Jae and I were standing in an open field facing a man playing a guitar and singing, “for such a time as this, for such a time as this.” He kept repeating the same phrase over and over again. “For such a time as this, for such a time as this.” There were only a few people in the same field we were in and they didn’t seem to be listening to him.  I watched them slowly walk away.

Afterwards, I awoke up and kept hearing the words “for such a time as this” over and over in my head. I didn’t know what it meant, but kept seeking the Lord about it. Sometime later, I typed the words into Google and the search engine responded with “Wayne Watson – FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS – LYRICS.

As I read the lyrics, I immediately wanted to hear Wayne Watson’s song. I clicked on YouTube and found several videos of the song. As I listened intently to Wayne perform the song, I wept and rejoiced all at the same time, caught up in the moment with Holy Spirit. The words rang so true in my heart. The time is short and the window is closing on this age. Those who don’t come in soon will find themselves hopelessly lost forever. Who’s going to show them Christ’s nature, His character and give them His love?

I believe the Lord is calling out to this generation of Christians to return to sober mindedness, and think about why and how you are living at this place in time. We must be clear-headed, and press into God to hear His voice and do whatever He asks of us. I believe most people don’t want to hear what God has to say to them simply because they are afraid He will ask them to do something they don’t want to do. Imagine how ineffective an army would be if they refused to listen to the instructions from the highest generals because they might ask them to do something they didn’t want to do. I know that sounds ludicrous but are we not treating the Father that way now? By not seeking Him we are refusing His Lordship over our life. By not spending time with Him we are walking in a proud and haughty manner. We are to walk humbly “with” our God and that means submission to His will for our lives daily.

Jesus said, “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matt 5:14-16

Saints of God, we must reevaluate our priorities and consider what it means if we call ourselves “Christian”. I believe the verses below provide a look into what a Christian life should look like.

“Then when he arrived and witnessed the grace of God, he rejoiced and began to encourage them all with resolute heart to remain true to the Lord; for he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And considerable numbers were brought to the Lord. V26 and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And for an entire year they met with the church and taught considerable numbers; and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.” Acts 11:23-24, 26

The call has been made saints time after time and to every generation. Jesus is beginning to assemble His bride unto Himself. The invitation has been given to whosoever will humble themselves before the Lord, leave their comfort zone, and follow after Him. Then and only then will you find the true gospel living inside of your heart, shinning for the whole world to see.

The call is to return to the simplicity of your first love, and regain the passion you once had for lost souls. It’s time to deny oneself and follow after Jesus to wherever He leads and do what He shows you to do with all your heart.

Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. John 16:24

Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.  "Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest." Mat. 9:37-38

Just after midnight, I walked into my office, which is located upstairs, to pray before going to bed. I specifically had on my heart to pray for the Christians in Iran, who are under a constant threat of death from the Iranian government. In 1994,Haik Hovsepian, the leader of the Protestant church in Iran was murdered for his defense of Christian man who converted from Islam. Hundreds of Christians scattered across thirty-five cites were arrested in 2010 without any formal charges brought against them. They spent many months in prison under solitary confinement, interrogations and psychological abuse. The Islamic Republic continues to intensify its crackdown on Iranian Christians today. The most recently published case is Yusef Nadarkhani an evangelical pastor and the father of two, has been sentenced to death for converting from Islam. The Iranian Supreme Court has continued to uphold their decision have him hanged.

 I sat down on the futon and began praying and hardly got the words out of my mouth before I was interrupted by a whooshing and whizzing sound, which came from across the room the room. I immediately formed an image of a tightly wrapped coil of a strong fiber strap or something being unwound at a high speed, as it ascending upward and outward into the Spiritual realm.

I believe it was an angel of the Lord which was waiting to act upon my fervent prayer for our brothers and sisters in Iran. I also believe that the Lord allowed me to have the experience so I could encourage you to pray for what’s on your heart. When, we have a matter on our heart that is the time to pray, not when it is convenient, because the fervency will have lifted or you will get busy and forget the matter.  

When, as believers, we gain some spiritual insight we become more and more effective as warriors in the spiritual realm. When we pray we may not experience any supernatural sign but we should know that our prayers are effective and not bouncing off the ceiling. I love it when I have faith to pray about a matter and then after praying know in my Spirit that the prayer was effective and there will be a good report coming about due to God acting upon the prayer request.

“Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?” Heb. 1:14

The Bible teaches that there's no distance in the Spirit with the story of the centurion's journey to find Jesus and seek a healing for his servant he left ill.

