Now you are doing everything to know more about how you will be able to achieve that. If the case is simple and you think that you can handle this on your own, you might as well start on it while the child is at the stage where you can easily control them. You should also act upon things before they enter school and start mingling about with kids their age.</p>
<p>The main thing that you must understand about the matter is that this is a process. You must never impose for changes to happen so quickly. As much as possible, you would want your child to enjoy their age. You are only helping by molding them to become the kind of person that could have a better outlook and disposition in the future. Here are some points that you can start thinking about when you have set your mind into helping your kid become more active and more expressive.</p>
<p>1. The first thing that you must be careful about is for your shy kid to be teased about their attitude. This will only make matters worse for them and they may find it harder to move forward and get past such attitude if they will often receive this treatment. You may have not noticed it before, but even their own family members commit this mistake and what&#8217;s worse, they do it in front of other people. You must be alert all the time to prevent this kind of occurrence. At this point, you have to think of ways of how you can help boost your child&#8217;s confidence and self-esteem and teasing is not part of it.</p>
<p>2. You may have noticed that your child wants to be often left alone. You can allow them to do that but make sure that you counter that by exposing them to events and other happenings where they can also get exposed to many people. You can bring them to places where they will enjoy themselves and see other kids interact with one another. If they show signs of trying to be sociable, you must praise them for the effort and show your support by encouraging them to continue such behavior.</p>
<p>3. If they are being asked questions by other people, do not easily speak for them. Allow them to speak for their own behalf. Give them a chance to strategize their answers or how they would want to approach the matter. Just come into rescue when you see that they are really not interested in continuing with any conversation to the people who are talking to them.</p>
<p>4. You must not brutally tell them what you want to happen or why you are doing these things and following certain techniques in order to help them. You must do everything subtlety. You must not let them feel like you are rushing them into becoming who you want them to be. Allow them to grow, get over shyness and come out of their shell at their own pace.</p>

<p>No pain, no gain. In order to achieve goals, it is imperative that you act yourself. You have to think deeply, dream greatly and act immediately if you want to achieve something in your life.</p>
<p>But how can you do so effectively? Well, there is one major and significant key &#8212; goal setting.</p>
<p>Goal setting</p>
<p>Through setting your goals, you are applying motivation to yourself. Such motivations are aimed as encouragements and inspirations to help you move on and attain that specific target, usually a state of being or a material reward for yourself.</p>
<p>Goal setting is often thought and regarded as an easy task. But you might have probably proven that it is an otherwise excruciating and ardent activity. Thus, it has to be effective.</p>
<p>Goal setting is easy, but the steps and processes to make the goals effective and the measures to achieve these goals are the part of the idea that makes the concept hard and tough.</p>
<p>Be also aware that the way you set your own goals significantly affect the effectiveness and soundness of such goals. Thus it would be advisable if you follow these simple tips on effective setting of goals.</p>
<p>Some tips on effective goal setting</p>
<p>Here are some useful, practical and simple guidelines that would surely help you set your own goals effectively and achieve them.</p>
<p>* Try to set performance goals that are achievable and feasible. Many people fall on the mistake of setting outcome goals that they have really no control over. Performance goals are goals, which can be achieved by sheer determination and action. Outcome goals are usually situations or state of being that sometimes are out of control.</p>
<p>* Be specific when setting goals. By being specific, you have to specify the desired and target outcome of a set of actions or moves. By being specific, you also set measurability of an action, so you can check every now and then the progress you are doing over a goal.</p>
<p>* Be realistic on setting goals. Do not set goals, which are, in general and from the start, impossible to achieve. Adults and analytic people know how to be realistic most of the time.</p>
<p>* Do not aim for the sky. They say, aim for the ceiling instead of the sky, because the ceiling is easier to reach than the sky. By so doing, achieving a goal becomes easier and more motivating. If you want to pursue a higher goal after attaining an initial one, then go for it. After reaching the ceiling, you can now start to aim for the sky. Failures for such goals would hurt more, for sure, so be ready to the endless possibilities.</p>
<p>* Think of your goals over and over. Doing so would enable you to perform a simple reality check. Check on yourself, the situation, the available resources, your skills and the overall backdrop. This would enable you to check on the feasibility and your progress on achieving the goal you have set yourself.</p>
<p>Overall, successful people have attained success because they learned how to meet and achieve their goals. If you want to achieve something or be somebody, start setting your goals. That would provide you with a good and effective start up.</p>

