When a person is constantly worry about things they have no control over or even have control over it often causes depression. If you feel that, there is no hope your sad emotion will implode on your life and cause you to sink into a whirl of chaos. Taking control of your emotions produces good results. If you feel that the world is crumbling down then you are probably thinking negative, which instigates depression and anxiety. In this article, we will discuss some techniques to help you cope with anxiety, depression, thus relieving uncontrolled anger.</p>
<p>First, let us take a look at your symptoms. Do you feel like you are going out of your mind? Do you shout in your head I cannot take it anymore? Do you feel like someone is out to get you? Do you think people view you as a crazy person? If you are suffering any one or all of these symptoms or thoughts then you are in the process of suffering anxiety and depression. <p>If you feel like someone is out to get you then you might have a chemical imbalance or a mental illness. Curling up on a couch and watching a favorite movie can benefit your mind and body if you are letting your thoughts go. If you subject your self to anger, you will most likely have difficulties for the remaining of your life until you learn to take control of your emotions. Remember depression leads to uncontrolled anger.</p>

It is important when a person has anger problems to try to talk to the person. Avoid loosing your temper yourself since this will only cause another problem. When a person has anger issues then that person puts others in danger and if we loose our control then we have a seriously chaotic situation that could lead to violence. If you have a child that has anger issues, it makes since to keep the chain of communication open. Sit your child down and talk with him or her attempting to find out what is making the child frustrated. Do not wait until the child is out of control and then try to talk.</p>
<p>This only fuses the person often. Wait until the child cools down and then ask him or her what they feel caused the interruption. You might want to search your own area of contact with the child to see if anything you said or did made the child angry. This will help you to avoid this the next time you and your child are together. My child had anger problems and he was told to take a walk or a cool down period before addressing the issues. Of course, my child had mental illnesses underlying the anger and this contributed to the problems we endured.</p>
<p>Self-talk and talking is always helpful when we are dealing with anger. Try to find the source of the anger by talking through the problem. Some recommend the angered person counts to 10 or 15, however if there is an underlying cause then this does not always work. The best solution is finding what works for you. It is also recommended that the child play a game, such as PlayStation, Nintendo or other game console and play until your anger ceases. Again, this works for some of us, but not all of us. A great technique I found valuable was drawing the source of your anger if possible. Writing, self-talk, talk, art, and music has proven in my experience to be more effective verses the other types of techniques offered.</p>
<p>Exercise is also great. Running around the block, riding a bike, or going for a walk has proven helpful for eliminating anger for some individuals. Dance is great for relieving anger. Dance is a natural source of getting in touch with your feeling. If you ever wondered what the term she&#039;s got soul means, well when you dance, feel the music and adhere to the steps of the beat then you got soul. There is nothing like the boogie fever since it relieves stress, tension, anxiety and makes your body and mind feel good since you did something constructive. If you must vent your frustration on something, get a punching bad, or else beat the heck out of your pillow. Some great advice came from health fitness experts when they advice me to enlist my child in Kick Boxing, Boxing, or Wrestling.</p>
<p>This is said to teach the person control. Karate is another recommended source for helping a person deal with anger. The problem is when we are dealing with anger; we must get the other person to cooperate. Since most persons angered will find an excuse why the techniques provided to them does not work, it is important to get them to understand their anger, the problems and how the techniques can benefit them if they apply them selves. Crying is good for relieving stress and anger also; however, this is not always suitable for everyone. My children were raised understanding that it is ok to cry regardless of gender.</p>
<p>Therefore, we need to teach our children regardless of gender that it is ok to express your emotions and feelings. That is not a disgrace; rather it is a developing of character strategy that works best for us all. Emotions when suppressed will create more problems for the people in society; therefore, it is important to address your feelings and emotions when they arise. Dealing with the problems when they arise is the best solution for dealing with emotions. Controlling your anger is not always easy, but it is possible.</p>