“And when Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, imploring Him, and saying, " Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, fearfully tormented." Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him." But the centurion said, " Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed. "For I also am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to this one, 'Go!' and he goes, and to another, 'Come!' and he comes, and to my slave, 'Do this!' and he does it." Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those who were following, "Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.”Matt. 8:5-10

Some years ago, I had a loyal employee which reported who received a phone call from his teenage son that lightning had struck their home and it was on fire. I told Him to go and that I would pray for the fire to go out. It was just as the centurion had sought out Jesus on his servant’s behalf. I began to ask the Lord to spare his home and that the fire would go out because the man was a faithful servant to me. I knew I had placed my petition before God and it had been heard.

Later, that same evening, when I called the man, he said that his son ran back in the house and got a Super Soaker and began to point it up at the eve of the house and spray water on the fire. As the son did this the fire went out immediately. The rural fire department arrived sometime later to fight the fire, but found no fire to fight. The boy told the firemen what he did to put out the fire and the firemen informed him that there was no way a squirt gun could put out a house fire like this one. The fireman didn’t know why the fire went out but they knew it was some kind of miracle.  

How many ministering spirits (angels) are posted nearby waiting for the prayer of a saint, so they may launch out into the spiritual realm by the command of God to bring it to pass? Peter was freed from prison by an angel as a direct result of fervent prayers being offered up on his behalf by the saints gathered at Mary’s home.

“So Peter was kept in the prison, but prayer for him was being made fervently by the church to God. On the very night when Herod was about to bring him forward, Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and guards in front of the door were watching over the prison. And behold, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared and a light shone in the cell; and he struck Peter's side and woke him up, saying, "Get up quickly." And his chains fell off his hands. And the angel said to him, "Gird yourself and put on your sandals." And he did so. And he said to him, "Wrap your cloak around you and follow me." And he went out and continued to follow, and he did not know that what was being done by the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision. When they had passed the first and second guard, they came to the iron gate that leads into the city, which opened for them by itself; and they went out and went along one street, and immediately the angel departed from him. When Peter came to himself, he said, "Now I know for sure that the Lord has sent forth His angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from all that the Jewish people were expecting." And when he realized this, he went to the house of Mary, the mother of John who was also called Mark, where many were gathered together and were praying.” Acts 12:5-12

Saints of God let’s be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer. The times are difficult and only getting worse, so let us remember one another in prayer as we petition God to act in their favor. We limit what God can do when we fail to pray. When someone comes to your mind don’t just think about them, pray for them. Perhaps, that is why they came to your mind! Pray out for the plan of God to become manifested in their life. Pray for God’s perfect will to be done and they man know God in a beautiful relationship. However, we pray for them, God wants us to pray…so let’s PRAY for one another!

I put Trustworthy as the head of My table along with Faithful, and seated next to Faithful is Diligence and Allegiance. The four of them rule in My Kingdom as supreme counselors and guides, and no one passes through which hasn’t been approved by them. These are the ways of the Lord. These four follow Me wherever I go. Come to My table. Come one, come all and let us reason together. Let the faithful say, “In God I trust.” Let the ones who have an allegiance with Me stand in this hour alongside of Trustworthy & Diligence. If you do I will envelop you in My arms, My praise and favor, for the Lord is the giver of all life and life is eternal.

Noah was the original prepper but he had Godly insight and wisdom on how to prepare. Any prepping out of your own strength will not save you from the things to come.

In the 19 century a young woman received a vision of the events that would procede the second coming of the Messiah and the end of the age…

While in prayer and meditation time, I asked the Father, “How can the indwelling of Christ be in someone and at the same time they are deceived, in error in their doctrines, and priorities?”

Then the Father showed me a vision of a “lighthouse” in the dark of night.

He said, “The pursuit of Christ requires a firm effort to continually root out the truth from the lies. When a person allows another person to lead them then they become their leader. If the leader is blind to the truth, then they become blind to the truth as well. If they follow a righteous man they will be taught to seek Me out and truth will come to them.

The difference is like the “Lighthouse”. Do you look for it yourself or are you looking to another to find it for you? Most people are too lazy to search the darkness for the appearing light themselves. Even if they do for a season they soon give up and return to their usual habits of letting someone else do it for them.

Seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened, ask and you shall receive. For all My truth is available to those who are sincerely seeking truth. Indeed, the days have become darker and the spin doctors are ever present in your news reports, and none are to be trusted.  Each one has his own agenda and axe to grind. In the end you will feel all but hopeless. However, a timely word from the Lord will bring great joy and comfort.  Seek Me out and you will find Me. The invitation is open to all who are hungry and thirsty.  The multitudes gathered for a meal but My disciples gathered to Me for understanding. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.

Many seek Me in the storm when desperation drives them away from themselves long enough to find comfort in My arms. Just as soon as the storm becomes silent they leave the safety of My will and return to their folly.

The days ahead are filled with trials of all kind. They hearty will find their courage challenged and their strength to faultier. The compression of the culmination of the age will be intense as I bring the final judgment upon evil. Only those hidden in My arms will survive the time known as Jacob’s Trouble.”

Commentary

When sailing the waters a night, a person must find where the lighthouse is located to avoid the dangers of the rocks and reefs. You scan the horizon, straining your eyes to see its light, which will guide you safely from the dangers hidden by the darkness.  Most people are too lazy to search out the lighthouse for themselves. They would rather have someone tell them where the lighthouse is than put in the time and effort to find it for themselves.”

The end result of a life lived like this is they sail aimlessly along in the darkness, dependent upon others for their information, and live selfishly unconcerned about the dangers of not knowing for themselves and the others they could have helped along the way.

Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life." John 8:12

One of the most wonderful experiences in Jesus Christ is that we can have a personal relationship with Him. We can ask Him questions and listen to His wisdom as He teaches truth to us. I consistently have asked God questions about things of which I wanted to have more understanding. Often the questions are triggered when reading the Bible.  The Holy Spirit will illuminate a particular verse revealing God’s heart to us so we can see what God is truly saying in the text.  Sometimes Holy Spirit will reveal a mystery of God in dreams or vision, or perhaps catch one up in the Spirit and take them to a place to show them a mystery. 

“I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a man was caught up to the third heaven.” 2 Cor 12:2

He is the Lighthouse. He is the one we should seek out to direct our lives. Without Christ in our lives we are a drift in the dark sea of life, aimlessly headed for the rocky shore.

For You light my lamp; The LORD my God illumines my darkness. Ps. 18:28

The lazy person relies on someone else to teach them about God. Many sit in church all their life and listen to a preacher after preacher speak about things in the Bible but never really seek out God on their own in a personal relationship.

For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you have need again for someone to teach you the elementary principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is not accustomed to the word of righteousness, for he is an infant. But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil. Heb. 5:12-14

 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. JN 14:26

The Father did not give us Holy Spirit so we could remain a drift in darkness in our life. Instead, we have freely been given access to Holy Spirit to teach us, lead, and counsel, exhort, encourage, correct, and empower us into mature believer in Christ.

It was dark as night and I was standing in my front yard close to the street that passed in front of my house. I looked to my left and saw a faint white light in the road which seemed to be slowly moving in my direction. There was a old stoic looking gentleman sitting in a lawn chair behind me and slightly to my right. There was an authoritative spirit about him. He didn’t have to say anything for me to know that he was in charge. I turned to the gentleman and said, “There’s a faint small blinking light coming up the road which looks a lot like a firefly’s light.” As the light got closer, to my surprise, I could see it was on the back of a very strange looking creature. The creature was black and approximately four inches long and two inches wide. It had six legs that went up at an angle about four inches then bent downward to the ground six inches. It looked like something from a cartoon. As the creature passed by in front of me the light changed from blinking to a solid white light. The light had increased in size by several times and appeared to be used to illuminate prey when the creature was on the hunt. The creature passed my yard to my right and went down the dark road. It went a short way down the then It stopped next to a tree.

Then I heard a commotion in the tree where the creature had stopped. Over and over again I could hear something thrashing in the tree. I stared at the tree for awhile before I saw a large black bird fluttering around in the branches apparently trying to catch something. Then the bird launched itself powerfully deep into the branches and I heard a scream. A man dressed in all black clothes came running out from under the tree, up the road past where I was located and continued running down the road. As he passed us he continued to scream in great pain. I could see that the black bird had its claws and beak dug into the man’s lower back, feasting on his flesh.

I nor was the stoic man was afraid of these creatures for we knew we were protected from them by God. Even though It was horrific to witness we knew the man had refused to repent to God for his sins, thus he was suffering a judgment from God.

Suddenly, I awoke startled from what I had just witnessed.