If you are one of those people who are trying to come up with ways to save money in this unstable economy, developing a simple lifestyle is the best motivation that you could have. When you have mustered enough motivation to save money, the rest will then follow.</p>
<p>Self-motivation can indeed be enough for a person to save money, here are some of some simple ways to get started:</p>
<p>1. Try cutting down on grocery or shopping sprees. Buying groceries is a necessity. But, this doesn&#8217;t mean that there&#8217;s no opportunity for you to save. For a person to save money, before going to a supermarket he or she must conduct an inventory on your supplies. This will help the person determine how much more they have ion the house and can help them estimate the period of time that these supplies will last.</p>
<p>After knowing what are the things needed, make a list to prioritize the items that are of utmost importance. The same formula can be used when shopping for clothes and other accessories. To save money, the key is to limit expenses on the items that you really need and keep whatever cash one has at hand.</p>
<p>2. Collect as many coupons as you can. It takes great motivation for one to keep things that may seem cheap to other people such as coupons. But if one is really motivated to save money, he or she wouldn&#8217;t care because these days, coupons are not only applicable to just groceries only. In fact, major establishments such as restaurants, cinemas and even boutiques accept and give out coupons to its customers to offer a discount. If one keeps these coupons, they can get a little discount on establishments that they usually go to and would actually save money in the long run.</p>
<p>3. Whenever possible, commute. Using a car these days is not really advisable because of the gas price hike. One can save lots of money if he or she would take advantage of public transportation or even carpools. Aside from saving some money on gas, they can also save some more since they don&#8217;t have to pay for the car&#8217;s maintenance and parking.</p>
<p>4. Less energy means more money. Experts say that if only many people will use self-motivation to save money, then there would be lesser problems in terms of energy usage. Today, the fact remains that many people do not realize it but one of the best ways to save money is to save energy.</p>
<p>So, for people to be motivated to save money and energy through electricity, they should make it a habit to unplug cables from their outlets when they don&#8217;t use them.</p>

Unless you start revamping your self confidence, you will have to agonize endlessly with the very thing you are fearful of- low self confidence.</p>
<p>Our self confidence is the accumulation of all our reactions to the experiences that life brought us, the manner by which we were guided by the older people in our environment and how we and the society view us. Many factors are contributors to our personal understanding of confidence.</p>
<p>One determining factor is how well we expect ourselves and the circumstances of our lives should be. Many tend to fall into the trap of creating unrealistic expectations. In the process, their losses are becoming too painful that they eventually suffer the effects of creating lower self confidence. Others, on the other hand, lean more on playing safe and thus create more achievable goals that are easier to attain. And because achievements add largely to the development of self confidence, these people benefit from knowing that they are somehow capable of doing something.</p>
<p>You may already have heard the phrase- &#8220;its all in the mind&#8221;. And to many psychological and emotional conditions, we can actually say that everything is all in the mind. They rooted and develop from the mind and so, the antidote might as well come from the same source.</p>
<p>You can always condition yourself to feel the way you want or to feel the way you don&#8217;t want. You can suppress emotions and in the process, help emotions materialize. Say you want to feel hatred of yourself over not being good enough. If you make yourself believe in that hatred and you truly are convinced that you are not good enough, you will only get two products- one, genuine hatred and two, lower self esteem.</p>
<p>The majority of us are caught unaware with our words. We sometimes fail to check ourselves of the things we are registering in our subconscious mind.</p>
<p>You may not have deliberately said it recently but since you are used to hearing yourself mumble- &#8220;I am a looser&#8221;, or &#8220;I&#8217;m not worthy of anything&#8221;, your subconscious self might as well believe that these are the facts.</p>
<p>Even now as we speak, many out there believe in these statements.</p>
<p>They are not mere words. They are for real and they will actually dig deep in your subconscious mind, which will then be integrated into your being. If you believe in these then there is no way that you won&#8217;t believe in their direct opposite.</p>
<p>Central to building self confidence is one&#8217;s belief in himself. Whatever you set your mind to believe will all be taken as factual. Thus, you only have to manipulate the values that you would like to acquire. Otherwise, no amount of waiting can make you change. The motivation must come from you. Suggestions may come from outward sources but in the end, it will be you and yourself that will set out to do the battle.</p>
<p>Changes must begin from you. You may start with talking to yourself using positive statements like &#8220;you are great&#8221; (for you truly are a great individual waiting for your talents to be tapped). Or &#8220;you are beautiful&#8221; (because believe in this or not each one of us were created beautifully to give glory to our Maker).</p>