One effective way to look at your situation is to know that someone else is suffering worse than you are</p>
<p>Forcing your mind to remain positive can help when times are tough to deal with. When you have been betrayed, robbed, manipulated, lied to, hurt and you feel that the person is getting away with something. Remember, the bad people always pay a higher price than what they induce on the victim. It may take some time, but you will see in the end that the bad person will pay a high price for his or her behavior. If you have been victimized, rather than venting your anger in a negative light, trying using your intellect and resources to enforce that the source is paying for the crime committed against you. If you are merely struggling from common problems then remember sufficient for each day and take it one day at a time. Try to find some humor in your situation. Laughter is always a source for relieving anger. When you feel your stomach knot, try to focus on something positive and go do your chores. We can all make more of a situation than what really exists and we all need to stay focused to survive the game of life. If you feel that you are centered out for punishment, then think of the men in war, the children in abused homes, or the wives that are tortured by their own spouse</p>
<p>Now look at your situation again. Are you homeless? Do you have a roof over your head? Do you have food in your kitchen? Do you have your bills paid? If this is true then why are you mad? Anytime we are angered, our body is affected and this causes harm to our health. Is anything worth destroying your self-being, including your body and mind? Is anything worth loosing your respect? If you are angry, think before you act, because impulsive behavior leads to problems that are more complicated. When you feel like the world is tumbling down, pick up your torture stake and walk another mile.</p>

People who are constantly able to complete jobs successfully have a positive attitude-they believe they can complete the job.</p>
<p>- You cannot control the past, so move on. Thinking about how you might have responded differently to a difficult problem in the past is an important part of preparing to be a better problem-solver today. Analyze what you could have done differently, chalk it up to experience, and then forget about it.</p>
<p>The following quiz will help you identify areas where you can take action today. Answer &#034;yes&#034; to each statement that describes you.</p>
<p>1. I don&#039;t wait for the &#034;right&#034; set of circumstances to tackle a job-I know the circumstances will never be perfect.</p>

Do you tackle them first or leave them for last?</p>
<p>Think about people you know who always get things done. What are their work habits? How do they approach unappealing jobs? How do they stay focused? Try doing the least enjoyable jobs first, or put a task you dislike between your favorite ones. As Mark Twain said, &#034;If you have to swallow a frog, don&#039;t stare at it too long.&#034;</p>
<p>If you have trouble making commitments because you think you won&#039;t be able to live up to them, you may want to try the method that served Thomas Edison so well. When Edison had an idea, he would go public by announcing his invention at a press conference. Having told the world about it, he went into his laboratory and invented it.</p>
<p>You may not want to try this out at work any time soon, but I&#039;m sure you can think of many ways to apply the technique of &#034;going public&#034; in other areas of your life. The point is: Thomas Edison, the greatest and most productive inventor in the history of the United States, understood how important it is to keep from drifting into inactivity. His technique for defeating procrastination was an extraordinary one, and he used it to achieve extraordinary results.</p>
<p>Put your favorite inspirational sayings where you can see them. Let people know when you don&#039;t want to be disturbed. Think about the things in your environment that help you get into the flow of your work. What things distract you or make you want to postpone a job? How can you design or rearrange your environment to eliminate causes of procrastination?</p>
<p>Thomas Edison said, &#034;If we did all the things we were capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.&#034; Do something today that you&#039;ve been putting off and start astounding yourself.</p>

