Proses perizinan memakan waktu minimal satu bulan.Kedua, pemberian visa kunjungan ke Indonesia hanya berlaku selama dua bulan. Padahal, kecepatan perahu atau kapalpun terbatas, sementara perairan Indonesia sangat luas. Malaysia dan Thailand memberikan izin visa kunjungan untuk turis minat khusus ini selama satu tahun. Ketiga, ada peraturan Menteri Keuangan tahun 2006 mengategorikan semua sarana atau barang yang dibawa wisatawan asing ke Indonesia sebagai barang impor sementara. Itu berlaku juga terhadap wisatawan minat khusus.Sebagai barang impor, otomatis perahu layar dan kapal pesiar juga dikenai Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPJSJ), Pajak Penjualan atas Barang Mewah (PPnBM), dan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh). Total ketiga jenis pajak itu sekitar 52 persen dari nilai barang. Jika harga perahu layar Rp 15 miliar per unit berarti turis asing itu harus menyetor Rp 78 miliar sebelum masuk ke RI. Uang jaminan itu dibayar ke kas negara melalui bank dan nantinya diambil kembali saat hendak keluar dari Indonesia. Masalahnya, proses pengambilan kembali uang itu seialu memakan waktu lama dengan birokrasi yang berbelit. Pemerintah RI juga mensyaratkan adanya bank garansi negara asal turis asing untuk tinggal selama beberapa bulan di Indonesia. Persoalannya adalah tak ada bank bersedia menjamin warga suatu negara untuk tinggal di negara lain. Kelima jika para petualang bahari ingin bebas dari berbagai ketentuan itu harus mengantongi surat jaminan dari pejabat eselon satu di Indonesia atau agen perjalanan. Masalahnya, tak ada agen yang bersedia.

Regulasi ini yg menjadi penghambat utama bagi kapal pesiar dan perahu layar tiang tinggi milik asing untuk masuk ke Indonesia. Biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk memperoleh izin masuk wilayah Indonesia jauh lebih mahal dibanding ongkos berwisata. Maka, rencana kunjungan ke Indonesia terpaksa dibatalkan. Mereka kemudian mengalihkan perjalanan menuju ke Malaysia dan Thailand. Di sana, mereka diberi berbagai kemudahan yang membuat wisatawan asing itu ingin tinggal lebih lama. Jadi, penghambat utama bisnis pariwisata adalah pejabat kita sendiri. Amat ironi!

It's been more than a month since i join the ship again. It's good to be back here meet some old friends and find some new ones. On the 4th cruise I've got something that i never imagine before, a chicken pox! I have to be isolated in one of passengger cabin for about a week, then for about 2 week the scar on my body is still remain. It has been a new experience for me. I remember that I never have chicken pox before in my life while all my sisters have got it. The doctor told me that I can't go back to work for a while even I'm felling much better now, so I just enjoying my vacation in the ship and have plenty time to check my emails, browsing Internet, reading books, etc. Well, I hope I will get back to work soon, because sooner or later I will feel bored.

The former Arsenal midfielder, who has been strongly linked with a return to the Premier League, now looks certain to have made his last appearance in an Inter shirt after playing the full 90 minutes of their 1-0 triumph at Chievo last night. Mourinho said that he should give a special mention to Vieira, who certainly played his last game with the team.
He doesn't know where he will go, maybe to England which he likes a lot, but he should thank him for what he has done in these years at Inter.
The club decided not to renew his contract, which is coming to an end, and to accept the offer of another club. He will miss him but he doesn't have the right to demand anything from a club who has done so much for him.