<p>You cant stay long in your madness over having low self confidence. Somehow, you have to change your perspectives and live a different life that looks forward to better things.</p>

This is the thing that drives people to do the things that they do, say the things that they say and create the things that they make. It is even partly responsible for the choices that we make in our jobs, in our courses in college and even in our partners in life.</p>
<p>Motivation is what drives people and it serves as the lifeblood of people, the one that propels them to go on and on, never mind the hunger or the tiredness. Not all people however are motivated the same way. In fact, there are people who ant to have different things for different reasons. It is unfortunate that people do not realize this. Otherwise, it will be very easy to deal with people and well to manipulate them in a way.</p>
<p>Here are some of the different motivations that people subscribe to. Read on and you might find one that will help you deal with people close to you. It might even help you deal with your own self.</p>
<p>1. Achievement</p>
<p>This people are those that wants to work, work and work. They don&#8217;t need to be given money, rewards or anything of the sort to work. They work for the sake of the work and not for anything else. When you are looking for people, this is the kind of employees that you might want to consider. These people are dedicated and often, they are the ones who are persistent and have a high energy levels. They also want to be given responsibilities and when they have achieved something, they will get right on to doing the next one without even resting.</p>
<p>2. Affiliation</p>
<p>You might wonder what others are thinking why they just give up their careers for love. You see women who dedicate their lives to serve their husbands and you cringe at the choices that they have made. But this is because your motivation is not the same as theirs. What motivates these people is their need for affiliation. These people need love in their lives. This is the only thing that they aim for. It&#8217;s not important for them to have a career or to achieve something in life, they just want to have people love them and have a support system.</p>
<p>3. Security</p>
<p>These people care for the future. They are already thinking of their future in old age even if they are still in their 20s. Often these are the people who are into material possessions because they feel that having money will secure their future for them. Besides money, these people also want to have properties and all kinds of assets. Having a steady job is also important to them. Change is not something that these people can abide.</p>
<p>4. Nurturance</p>
<p>These people are the natural mothers of the world. They have the constant need to mother people or to care for someone. Often, people go to them when they want to comforted or just to have someone to listen to them. They are nurturing and motherly in their attitudes towards people and would be great teachers, counselors and mothers.</p>
<p>There are different types of motivation and each person has a different set. This is what sets people apart and what makes the world so much more interesting and alive.</p>

Members of organizations should receive periodic performance evaluation so that they will know if their efforts are satisfactory for those superior to them.</p>
<p>You can be able to develop an efficient system that will measure your performance level in your organization.</p>
<p>Performance consists of effectiveness and efficiency with efficiency being the ability to choose appropriate goals and achieve them.</p>
<p>Most managers believe that the only factor that holds back the growth of a company is the ability to hire a good working staff. But hiring them is only the first part. Sometimes you can begin a job with fervor and slowly the burning desire to work dies down.</p>
<p>Setting performance goal is an objective oriented, formal and participative planning and review process for staff empowerment. It is a chance given by an organization for its members to perform better in an open and constructive environment which will improve the entire company altogether.</p>
<p>Setting performance goal across the entire organization will help staff on seeing their work goals and objectives clearly. The measurement of their achievement over a period of time and the identification of their professional improvement are also given value. Setting performance goals will remind organizations to review the staff&#8217;s progress on the overall goals and plans of the organization.</p>
<p>Setting performance goal provides impact on the action area of supervision among managers, evaluation and planned individual development, further professional development, and career path taking for all the other members. Together with the house rules of the organization, setting performance goals also helps in the development of the behavior and attitudes of the staff members towards work and each other. Staff development on responsibility, honesty and loyalty, accountability and altruistic vision is given proper time and attention.</p>
<p>The achievement of performance goals also provide a good and solid foundation for their career success as individuals. So there is the need for them to bring about their inner motivation in the work area.</p>