<p>Before writing a proposal for a mentorship program, it is important that the goals and purposes of the school is understood and considered. <p>The benefits of the program should be enumerated in order to show the administrators that it is necessary and useful to the school. The proposal should also include the standards for checking the validity, relevance and efficacy of the mentoring program. These standards should be quantifiable to allow for easy measurement and evaluation.</p>
<p>Preparing the proposal</p>
<p>The proposal is a formal presentation of the mentorship program and as such, should follow certain guidelines. The proposal must be well-written and informative, establishing the facts about the program immediately. This will allow the administrators to see whether or not the program will be useful for the school. We can see anger by looking back at the white men that evaded the camps of the American Indians. The men rushed through the camps, starting fires, shooting people at random, and causing a commotion that interrupted an entire village. We can also see anger when we review what the white man did to the African-Americans. The men used these human beings as sex toys, objects, laborers, and so on. We can see in two examples that greed and envy played a large part in the actions committed against the people, and that anger was a root of the behaviors. We can also see that greed played a large part since power and control was the focus.</p>
<p>Greed came into focus of the anger illustrated when we see that the enemy wanted something that did not belong to them. They started with envy, greed and then enforced their anger to take what they wanted, or force the group of people to do what they wanted them to do. We can see that money played a large part in this action also, which links to greed and envy the underlying sources of anger. Therefore, the root started with money, then envy, greed, which lead to anger outbursts against another group of individuals. The cause was noted as prejudice, which is a form of hate, and this instigated the ultimate actions taking against these groups of people. At this time, they had trading posts and bartering systems where many people trading one product for another of equal value.</p>
<p>The persons would trade for land, fur, food and so forth. There was not point in the incidents that took place in this time, since in reality no one owns the land but God who in turn gave it to all of us. If someone believed they owned the land, then trading should have been negotiated for a part of the land, rather than brutally murder, which was a reaction of anger. Likewise, the slaves were sent across the oceans and sold to the American people by their own race. This too was because of money, greed, and envy. Prejudice may have been involved since the source that sold the slaves probably viewed the people as less superior.</p>
<p>We can see that anger is in the picture, simply because the roots and history are there to prove this. However, it may not have been uncontrolled anger to the degree a person can express anger. It did however cause anger down through the centuries as people began fighting for their equal rights. Starting with the Civil War we can see that these behaviors of others caused a much more severe eruption of anger in a group of people and it was all because of prejudice. First, and foremost if God is not prejudice who gave these people the right to judge. The issue can be dealt with by relating to the prejudice itself. If a person is prejudice, it is often due to lack of understanding. When someone is different, it often poses a threat to others, simply because they do not understand. This causes anger to build, since most people when threatened become angry.</p>
<p>Now we can look at these examples as a whole and see that anger affects everyone. We see that anger started with one person or group of people and continued throughout the history. Obviously then, anger is an epidemic that all of us are influenced by, or has experienced. Therefore, if you are prejudice you should sit down and review the history, and think about what prejudice really means. If you are this angry with a group of people, it is simply because you lack understanding. Ignorance then is another source that leads to angry outbursts. Prejudice is not only ignorant; it is stupid if you are not willing to learn. Our history has shown us that anger is tolerable in the system, yet it is something we do not want to tolerate. We can see that the system allowed anger in the, yet is now regretting their tolerance. We can see this as the system is struggling to undo what has already been done.</p>

Personal goals can help guide our lives. Aiming to reach nothing means that you probably will. Setting personal goals can help you take control of your life. They can keep you from being a hypocrite in that you will be acting exactly how you say a person should act because you have a goal to reach. Moreover, they will help you feel that you are successful. You have something to work toward, something you can accomplish. Accomplishing that goal or even taking a small step toward that goal will offer a euphoric feeling of success like no other. To accomplish those goals, though, there are several things you must do.</p>
<p>Before you can accomplish any goal, you must first set your goals. It might help to make a list. Try to start by making each goal a positive statement. Making a negative statement like &#034;I will not make a fool of myself&#034; will only hurt your drive to reach the goal. Your list should also be very precise. Be sure you have a way to achieve that goal. Setting times, calendar dates, or amounts will help this measure of precision. As you are setting your goals, be sure to prioritize them. Perhaps you would like to climb Mount Everest and save sixty thousand dollars. If you need the money to make the journey and the climb, it should certainly be listed before the climb. As you make your list, you should set two types of goals. Set both short term and long term goals. Short term goals should be small, achievable items for which you can reward yourself. Long term goals should still be realistic, but they should be slightly more difficult to reach. Above all, do not set your goals too low. This can only lead to self doubt and resentment. One way many people start considering their personal goals is by considering their funerals and working their way backwards through their lives. It might even be useful to write your own eulogy in order for you to decide what you might want to be remembered and though about for. This exercise is not meant to depress you, it is only meant to help you realize how important your life is and what goals you want to meet.</p>
<p>Once you have set your goals, it is time to start reaching them. The first way to do this is to remind your self of them often. If you sit down and make a list of your goals on New Year&#039;s Day, but then you do not even think of your list again until a year later, you probably have not made very much progress toward your goal. It can be helpful to start every day by reminding yourself of those goals. This can help in your drive toward achievement.</p>
<p>Another way to achieve your goals is to tie each goal to a mental picture. Instead of simply making a goal like saving a million dollars by retirement age, tie that to a positive mental picture of sitting in your dream retirement home that you have built with your savings. This can only help as you deposit so much of your hard earned wages into your savings account.</p>
<p>In order to achieve your goals, you should spend some time thinking about each one. Make a few lists on a regular basis. Make a list that discusses the ways to reach your goals, and make another list that looks at what is keeping your from reaching your goals. Information is power in any situation, and it is certainly true of this one.</p>
<p>As you think about each goal, you should also spend some time planning each goal. At least once a year, write down daily, weekly, or monthly steps you should take to help you reach your goal. Look at your plans often, and learn from them. How much are you actually accomplishing? Make adjustments to your plans and to your goals as you feel it necessary. However, do not sell yourself short as you are making adjustments.</p>
<p>Finally, in order to accomplish your goals, stay on track. It might help to find someone who can help you stay on track with your goals whether it is a spouse or a close personal friend. Additionally, reviewing your goals frequently, forming mental pictures, and not overloading yourself with goals can help you stay on track toward your dreams.</p>