Meaning:

I have been asking God to show me things to come. One of the things was the coming earthquake to the central United States which is an article here titled, The Vision of the Coming Judgment. When I went into prayer that same morning I was seeking God as to what the dream meant. I felt led to read Revelation 9. The verses in Revelation 9 tell of a time on earth when God will command the angel of the bottomless pit Abaddon (Heb: "destruction"/Gk: "the Destroyer") to open the abyss and release locust of such a great number that they darken the sky. The locust are not allowed to kill nor attack those whom have the seal of God on their forehead , but only attack those who refused to repent of their sins before God.  The torment period will last for five months. This all occurs when the angel sounds the 5th trumpet. This is the first “woe.”

Judgments will continue at an even more frequent and alarming pace in 2012. It is God's will that none should perish but Revelation 9:20-21 show that even when severe judgments have occurred those who were not killed by the plagues did not repent of the works of their hands. They continued to worship demons and followed after their idols, nor did they repent of their murders, sorceries, immorality or thefts.

Time is running out for the people of this planet to repent. Sinners don’t know this is soon coming upon this world. Who’s going to warn them?

They have tails like scorpions, and stings; and in their tails is their power to hurt men for five months. They have as king over them, the angel of the abyss; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in the Greek he has the name Apollyon. Rev. 9:10-11

The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, so as not to worship demons, and the idols of gold and of silver and of brass and of stone and of wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk; and they did not repent of their murders nor of their sorceries nor of their immorality nor of their thefts. Rev. 9:20-21

Jesus said, "I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.” Lk 13:3

I was in my morning quiet time praying for the future of the United States to be spared God’s severest judgments. That God would convict our nation as a whole of our sin and reveal His righteousness to us once again in order that we would repent and turn from our selfish wicked ways. That God would send us a revival in our hearts to free us from our bondages. Then I saw a vision before me that alarmed me greatly.

Vision: The Map

I saw in front of me a map of the United States of America. The map was laid out flat with the west coast to my left and the east coast to my right. Then an open book was placed over the map page side downward. The spine of the book was directly over the geographic center of the United States. Half of the pages were on the western side and half of the pages were on the eastern side of the map.

Then the book was lifted upward by its spine causing the book to fold up halfway, much like the shape of a tent. As the book folded upwards the surface area of the map heaved upwards following the tent like shape of the book. This created intense pressure on the center of the United States.  A tightly compressed ridge formed mid-continent from the Canadian border south to the gulf coast. The pressure was enough to break the nation in two and it was just a matter of time before it gave way under the pressure and the United States was ripped right down the middle.

Then the scene was placed at my eye level and from this angle I could see that the pressure was even greater than I could see from the aerial view. It was a matter of time before the break occurred causing a devastating earthquake like the world has never seen before.  

End of vision

(Updated: 2/27/12)This vision is telling of an earthquake in future judgment upon the United States. In the vision I had the sense that it was coming in 2012 and that the earthquake would cause part of the eastern Unitied States to break off and be seperated from the mainland. Perhaps even disappear into the ocean. An earthquake of this magnitude would cause a great loss of life (a powerful tsunami likely) as well as the finiancial loss would be staggering. The United States would no longer function as it does today. I believe Christians must enter into great prayer for our nation to reduce the effects of pending judgments upon this nation. Perhaps if Christians will humble themselves and pray and seek His face and turn from our wicked ways God will not destroy this nation. The future is malleable in this matter to some degree if we will turn back to God now.

"If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chr 7:12-14

Note: If you study Bible prophecy always use the months and days from the Jewish calendar when studying events which occurred after the implementation of the Feast of the Lord. These Feast dates are recorded in Leviticus 23. (That's my instruction given to me from Holy Spirit when I first began to study Bible prophecy).

Christmas (December 25) is the time we celebrate the time of Christ birth. However, I believe the keys scriptures and the prophetic symbolism of the Feast of the Lord contradict man’s tradition of December 25 as Christ birthday. I put together a timeline which is made from some key verses which point to Jesus’ birthday being in the fall most like at the Feast of Trumpets (Tishri 1).

Month 1: Nisan (Mar-Apr) – Zacharias – performing priestly services. LK 1:8-25 John is conceived during the first month which is Nisan.

Month 6; Elul (Aug-Sep) Gabriel visits with Mary. LK 1-26. Mary informed that Elizabeth is 6 month pregnant LK 1:36 Mary visit with Elizabeth 3 months before returning home in Month 9 which would be the month Kislev, Lk1:56. Hanukkah occurs in Kislev. Mary returned home and most likely conceived Jesus from Holy Spirit during Hanukkah.