<p>Performance checking on a departmental level is based on measures of performance such as productivity, output, customer satisfaction and human resources concerns such as tardiness and absenteeism. Team-based goal setting, on the other hand, is concerned with the objectives for development for a group of employee working together for a specific goal. Lastly, individual goal setting focuses on employee performance qualitatively and/or quantitatively.</p>
<p>Steps in setting performance goal include the following:</p>
<p>- goal setting for the following year<br />
- goals and outcomes review<br />
- recap of past performance<br />
- open discussion and recommendations regarding development area and career direction<br />
- among others.</p>
<p>The results of each performance goals should be written down and recorded. This will allow the individuals in the organization to follow up by working on those functions and activities that need improvement.</p>
<p>Setting performance goals help clear up any misunderstandings about job content that will arise. This is also very helpful in the work area.</p>
<p>Effective implementation of performance goals is a complicated task that involves organizational culture, effective goal setting, leadership, merits for good performance, performance assessment, evaluation and training.</p>
<p>However, setting performance goals will enable each member of the staff to understand  their true value to the company which will increase their ability to add more of their contribution to the success of the organization.</p>

<p>A set of goals will begin by having a clear understanding of your overall vision or long range goals. You must have a definition of why you are in school and what is important to you now and hereafter.</p>
<p>Set goals that are manageable, realistic and attainable for you now as a student and in the future &#8211; meaning short term and long term plans. Set concrete and specific goals that you can transform into achievable tasks on a daily basis. Specific short term goals can be &#8220;study my chemistry lessons at least 1 hour every night&#8221; compared to the usual &#8220;study more.&#8221; Being specific in making goals will guide you on what you are exactly set out to do.</p>
<p>Goal setting improves students&#8217; self-image. It calls to awareness your strengths that are necessary to overcome and provide solutions to problems, and your weaknesses so you can start to improve them. If students learn how to set their goals properly, it can give them visualization on how to plan actions to achieve goals and how to carry them out.</p>
<p>Other benefits of goal setting</p>
<p>- motivates you to set priorities as a student and make a clear direction of your desires</p>
<p>- makes you responsible in the decision making process</p>
<p>After you have set your goals, here are some ways that can help you while you are achieving them:</p>
<p>- find a group of friends that you can really trust even with your life. You can develop friendship with someone that cares about you and your goals.</p>
<p>- develop your study habits. Do not force yourself if you cannot concentrate, instead walk away from your notes for awhile and relax your mind. Then you can go back to studying as soon as you feel better.</p>
<p>- design yourself a schedule that will help you manage your time and your school activities. Make one and stick to it faithfully.</p>
<p>- communicate with your teacher right from the start. If you have questions, ask. This will help you better understand your lessons while maintaining a good relationship with your teacher.</p>
<p>- focus especially during exams, afterwards you can relax after receiving good grades.</p>
<p>Follow through</p>
<p>Your goals are surely challenging. You will expect and encounter problems and setbacks. That is why self-discipline and persistence are important parts of your action plan.</p>
<p>Being a self-disciplined student and person sometimes means doing what you don&#8217;t want to do and giving up something you want &#8211; so that you can achieve greater goals. Sometimes, you need to pass up on a movie invitation to give time to studying your lessons for an exam the next day. This can be difficult with peer pressure to add, but just remember that you can watch all the movies you want after passing your all your tests.</p>
<p>Strong will and determination are important for failures are numerous. It is a matter of asking yourself if you truly are willing to do what is needed to get what you really want.</p>
<p>Discipline and persistence are vital ingredients you shouldn&#8217;t take for granted.</p>
<p>Do all these with a good attitude. <br />
After all, all of the tests and papers will be over soon enough and a bigger challenge awaits, success in the corporate world.</p>

Just imagine how many of those items you might probably own currently. Even if you are not actually collecting, you might find yourself having the trouble and the problem of having to deal with a rising number of CDs. Here are organization tips that could help you prevent any cluttering while keeping as many CDs.</p>
<p>You should separate audio CDs from video CDs, which could also be classified into VCDs and DVDs. Start sorting your audio CDs. You could organize your collection by sorting out the items by musical genre. It would be easy if you are a follower of a specific or single music type (for example, R &#038; B). Logically, it could be challenging if you own CDs of general type, pop, or mixed types. You have to separate R &#038; B CDs from alternative rocks, and pop CDs. Label the items for easier retrieval and organizing. You could arrange the CDs in alphabetical order (artist name) or by year.</p>