Think about it!  There is the company wide bonus for achieving the customer service satisfaction goal; next is the reward for the most productive team member; the boss also recognizes the most efficient worker, the most enthusiastic assistant, and so forth. The list of recognitions is seemingly endless. Yet what about getting recognized yourself?  Do you reward yourself for the things you did well?  Do you recognize yourself for the accomplishments you have celebrated?  While the boss may not have noticed your daily struggle to meet the deadlines, you have. Yet have you taken the time to reward yourself?</p>
<p>Rewards do not need to be outlandish. They should be realistic, in keeping with your budget, and something out of the ordinary. For example, if you go out to eat each Friday night, this customary trip to the restaurant is not the same as a personal reward. You would have gone anyways. Perhaps an additional dinner out on another night of the week would be in order!</p>
<p>Similarly, your personal rewards should be tied to realistic, and achievable, goals. Do not raise your bar so high that you cannot possibly achieve it. You may wish to reward yourself for accomplished short term, mid term, and also long term goals. This system of rewards will permit you to stay on task, and to also see some direct positive results from your hard work.</p>
<p>It is interesting to note that rewarding yourself will not only increase your personal morale, but it will actually have a positive effect on your time management. Are rewards a valuable time management tool?  Yes!</p>
<p>Time management demands a firm grasp of what you are doing with your time. By scheduling your appointments, you keep your day on track and your customers and clients happy. By scheduling your leisure time (or reward time) you will keep yourself happy. By combining both schedules, you will find a realistic set of time that you have left to accomplish the work that will not take you out of the office. At the same time, this combined schedule will remind you of the reward in store for the successful completion of the project, meeting of the deadline, or any other short term reward you may have chosen. In a way, this reward will be the dangling carrot in a world of office politics, next to impossible deadlines, and telephones ringing off the hook!</p>
<p>Rewards will also become highly effective time management tools when you consider how much harder this form of self motivation will make you work to accomplish your set goal. Goal setting in itself is a major component of effective time management, and it is easy to see how a desirable reward could be a great form of motivation.</p>
<p>Another aspect that draws a clear correlation between the art of time management and the carrot of rewards is the simple fact that a highly motivated individual will focus on a project and perform all steps needed to accomplish it. In other words, if you have your recreational time planned, and your appointments set up, the remainder of the time is yours to decide how to make it work the best for the needs you have of it. Suddenly the game of computer Solitaire is no longer so enticing when you realize that it may very well take away from the opportunity to accomplish the short term goal and the coveted reward. Naturally, personal wastes of time are only part of the issue. The other part revolves around the proper usage of all available resources, such as co-workers, team members, and even bosses!  Train up your fellow workers so that they may assist you competently and confidently with some of the tasks you have to do. By delegating as much as possible, you will soon find yourself with an easy to handle workload that is not threatening to overwhelm you.</p>
<p>Last but not least, proper planning of both work and fun time will allow you to have a healthy balance in your life. With a healthy balance, you will be able to manage your time effective and consistently.</p>

