang for a tutor who "carried" a student through an exam. The word "coaching" thus identified a process used to transport people from where they are to where they want to be.

So much to the definition coming from sports, actually it’s the other way around.

The people who feel everything powerfully have very strong emotions in case someone special enters their lives and very often physical stimuli.

If we had always full access to our intuition, we wouldn’t bother talking about it. It would be like the fish trying to understand the water, well, water is water and nothing else.

The problem is that we cannot always listen to our intuition just like we cannot always see the sun, even if we know he (or she) is always there.

In the definition of intuition, we said that instinct is a prerecorded behavior, according to our species and our needs. Things like eating, protecting ourselves, sex, running away from danger etc. are part of our DNA.

Intuition, on the other side, is information that comes out of nowhere.

I have to say that sensitivity had no place in the primitive world.

I had an experience, while trying to play a DVD on my computer. I was inserting the DVD in the DVD player, and nothing was happening.

I found out, after a lot of frustration, that an unknown DVD player software I don’t remember installing, was taking over, and stopping because it was defective.

Highly Sensitive people make perfect visionary leaders, in fact, I'm sure that every real visionary leader in the past, in small or great scale, was HSP.

Highly sensitive people are not broken machines! Highly Sensitive People are not handicapped people with damaged personalities. This is absolute nonsense.

Every day in websites and social media pages I read how many problems sensitive people have, and all these dysfunctions and difficulties and I get really upset.

The worst part is that most of these comments are coming from HSPs who prefer to complain about their existence instead of finding their place in the universe.

Yes, you have been misunderstood, you have been bullied, you have been grouped and categorized but by people who have no idea.

I thought you had. I thought you were different.

Remember, your final destination is not to prove to anyone that you are a good person. Your final destination is to feel self acceptance, free and in peace.

People read the wrong instructions manual about their sensitivity!

But this means that you have to abandon what you think you are and you might need some help with this.

Making dreams for the past means you work or play with your regrets.

The reason why sensitivity has been connected with disorders is because it can turn to a disorder when someone has been abused, physically, verbally or emotionally.

You are not unlucky, you are gifted.

Most of the greatest ideas did not come from logical thinking.

How can I use the right question in my life?

The highly sensitive people were, are and will always be the engines that make the world move forward.

Be the difference! Be the Transmitter!

People with natural tendency to exploration and to creative daydreaming cannot stop all the time and think how to do every day stuff.

Allow yourself to be free of programs.

Many people are confusing the terms “sensitivity” and “emotional hypersensitivity”. They think that being under the permanent influence of emotions means they are sensitive.

This is something only highly sensitive people will understand and not all of them.

There are lots of stories about famous or not so famous people with ADD and ADHD. Since these “disorders” are being mentioned a lot lately I think it's important to see as many aspects as possible.
My experience is that all people with learning difficulties are highly sensitive. If they were not having this fine-tuned nervous system they wouldn't face difficulties. They would just live “normally” without even thinking that something is wrong.
And there is nothing wrong, indeed. It's just that some people are different. There is no disorder, ADD and ADHD are not sicknesses, just labels.