<p>For video CDs, separate VCDs from DVDs. For sure, you own more DVDs than VCDs, unless you have intentionally collected more of the latter. Just like what you did in audio CDs, it would help if you would systematically organize and sort your collection. You could do so more effectively through arranging the CDs by artist or by genre. <p>Especially for the long-term alcoholic the road to recovery and abstinence is a long, difficult one. The desire to stop is admirable, the attempt, to be supported; but the accomplishment of such a goal is to be applauded and rewarded.</p>
<p>The alcoholic experiences many triggers that preclude his/her drinking. The triggers may be a meal, a television show, the end of a long day at the office, or it may be an emotional trigger like the memory of a lost one, or a failed marriage, feelings of anger-sadness-fear or even happiness. Triggers are situations or events or even people that make us want to lift that glass.</p>
<p>Here are some tips for improving your chances for success:</p>
<p>1.Confide in a family member or close friend in whom you trust.</p>
<p>2.Talk about what negative consequences your drinking has had on yourself and others.</p>
<p>3.Think about any positive consequences you have experienced during any bouts of abstinence. 4.Try to replace the urge to drink with a positive activity (walk, sport, game, housework)</p>
<p>5.Often your urges to drink are change in intensity from weak to moderate to strong. Know that as you are experiencing these different urges that they will not last. You can get through them without drinking.</p>
<p>6.If you can identify the trigger that occurred just prior to feeling the urge to drink, was there anything you could have done to change the trigger or avoid it?</p>
<p>7.Join a self-help group like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), SMART, or Rational Recovery.</p>
<p>8.Speak with your family doctor about your desire to quit drinking. Your doctor may be able to prescribe a medication to assist you in your goal.</p>
<p>Never give up on your self-improvement goals, especially when they concern alcohol. Learning how to be in control in situation of addiction can be a very freeing experience and can even save your life. One of the most important aspects that should be included in your self-improvement plan is to surround yourself with as much support as you can possibly find. Support can be found not only in family members, friends, neighbors, and support groups; you can find support in a local church as well. Prayer can be a powerful tool for overcoming any addiction.</p>
<p>Some self-improvement goals are harder to accomplish than others, but all self-improvement goals are worth goals. It helps to make short term as well as long-term goals. Achieving the short-term goals can help keep you motivated and focused on your long-term goal. In the case of alcohol a short-term goal may be:</p>
<p>1.I will not drink any alcoholic beverages while on my weeklong business trip.</p>
<p>2.I will not drink after meals for seven days.</p>
<p>Long-term goals may be:</p>
<p>1.I will not drink alcohol for the entire month of May. When that goal is reached, then you can make June your goal, then July and so on.</p>
<p>2.I will attend every single AA meeting for an entire year.</p>
<p>Designing a simple, attainable goal, gather support and understanding your triggers can all help you achieve your self-improvement goal.</p>

These are the four equally important structures one needs to master.</p>
<p>Function is knowledge and usage of the different parts of the language. Grammar is all about verb tenses, numbers and subject-predicate agreements.</p>
<p>Vocabulary is the knowledge of words and how they are used. The right sound of the words in a language is classified under pronunciation.</p>
<p>Spanish pronunciation</p>
<p>In actual interaction with people, one must properly pronounce words to be understood. Fortunately, there is a great deal of similarity in the Spanish and English alphabets.</p>
<p>Special letters</p>
<p>Since Spanish had seeped into several cultures in different countries, there are some pronunciation variations. They are all accepted as correct on both sides of the Atlantic (Latin America and good old Spain).</p>
<p>In Spanish America, LL is always pronounced like the letter Y. Thus, the Spanish word ELLA sounds like EH-YAH. In other parts of the world, the LL is pronounced like BILLIARDS (botella, llave).</p>
<p>The Spanish H is not pronounced at all. So, HOLA is pronounced OLA, like COLA without the C.</p>
<p>The Ñ in Spanish sounds like the NY in the English word CANYON. Thus the word SEÑOR (mister) is pronounced SEN-YOR, and AÑO (year) is pronounced AN-YO.</p>
<p>Vowels</p>
<p>The best feature in Spanish vowels is that they are pronounced only one way. In Spanish, the vowels have only one sound, regardless of whatever letters they precede or follow, or whatever accent marks are on them.</p>
<p>The letter A is pronounced like the one in the word CAR. The E sounds like the E in BED. The Spanish I is pronounced like the long English E, like in the word SEE.</p>
<p>O is always pronounced like the O in COLD. The letter U has the sound of the English OO in the word TOO or the UE in the word BLUE.</p>
<p>Consonants</p>
<p>There are two values assigned to the letter C. Before the letters A, O, or U, it is pronounced like the C in CAT, as in CASA or CANTAR. If it is before the vowels E or I, it is pronounced like a TH in the word THIN. (decir, conocer)</p>
<p>The letter D has a hard and a soft sound. At the beginning of a word and after the letters N and L, it is like the D in DOG. In other situations (mostly between vowels) the D is softer, like the TH in the word THIS.</p>
<p>The letter J sounds like a harsh H, as in PAJARO.</p>
<p>G has two values. Before the letters A, O, U or a consonant, it is pronounced like the G in the English GO, like the word TENGO. Before the letters E and I, the letter stands for a harsh letter H, as in PAGINA.</p>