<p>3. Talk about real life experiences. Talk about what you or others went through in dealing with your subject (i.e. - the chaotic experiences of managing lifestyle, problems faced when dealing with implementing your solutions, etc.)</p>
<p>4. Make eye contact with as many audience members as possible. Your audience needs to feel like you&#039;re speaking directly to them. Eye contact is one of those subtle one-on-one connections that cannot be bypassed.</p>
<p>5. Be a resource for your audience. Don&#039;t be afraid to give more information than your presentation allows. Answer all questions that are asked. Ensure that the solutions you present are simple to implement in anyone&#039;s lifestyle.</p>
<p>Drawing people into your presentation will ensure that you are able to connect with your audience. By making your audience a part of your presentation, they will be more attentive to what you have to say and will be more likely to take action on what you&#039;ve discussed. Motivation comes as a result of making an individual connection with your audience. <p>Stress is a type of reaction that our brains and bodies have developed over thousands of years in order to help us operate in a fight-or-flight mode. When we are presented with a situation that requires quick thinking, our brains release several different kinds of chemicals into your body in order to spur it into action. The chemicals cause our hearts to beat at a quicker pace, our muscles to tense up and prepare for action, and our speed of breathing, and our blood pressure increase at a rapid pace. In this way, our bodies are prepared to fight or to attempt to run away from the problem. This could be a useful mechanism if we regularly encountered problems such as animal attacks as our ancestors faced, but in the modern world, stress can become very built up within the body and it can lead to a wide range of different mental as well as physical problems. Many people who live in modern day society are unaware of how to take care of stress when it hits them, and they often let it well up inside of them until they are unable to control it anymore. A long period of unreleased stress can lead to a case of high blood pressure and many other possibly fatal health issues.</p>
<p>One major cause of stress is a heavy workload. When we have many things that we have to do, it can be tough to tell which action to take next in order to reap the best benefits. With that in mind, one way of reducing the amount of stress that you are feeling when you have a lot of things to do is to prioritize a list so that you can get the things you need to do done quickly and effectively.</p>
<p>Going along with that idea, one of the main things that can build up stress is having to choose between two decisions when there is not a clear answer as to which one you should take. Your mind can tear itself apart when trying to think of the right decision during a similar type of circumstance. If you have a problem and you can&#039;t really tell what to do, try to get a different perspective. Ask yourself what someone you respect would do when presented with the same circumstances. Whatever you do, don&#039;t waste your time pining over a decision. Asking someone else&#039;s opinion may also be helpful in relieving the stress of making a tough choice.</p>

Our body and mind needs nutrition, exercise, love, education, and to produce creativity and this is needed throughout our lives for us to function properly in society. Our brain consists of a parent side, creative side, nurturing side, critical side, and so forth. When one of these sides is off balance, it affects our emotions and thinking. When the emotions and thoughts are interrupted, we are subject to exploding when our anger emotion is threatened. The mind is complex, but a basic understanding can help us to live a more productive life.</p>
<p>If you are out of touch with your emotions and thoughts then you will need to evaluate each area of your mind. For example, is your nurturing side fulfilled or is it craving the need to care. Is your critical side taking control of your thoughts by producing a judgmental personality? If so then you need to open your mind and get in touch with your critical side to search for a way to reduce your judging attitude. A judging attitude contributes to emotional stimulus and when you are acting out of accordance to a standard then you are enforcing anger buildup. What about your parenting side? Alternatively, the need to feel loved and to give love? Are you lacking in this ability and are you feeling the love that your psychological process requires? If not maybe, you should sit down and think about everyone you know. How are they treating you? Are you in touch with the definition of love? If your friends visit you regularly, are you taking them for granted by expecting more from them than they can do? Are you creative or are you a person that waits for someone else to create something for you? Creativity is essential for functioning properly in life.</p>
<p>Creativity is a power we all have and if we produce creativity when it is needed we might find a way out of the many problems we face. For example, if you are in trouble with the law and are not creative how are you going to get out of trouble? What if a danger moment presented itself to you, what would you do? Creativity is not a single skill; rather it is a series of skills. Creative is not a dancer, writer, actor or musician, rather it is a person that can creatively think his or her way out of any situation when they arise. It is important to analyze your thoughts and emotions to see what is missing. If you are missing a necessity then you are subject to anger.</p>
<p>We all need to feel a sense of control. If we are lacking control, it makes us feel a heated rush of anger throughout our life. When this anger builds to a breaking point then something is going to happen. If you handle your negative anger by striking another person, screaming at a person, assaulting another person then negative consequences will result. On the other hand, if you take control of your emotions you will be rewarded with good results and minimal consequences. Beliefs also play a role in emotions and anger.</p>
<p>If you believe that the world is out to get you then you are setting your self up for failure. The world has its own problems and they are consumed trying to figure out strategies to survive rather than sitting around a table trying to figure out how they can get you. Most people in the world do not even know you, much less considering wasting their valuable time on getting to you. When a problem occurs it is usually because of a decision we made, or else someone had bad intentions in the role. For example, if you travel one road knowing all the details about the area, and decide the next day to take another route and find your self late for work&#8230;Who created the problem? You created the problem for your self and now you have to find a way to fix the problem.</p>