Month 9: Kislev (Nov-Dec) Elizabeth gives birth to John. Lk.1:57. This would place John's birth in the month Hanukkah occurs, not Jesus’ birth. Hanukkah is the Feast of "Dedication" or Feast of Lights. John was dedicated to serve God and prepare the way for the coming of the Lord.

Now let's work with the clues in the text to locate the approximate time of Christ birth.

Months Before the Birth of Jesus - Caesar's census decree went out to all the Roman Empire. LK 2:1. It took months for the news of the census decree to travel across the land and then additional time for the people to travel to their birth place where they were counted in the census and paid a tax. I can only assume that the taking of the census went on for more than a year or perhaps even two. However, we do have some clues to the condition of Mary and the season of the year in which they returned to Bethlehem. Mary was about to give birth.

With the decree Mary & Joseph returned to Bethlehem, Jesus is born shortly after Mary and Joseph arrived in Bethlehem. LK 2:6-7

The shepherds are in the fields when the angel announces Christ birth. LK 2:8. The shepherds wouldn’t be abiding in the fields in the winter months when the rain and snow fall in some areas. This places the angelic announcement much sooner than winter or the traditional date of December 25.

Tishri 1- Is the Feast of Trumpets established by God. Lev. 23:24. This date is the beginning of the Jewish New Year. Trumpets are blown and the time of the early rains and plowing. It is taught in Jewish lore that Adam was formed on Tishri 1. “So also it is written, “The first MAN, Adam, BECAME A LIVING SOUL.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. 1 Cr 15:45

Count backwards 9 months from Tishri to find the month of conception and you get Kislev (Nov-Dec) and Hanukkah, the Feast of Lights. Modern astromony software shows celestial studies very well may indicate that a uniques sign appeared in the heavens above Bethlehem during Tishri in 3BC. So I believe it's accurate to say that John the Baptist was born during the month of Kislev and most likely during Hanukkah (Festival of Lights). Jesus was most likely conceived by Holy Spirit during Hanukkah (Jesus, the light of the world JN 9:5). John's birth proceeded and prepared the way for Christ conception. Nine months later Jesus was most likely born on Tishri 1 during the Feast of Trumpets.

Follow the calendar timeline which I have put together and you will see the scriptures point to Jesus’ birthday being in the fall of the year and not in winter. Some people say, "What does it matter anyway when we celebrate Jesus' birthday as long as we celebrate it?" Okay, then when your next birthday arrives how about we skip it for three or four months and celebrate it then.

It is essential to come to Me and abide in My shadow, under the covering of My wings, for it is the time of which the prophets spoke where the recompense of the Lord will be poured out upon the wicked. Many who sit in the high places will be brought low and the ones who have suffered in the low places will be exalted in the days ahead.

I am giving forth promotion to the faithful who have endured the trials and personal test of which came upon them at the will of the Father. The ends of things are a matter of discussion with the world leaders and they struggle to wedge their way to lead the world.

America has seen its glorious days fade and I will bring this nation to its knees. Wickedness is the rule of the day and discourse is the way of the land. Where is your genuineness? Where is the spirit of consecration to the things of God? America you have made Me a byline in the history of this nation. I have been pushed out of your schools, universities and your churches.

I wait for your return but it has not come. You seek pleasures to heap them upon yourself giving little thought to the less fortunate. Trouble will come and in great trials you will see what truly is important in life.

Cry out for mercy!

The greatest time of My spirit is yet to appear for there are many days of darkness ahead and difficult times which will come upon the entire world. The freedom you have known will be extinguished as tyranny takes over. Rebellion is the spirit that is in the land and chaos will be the order of the day.  My light will have seemed to have vanished from the earth. My judgments will flag every nation as I remove the ones in power and replace them with the followers of evil.

Where can you hide? Where can you seek refuge? The times are changing and the days are filled with evil. Man cannot overcome My judgment as they are set and the day of great wrath approaches this world.

Is there a reason to hope? Is there any reason at all to lift your eyes to Me and give your little light to Me? Indeed, for those who have little light I will make your light shine all the brighter in the darkness of this hour.  Come to Me! Ground yourself in perfect obedience to Me and I will always be there with you even in the hour of despair.

Freedom will depart from the land of the free as it departs from the nations of the world, but be of great cheer for I will protect those under My pinions and they will find rest in My sanctuary, the sanctuary of the Lord. Come now for evil is approaching swiftly – enter in to safety.