<p>The Spanish R is formed using the tip of tongue on the upper palate behind the front teeth. The English R is done in the back of the mouth with the back of the tongue.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, RR produces a trilling sound. And the letter Z sounds like the TH in the English word THIN.</p>

However, most people don&#8217;t realize that a sedentary lifestyle can also reduce their cognitive abilities. This will be more evident as a person gets older.</p>
<p>When you engage in exercise your brain benefits because more blood will flow to that region. More energy is produced as additional waste in the body is removed. Those individuals that exercise on a regular basis have larger cerebral blood vessels. It is believed that this is a key aspect of having a healthy brain at any age.</p>
<p>Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise that you can take part in so that your cognitive abilities are their very best. It takes a great deal of concentration to learn yoga at first so don&#8217;t be discouraged. The more you practice it the more it will become a part of your thinking process. Then you can move into more advanced forms of yoga which will offer even more benefits for your thinking process.</p>
<p>It may surprise you to learn that the brain uses about 20% of the energy you consume each day. Just like with your body, the more you exercise it the more it will produce energy. If you feel that it is stressful to get through the day, to make decisions, and just to juggle all you have to think about then you need to change the approach. By getting enough physical exercise you will also be giving your brain the level of energy it needs to be on top of the game.</p>
<p>What is also a connection is that many people that don&#8217;t get enough physical exercise actually talk themselves out of the task. They put it off until the very end of the day, making one excuse after another. The brain is a very guilty party in this type of decision making. However, when you do get physical exercise and your brain benefits from it, things appear in a new light.</p>
<p>Instead of helping you to make excuses and to find ways to avoid exercising your brain will tell you that you should exercise. It will encourage you to make time for it and to be proud of your efforts. Once you get to that point, engaging in physical exercise on a regular basis becomes second nature instead of a forced action that you take part in. More chemicals that keep you happy will be produced as well so you can have a better attitude than before.</p>
<p>No matter how old you are or how little you currently exercise, you can make some significant improvements in your life. Start out with a commitment to exercise for 15 minutes every other day. Then slowly increase your time by 5 minute intervals until you are at 30 minutes. Then make the commitment to do those 30 minutes of exercise every day. Working up to it this way makes the goal more achievable and you won&#8217;t be overwhelmed along the way.</p>
<p>Make it a goal to get at least 30 minutes each day of exercise. If you have a very busy lifestyle, try to fit it in during the early morning hours. This way you won&#8217;t be blowing it off due to a lack of time later in the day. You will also have a great attitude to start the day. This is because you will know you already accomplished something great. There are enough types of exercises out there to take part in so you never have to waste your time doing those you don&#8217;t love.</p>

That is so painful to see when the sparkle has gone out of someone&#8217;s eyes and there is a listlessness.</p>
<p>what keeps us young inside? Joseph Campbell said, &#8220;Follow your bliss&#8221;. This is something that we don&#8217;t always we feel we can do if we are in the midst of a difficult semester of school work or have a job we are in just to feed the family and survive. But having some activity that is rejuvenating during these difficult times as well as a light at the end of the tunnel can give us hope and energy.</p>
<p>All the anti-aging experts recommend exercise as an important tool to maintain youthfulness, flexibility and strength. Healthy foods and vitamins also give us vitality, energy and ingredients we may not get if we eat a fast food diet. We need to feed both our bodies and our minds.</p>
<p>Open a book of quotations, proverbs, bravery stories or an inspiring autobiography to look at a few minutes before going to bed. When inspiration is the last thing we think about before going to sleep it gives a message to our subconscious mind.</p>
<p>Maintaining a level of humor and a twinkle when we look at our lives is always a boost. Be able to laugh at the melodrama that takes over and not take it as an ultimate &#8220;fact&#8221;. Think about people who have it harder and the circumstances that others suffer through that are far worse than your own. Feeling like your life is a heavy weight makes you age because you feel hopeless, have no coping mechanisms and see no solutions. See this as a transitional state and work on ways to make each day lighter, an adventure and a lesson for learning as your personal development tool. If the job you are in seems to be a dead end, then looking into some part-time classes, career counseling and other opportunities is a way to turn inside and help find your true potential that lies dormant within you.</p>

Any excess accumulation of abdominal fat translates into higher health risks, particularly heart attacks and diabetes. Even certain types of cancer are attributed to the fat deposits in the belly. Therefore, it is essential to lower those risks by reducing the belly fat. Of course, you would like to get rid of your abdominal fat for another reason: your figure will be &#8216;beach ready.&#8217;  A grotesque middle is not a great sight at all.</p>
<p>More fat in the abdomen and less in the hips increase the waist-to-hip ratio (waist size divided by hip size). When the ratio is above 0.85 (for women) and 0.90 (for men), it is considered to be risky.</p>
<p>The following tips will help in slimming down your belly to a healthy size:</p>
<p>#1. Keep moving</p>
<p>A sedentary lifestyle is conducive to the increase in the circumference of the waist. If you were to sit at your work desk or settle down comfortably in a sofa or arm chair watching the TV for hours together at a stretch, you would notice that your belly fat gradually overtaking your clothes&#8217; size over a period of time. So do not let this happen. Be active. Keep moving &#8211; at least every now and then.</p>
<p>#2. Avoid trans fats</p>
<p>Trans fats are actually more harmful than saturated fats. They are quite lethal. Partially hydrogenated vegetable oils contain these trans fats. Anywhere between 30,000 and 100,000 premature coronary deaths occur in the US due to trans fats. The trans fats also contribute to the increase of type 2 diabetes and other health problems. As a large portion of trans fats in your body has a tendency to get deposited in the belly, you shouldn&#8217;t consume foods that are full of partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. Carefully look at the list of ingredients displayed on the packing of any food product you wish to buy. If you find among the list any word &#8220;shortening&#8221;, &#8220;partially hydrogenated vegetable oil&#8221; or &#8220;hydrogenated vegetable oil&#8221;, avoid it because it contains trans fat.</p>
<p>However, do note that fully hydrogenated vegetable oils do not contain trans fat, but there may be quite a few products that do not mention that the hydrogenated oils used in them are fully or partially hydrogenated. For safety&#8217;s sake, you must avoid consuming products that just state that they contain &#8220;hydrogenated vegetable oils&#8221;.</p>
<p>#3. Sleep well</p>
<p>Sleep deprived persons are more prone to have fatty bellies. Studies have shown that people who normally sleep for less than about seven to nine hours a night have a tendency to slow down their metabolism rate and accumulate more fat than otherwise. If you sleep for only four hours or less, the amount of leptin (the appetite suppressing protein in your body) is produced less and therefore you tend to eat more and become more obese.</p>
<p>#4. Avoid or manage stress</p>
<p>When under severe stress, the adrenalin and insulin levels in your body rise. They create a tendency in you to eat more than usual. The resultant fat expands your waistline. Learn to manage your stress and this will help you avoid the temptation to eat.</p>
<p>#5. EXERCISE REGULARLY</p>
<p>If you can limit daily intake of food to about 1500 calories, it may be enough if you do vigorous physical exercises for about 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week. If you eat more, increase the exercise. Try to focus on strength building exercises that will help your abdomen shape up.</p>

<p>Well, it is wrong thing that only men beat a women. If you think from  a different point of view you will realize that sometimes the women also beat men. And men become victim of an abusive relationship. Many men are suffering from this problem in the USA. Women use many smaller activities like slapping, pushing, shoving, hitting, verbal abusing, wrong use of law and so on. Although the assaults are in minor nature men hurt greatly and women take benefits easily of the minor things. Some of the assaults are more serious. Men come under pressure or stress and that sometimes even causes him to suicide. This is an attempt to explain why and how we do not get official data of violence against men.</p>
<p>There are many relations like intimate relations, social relations, public relations, private relations and more. Most of the people lose themselves or become victim in the abusive relationship.</p>
<p>Reasons behind Unknowing Information of Violence in Intimidate Partner:</p>
<p>It is very difficult to collect correct and appropriate information about intimate partner relationship. It is because the real size of intimate partners is mysterious. Sometimes men do not like to report to the office (police station, Family NGO&#8217;s, or other groups) while sometimes women do not allow men to report to the office. These are the major problems for unknowing proper information of intimate relationship. And even sometimes country do not allow to the offices to open the men violence data. Some technical problems, for example, law varies from office to office and country to country, and also creates problem for unknowing information about abusive intimate relationship. Many people feel unsecured in their own home. They also feel as sufferer of domestic violence. Still it is believed that men victimize only and only on women.</p>
<p>Women often inform somebody or they often go to office to report of auscultation against men. But men do not like to report against women. There are many reasons behind the action. The level of violence that is used by women against men is often less supposed to be less serious. Men are supposed to  create or use high-level violence against women indoors i.e. domestic violence.</p>
<p>One basic and common reason men do not like to inform or report abusive is that men often feel that the people will not believe them. They feel shy. One reason is man&#8217;s ego as superpower and that he may be affected it.</p>

If you can relate to this then you will know that first impressions do last. Here are some tips to help you make a great first impression.</p>
<p>Perhaps the most important factor to making a good first impression, particularly when attending an interview is your dress. How you present yourself says a lot about the person that you are, you might have all the best intentions in the world, be more than qualified for the position and would fit into the position but if you don&#8217;t give a good first impression then you are severely affecting your chances of getting the position, before you have even opened your mouth and said a word.</p>
<p>Listening and observing are two great traits that will show you in the best of light and also make a great first impression. While innovation is also a good trait to have, it is also important that you are able to listen to the ideas of others around you and fit in. By listening and observing what goes on around you, you are able to learn and then act on what you have learnt before rushing headlong into something that you know nothing about.</p>
<p>Your body language can play an important factor when it comes to first impressions. How you carry yourself can tell the other a lot about you and the type of person you are. While you are trying to give the impression that you are confident your body language can totally give you away and tell the other a totally different story. Many interviewers will have studied body language and be on the look out for certain signs that give away the true you. In general, most people have formed opinions about certain body language and will judge you based on yours. You can help yourself by studying body language and practicing certain techniques and mannerisms before an important meeting or interview.</p>
<p>Good manners are a great boost towards how someone sees you and can go a long way to reinforcing a great impression of you. There is certain etiquette during an interview and learning interview techniques and etiquette can only work in your favor. While something&#8217;s should only be common sense, such as walking into the interview in a confident manner and giving a firm handshake and waiting until the interviewer has taken a seat before sitting yourself, other techniques can also be learned. Take some time to study interview techniques and learn the rules of etiquette well in advance of your interview or important business meeting and keep one step ahead. Consider how you want to be viewed by friends, family and colleagues and carry those good manners throughout your life to create lasting first impressions</p>
<p>Confidence is a trait that most interviewers and bosses will look for so coming across as a confident person is essential. There are various techniques that you can learn to help yourself and boost your confidence and these can be practiced in front of a mirror or friends and family.</p>

<p>Make sure that you are following your own course of action and handle things the way that you want them to be. Never give up on anything if you really have your mind set on it. This is what you should teach to others as well so that they are better able to be more promotable and do what is helpful to them as well.</p>
<p>Think about the place where you work. Is there someone there that needs to have some help with his or her promotable qualities?  Can you show them how to make their life better and more intense?  If you can have the opportunity to help someone feel better and be more accomplished, why not take it?  You will notice that if you are helping someone else be more promotable you are also helping yourself as well.</p>
<p>When you are in a professional setting and you are trying to lend a hand to someone so that they are more promotable, you should offer them advice and teach them what they need to know. Do not be afraid to give them guidance on how to be a better person and how to make things work out for them. You can offer tips and advice on how to handle a certain job function or even on how to adjust their attitude to be better. Anything that you think will help them with their work performance will be a great help.</p>
<p>Your children and family members are another way to go when you are trying to help someone be promotable. Sometimes all we need to do is give them a little bit of a push and this will help them achieve the goals and dreams in life that they have always wanted. You do not have to be too overwhelming when you are doing this because you do not want to seem pushy. You need to use this opportunity as something that you can feel good about. Help your children and or family members learn more about being promotable so that you are meeting their needs and moving further ahead with anything that they are doing.</p>
<p>Giving others the tools that they need to be more promotable is going to be something that you should thrive on. You need to use what you know to help others out so that you are going to make a difference in their life. Many people around us struggle with not understanding what they should do. If you are given the opportunity to work together with someone and give him or her the help that you learned once, you will be able to improve his or her way of living.</p>
<p>Show people ways of being more productive. If you have a good idea, share it with them. Allow others to express their feelings and their ides freely so that they are being more promotable and given the chance to use their ideas. Do not put down others for the way that they feel and always be supportive towards others. When you are showing others how to be more promotable, you are also giving yourself the chance to make changes in your day-to-day life and how you choose to live. This is a great example of how you can promote your own ideas and be a better person because of it.</p>
